MEMBANGUN MORALITAS ANAK BANGSA MELALUI PENDIDIKAN TASAWUF
Bangsa Indonesia adalah bangsa yang sejak dahulu dikenal sebagai bangsa yang sangat menjunjung tinggi adat ketimuran dengan moralitasnya yang santun, ramah dan beradab. Namun pada saat ini realitas bangsa Indonesia telah mengalami degradasi moral yang sangat memprihatinkan. Hal ini tampak jelas pada banyaknya kasus yang telah terjadi, seperti tawuran antar pelajar, pencurian, perampokan, pemerkosaan, seks bebas, miras, narkoba dan yang sedang trend saat ini menjamurnya korupsi hampir di semua institusi negara. Berbagai upaya cerdas sudah banyak dilakukan oleh kaum cerdik pandai baik melalui pendidikan formal maupun non formal untuk mencarikan solusinya, seperti seminar membangun karakter, training spiritual, manajemen qolbu dan lainnya, ternyata semuanya belum mampu merubah anak bangsa menjadi bermoral dan berkarakter, bahkan gerakan revolusi mental yang dicanangkan Presiden RI juga belum membuahkan hasil, bahkan kemerosotan moral semakin menggurita melanda bangsa Indonesia. Solusi cerdas yang ditawarkan penulis untuk membangun kembali moralitas anak bangsa adalah melalui pendidikan tasawwuf, yaitu pendidikan yang menekankan aspek pendalaman spiritual. Dalam analisis Penulis, pendidikan yang diterapkan di Indonesia selama ini masih menitik beratkan pada aspek lahiriyah (eksoteris) belum menyentuh aspek batiniyah (esoteris), dalam arti pendidikan yang hanya mengedepankan rasionalitas dan meninggalkan aspek spiritualitas. Oleh karena itu jika pendidikan di Indonesia ke depan mulai dari tingkat SD sampai PT memprioritaskan aspek esoteris, yaitu pendidikan modern yang berakar pada nilai-nilai spirit tasawuf, seperti tumbuhnya sikap jujur, sabar, tawakkal, qana’ah, amanah, disiplin, tanggung jawab dan lainnya, maka moralitas anak bangsa yang bermartabat akan terwujud dan menjadi kenyataa
Resistivity Tunnel Monitoring System
The development of an urban area must be supported by the construction of infrastructure such as public facilities. The crowded of urban area in Indonesia increasingly requires the existence of a mass transportation mode that is capable of carrying passengers in large amounts and relatively quickly. Recently Jakarta has proposed the construction of the MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) with underground lines utilize tunnel technology. Tunnel system was chosen as an alternative solution socioeconomic problems in the land problem and conditions of the existing urban planning. The geographical position of Indonesia is located in the equatorial zone which is the weather conditions have high levels of weathering and moisture or high humidity, this condition may result in changes in the level of strength of rock of the tunnel system in a relatively fast. In the construction of public facilities with the tunnel system need monitoring system the condition of the tunnel to avoid the dangers that may occur due to the failure of a tunnel system. To determine the level of moisture and water content in the rock or overburden a tunnel can be determined by utilizing the resistivity method. Resistivity method is a geophysical method that measures the magnitude of the resistivity of a material. Changes in moisture content and humidity levels of rock or soil in an area can be indicated by a change in the value of resistivity of rock or soil. In the measuring of the resistivity method needed good design to provide accurate information, especially if it will be used as a monitoring system for a tunnel. Development of measuring the resistivity method, and in particular data processing is done with the aim of optimizing the measurement process and the measurement results can be interpreted easily and be able to demonstrate a phenomenon that occurs in rocks or soil cover tunnel
Corridor as A Transition at Tourism Area in Yogyakarta
Yogyakarta is always flooded by tourists both domestic and foreign. Malioboro street corridor, from Tugu Station to Keraton Yogyakarta, is one of the most visited tourism area in Yogyakarta. However, Ahmad Dahlan’s corridor as one of the important access that link the tourism area reduces its identity by the declining quality of its outdoor space. The analysis techniques are spatial behavior analysis, character appraisal and walkthrough analysis. The study found that declining quality of the outdoor space, such as lack of identity and sustainable street furniture that supports the activities of visitors in tourism areas. PENENTU SEKTOR UNGGULAN DALAM PEMBANGUNAN (STUDI KASUS DI KABUPATEN MUARATARA SUMATERA SELATAN)
