CREATING A CORPORATE CULTURE TO ENHANCE PRODUCTIVITY AT PT DIRGANTARA INDONESIA (PERSERO)
PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PTDI), has been capable in producing and selling the aircrafts, helicopters, weapon system, missile, dan maintenance to other countries. Shortly, PTDI has become one of big companies in Asia Pacific, specializing in medium and lighter aircrafts manufacturing and business. PTDI has not yet owned corporate culture containing belief, value, and behavior as the guidance for the employee how they work around here in achieving the target. Therefore, to enhance the productivity leading to high performance, the company must fulfil one of requirements i.e creating corporate culture containing beliefs, value and behavior standard as the guidance for employee. The first step to formulate, an analysis has been conducted to see the recent potention in business by using SWOT Analysis and distributing Questionnaire to collect and analyze data regarding employee opinion of existing value (das Sein) and expected value (das Sollen), and their gaps. By using the value gap, it has been found unrequired value (negative values) and new expected value to be formulated as corporate value consisting of operating, primary value and core value, as the material of making corporate culture. Financial Feasibility Study in Market Revitalization Project Using Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Scheme
The revitalization project of The Market in City X needs a capital investment of Rp. 233,758,070,018. On that basis, it is necessary to test the feasibility of which financial feasibility is one of them. In recognition of this need, on the basis of Presidential Decree No.38/2015, the Government supports for the PPP project in Indonesia are through Viability Gap Funding (VGF). Through this research, author analyze the feasibility of this investment plan by calculating the project’s revenue and the required operational cost and other expenses. The feasibility of an Investment plan can be financially analyzed by using Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) parameters which are Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR): and Payback Period (PP). The result of the analysis is that this project is not feasible without the help of government’s Viable Gap Funding (VGF) with negative NPV and IRR below projected WACC. With maximum VGF, the project still financially unfeasible with NPV of (4,463,505,266) with IRR smaller than projected WACC of 12.29%. Increasing Employee Performance of Gideon Mula Gabe Ltd. Company by Increasing The Employee Experience of The Company
Every company has got affected by pandemic COVID-19. But, the low performance of the company is not only because of the domino effect of the economy. Based on Deloitte Human Capital Research there is change within the habits and preference of the employees that caused by COVID-19 they more likely prefer well-beingness than any other benefits. The fact is many companies still not taking this seriously and provide low investment for the well-beingness of their employees. As a company that affected and have similar symptom within the result of Deloitte Human Capital Research, the researcher which also the CEO of Gideon Mula Gabe Ltd. company want to explore the relationship between employee experience as the tools to get well-beingness and employee performance which at the end of the day affected company performance especially within the company that running in Palm Oil Plantation Industry. Also, to find the business solution that can increasing and have stability due to uncertainty in the future and created well beingness within the company. This research taking 100 employees as the participation respondent, and using a questionnaire with the Likert Scale as the parameter to answer. The results show there is a positive relation between Employee Experience and Employee Performance. The Influence Of K-Pop Group “Treasure” As Brand Ambassador of Ruang Guru on Consumer Purchase Decisions
Business competition has gotten increasingly tough with a huge number of students in Indonesia, as well as the trend of online learning during the outbreak, there is surely a chance for education companies to develop their product market. Ruangguru, an educational startup company, chose TREASURE as the Ruangguru Learning Ambassador as part of the company's marketing strategy to reach a wider audience. Using mixed method approach to understand deeper the problems and came out with conclusion through statistical analysis, PLS-SEM method, found that the about half of the students are aware that TREASURE is the Brand Ambassador of Ruangguru. The purpose of this research is to assess whether Ruangguru made the right decision in selecting TREASURE as the Brand Ambassador, as well as whether TREASURE as the Ruangguru Brand Ambassador influences consumer purchasing decisions. The results revealed that Brand Ambassador and Brand Image variables both have significant influence on the consumer purchasing decisions, while the Brand Awareness has no significant influence. Analyzing The Effectiveness of Social Media Marketing in PT Primajasa
Nowadays, social media is the future of branding in marketing. Social media is used as the main tool in marketing to tell the product review to convey customer engagement. Social media in the digital area is a platform to conduct interaction and information together to accomplish business goals. The social media platform is an intermediary between brands and audiences and utilizes customer engagement to engage the product review. Mostly, the social media platform uses Instagram as their social media since it can easily go viral. PT Primajasa, the leading transportation sector in Indonesia, uses the Instagram page to integrate the companies and audiences and helps companies to see the story behind the campaign. Before customers take additional action to make a purchase, their Instagram pages show a lot of likes, comments, and shares from other users. Customers frequently make purchases on social media by highlighting the success of the business's social media performance. To get attention from people, Social Media content has to be creative and innovative in increasing customer engagement and product reviews of users. Content that consists of storytelling makes people more engaged and increases the achievement of purchase intention. Furthermore, this study aims to determine the effect of Social media Marketing, Product Review, and Customer Engagement on Purchase Interest in PT Primajasa's transportation services. This research is associative research and the type of data used is quantitative data. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The number of samples is 354 consisting of current passengers of PT Primajasa, students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Bandung Institute of Technology in 2022-2024 and employees of PT Primajasa in the field of Marketing. Data analysis used Multiple Linear Analysis. The results of this study answered the direct effect of Social Media Marketing on Customer Engagement and Purchase Intention. Indirect Social Media Marketing has more positive influences through Customer Engagement as a mediator than direct Social Media Marketing on Purchase Intention.
