PT. Astra Otoparts Winteq Division is an industry engaged in the manufacture of machines with special purpose. Assembling machines using tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, avometers and so forth. These tools will be stored in a place called Tool's Crib, where the operation is done manually with the presence of administrators who serve transactions and bookkeeping is also written conventionally. Bookkeeping of this type causes the information that employees get about the Tool's Crib a bit. Automation Tool's Crib is a tool designed to help with the operation of the Tool's Crib system more effectively with RFID, PLC, applications, databases and web servers. This system also utilizes the application of the internet of things with a website to get information from the machine. This new system can help the administrator work in automated bookkeeping of transactions, so the data in the database can be processed into information in the form of a list of tools that are available on the cabinet, the transaction history of each employee as well as tools that are still borrowed by employees on the website. The management may supervise the transaction and know the condition of the equipment which is also an asset of the company. Tests carried out as many as 50 transactions (borrowing and return) and indicate that changes in data residing on the database can be displayed on the website correctly. All data displayed on the website in each menu is always in accordance with the conditions of the machine
Factors That Influence Optimization Open Space Under the Jenggolo Sidoarjo Flyover
Population in Surabaya and Sidoarjo grows rapidly every year. The need for open space is increasing from the needs of residences, shops, hotels, malls, and so on, so that almost every open space in every area is utilized both by legal buildings and illegal buildings or activities. The emergence of illegal activities in areas that are not utilized such as commensurate environmental lines, under flyovers, and around the banks of rivers, can cause the growth and structuring of the city to be hampered. The location of this research paper is under the Jenggolo Sidoarjo flyover, and it is known that there is an irregularity in the arrangement of both street vendors, open spaces, parks and there is still plenty of free space on the site. So as to support the government's efforts in correct and optimal spatial planning and cities. The paper that will be discussed is how to know the potential and ways to develop existing potentials into a public space that is sensitive to public and surrounding environment. So that the public space created is expected to be able to support the arrangement of space and the city of Sidoarjo in particular
Improvement of Operational Risk Measurement Accuracy on Power Plant Using Qualitative and Quantitative Method
Implementation of maintenance programs in order to improve the performance of power plants required considerable cost, while existing funding sources are limited. Prioritization of maintenance program implementation based on risk level is needed to optimize the performance of power plant unit and maintenance cost required. The process of determining the level of risk can be done with qualitative and quantitative methods, each has advantages and disadvantages. This research compared accuracy of risk number on main equipment of power plant determined using qualitative method, quantitative methods and combined method which is the combination of weighted qualitative and quantitative risk number. Weight of qualitative risk is determined by the engineers in a focus group discussion (FGD) based on technology and capability criteria of equipment such as condition monitoring technology, warning system technology, ability to activate protection system, and load pattern of equipment, to improve the accuracy of risk measurement. Result from the calculations shows that risk number generated from the calculation using combined method has the closest average value and standard deviation to the actual los

Deformation Analysis of Bromo Mountain Caused by Eruption Activity in December 2015-February 2016 Using Differential Interferometry Synthetic Aperture Radar (DInSAR)
Bromo mountain is one of the most active volcanoes in East Java. In December 2015 - January 2016 the Center for Volcanology and Geological Hazard Mitigation detected increased activities on Bromo mountain. The existence of volcanic activities cause a deformations on the surface of Bromo mountain. The existing deformations on the surface of Mount Bromo can be measured with various technologies such as using DInSAR. In this study, the analysis of deformation on the surface of Mount Bromo are done by DInSAR processing using two-pass method and using five Sentinel-1A satellite imagery in November 2015, December 2015, January 2016, February 2016, and March 2016 and DEM SRTM 30 meters. The results show that the two-pass method of DInSAR can reflect the increased activities in Bromo mountain that cause the deformation of the surface where the majority of deformations occur at the caldera of Bromo mountain. From this method, the result of LOS (Line of Sight) displacement value indicates that the maximum subsidence occured in December 2015 - January 2016 with the value -20 mm s / d -60 mm it indicates if there were some increased activities on the crater of Bromo mountain in December 2015 to January 2016. While the maximum uplift occurred in February 2016 - March 2016 with the value 0 mm s / d 40 mm it indicates if the activities on the crater of Bromo mountain was decreasing. However, in order validate the accurate value of deformation, it is necessary to compare with other measurements or measuring directly in the fiel
A Concept of Decision Making in Land Productivity: Combining Highest & Best Use and Analytic Network Process