Perjalanan panjang pembentukan daerah Otonom baru (DOB) Muratara, akhirnya mencapai titik terang, namun masih terkendala soal tapal batas. Peta batas Muratara dengan Mura dan Provinsi Jambi, sudah selesai. Menteri Dalam Negeri yang memfasilitasi antara provinsi Sumatera Selatan dengan Provinsi Jambi dan antara Muratara dengan Kabupaten Surolangun berjalan lancar dan tepat waktu. Sengketa suban jadikan Pembentukan Muratara kembali terhambat karena DPR RI mengusulkan kasus itu harus diselesaikan terlebih dahulu sebelum Musi Rawas Utara terbentuk. Masyarakat sebagai pelaku dalam pembangunan menempati posisi penting. Pembangunan akan bisa bergerak maju jika masyarakat ikut serta mendukung dalam percepatan. Masyarakat yang diberikan keterampilan sesuai dengan minat menjadi duta pada sektor lahan masing-masing. Ditambah dengan pendampingan yang intensif akan melahirkan pejuang-pejuang ekonomi daerah yang tangguh. Perencanaan pembangunan berdasarkan perwilayahan komoditas dapat mengatasi persaingan jenis komoditas antar wilayah. Identifikasi dan analisa potensi wilayah perlu dilakukan awal dalam rangka pengembangan ekonomi wilayah yang merupakan informasi awal dalam merumuskan atau mempersiapkan strategi pengembangan potensi yang ada. Karet dan kelapa sawit merupakan dua komuditas perkebunan potensial yang dihandalkan di kabupaten Muratara dengan luas areal tanam sebesar 66.595,00 ha dan hasil produksi mencapai 6623.293,00 ton. Untuk potensi unggulan karet dengan luas areal tanam 6.520,00 ha dan yang dapat menghasilkan 7.216,00 ton per tahunnya. Perkebunan ini meliputi perkebunan plasma yang dikelola oleh penduduk lokal dan perusahan yang dikelola perusahaan pengelola seperti PT. London Sumatra, PT. Maju Perkasa Sawit, PT. Indo Kebun Unggul. Potensi tanaman unggul tersebut dapat mengatasi dampak ekonom sehingga mempu meningkatan nilai produksi dan dapat memberikan nilai tambah serta menyerap banyak tambahan tenaga kerja
Performance Study of Wireless Access in Vehicular Environment 802.11p in Ad-Hoc on Demand Distance Vector Routing (AODV) with Propagation Models Nakagami and Two Ray Ground
The development of communication systems is not only limited in its use for human interaction and mobility with various electronic devices. However, it is expected to be a solution for traffic management and management strategies. The number of vehicles is continuously increasing especially in big cities so it needs communication between vehicles for the development of VANETs technology. The IEEE international standards communication system establishes the use of the Wireless Access in Vehicular Environment (WAVE). With the IEEE 802.11p standard, it is possible to build an integrated information and communication-based transportation system.In this research will be analyzed VANET communication performance through parameters of packet delivery ratio, routing overhead, and packet drop. VANET uses NS-2 as a simulator and AODV routing protocol. In a network, routing protocols are very influential on VANET network performance. Simulation scenarios with VANET using Nakagami and TwoRayGround propagation models are expected to result in connectivity performance on interoperable communication networks (V2V) with IEEE 802.11p standards in VANET environments. From the experimental results in the AODV protocol scenario using propagation modeling, the value of packet delivery ratio, routing overhead, and packet drop with the Nakagami transmission model is better than the value of packet delivery ratio, routing overhead, and packet drop with TwoRayGround transmission model has good value but Unstable in the node transmission process. Thus, the performance of the Nakagami transmission model looks more stable overall than the TwoRayGround transmission mod
The challenges and issues of e-government in Indonesia from citizen's perspective
