PENGARUH LATAR BELAKANG PENDIDIKAN DAN MASA KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU RAUDHATUL ATHFAL
The purpose of this study was to see the influence of educational background and years of teacher performance Raudhatul Athfal in Medan. The proposed hypothesis of the study, which reads:Â There was no effect of the educational background and work together on the performance of the Athfal Raudatul teacher in Medan. Based on data analysis using a Varian Analysis of Two Path, then obtained the following results: 1). There is a very significant influence of educational background on performance. These results are known by looking at the value or coefficient difference ANAVA FA = 8.978 with p <0.010. 2). There is a significant influence on the performance of the work. These results are known by looking at the value or coefficient difference ANAVA FB = 4.131 with p <0.050. 3). There is no influence of the educational background and work together on performance. These results are known by looking at the value or coefficient difference ANAVAÂ = 0.267 with p> 0.050. The teacher who has a service life of between 4 to 10 years had a higher performance with the performance of the average value of 201.594 as compared with teachers who have tenure over 10 years with an average value of 196.926 and the performance of teachers who have a service life of between 1 to 3 years with an average value of the performance of 191.538
HUBUNGAN ANTARA IKLIM ORGANISASI DAN KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL DENGAN PERILAKU AGRESIF PADA ANGGOTA SATUAN RESERSE KRIMINAL POLDA SUMATERA UTARA
Basically this study aims to Relationship Between Organizational Climate and Interpersonal Communication With Aggressive Behavior in Criminal Investigation Police Unit Member of North Sumatra. The study was conducted on 120 police officers at the Criminal Police Field. Based on the elaboration of the chapter the theoretical basis, the proposed hypothesis of the study, which reads. negative relationship between interpersonal communication with the aggressive behavior of police officers on the assumption that the better interpersonal communication, the lower the aggressive behavior of police officers.          In an effort to prove the third hypothesis above, we used data analysis methods Regression Analysis of Two Predictors, wherein the first predictor (independent variable I) is the organizational climate and the second predictor (independent variable II) is an interpersonal communication and the criterion (dependent variable / dependent) is aggressive behavior. Based on data analysis using regression analysis two predictors, the obtained results as follows: There is a significant negative relationship between organizational climate and interpersonal communication with aggressive behavior. This means that the better the organizational climate and komuunikasi received by members of the police, then the lower aggressive behavior. Conversely the climate is not good organization and communications received by members of the police, the higher the aggressive behavior is evidenced by the results of the correlation coefficient which Freg = 26.567 p <0.010. Thus, the hypothesis has been proposed in this study, been accepted
KONTRIBUSI PERSEPSI IKLIM ORGANISASI DAN DUKUNGAN ORGANISASI TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) PADA KARYAWAN PT. ALPIN BOGA PANGAN MEDAN
This study aims to see the contribution of Climate Perception of Organization and Support of Organizational Citizenship Organizational Behavior at  PT. Alpin Boga Pangan Medan. In proving the above hypothesis, we used regression analysis method of data analysis two predictors. There is a significant positive relationship between perceptions of organizational climate and organizational support to the Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This is evidenced by the coefficient Freg = 3.838 where p <0.050. This indicates that the better the perception of organizational climate organizational culture, Organizational Citizenship Behavior is also higher. Conversely the lower the perception of organizational climate, and the lower support of the organization Organizational Citizenship Behavior is also lower. Based on these results, the hypothesis proposed been accepted.    Â
PENGARUH LOCUS OF CONTROL DAN HARGA DIRI TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA PEGAWAI DINAS PENDIDIKAN KOTA MEDAN
This study aims to see the effect of locus of control and dignity of the employee work motivation Medan City Department of Education. Based on the existing theoretical framework, namely by Burns (2004) states that individuals are not easily affected by external environment of an individual who himself is having internal Locus Of Controln  Then the proposed hypothesis: 1). There is the influence of Locus of control and self-esteem together on employee motivation employee Education Department. 2). There is the influence of self-esteem of employee motivation. 3). There is the influence of locus of control on employee motivation. In proving the above hypothesis, we used data analysis methods, namely Multiple Regression Analysis.. Based on these results, the hypothesis proposed been accepted. 2) As for the contribution of the variable influence of self-esteem on the work motivation of employees by 29%. 3). Effect of locus of control on employee motivation to work in Medan City Government Department of Education with a contribution of 47%. The total effective contribution of these two independent variables (locus of control and self-esteem) on the performance of employees is 76% From the results it is known that there is still a 24% influence of other factors of motivation to work is not examined in this study
PERAN PUBLIC RELATIONS SEBAGAI PENDUKUNG MANAJEMEN DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DR. PIRNGADI KOTA MEDAN
The research is titled "The Role of Public Relations as a Management Support Hospital General Dr. Pirngadi Medan City "and discusses the role of public relations in order to improve the image of the hospital which describes the public relations image of the hospital to maintain (maintenance of image) and restore the image of the hospital (recovery of image) when carrying out its role as a supporter of management. This study aims to answer the problems that have been formulated. The detailed objectives of this study was to determine achievable extent of successful public relations duties to support the management to minimize patient complaints about inpatient services Jamkesmas participants in improving the image of the hospital in General Hospital Dr. Pirngadi Medan. The study population was inpatients General Hospital Dr. Pirngadi Jamkesmas Medan which is a participant during the month of January 2009 and aged 17 to 50 years. While the number of samples used to determine the Taro Yamane and using proportional random sampling technique. To answer the problems that have been formulated, used descriptive method with quantitative approach. From the analysis found the success rate of maintaining public relations image of the hospital by providing the best services at 65.12%, and restore the image of the hospital by providing the right solution for 62.79% proving that the role of public relations as a management support works
