Hubungan antara Kompetensi Profesional Guru dan Kemampuan Komunikasi Dengan Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Peserta Didik Sekolah Dasar
Masalah penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri Gugus R.A Kartini Metro Timur yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya kompetensi professional guru dan kemampuan komunikasi peserta didik. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi profesional guru dan kemampuan komunikasi dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis.Jenis penelitian yaitu kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian ex post facto korelasi. Populasi berjumlah 177 orang peserta didik dan sampel berjumlah 125 orang peserta didik menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu, kuesioner, observasi, wawancara. Instrumen pengumpul data berupa angket dengan skala Likert, yang sebelumnya diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi profesional guru dan kemampuan komunikasi dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis, dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,76 berada pada taraf “Kuat”.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/pdg.v10i1.2412
Peningkatan Keterampilan Dasar Mengajar Mahasiswi PGPAUD pada Kelas Microteaching Melalui Metode Drill and Practice
Microteaching is a compulsory subject taken by students of program study PG PAUD semester VI. The purpose of this activity is to improve understanding and basic skills of teaching PAUD students in Microteaching classes using drill and practice methods. The research method used in this research is Classroom Action Research, there are 4 stages in this activity, namely: planning, action, observation and reflection. The data collection technique used an observation technique using an observation sheet related to eight basic teaching skills and the data analysis technique used was descriptive qualitative. The results of this research in the practice session of cycle II there was an increase in almost all female students who succeeded and were able to apply the eight basic teaching skills in their teaching practice, only a few who had not succeeded because they could not control time, were still nervous and this could be overcome with a lot of work practice, and still having difficulty in choosing the right language and easy to understand for early childhood. Recommendations from this research are aimed at educational stakeholders where this increase occurs because of the training process (practice) that occurs repeatedly and the evaluation or reflection of each student who appears, there are real and direct examples of being able to develop every aspect of basic teaching skills in each student.Keywords: Drill and practice methods, basic skills teaching, microteaching, PAUD, practiceDOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/pdg.v9i2.2278
Pengaruh Keterlibatan Orang Tua Dalam Belajar Anak Terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika Peserta Didik Kelas V SD Negeri
This study aims to determine the effect of parental involvement in children's learning on the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth grade students of public elementary school. The research method used a quantitative approach with ex post facto. The population of this study were all students of class V, totaling 84 people. While the research sample used a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sample. Collection techniques using questionnaires and document studies. Then the data analysis technique is measured to test the data for normality and linearity. The results showed that there was an influence of parental involvement in children's learning on the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth grade students at public elementary school 2 Kalianda. Based on the test hypothesis, it is found that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected because tcount> ttable, which means that there is a significant influence between parental involvement on mathematics learning outcomes
Pengaruh Penggunaan Gadget dan Game Online terhadap Perilaku Sosial Peserta Didik Kelas IV SD Se-Gugus Inti II Kecamatan Kemiling
Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya perilaku sosial peserta didik kelas IV SD Se-Gugus Inti II Kecamatan Kemiling. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan gadget dan game online terhadap perilaku sosial peserta didik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian ex-post facto. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 310 peserta didik dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 76 peserta didik. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan angket/kuesioner dan studi dokumen dan teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan penggunaan gadget dan game online terhadap perilaku sosial peserta didik kelas IV SD Se-Gugus Inti II Kecamatan Kemiling, dengan diperoleh Fhitung=13,46 yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,5191 atau korelasi berkategori sedang dan koefisien determinasi (R2) yang diperoleh sebesar 0.2695 yang mempunyai arti bahwa penggunaan gadget dan game online telah memberikan pengaruh 26,95% terhadap perilaku sosial peserta didik dan 73,05% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Studi Literatur: Analisis Implementasi Kurikulum Cambridge Pada Pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar
