    Royal Prima Medan Hospital is a type B private hospital in Medan that has been accredited. Royal Prima Hospital must always provide the needs of its patients. In addition, one of the things that must be considered by the Hospital to maintain this accreditation is that it must always provide the medicine stock needed by the patient. In 2018, the Royal Prima Medan Hospital suffered a loss of opportunity costs of Rp 117,125,215 of one type of medicine, namely Ringer Lactat 500 ML MJB caused by out of stock.This research aims to assist the Royal Prima Medan Hospital, specifically to reduce the loss of opportunity costs caused by depleted medicine stocks. From 10 types of medicines that caused the biggest loss of opportunity costs at the Royal Prima Hospital in Medan, this research focused on the Ringer Lactat 500 ML MJB medicine which had the largest contribution, around Rp. 117,125,215. The method used in this study is the time series forecasting method and inventory control method. In addition, the author also developed an inventory ordering process to reduce the long lead time for ordering medicines. So the process of ordering medicines can done more effectively.After calculating the time series forecasting method and inventory control method, the author found the best method for the Royal Prima Medan Hospital. This method uses the estimated Holt Winter method with alpha 0.6 and gamma 0.6 and the fixed order quantity inventory control method. By applying these two methods, Royal Prima Medan Hospital can reduce the loss of opportunity costs around 49% or IDR 57,626,111 and reduce the total inventory cost around 45% or IDR 114,408,778. This helps the Royal Prima Medan Hospital to be more efficient and effective in carrying out its business.Keywords: Forecasting, Inventory Control, Hospital, Pharmac

    Ciletuh-Palabuhanratu UNESCO Global Geopark (CPUGGp) is the first West Java Geopark located in Sukabumi Regency, and received UNESCO Global Geopark status in 2018. As a tourist spot, CPUGGp provides three geoparks that attract tourists, such as: earth diversity, biodiversity, and cultural diversity. Although CPUGGp had the highest number of visitors in 2018 with 1,175,258 visitors, compared to foreign visitors who came to Indonesia in 2019, GGPG in 2019 fell by 26% to 873,894 visitors, and CPUGGp still 1% of them. The theoretical method of this research is to use customer analysis, perform external analysis of the general environment (PESTEL) and industrial environment (Porter 5 Forces), and perform an internal analysis of a resource-based model. The methodology used for customer analysis uses multiple regression analysis. Education, relaxation, joy, comfort, attraction, intimacy with locals and a variety of destination activities. At the same time, the visit intention is the dependent variable. It turns out that the results that affect the intention of the visit are interest, intimacy with the surrounding community and various destination activities.     The trend of production and consumption of fuel-based energy is increasingly up worldwide. The condition can benefit industry players to run the projects from investments in the sectors. However, PT. BPK, family-run business, is facing fierce competition and uncertainty of income in the future because of the limitedness of small to medium scale projects in the oil and gas industry. Using the approach of Grand Matrix Strategy, this paper is going to find appropriate strategy PT. BPK can take in the future to secure and increase more income and make the company as a going concern. The analysis includes external analysis, inter alia: PEST, Porter Five Force, and competitor analysis, while internal analysis is using VRIO and value chain analysis. These analyses will narrow into SWOT and TOWS, and then being constructed into IFAS and EFAS to formulate the business strategy. The analysis has concluded into diversification strategy as the primary option. PT. BPK is now eyeing on a new project in coal transportation to diversify its business. Investment analysis is feasible as shown by positive project and equity NPV, project IRR is higher than WACC, equity IRR is higher than the cost of equity, and payback period on the investment is faster than the project period.Keywords : Feasibility Study, Financial Analysis, IRR, NPV, WAC