Factors that Influence the Acceptance of Telemedicine Services in Rural Community Through an Extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)
Since the COVID-19 pandemic, telemedicine has increasingly become an important role in health care services. Telemedicine has the potential to be a solution in overcoming health service problems during a pandemic, especially in improving health care services in remote areas. However, the benefits of telemedicine can only be felt when people begin to accept and use it proactively. Therefore, it is important to know the factors that influence the acceptance of telemedicine. The main objective is to investigate the factors influencing the acceptance of telemedicine services in rural communities. TAM theory by Davis (1989) was used as a theoretical framework for this research. The data is collected through a quantitative approach using a questionnaire-based survey, and PLS-SEM method. The results found that PU, and PEOU, have a significant effect on AT. Moreover, SI and AT have a significant effect on BI while PR, trust, TA, resistance to use, and FC do not have a significant effect on BI. BUSINESS STRATEGY FORMULATION FOR HUMBLEZING TO OBTAIN SUSTAINABLE COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE IN COMPETITIVE MARKET
Building a sustainable competitive advantages is crucial to winning the competitive fashion industry. The purpose of this study was to design a business strategy to create the sustainable competitive advantage. Research initiated by analyse the external and internal factor of the company including PESTEL analysis, Porter’s five forces, competitor analysis, Porter’s value chain analysis, Resourced-based view and VRIO analysis. The methodological approach that used are integrating quantitative and qualitative data. Observation and questionnaire data will be collected to generate the SWOT matrix, TOWS matrix, Porter’s three generic strategies, Proposed business model canvas, and Proposed sustainable competitive advantages. The result showed that the best strategy for Humblezing can be tailored to sustain the business in competitive environment is focus differentiation. Where the company will emphasize the innovation in terms of product, variations, excellent customer service, digital marketing and brand communication. Proposed Business Strategy for New Business in Muslim Fashion Industry (Case Study: QUIN)
In the era of a competitive market, starting a new business might be demanding and challenging. A company can have a low position in an attractive industry and better than a company with the right place in an unattractive industry. Indonesia is the top three countries with a massive expenditure on Muslim apparel. The popularity of Muslim fashion and hijab in Indonesia has shown a significant increase (Global Business Guide Indonesia, 2016). QUIN is a newcomer in fashion industry from Bandung that engaged in the textile trade for the Muslim hijab in Indonesia. QUIN offers a product that elevates religious values combined with an element of beauty. The increasing number of hijab brands, a massive amount of fabric suppliers and vendors is one proof of Bandung as a potential city to start a fashion business. To build a new business, QUIN needs a proper business strategy due to the high competition in Muslim fashion industry in Indonesia. This paper analyzed the external environment through Customer analysis, Competitor analysis, and Porter's Five Forces analysis. Meanwhile, the internal analysis uses analysis of the Business Process and VRIO analysis. Toraja is popular with its unique burial culture. Every traditional ceremony and daily life of people in Toraja, couldn’t be separated from coffee. Toraja coffee is the potential to develop besides its cultural tradition that already popular. Unfortunately, natural resources like coffee plantations and processes not as famous as Toraja death ritual ceremony. Coffee is an entry point to create a new image for tourists that are already associated with graves.Kurreka is a brand formed in Toraja Utara that provides an alternative tourism journey and products based on local communities & artisans. The products represent gratitude because coffee has been an inspiration for doing creative things consciously. The collaboration value-based between designer and local to creating an ethical benefit-sharing system is for the local economy and social impact strategy to stakeholder. Kurreka is facing a problem making a sustainable ecosystem, impacting the local community, and optimizing CSR funding for a sustainable program.The purpose in Kurreka business is to create shared value for economic and social. In the implementation, Kurreka develop a sustainable ecosystem through a workshop program for communities and artisans. Kurreka provides solutions to the challenges that exist in the community in a collaborative and participatory way. FINANCIAL ANALYSIS AUGER MINING METHOD WITH A CAPITAL BUDGETING APPROACH
PT. XYZ is a company that holds a Coal Mining Concession Work Agreement (PKP2B). Administratively, the agreement area is located in Berau District, East Kalimantan Province. Detailed exploration activities have been carried out by PT. XYZ , and has obtained approval of the Final Exploration Report and recommendations to carry out a Feasibility Study from the Director of the Directorate of Mineral and Coal Businesses since 26 April 1983. In this Business Issue there are four things to focus on, namely:a. The Coal Price Decline In Mid-2020b. The Decrease of Coal Reserve Pit BIMA and HANOMANc. Company obligations related to Coal conservation d. External IssueHow the Coal Price Decline & Coal reserve updates in Pit BIMA and HANOMAN have a direct impact on decreasing production & equipment standby. Further raises the issue of the volume of Coal that had been promised to the government according to the doc feasibility study could not be fulfilled. More Effort is expected by the government according to the regulation is the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation No. 26 of 2018 concerning the conservation of minerals and Coal.Auger is one solution that will be discussed in this paper. Technically and economically able to answer the above issue. Several strategies and scenarios related to production and investment plans are presented to determine the best value. Based on the evaluation of the four scenarios, then through the capital budgeting approach all scenarios are feasible and the first scenario (no investment approach) is the best.
