    This study aims to determine the relationship of interpersonal communication and organizational commitment to employee job satisfaction. The hypothesis in this study were: "There is a positive relationship between organizational commitment interpersonaldan communication with employee job satisfaction". The better interpersonal communication and organizational commitment, the higher the job satisfaction of employees and vice versa worse interpersonal communication and organizational commitment, the lower the job satisfaction of employees.            Research hypothesis was tested by regression analysis two predictors. The analysis shows the price obtained at 14.021 with p F = 0.000, which means there is a very significant positive relationship between interpersonal communication and commitment to the organization by implementing employee job satisfaction on PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero).            The results showed that the importance to PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero), to empower employees is based on implementing aspects of interpersonal communication and organizational commitment. It is expected to increase employee job satisfaction in implementing PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero)

    Human resources is one of important factor in supporting the activity and viability of the company. Human resource management requires attention to the human aspect of employees as a primary asset of the organization. Employees are the planners, implementers and the controlling organization who always plays an active role in realizing the goals of the organization, therefore, organizations need to optimally utilize all the energy, ability, skill, talent and knowledge possessed by their employees by giving awards to employees as a dignified human being.The aim of this research is to investigate the influence of attitude, education, training, and years of service to employee performance in North Sumatra Province Tirtanadi taps. Samples used in this study were 100 employees taps Tirtanadi GCMS analysis used to find the influence of attitudes, educational, training, and working lives of employee performance is multiple linear regression.The result showed that there are three significant variables are the variables X2, X3, X4 and the variables are not significant is only one variable X1. Three significant variables for each value of variable t> ttable or may be mentioned 2.689, 5.348, and 2.375> 1.984. Simultaneous test results obtained F value = 28.965> 2.37; that Ho was rejected or it can be concluded significant. Results of data analysis to get the coefficient of determination obtained R2 value 0.462

    This study aims to determine and prove the relationship between self-esteem and level of education with an attitude of acceptance of mothers of children with autism. The hypothesis advanced is that there is a positive relationship between self-esteem with an attitude of acceptance of mothers of children with autism, there is a positive relationship between level of education with an attitude of acceptance of mothers of children with autism and there is a positive relationship between self-esteem and level of maternal education with an attitude of acceptance toward the child with autism.            The results showed that there was a significant relationship between self-esteem with an attitude of acceptance of mothers of children with autism by 0039 a significant level <0.05 (5%) with a variable contribution of R ² = 14:28% against acceptance; There is a very significant positive relationship between acceptance level of education with mothers of children with autism by 0000 a significant level <0.01 (1%) with a variable contribution of R ² = 40.19% against acceptance; there is a significant relationship between self-esteem and level of education with an attitude of acceptance mothers   toward children with autism with the acquisition of R ² = 0.474, which means self-esteem and levels of education together can explain the variability of 47.4% and 52.6% influenced by other factors that are not the focus in this study

    This study aims to determine Is there a relationship Social Support and Self Efficacy with Students In SMKN2 Medan.            In proving the above hypothesis, we used data analysis method Multiple Regression. Based on data analysis of the results obtained: 1). that there is a significant negative relationship between family social support and self-efficacy for learning on students' self-reliance which can in coefficients (F reg = 4.771 with p> 0.05) where F reg (F calculated)> F table (4.771> 3.159). 2). Based on the results of data analysis according to the formula of partial correlation analysis of the first level of known results as follows it can be concluded that the contribution of family social support variables and self-efficacy is 14% while the rest 86% influenced by other factors not discussed or examined by the researcher such as intelligence, parenting, community life pattern of the system.            In general, the results of this study illustrate that there is a relationship between social support and self-efficacy in students with learning independence