    New culinary industry opportunities always arise created by entrepreneurs. With the times, the culture of Indonesian society today has also changed. Indonesian people are easy to accept and adapt to various types of food. Such potential is the target for foreign parties who want to invest in Indonesia. Many foreign restaurants have sprung up in Indonesia, one of which is DaGo Restaurant Jakarta. In introducing the restaurant, DaGo Restaurant Jakarta does not want to be out of date so DaGo Restaurant Jakarta uses the help of technology by using e-commerce marketplace. DaGo Restaurant Jakarta collaborates with an e-commerce marketplace in Indonesia named LaKupon. However, in its implementation the collaboration between DaGo Restaurant Jakarta and LaKupon did not go well. The function of DaGo Restaurant Jakarta using LaKupon is to increase visitor traffic, but in reality DaGo Restaurant Jakarta actually loses its revenue potential because the use of vouchers from LaKupon itself does not reach the target. Therefore DaGo Restaurant Jakarta must make a decision on how to increase their visitor traffic. The problem of choosing a new and appropriate e-commerce marketplace for DaGo Restaurant Jakarta is analyzed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). As a result of AHP, Fave is the best choice as a new e-commerce marketplace to increase customer traffic for DaGo Restaurant Jakarta

    Indonesia textile industry in 2019 is under pressure due to the large number of imports entering the local market, which makes industrial sales depressed that had Impacted on the performance and growth of the textile declining. PT. Gistex, a company engaged in the textile industry, is also experiencing the same pressure as the industry. The company's had a poor performance reflected in the Cash Conversion Cycle Indicator, which is getting higher each period and the value of liquidity is decreasing. Cash Conversion Cycle should be a concern for the company, namely improving company performance and improving shareholder welfare. So it is important to find an improvement in the Cash Conversion Cycle for PT. Gistex so as to improve the welfare of the owner. The analysis is carried out to obtain an indicator of the target improvement for the company, namely by forecasting for 5 years with various different scenarios and adjusting to market conditions. Industry cash conversion cycle benchmarks are also important, benchmark uses a population of listed companies on the stock exchange. The issuer's data and performance are looking for the Cash Conversion Cycle turnover rate for various aspects such as Receivable Turnover, Inventory Turnover and Payable Turnover. As a reference, the company must improve, namely receivable turnover and inventory turnover. The improvement in terms of receivables and inventory turnover aspects based on industry performance will be used as a reference for companies in determining their business and management strategy. The results obtained after using these references are that the company can improve its profitability and liquidity performance. Important for PT.     Motivation of Younger Generation Consumer Towards The Use of Digital Platform to Fulfill Information Needs in Automobile Purchasing (Case Study on PT Indosal Pasteur)

