Analysis of product quality, relationship marketing, and customer satisfaction on b2b towards repurchase intention (case study: Cv. Primadona & Co)
Abstract. Based on data from the Ministry of Industry (2016), Indonesia has 183 export companies that own the commodity Charcoal. Including CV Primadona & Co. In 30 years in the charcoal commodity CV Primadona & Co experienced ups and downs in the world of international business. The problem is customers who do not want to repurchase and business in Indonesia has experienced very rapid progress. This makes the company have decreased revenue since the last 6 years. In terms of data collection methods, this research is classified as qualitative using in-depth interviews as a means to gather the data. Observation are applied to collect the data. For B2B, the study would be more straightforward because of the use of in-depth interviews to identify and clarify the secret issues in phenomena that are difficult to fully understand. To collect qualitative data, interviews were conducted with 20 companies that have ever bought at Cv. Primadona & Co. The company is located in Korea, Europe and the Middle East. Important factors for repurchasing are demand on the market, quality, price, service, quick response. Some companies have already had the best quality, had a marketing relationship, and have received satisfaction from purchasing. Demand depends on the needs of each country. Quality can be seen from the burning that doesn’t emit sparkles, can withstand burning up to 3 to 5 hours, and no white ash. Customers look for the cheapest price to buy. Satisfying services such as after sales service and guaranteed products become the power to attract customers to repurchase.Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality, Relationship Marketing, Repurchase Intentio
The Impact of Technology Readiness on Mobile Cloud Computing Technology Acceptance among College Student in Indonesia
Abstract. Adopting mobile cloud computing (MCC) is expected to be one of the superior approaches to improving college student’s performance. Many students may use the functions for far fewer tasks than the MCC supports. This may depend on the technological personality associated with the acceptance of MCC. The purpose of this research is to investigate students’ personality traits in regard to technology readiness toward MCC acceptance. The author use Technology Readiness and Acceptance Model (TRAM). The study used an online questionnaire to collect 400 valid responses from active students from universities in Indonesia. Path Analysis was utilized to analyze the collected data. The findings indicate that Indonesian college students are optimistic, innovative, comfortable, but technology insecure. Optimism and Innovativeness are the driving force behind the adoption of technology, and Insecurity is an obstacle of technology adoption for them. The major findings of this study also reveal that four personality traits of technology readiness have different effects on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use about MCC. This research proves that personality influences the adoption of technology. The study of consumer buying behavior towards korean popular (kpop) boyband “bts” physical music album in Indonesia
Abstract. As Korean pop is growing rapidly in the worldwide. BTS as one of the K-pop boyband has become the world's most successful boy band. This condition also occurs particularly in Indonesia. BTS fans in Indonesia have proven to be the top 10 countries with the largest BTS fans in the world. However, this has no effect on the sales of BTS physical music albums in Indonesia. Although in less than 7 years BTS has sold more than 20 million physical albums and making them the best-selling Korean act of all time, Indonesia still does not include into the highest BTS album sales data. Therefore, this study aimed to examine more closely about the consumer buying behavior that influence the phenomenon of BTS hysical music albums sales that were conducted by BTS fans in Indonesia and recommendations that can be done by K-pop boyband marketers in selling the physical music album products. This research will be conducted through a quantitative approach by an online survey and participants of this research are 247 Indonesia consumer’s who have bought BTS physical album. Researcher explores factors (audio component, visual component, idolatry) which are adopted from related journals and using Theory of Planned Behavior that was modified to be the model of this study. This research using PLS-SEM to analyze the relationship between the factors, attitude toward BTS physical music album, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, purchase intention, and purchase behavior. The result indicates that idolatry, attitude toward BTS physical music album, perceived behavioral control are affecting Indonesian purchase behavior toward BTS physical music album. The finding of this research is expected to enhance the K-pop boyband marketers’ knowledge about Indonesian consumers and can maximize the selling of K-pop boyband physical music album products in Indonesia. The Influence Of Emotional Branding To Customer Loyalty: A Qualitative Assessment
Abstract. Businesses or brands collaborate with their customers to fulfill their desires and aspirations. Followed by 2019 government records, there are new cosmetics industries in Indonesia, raising the figure from 760 in 2018 to 797 industries. It means, cosmetic industry competition will be more intense in the future. The objective of this research is to assess if there is a relationship between the four elements of emotional branding to consumer loyalty of the brand Make Over. A qualitative grounded theory is used for this research through a semi-structured in-depth interview. The findings are relationship, sensorial experience, and imagination have a relation to customer loyalty. After theobserving with Gobe's theory, the results can be used for formation of consumer loyalty. This research will contribute to both practitioners and academics. For the practitioners, it should provide understanding, insight, and benefits; especially for brands or businesses in the cosmetics industry. Economic Potential of Oil Palm Plantation Using Remote Sensing-Based Technology in Indonesia