Understanding the concept of using the highest and best market is essential. Market forces will determine the creation of market value. To reach the equilibrium point, what the stakeholder wants is their desire is accep and provide optimal satisfaction (utility). To develop into a commercial property area it is necessary to analyse the most feasible and permitted land use permits, financially feasible and highest land productivity. Highest and best use (HBU) with feasibility requires interrelated criteria, therefore data and indirect consideration are required in additional research. Analytic Network Process (ANP) is a decision-making problem. It cannot be structured hierarchically because it leads to interaction and determines a higher level in the lower element. Not only are criteria that define alternatives as in hierarchy, but this is also an alternative can be important by using Analytic Network Process (ANP). This Paper is a conceptual based on literature review. A set of previous research are analysis to get the synthesis of the highest and best use (HBU) and the analytic network process (ANP) on land productivity decision making. A model is resulted to present the combination of four criteria of HBU into AN
Analysing Peatland Subsidence in Pelalawan Regency, Riau Using DInSAR Method
Indonesia is known as a country that have the largest peatland in Southeast Asia. Peatland is often used in agricultural, plantation and settlement purposes. Before, peatland must be drained as one procedure of land clearing activity. However, an error during this process often comes and cause some problems such as drought, subsidence and even forest fire. A characteristic of peatland, irrewetable, making peatland is very hard to be wet after getting dry. This research is aiming to observe peatland subsidence in Pelalawan Regency, Riau using SAR data Sentinel 1-A. The method that we use is Differential Interferometry Synthetic Aperture Radar (DInSAR). Beside Sentinel 1-A, DEM STRTM is used to remove topographic effect. Temporal baseline in this research is about one year between two acquisition data. The first pair of data is acquired in June 2015 and June 2016. While the second pair of data is acquired in June 2016 and July 2017. By using two pass DInSAR method, the process will yield two images of Line of Sight (LOS) Displacement during each period. The first DInSAR (June 2015-June 2016) reveals that the highest subsidence that occur in peatland is about 109,113 mm and the highest uplift is about 108,089 mm. The second DInSAR (June 2016-July 2017) reveals that the highest peat subsidence is about 251,842 mm and the highest uplift is about 73,715 mm
Acquisition and Data Logging Inertial Navigation System (INS) on Combat Submarine Using Arduino-SD Card
In a combat submarine operating system, navigation device acts as a location information provider on inside or at sea level. Such information is position data provided by GPS (Global Positioning System) and data transmitted by IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit) sensor. Combining these two device is called INS (Inertial Navigation System). This inertial sensor interacts using serial communication data, however records are needed to collect, store and store incoming data in order to be processed easily. Data logging process is feasible as a recorder and data storage using SD Card. Enhancements, such as SD cards are needed because in general system is equipped with a small memory capacity. Arduino is a microcontroller that can assist in process because data obtained from sensor is processed using serial communication lines (RX and TX). Results obtained from calculation and logging data are calculation Roll, Pitch, Heading, Latitude, Longitude, Microseconds, Gyroscope on X axis, Y, Z, Accelerometer on X axis, Y, Z, Magnetometer on X, Y, Z, Velocity North, East, Down. This proves that system acceleration and data logging using Arduino and SD Card can assist in obtaining information and KTBA situation
eSport Building Design Role In Introducing Its Activities
esport has the meaning of electronic sports, which the aspect of the sport is all facilitated by the electronic system. The definition of esport is a sport that does not compete physically, but is more concerned with strategy and competed online via computer, so players from each team can compete without face to face. In its development, esport enthusiasts from year to year increase, but unfortunately this is not balanced with the existence of facilities that can support the development of esport. Some facilities are often used is a place with different functions. There is still no building with a special function that is used for esport activities. The purpose of this research is to create a building facility that can accommodate the esport activities. Use method / application micro-concept of form is transformative, dynamic macro concept, and modern architectural theme, Result of building design that can present the function esport visually. Risk Defect on Du Base Frame Product
During the production process DU base frame product has been found quite a defect occurrence. Defects occurring during the production process of course affect the cost, time and quality of the product production of PT. X, so it is required a handling to overcome the risk of defects that occur so that the product is free from the risk of defects that do not and improve product quality. The method that can overcome the problem above is to predict the risk of product defect by designing a risk management process framework. The risk management planning process is a stage identifying the risk of defects that have occurred or the risk of malformed defects occurred and then conducting a risk-defect analysis, then evaluating the risks of such defects and risk treatment and Monitoring and review. There are also tools and methods used in this risk management study are fishbone and FMEA. Fishbone is used as a tool as a method to cause identification while FMEA is used in risk analysis to determine risk priority number (RPN). From RPN defects that have the highest value will be taken risk evaluation and risk treatment to prevent the same defect. With this research in hopes of the results of quality, cost and production time in DU Base Frame products can remain consistent and give rise to the awareness of the personnel involved in the product manufacturing process. From risk mitigation results found there are 4 out of 56 risk cases that belong to the high-risk category in the process of milling (RPN 288), blasting (RPN 288 & 224) and painting (256). These risks are then conducted advice on the improvements that are discussed with the team and the costumer and the result of defects that occur reduced even eliminated. The importance of the detailed procedures and the awareness of each personnel involved becomes one of the keys to avoid risk in the production process of a produc