    Indonesia is the one of country that have most internet user, with total of 175 million users and mostly from younger generation. One of the applications that is most used by them is e-commerce. Nowadays, the use of e-commerce has penetrated into the automobile industry in Indonesia, with some of automobile companies or dealers had adopted the digitalization on their sales system. Some of it use their own digital platform, while the others tie up with existing digital platform or e-commerce. PT Indosal Pasteur or Honda Pasteur is one of the dealers that still adopt conventional method to sale their product, but want to adopt the digitalization for their sales system in the future. This research has purpose to analyze the motivation of company to use digital platform for automobile sales and also the motivation of consumer when use digital platform to buy a car. The author conducted exploratory research with qualitative approach to understand more about the topic that the author taken using semi-structured interview. The author also made quantitative analysis using structure questionnaire to gather data that needed for this research. The results of this research shown that consumers nowadays preferred the use of digital platform to buy a car because of the availability of information that would be useful to choose the exact car that they need.     PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) through PT Angkasa Pura Propertindo as a subsidiary is currently in the construction phase of a hotel located in the Integrated Building area of Soekarno Hatta Airport. This activity as one of the company’s efforts in business development an to increase non-aero revenue to achieve the 11.4T revenue target by developing support from subsidiaries.This study analyses the marketing strategy of the Integrated Building Hotel in the midst of hotel competition around the existing Soekarno Hatta Airport area and how PT APP’s strategy as a hotel business manager can seize the hotel business market and compete in the hotel business to increase PT AP2’s non-aero revenue as a result of developing support for a subsidiary of PT APP.The theoretical approach used are external analysis consisting of the general environment, industrial environment, competitor analysis, customer analysis, and internal analysis. Then the result of the analysis are categorized using a SWOT analysis. The process starts with finding a TOWS analysis solution.     PT Angkasa Pura II built Ground Support System (GSS) facility at Terminal 3 Soekarno-Hatta Int’l Airport. AP II’s GSS consists of Ground Power Unit (GPU), Pre-Conditioned Air Unit, and Water Service Unit (WSU). The management of GSS facilities is inefficient and GSS business still has low utilization. The research objectives are for optimizing and developing GSS business. The qualitative research conducts by data gathering from interview and examine the company’s documents. Literature review with Business Process Improvement of Six-Sigma model DMAIC and Marketing Mix 4P are used for identifying the business issues and assist to find the solution. According to the Define, Measure, & Analyze phase, the root causes are different second party technician & operator, slow response time, power trip of GPU facility, and lack of promotion activity. The solution conducts through Improvement & Control phase for increasing the GSS utilization, GSS revenue, and GSS value. The first solution is developing GSS monitoring and reporting system.     RA Planner is a publisher company that create and publish printing product. In 2018 with high demand RA Planner successfully printed planner book as much as 23,000 planner books and sold out With the analysis of the printing industry that is still experiencing growth and sales growth which is increasing every year, owner RA Planner is interested to do a plan to make a printing plant independently. Before starting the project, financial feasibility study must be conducted to discover the profitability of the project and the risk that could occur during the business operation. This study will use Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) model and its parameters for analyzing project’s profitability, Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP), and Profitability Index (PI). In order to develop DFC model, author made free cash flow projections using FCFF approach. The financial model was based on many assumptions which are obtained from several perspectives and approaches. Risk analysis conducted using sensitivity analysis, scenario analysis, and Monte Carlo analysis. According to the financial feasibility study, the Net Present Value derived from the calculation is 23,120,867,265 which is higher than IDR 0; the Internal Rate of Return is 18.55% higher than the Cost of Equity 15.88%; the Payback Period is 6 Profitability Index from this project is 1.97 which is higher than the criterion must be higher than 1.     THE ANALYSIS OF OPTIMAL PORTFOLIO USING MARKOWITZ METHOD (CASE BASED ON LQ45 SEMESTER 1/2019)

    Investment in the capital market is now an interesting thing for the Indonesian people. Beside being used for saving, it also provides more potential profit than saving at bank. The condition of The Indonesian capital market has increase, this is reflected by the increasing JCI movement, so that capital market investment provides so sufficient profit for investors. Price movements in the capital market are influenced by the level of market purchasing power, global economic conditions, government policies, and company performance. Those make stock investment has high risk for investors. The knowledge of stocks and risk is something that is important and needs to be owned by investors or potential investors. This makes investors still have concerns about investment and even suffer losses due to a lack of understanding in investing. Through this research, the author analyzes several alternative portfolio choices used in managing stock investments. The stocks used are included in the LQ45 index for the period February-July 2019 which has the largest market capitalization value. The 10 stocks chosen were ASII, TLKM, UNVR, BMRI, GGRM, BBNI, BBCA, ICBP, BBRI, and HMSP. The historical data used is monthly yield-induced data in 5 years from January 2014 to December 2018. In this research, the author used the Markowitz’s optimization theory for method. The combination of portfolio formed consists of one Equally-weighted portfolio, one optimal risky portfolio, and 28 portfolios in the efficient frontier. The optimal portfolio in efficient frontier is the one that produces the highest profit expectations with a lowest risk value, and the highest Sharpe Ratio value to assess the best performance. Based on 30 alternative portfolio combinations, the best choice of portfolio (10) has a maximum Sharpe Ratio of 5.7315 with a composition of shares with composition of HMSP 15.17%, GGRM 18.93%, BBCA 35.74%, ICBP 6.09%, and BBRI 24.07% with expected return 35.03% with 4.89% risk value. So that the Portfolio (10) can be a reference for investors in managing investments, especially in stocks.Keywords:  Stock, Investment, Portfolio, Markowitz
