    Measuring brand equity becomes an important part in the organization, espe­ci­al­ly college. By mea­suring the brand equity, the college would be more understanding about its brand awareness, brand asso­ciation, perceived quality, and brand loyalty. The Research problems were: (1) How were the students’ per­ception about STIE Surakarta brand awareness?(2) How were the effects of brand association and perceived quality on brand loyalty. The samples of this research were 120 students of STIE Surakarta. The analysis used description and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that (1) the brand of STIE Surakarta occupied 3rd position in the minds of consumers; (2) Brand association had positive but in­sig­ni­ficant effect on loyalty and perceived quality had positive and significant effect on brand loyalty

    This study was conducted to determine the effect of work motivation and job sa­tisfaction on orga­ni­zational commitment. The population amounted to 214 employees and the sam­ples were 145 people. The sampling method was judgment sampling. The analy­tical me­thod was multiple linear regression. The results indicated that work mo­tivation variable had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satis­faction also had a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment. Work motivation and job satisfaction had the same influence on or­ganizational com­mit­ment and job sa­tis­faction dominated. The increase in employee motivation was expected to help the compa­ny in increasing employee’s job sa­tisfaction that directly affected the commitment of em­ployees

    The purpose of this research was to examine the level of financial literacy and the factors that influence undergraduate students of Faculty of Economics. This stu­dy distributed 625 questionnaires and only 584 usable questionnaires. Data analysis me­thods used by this research were descriptive statistics and ANOVA. The level of fi­nan­cial literacy was 48.91% were in the low category. The test results revealed that there was influence of gender, age, GPA, and parents income. The results showed that stu­dents should improve their understanding of personal finance, especially in the area of investment, in addition to the university to provide education about personal finance to students. Suggestions for further research was examined throughout the Trisakti Uni­ver­sity students, using online methods, increasing the number of questions and adding va­riables such as student income, savings and debt holdings and work experience st­u­dents

    The research was conducted at the Public Polytechnic of Kupang. The purpose of this study in­­­­cluded getting overview of student interest in running entrepreneurship. The for­mu­­­­lation of the problem was whether attitudes and motivation fostered entrepre­neur­ial in­te­­­­rest of students. The research method was simple random sampling (random) sur­­­­vey with quantitative analysis approach. Data was collected with ques­tion­naires. Data was pr­­ocessed with SPSS. The research was used multiple linear reg­­ression. The results of this study indicated that the variable attitude and motivation no sig­­nificant effect on the in­­terest in entre­pre­neur­ship

    The objective of this research was described Indonesian capital market reaction to the publication of the SRI-KEHATI Index during 2009 until 2013 (nine periods). The re­sults showed that the Indonesian capital market did not react to the SRI-KEHATI In­dex while measured using abnormal return, and these results were consistent for nine pe­riods. However, different re­sult occurred when it measured by trading volume acti­vi­ty, there was a mar­ket reac­tion in period 4, 6, dan 7, but there was no market reaction in period 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, and 9, it meant that the market reaction didn’t consistent

    Marketers lately built strategies based on consumer communities exist in the mar­­­ket. Community that drew most of marketer’s attention was brand community. Brand com­munity’s succession was influenced by consumer participation inside it, so that this ar­ticle revealed variables which influenced consumer parti­cipation and con­su­mer’s be­haviors arose. This research took place through internet on Android virtual brand com­munities, those were online forums and Android virtual communities de­ve­l­o­ped in Fa­ce­book. Data was analyzed with SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The re­­­search found that there were significantly positive influenced whether of community i­den­­­­ti­fi­ca­tion or community satisfaction on consumer participation. Significantly po­si­tive in­fluen­ced of consumer participation whether on WOM or brand image. It sig­ni­fi­can­tly ne­ga­tive influenced of consumer participation on switching intention

    This study was to describe the horizontal communication among employees with ethnic diversity in communication process, barriers of communication as well as efforts made by the employees in resolving horizontal communication conflicts. Data collection technique used focus group discussion of structured interviews to three Ja­va­nese employees and three Chinese employees. The interviews were done by dividing the em­ployees into two discussion groups according to their ethnics to answer the same re­search questions. The implications of this study were in accordance with the results of the research which stated that employees\u27 ethnic diversity didn’t directly affect the continuity of horizontal communication among em­ployees in the organization

    This study was aimed to know the influence of work environment and work di­­­cipline to employee performance. This type of research was quantitiative research. This study used cen­sus ­me­­­thod, which taken all the population to survey respondents. The number of em­plo­yee were 40 peo­ple. The techni­ques of ­processing and analysis data ­used validity test, relia­bi­lity test, classic assumption test, descriptive analysis, cross tabulation, linear regression ana­ly­sis, and coefficient of determination analysis. The study stated that the influence of work en­vi­ronment and ­work dis­cipline to employee per­for­man­ce of bank’s employees in Malang city ­had influence by in­di­vi­dually and influence by simultaneously. A comfortable work en­vi­ron­ment and the high level of work dis­cipline will to improve employee per­for­man­ce

    Human resource is an aspect that need to be considered in the company. The ob­­­jective of this research was to determine the influence of organizational justice towards em­­­ployee per­for­man­ce with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. The stu­­dy was con­duc­ted in CV Tanaya Fiberglass, Surabaya, with sample of 38 em­plo­yees. Data was ana­lyzed quantitatively using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The re­sults showed that organizational justice influenced organizational commitment. Or­­­ga­ni­zational jus­ti­ce influenced employee performance with organizational co­mmit­ment as an intervening va­riable. Organizatio­nal justice influenced employee per­for­mance
