    The economic crisis which had happening in Indonesia since 1997 has already given significant effect. Stock price decreased dramatically as well as its transaction volume. Boedie, et.all and Weston and Brigham state that there are many factor influence stock price such as profitability, interest rate, inflation and exchange rate. This, the aim of this research is to find at whether profitability, interest rate, inflation and exchange rate have significant effect to fluctuation of the stock price within the economic crisis in Indonesia. The result of this research proves that the change of profitability, interest rate, inflation and exchange rate have significant influence to the fluctuation of company stock price within the period of the economic crisis. Partially, only interest rate and exchange rate have significant effect to stock price in the period of the economic crisis. Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia : Krisis ekonomi yang terjadi di Indonesia sejak tahun 1997 telah mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat signifikan. Harga-harga saham turun secara tajam demikian pula dengan volume transaksi. Boedie, Weston dan Brigham menyatakan bahwa beberapa faktor mempengaruhi harga saham, seperti profitabilitas, suku bunga, inflasi dan nilai tukar. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah profitabilitas, suku bunga, inflasi dan nilai tukar mempunyai pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perubahan harga saham selama krisis ekonomi di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa perubahan profitabilitas, suku bunga, inflasi dan nilai tukar mempunyai pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perubahan harga saham badan usaha selama periode krisis ekonomi. Secara parsial hanya suku bunga dan nilai tukar mempunyai pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap harga saham selama periode krisis ekonomi tersebut.