The purpose of this study was to re-analyze the implementation of the Cambridge curriculum in learning in elementary schools. The research method used is literature study. The technique of collecting data is by conducting a review study of books, literatures, notes and reports that have to do with the problem being solved, namely the "Cambridge curriculum". The search results from 5 relevant articles showed that the implementation of the Cambridge curriculum had several advantages when applied to learning in schools, including children being fluent in English, having an international perspective, modern and latest education, and preparing students as future leaders.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/pdg.v10i1.2555
Pengaruh Gaya Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPA di SD Negeri 3 Tiuh Memon
The problem in this research is the low science learning outcomes of fourth and fifth grade students of SD Negeri 3 Tiuh Memon. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of learning styles on science learning outcomes. This type of research is quantitative with ex post facto research methods. The research population was 37 students with data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation studies. The results showed that the students of SD Negeri 3 Tiuh Memon had a Visual learning style of 54.05%, Auditory 13.5%, and Kinesthetic 32.45%. Science learning outcomes of students seen from the final semester assessment (PAS) showed that learning outcomes were in the moderate category achieved by 37 students with a percentage of 83.80% and an average of 68.70. Based hypothesis testing data using a simple regression test, it is obtained that > is 6,113 > 2,030. Then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, there is a positive influence between learning style variables and learning outcomes. The correlation coefficient (r) is 0.753, the correlation is categorized as strong, the coefficient of determination r square is 0.5678, which means that 56.78% of science learning outcomes are influenced by learning styles
Penerapan Model Quantum Learning Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Kelas V MI Muhammadiyah Banjarsari
The problem in this research is the low learning outcomes in thematic learning of the fifth grade students of MI Muhammadiyah Banjarsari. The purpose of research is to improve student learning outcomes by implementation of quantum learning model. Type of research method was classroom action research implemented in two cycles that consist of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class V MI Muhammadiyah Banjarsari with a total of 20 students. Data was collected by test technique. The instrument of data collection used instrument test. The techniques of analyse used qualitative and quantitative analyse. The results of this study indicate that the application of the quantum learning model in thematic learning can improve student learning outcomes in class V MI Muhammadiyah Banjarsari each cycle. In the first cycle the average value of student learning outcomes is 70.08 with a completeness percentage of 65.00%. Then in the second cycle the average value of student learning outcomes increased to 88.50 with a mastery percentage of 85.00%. The results of this study can be a suggestion for teachers and schools to continue to vary the science learning with appropriate models, especially quantum learning, so as to increase student learning outcomes.Keywords: quantum learning, learning outcomes, thematic learningDOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/pdg.v10i1.2353
Pengaruh Penerapan Model Problem Based Learning Berbantuan Media Audio Visual Terhadap Hasil Belajar Tematik Peserta Didik
The purpose of the study was to determine whether there was an effect of applying the problem based learning model with the aid of audio-visual media on the learning outcomes of students in elementary schools. This research is quantitative research with Quasi Experimental Design method with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population in this study were fourth grade students at SD Negeri 1 Sumberagung, totaling 48 students. This research used purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used tests and observations. Data analysis techniques used a simple linear regression formula. Based on the results of the study, it can be stated that there is an influence on the application of problem based learning models assisted by audio visual media on thematic learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Sumberagung. Hubungan Peran Orang Tua dalam Pendampingan dan Motivasi Belajar dengan Hasil Belajar Anak di Era New Normal Pandemi Covid-19
The problem in this research is the low learning outcomes of low grade students at SD Negeri 1 Rama Murti. This study aims to determine the significant relationship between the role of parents in mentoring and learning outcomes, the role of parents in learning motivation and learning outcomes, the role of parents in mentoring and learning motivation, and the role of parents in mentoring and learning motivation together with learning outcomes of low grade. This type of research is ex-postfacto correlation. The data collection techniquesused werw questionnaires and documentation study. The instrument for data collection is a questionnarie with a linkert scale, wich was previously tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis using product moment correlation multiple correlation. The result showed that there was a significant relationship between the role of parents in mentoring and learning motivation together with learning outcomes with a correlation coefficient value of 0,687 being at a level of “Strong”.Keywords: learning outcomes, mentoring, motivationDOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/pdg.v9i1.2316
