Get PDFDatu Sanggul Hospital as one of the institutions engaged in health, has made information technology and information systems as part of business processes that accompany the business trip. Conditions that require unit Management Information System and Medical Record (SIM & RM) to always accompany the institution to be not optimal when the blue print unit SIM & RM service has not been integrated with other units in the planning.This research will make SI / IT strategic plan needed by Datu Sanggul Hospital in Rantau for the current year 2018 to 2022. This research refers to the current condition of SI / TI and analyzed using several approaches to support the process of formulation of strategies that suit the needs.This research was built using Ward & Peppard method. The research step begins by using some analysis such as value chain, five forces, PEST until it can be mapped the position of hospital with SWOT analysis. The Datu Sanggul hospital position was in quadrant IV which applied strength-Threat strategy. Determination of future needs is done by using a balanced scorecard approach to find the appropriate Critical Success Factor needs. Until finally the formulation of the strategy of SI, IT, and IT management to form the portfolio of future applications in the form of 8 new applications, 1 application upgrade and 1 application replace, reliable human resources needed, build cloud computing and standardize governance with Cobit 4.1 and Documentation through ISO 9001: 2008 which is a support for blueprint service for SIM & RM units for 2014 - 2018. The Effect of Variation of Amperes and Water Backing Technique on Microstructure, Mechanical Properties, and Dimensional of Welding Process on Crosshead Valve With GTAW Method
Get PDFIn this study, evolution of microstructural, hardness value, and dimensional crosshead valve that has been welded with Ni-Cr-B-Si-C alloys deposit are investigated. Ni-Cr-B-Si-C alloys has deposited to replace nickel alloys on component that have wear. The process that used is GTAW welding process with variation of amperes and with or without using water backing technique. Result from this study, on weld metal microstructure with variation of heat input and water backing method made same structure like original materials. On base metal microstructure, resulting same structrue as original material that consist of ferrite and pearlite. However, on HAZ which used 140 A on welding current and water backing method produced martensite structure. The greater heat input make a greater hardness value on weld metal and water backing can keep the original hardness from material. In addition, heat input and water backing that used in this processs not cause a deformation on crosshead components result from dimensional test which still suitable with original component specification

Get PDFDalam konstruksi pembangunan, Indonesia merupakan negara berkembang yang memiliki tingkat kefatalan kecelakaan kerja yang tinggi menurut International Labour Organization (ILO). Hal ini dikarenakan banyaknya pekerja dalam suatu proyek sehingga membutuhkan manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (SMK3) yang baik. Namun, masih banyak perusahaan yang tidak menerapkan SMK3 bahkan termasuk proyek-proyek konstruksi yang berada di kota-kota besar. Hal ini didasari akan keinginan perusahaan dalam memperoleh profit yang tinggi sehingga mengabaikan keselamatan dan kesehatan pekerja. Dengan sistem manajemen K3 yang baik, setidaknya akan mencegah atau mengurangi risiko kecelakaan kerja yang ada. Program sistem manajemen K3 diawali dengan mencari potensi bahaya dari metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan agar dapat mengidentifikasi risiko yang ada, penilaian risiko dengan skala prioritas dan pengendalian bahaya yang harus dilaksanakan dimana pengendalian bahaya tersebut akan dilengkapi dengan program sosialisasi dan pelatihan K3. Dengan demikian, pekerja dapat bekerja dengan baik dan aman sehingga dapat mencapai target waktu dan target kualitas yang diinginkan dan direncanakan. Studi kasus yang diambil adalah struktur bangunan atas pada proyek Hotel Swiss-Belinn Juanda yang memiliki total 8 lantai dengan batasan pekerjaan bangunan atas, yaitu pekerjaan pembesian, bekisting, pengecoran. Dari sistem manajemen K3 yang direncanakan tersebut diperoleh biaya pengendalian risiko sejumlah Rp 310.266.500,00 yang dapat menjadi acuan dalam menekan angka kecelakaan.
Alternative Development Designs of a Culinary Center in Surabaya that Attract more Customers
Get PDFThe action taken by Surabaya city government in dealing with street vendors was by relocating street vendors to areas named Sentra Kuliner (culinary center). Those culinary centers were built to particularly provide space for street vendors who sell food. However, in reality, some culinary centers were not visited by many customers. One of which was Sentra Kuliner Gunung Anyar. Concerned by that issue, the researchers aimed to develop those uncrowded culinary centers by creating some alternative designs that would improve the existing design so that those culinary centers could attract more customers and please the relocated street vendors. This study used Research and Development (R&D) method. The result showed respondents’ preference to alternative design that look more conspicuous than other buildings around and have more attractive appearance than that of the original design. Adding supportive amenities to the alternative design will also increase public attention as well
Designing model of performance measurement system of sugar industry cluster based on integrated performance measurement system approach
Get PDFThe Indonesian need for sugar is not balanced with domestic sugar production. This is reinforced by the fact that Indonesia is still a sugar importing country since the 1990s. Since 2010 - 2014, Indonesia's import value reaches 1.7 million US $ every year. This situation indicates mismatch with the roadmap of the sugar industry which is expected by 2015 to 2020. East Java as one of the largest contributor of Indonesian sugar with a contribution percentage of 52.31% of the overall national production has an important role in the development of the sugar industry. Therefore, a comprehensive sugar industry cluster development strategy is needed to be developed. The design of performance measurement system with Integrated Performance Measurement System (IPMS) approach was chosen by selecting PT 'X' as the core agent. The research stages are identification of sugar industry cluster system, stakeholder requirement and objective, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) formulation and model development. Development of performance measurement model by determining aspects and criteria of success of industrial cluster, weighting on each element using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), and designing scoring board to facilitate implementation. Study of Using Mixture of Bintaro and Coconut Shell Charcoal Powder as Pack Carburizing Media on ST 41 Steel
Get PDFPack carburizing is one method of adding carbon into the steel surface. This method is done to improve the mechanical properties of steel so as to reduce the risk of material failure due to static and dynamic load. It has been done in this research about pack carburizing with mixed bintaro charcoal media with coconut shell on ST 41 steel. Carburizing method is done by heating steel which is given a mixture of charcoal at 900 celsius temperature with variation of holding time (1h, 1.5h, 2h) And variation of the charcoal mix ratio with BaCO3 (90: 10, 85: 15, 80: 20). Conducted testing of microstructure, jominy, and the composition so it is known that the mixture of bintaro charcoal and coconut shell quite effectively used as a media pack carburizing. It can be seen that the hardness value of carbon steel has increased with the highest value of 65 HRC, metallographic test results showed good carburizing coating with the best thickness value of 30.9 µm, in jominy testing showed the low hardness carbon steel ability increased with the highest distance from the specimen quench-ends about ¾ inch and on the compositional test results showed an increase in carbon content in steel more than 200%