Each ministry and local government in Indonesia has a separate service to serve the citizens. But with the e-government ministries and local government should be able to further improve public services for citizens and centralized. In this research will be analyzed on the challenges and issues that occurred in Indonesia from the perspective of service for citizen in order to avoid unnecessary inconvenience and red tape in regard to moving, living, studying, working, shopping or simply travelling abroad. Analyze in this research using qualitative method to describe the current condition of each element especially in challenges and issues that occurs. The groups of services for citizens that analyzed in this research are Travel, Work and Retirement, Vehicles, Residence formalities, Education and Youth, Health, Family consumers which results from this research could leads government to focus on improvements to enhance public services for citizens

Development of eco-tourism strategy using swot analysis: case study of Bayung Gede village
Bayung Gede Village is one chosen village to be developed as tourism village. However, due to observation result conducted by researcher, Bayung Gede village still has no tourism village development strategy design. This research aims to formulate appropriate strategy to be implemented in Bayung Gede village. Strategy formulation based on SWOT-4K matrices and performed by using TOWS matrices. From the research result, found that Bayung Gede village is in prime condition to expand its market and to develop product also has a lot of opportunities which can be utilized to develop tourism village. Influence Analysis Number of Blue and Red Light Emitting Diode (LED) Variation on Soybean (Glycine Max) Growth
Soybean (Glycine Max) is one of the agricultural commodities that still had particularly low production rate on a national scale in Indonesia. Despite the demand for the soybean it’s increasing along with the population growth in Indonesia. Thus, the need of soybean which mainly as main ingredient of tempe and tahu is still filled from importers. These problems can be solved by the research of applying artificial light technology in the agricultural sector so it would help optimize soybean growth. The purpose of this research is determines the effect of Blue Light and Red Light Emitting Diode (LED) lighting on the growth of soybean (Glycine max). Soybeans were grown in uniform boxes that had controlled temperature and humidity with regulated soybean seeds, soil, and planting methods. Based on the results from the research that had been conducted on the growth of the soybean, it is determined that most optimum soybean plant is using the lighting ratio of the red LEDs 75% and blue 25% with a height of 15 cm in the ninth day and the chlorophyll concentration is 52,4265953 mg/l. But plant with sun source lighting is better than using LED, it is about 118,8138334 mg/l. Based on the result that had been obtained, this research can be used as reference in the making of modern artificial light for soybean for research development in agriculture especially on soybean commodity which could support government efforts in suppressing important soybeans and meet domestic soybean demand using national production
PEMIKIRAN AWAL TENTANG KERANGKA DASAR ANALISIS INFRASTRUKTUR PUBLIK BAGI PEMBANGUNAN
Pembangunan merupakan salah satu nafas bagi kehidupan wilayah atau negara. Telah jelas terlihat bahwa keberadaan Infrastruktur mutlak perlu bagi pembangunan. ITS telah membuka Program Studi Pembangunan. Oleh karena itu penelitian tentang hubungan timbal balik antara infrastruktur publik dengan pembangunan mutlak perlu untuk dikembangkan di ITS, untuk itu diperlukan suatu Kerangka Dasar Analisis. Makalah ini menyampaikan upaya awal untuk menyusun Kerangka Dasar bagi Analisis Hubungan antara Infrastruktur dengan Pembangunan. Kerangka Dasar disusun berdasarkan 4 pemahaman utama: infrtruktur, pembangunan, keterkaitan antara infrastruktur dengan pembangunan dan manajemen aset infrastruktur. Kerangka Dasar Analisis harus didasarkan pada Kebutuhan akan Infrastruktur disesuaikan dengan Kondisi Wilayah dan Program Pembangunan Wilayah; pada Katagori Infrastruktur Publik atau Infrastruktur Swasta; pada Analisis Manfaat dan Biaya; pada Analisis Kelayakan Teknis, Ekonomi dan Sosial; pada Pengelolaan Infrastruktur Berkelanjutan; pada penggolongan Infrastruktur Publik tidak diusahakan dan disusahakan; pada Fungsi Infrastruktur; pada Tipe Bangunan Fisik Infrastruktur; pada Klasifikasi Infrastruktur : baik klasifikasi penanggung jawab, klasifikasi fungsi dan klasifikasi lai