HUBUNGAN RASA HUMOR DAN INTELIGENSI DENGAN KREATIVITAS VERBAL SISWA SMP NEGERI DI KOTA MEDAN
Basicallythis study aims to look at the relationship between sense of humor and intelligence with verbal creativity in junior high school students in the city of Medan.The results obtained are as follows. There is a positive relationship between sense of humor and intelligence with verbal creativity. These results indicated by coefficients which Freg = 28.424 p <0.010. This indicates that the higher the higher the sense of humor and intelligence, it is also higher verbal creativity. Conversely the lower the lower the sense of humor and intelligence, it is also the lower the verbal creativity. 2). There is a significant positive relationship between sense of humor with verbal creativity by controlling the variables of intelligence. It is seen from the coefficient of correlation = 0.174, p <0.050. Based on these results the hypothesis been accepted. Then note that a sense of humor contributed to the verbal creativity of only 1.407%. 3). There is a very significant positive relationship between intelligence with verbal creativity by controlling the variable sense of humor. It is seen from the coefficient of correlation = 0.458, p <0.010. Based on these results the hypothesis been accepted. Then known that intelligence contributes to the verbal creativity of 20.187%
HUBUNGAN MORALITAS DAN STATUS EKONOMI DENGAN KECERDASAN SOSIAL PADA REMAJA DI SMP NEGERI 9 BINJAI
The study was conducted to test whether there is a relationship of morality and economic status in adolescents with social intelligence on Junior High School 9 Binjai. Population of 700 adolescents aged 13 -15, which is used as a sample of 100 students, because all questionnaires were returned after completed. The results obtained are as follows great relationship X1 variable to variable Y, can be seen from the coefficient of determinant (R Square) = 0.229, indicating that 22.9% of social intelligence related to morality.        Relationship variables X2 to Y, can be seen from the coefficient of determinant (R Square) = 0.202, indicating that 20.2% of social intelligence related to economic status. Correlation coefficient of the results showed that a significant relationship between the morality of social intelligence in adolescents with t count value = 8.751. While the t table = 1.984 for a significant level of 0.05 (5%), for 0.01 confidence level (1%) means the relationship between morality with social intelligence is very significant alevel of 0.05  and 0.01.Tthe relationship variables X1 and X2 to Y, can be seen determinant (R Square) = 0.662, indicating that 66.2% of social intelligence relating to morality and economic status
HUBUNGAN ANTARA BUDAYA PERUSAHAAN DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DENGAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) PADA LPP TVRI SUMATERA UTARA
This study aims to meliha Relationship Between Corporate Culture and Organizational Commitment With Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in North Sumatra TVRI LPP. In line with the theoretical basis of existing, proposed hypotheses: 1. There was a significant positive relationship between Corporate Culture and Organizational Commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCBIn proving the above hypothesis, we used regression analysis method of data analysis two predictors. Based on data analysis of the results obtained: 1. There is a significant relationship between corporate culture and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This is evidenced by the coefficient Freg = 1.952 where p <0.050. This indicates that the better the higher the corporate culture and organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior then (OCB) will be higher. Instead the worse the lower the corporate culture and organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior then (OCB) will be lower as well. Based on these results, the hypothesis proposed been accepted
PENGARUH MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PDAM TIRTANADI PROVINSI SUMATERA UTARA CABANG MEDAN KOTA
This study aims to see the influence of achievement motivation and discipline to the performance of employees working Tirtanadi PDAM Medan, North Sumatra branch of the City. In line with the theoretical basis of existing, proposed hypotheses achievement motivation significantly influence employee performance Tirtanadi PDAM Medan, North Sumatra branch of the City.In proving the above hypothesis, we used data analysis method Multiple Regression. Based on data analysis of the results obtained  there is significant influence between achievement motivation and labor discipline on the performance of employees. This is evidenced by the coefficient Freg = 5.701 where p <0.050. 2) As for the contribution of achievement motivation variables on the performance of employees in the civil branch of Medan City PDAM Tirtanadi with 17.72% contribution. Meanwhile variables affect labor discipline or have a role on the performance of employees by 18.92%. The total effective contribution of these two independent variables (achievement motivation and discipline of work) on the performance of employees amounted to 20.20%. In general, the results of this study illustrate that stated that the subject of this study have very high achievement motivation and disciplined work is very high
HUBUNGAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI, DUKUNGAN ORGANISASI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA DENGAN KINERJA KARYAWAN PERUSAHAAN DAERAH AIR MINUM TIRTANADI PROVINSI SUMATERA UTARA
This study aims to look at the relationship of organizational culture and organizational support to employee motivation to work with the performance of the Regional Water Company Tirtanadi North Sumatra Province. In line with the existing theoretical basis, put forward a hypothesis: There is a significant positive relationship to organizational culture, organizational support, employee motivation to work with the performance of PDAM Tirtanadi North Sumatra Province.In proving the above hypothesis, we used the regression method of data analysis three predictors. Based on data analysis of the results obtained: There is a significant positive relationship to organizational culture, organizational support, motivation to work together with the performance of employees. This result is evidenced by the coefficient R = 0.371 with R.square = 0.138 where p <0.050. 2) As for the contribution of organizational culture variables on the performance of employees by 11.4%, for the variable of organizational support for employee performance based on analysis of data in this study was 9.1%, and for the motivation variables on the performance of employees by 1.06% . So that the total effective contribution of these three variables on the performance of employees by 13.81%. From the results it is known that there are still 86.1% influence of other factors on the performance of employees.           In general, the results of this study illustrate that employees have a very high organizational culture, organizational support is very high and has a very high motivation to work well, while the performance of acquired employees classified as very high as well