    This research was aimed at analyzing the effect of locus of control and emotional quotient on problem solving skills in adolescent of village Percut Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan. In 1231 populations of adolescents 16 -18, only 160 sampled respondents and finally as a sample to analyze the hypothesis counted 136 subjects. This is because the 15 questionnaries not return and 9 subjects didn’t fill the questionnaries completely.To analyze the hypothesis about effect of X1 and X2 variable to Y variable we use Multiple Regression analysis.  The effect of X1 and X2 variable on Y variable can be seen from Coefficient Determination (R.Square) = 0,29, indicate that 21,9% of problem solving skills is influenced by locus of control and emotional quotient. The rest, 23,2 % was cause by other variables from out side this research.Coeffient Correlation between X1 variable and  Y variable is 0,388. Score of r is bigger than r table, show that significant and positive influences are 0,388 between locus of control and problem solvings skills. Coeffient Correlation between X2 variable and  Y variable is 0,427, bigger than r table too in significancy level 5%,  that significant and positive effect between emotional quotient and problem solvings skills. r table to N=136 on believing interval 95% or significancy level 5% is 0,159.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara kecerdasan emosi dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap efektifitas kepemimpinan di RSUP H. Adam Malik Medan. Sejalan dengan landasan teori yang ada, diajukan hipotesis: 1) Ada hubungan antara kecerdasan emosi dengan efektifitas kepemimpian, 2) Ada hubungan antara komunikasi interpersonal dengan efektifitas kepemimpinan, 3) Ada hubungan antara kecerdasan emosi dan komunikasi interpersonal dengan efektifitas kepemimpinan. Dalam membuktikan hipotesis di atas, maka digunakan metode analisis dua predikot. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil: 1) terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosi dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap efektifitas kepemimpinan. Hal ini ditujukan dengan koefisien Freg = 2,000 dimana p Ë‚ 0,010. 2) Adapun sumbangan dari variabel kecerdasan emosi memberikan kontribusi 47 % terhadap efektifitas kepemimpinan. Sementara itu variabel komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh atau memiliki peran terhadap efektifitas kepemimpinan sebesar 24,5 %. Total sumbangan efektif dari kedua variabel bebas (kecerdasan emosi dan komunikasi interpersonal) terhadap efektifitas kepemimpinan adalah sebesar 71,5 %. Secara umum, hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa subjek penelitian ini memiliki kecerdasan emosi yang sangat tinggi dan memiliki komunikasi interpersonal yang sangat tinggi juga, sedangkan efektifitas kepemimpinan yang diperoleh tergolong sedan

    Fokus penelitian ini ada hubungan antara kompetensi kepribadian guru dan reinforcement dengan motivasi belajar siswa di sekolah. Diduga, ada keterkaitan motivasi belajr siswa dengan reinforcement serta kecenderungan perilaku guru dalam memperhatikan siswa di sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 11 Medan. Besar sampel yang diambil dari sekolah ini adalah 33 orang guru dengan karakteristik: 6 orang masa kerjanya di bawah 15 tahun, golongan kepangkatan lebih kecil sama dengan 3 dan umur dibawah 45 tahun, sedangkan 27 orang lainnya, masa kerjanya di atas 15 tahun dan umurnya di atas 45 tahun. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi dan regresi ganda. Korelasi variabel kompetensi kepribadian guru dengan motivasi belajar siswa adalah rxly = 0.601 pada alpha 0.00 dan korelasi ini signifikan serta berada pada taraf kuat. Hasil perhitungan R² xly = 0,361. Hal ini berarti bahwa motivasi belajar siswa dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel kompetensi kepribadian guru sebesar 36 %. Korelasi variabel reinforcement dengan motivasi belajar siswa adalah rx2y = 0420. Variabel reinforcement berhubungan secara positif dengan motivasi belajar siswa. Reinforcement dapat menjelaskan variabel motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 42 %. Hasil analisis korelasi ganda antara variabel kompetensi kepribadian guru dan reinforcement terhadap motivasi belajar siswa menunjukkan R² xl,2y = 0,73. Variabel kompetensi kepribadian guru dan reinforcement dapat memberi penjelasan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 73 %. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif kompetensi kepribadian guru dan reinforcement dengan motivasi belajar siswa di SMAN 11 Medan

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan iklim prganisasi dan komitmen terhadap organisasi dengan motivasi kerja staf pengajar/guru di Yayasan Sultan Iskandar Muda. Staf pengajar/guru yang terdiri dari unit kerja mulai dari TK, SD, SMP, SMA dan SMK. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitina lapangan non eksperimental. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan berupa kuesioner untuk mengukur iklim organisasi yang dibuat berdasarkan unsur – unsur iklim organisasi yang dikemukakan Denison yang terdiri dari 7 (tujuh) unsur yaitu organisasi kerja, arus komunikasi, penekanan pada orang, pembuatan keputusan, pengaruh dan pengawasan, kelancaran administrasi dan koordinasi, ditambah dengan 2 (dua) unsur yang dianggap penting yaitu tantangan dan tanggungjawab serta imbalan dan sanksi, sehingga menjadi 9 (sembilan) unsur. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan teknik regresi berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 15.0. Hasil yang dieproleh menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama – sama ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara iklim organisasi dan komitmen organisasi dengan motivasi kerja staf pengajar/guru di Yayasan Perguruan Sultan Iskandar Muda. Penelitian juga mendapatkan sumbangan efektif dari masing – masing variabel (baik itu motivasi kerja, iklim organisasi maupun komitmen organisasi) didapat bahwa sebagian besar staf pengajar/guru di Yayasan Perguruan Sultan Iskandar Mudan berada pada posisi sedang (68,6 s/d 74,4 %) sedangkan sisanya berada dalam kategori rendah dan tingg