Abstract. The productivity of Indonesia's palm oil was considered low when referring to the 14.6 million ha land area in 2019, with the production of national palm oil only reaching 3.2 tons of CPO/ha/year. The uses of remote sensing technology as a means of monitoring and supervising, were expected to increase oil palm production in line with productivity. The purpose of this study was to determine the economic potential based on oil palm plantation productivity, with and without using remote sensing-based technology, as well as other variables likely to affect productivity. Primary and secondary data collection methods were also used in this research. There were three quantitative methods being used in this study, namely (i) Multiple regression model with panel data, (ii) Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) tool, and (iii) Multinomial logistic regression technique. The results showed that the generated economic potential from the utilization of the remote sensing model, had efficient opportunity value of 10.48, which was higher than the non-usage of the technology. INFLUENCE OF E-SERVICE QUALITY TOWARDS CUSTOMER LOYALTY IN THE SUBSCRIPTION VIDEO ON DEMAND (SVOD) SERVICE IN INDONESIA (CASE STUDY: NETFLIX)
Subscription video on demand (SVOD) seems to be getting popular as a choice of entertainment by consumers in the form of video such as movies and series including in Indonesia. SVOD can be accessed through the internet and can be accessed by many electronic devices connected to the internet. But with the rising of SVOD popularity, the competition in the industry became fierce with many new SVOD providers starting to spring up, and maintaining customer loyalty also becomes hard as companies trying to get as many customers as possible in the market therefore, it needs a strategy to maintain customer loyalty. The author chose to research how e-service quality can influence the customer loyalty of SVOD in Indonesia because SVOD is services provided on the internet and can be accessed either with web or app therefore e-service quality becomes an important factor to assess the service they provide. So, this research aims to see which e-service quality dimension has a significant impact on customer loyalty. The SVOD that became the object of this research is Netflix because they already have a long presence in Indonesia and have a substantial number of customers. Electronic service quality (E-service) quality is the ability of a company to provide service for customers through the online market. Customer loyalty is the commitment of customers to repurchase or patronize the same product and recommend it. The research is quantitative and was conducted by giving questionnaires to Netflix consumers in Jakarta and Bandung and the author managed to collect 110 data and analyze them with SEM-PLS method. Relationship of Covid-19 Pandemic on Performance and Internal Operation of The Airline
Abstract. Air transport business is challenged to oversee their performance and operations to preserve their business presence within the COVID-19 widespread. It is fundamental to distinguish the suitable performance and operation and their relationship with the pandemic. In this way, we used the indicators to employ a systematic literature review and experts’ point of view to select and group suitable indicators to address the literature gap. Twenty performance and internal operations indicators are identified and redefined from the review. The Delphi method’s result suggests eight indicators categorized in airline performance indicators and seven indicators categorized in internal operation indicators. We investigate the relationship of COVID-19 pandemic on the selected indicators using SmartPLS based on fifty-two weeks performance, and operation report of one of full-service airline started from 08 March 2020 until 28 February 2021. It can be deduced that the COVID-19 pandemic has a significant and negative influence on the airline’s performance. This study fills the gap by synthesizing and creating suitable and comprehensive performance and operation indicators of air transport carriers in a pandemic situation and their relationships. Finally, this study provides an invaluable point for analyzing the air transport carrier industries in a pandemic to maximize performance through profitability and load factors indicators.Keywords: Airline, Pandemic, Performance, Operatio

The Industrial Revolution is evolving again into the fourth industrial revolution known as Industry 4.0 where in this stage there is a combination between communication of technology, processor, software, sensor, to create information and value for the current manufacturing processes; hence, the style of thinking of the employees have to be relevant with the required kills to keep up with system modification. To face the advancement of industry 4.0, human resource such as digital mindset are essential. Current and future workforces that involved new environment and challenge require not only digital skill sets but also a digital mindset to ensure effective use of existing and emerging technology and information systems. Analyzing Factors Influencing In-Game Purchase Intention of Virtual Items: Case Study of PlayerUnknown’s Battleground Mobile (PUBG-M)
PlayerUnknown’s Battleground Mobile (PUBG-M) is the highest-earning battle royale game in the world. Their revenue mostly come from China and United States. Indonesia are a potential market for PUBG-M. This study aims to know factors influencing Indonesian users’ PUBG-M in-game purchase intention and examine loyalty towards the game relationships to factors that could influence in-game purchase intention. A quantitative survey were conducted among 338 respondents who have purchased PUBG-M virtual items and using Partial-Least Square (PLS) - Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze relationships between variables and purchase intention. The result indicates that game satisfaction, loyalty towards the game, social relationships and self-image, good price, character competencies and playfulness significantly influences in- game purchase intention. This study also finds that loyalty towards the game mediates factors influence in-game purchase intention. Game developers should enhance users’ satisfaction and loyalty, as well as playfulness and character competencies, while also increasing user’s social value and lowering the in-game purchase price. This findings could assist PUBG-M game developers a better approach in determining which marketing strategy to implement in order to increase game profitability and seize opportunities in Indonesia by considering Indonesian users’ purchase intention.Keywords: Purchase Intention; In-Game Purchase; Virtual Items; Indonesia; PUBG-M; Loyalty towards the Game
