    Design of Power Distribution on Operator Control Unit (OCU) Rhino Robot

    OCU Rhino Robot contains from some components with voltage supply requirement was different. Design power distribution was required in this system to provide voltage what correspond with requirement. Using battery what it installed in OCU, so need to display indicator for knowing battery condition. For doing charging process, previously batter must to remove battery from device. So need to made charging system concept what it can make it easier user. Result from this design, knowing that device can operated about 4 hours and 44 minutes. Obtained rating SoC value in 0 – 107% with voltage 16.35VDC when battery was full and 11.9VDC when battery was empty.     Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) is one of maintenance method that believed to be the most effective at reduction of cost and number of activities than the other maintenance methods. Degradation monitoring condition is an important things in order to get effective CBM system. The rapid development in information and communication has lead our industrial phase to industry 4.0, where are lot of smart objects can be connected and integrated in one network system, which is called Internet of Things (IoT). IoT facilitates monitoring and controlling to an object, and help maintenance system to monitor, record, and analyze the degradation of the object. Furthermore, with real time monitoring, system could detect and make decision when is maintenance activity should be done with consideration in cost. This research focused in the issue of integration of many smart objects to support CBM activities in cost reduction and IoT decision making with cost minimization as criteria. Cost analysis has been done using Activity Based Costing (ABC) and mathematical model has been constructed for decision making criteria which will be tested with numerical test using the data that gathered from company which applied IoT system. There are three condition which are tested: system without IoT implementation, current system with IoT implementation (auto shutdown when machine stroke reaches 300), and IoT system that consider the degradation condition to shut down. The result shows that IoT based CBM system that consider degradation level will incur optimal number of activities which resulting in fewer cost that the other systems.     The Barrier and Driver Factors of Building Information Modelling (BIM) Adoption in Indonesia: A Preliminary Survey

    Building information modeling (BIM) changes institutions, businesses, business models, education, workplaces and careers. For an asset owner the implementation of BIM should seen as a business change program that can potentially impact their ‘value proposition’. BIM can enable strategic business outcomes. BIM is useful for geometric modelling of a building's performance and it can assist in the management of construction projects. The construction industry in the world has recognized the benefits of BIM, therefore many large projects in developed countries have used BIM. In Indonesia, lately BIM has received more attention from construction industry players, even the Indonesian government through the public works agency issued guidelines for BIM adoption in 2018 with reference to developed country references such as Singapore. Many benefits can be obtained from the implementation of BIM, but the level of BIM adoption in Indonesia is still low. Thus, it warrants a study such as the present to determine what are the actual barriers that hamper its implementation and what are the driving factors that could enhance its pace of implementation in the Indonesian construction industry. This paper is an initial stage of the research to determine the barriers and driving factors of building information modelling (BIM) adoption in Indonesia. Following the variable identification from the literature, a preliminary survey involving eleven experts were conducted to verify several variables that have been identified from the literature to be used for the questionnaire survey. According to the experts’ opinion, it was found that 16 variables were considered relevant to measure the barriers of BIM adoption in Indonesia and 18 variables were considered relevant to measure the driving factors of BIM Adoption in Indonesia. The three most relevant barriers BIM adoption in Indonesia attributes were also determined according to the experts’ opinion, that are (1) Lack of BIM expert; (2) Lack of understanding about BIM and its benefits; (3) Resistance to change.     The drinking water sector is the aspect of development that has a pivotal function to support the welfare of society. This is due to health, lifestyle, residential environment conditions and comfort in daily life. The service of the piped water supply system (SPAM-JP) for the service of the capital city of Banyuwangi Regency covers 5 Subdistricts, with 44% clean water service coverage, installed production capacity of 405 liters/second and operating 330 liters/second, to service 34,319 Connection Units with customers domestic (Household) as many as 32,271 units and non-domestic as many as 2,046 units of connection. In addition, the level of continuity has not yet been achieved, this can be seen in some service areas during peak hours not flowing, besides the level of water loss is 25%. In anticipating all problems in the service, research is conducted by analyzing the technical aspects, financial aspects, and institutional aspects. In analyzing each aspect, it was used the appropriate method and updated data. The technical aspects was done by calculating water balance uses easy calk, network analysis using epanet 2.0 and determining improvement efforts. In the institutional aspects was done by the assessment of BPSPAM, while the financial aspects by analyzing the investment costs of network improvements required and alternative funding. The evaluation of existing conditions is that the production and distribution units are not optimal, in the water balance the water loss is 25%, from the HR assessment there is no activity to improve the existing HR and efforts to improve the distribution network include general improvements in the form of pipe replacement and DMA formation in all service areas and managements, namely by increasing HR and developing computer-based information system

    In order to support offshore aquaculture in Indonesia, a floating net cage is being developed by Pusat Studi Kelautan ITS and will be placed in Sidoasri Village, Malang, Indonesia. The use of floating net cage will shift the habits of the fishermen. It will be very for the effort of developing the floating net cage if it will be rejected by the fishermen. Therefore, it is important to measure the factors influencing fishermen intention as a potential user to use the cage.     Study the Duration of Steam Power Plant’s Maintenance to Improve the Equivalent Availability Factor

    Periodic maintenance of power plants is included in the project. Shorter project duration than scheduled indicates the success of the project. For the electricity industry, operating earlier will increase the availability index, which in turn will increase revenue. The standard maintenance work scope of the power plant owner is presented in a detailed work structure of the project as known as Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). Project scheduling is done using network technique with the Critical Path Method (CPM). All activities that are on the critical path can be done crashing to speed up work in shortening the duration of treatment. Crashing is done by utilizing the cost slope of critical activities. So information can be obtained about the costs of several possible durations. The study of power plant maintenance using a cost slope gets an accelerated duration with the smallest cost, which is 28 days. With a maintenance duration of 28 days the total cost is 3,854,670,611 rupiahs and with an additional income of 429,643,368 rupiah from normal income of 21,404,712,886 rupiah

    Comparative Accuracy Analysis of GNSS Observation for Positioning with A Combination of GPS, GLONASS, and BEIDOU Satellite

    GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) is a term used for the entire global navigation satellite system that already operate or are in the planning. some of them namely GPS, GLONASS, and BeiDou. Errors due to less powerful satellite geometry when data retrieval, in teoritik can be resolved with receiver technological advances that was able to capture many of satellite signals. Hi Target V30 is one of GNSS receivers are able to catch GPS, GLONASS and BeiDou signal, with more satellite signals that can be received are expected to improve the accuracy of positioning. From this study is known that the use of BEIDOU satellite not too influential on the GPS satellites, but will add to the accuracy of the GLONASS satellite. This is demonstrated by the existence of a reduction in average value on difference coordinates and RMS error reduce from 1,068 m into 0371 m. The use of GPS + GLONASS + BEIDOU and GPS + GLONASS satellite combinaton provide the best accuracy with the RMS value of the error remain in the millimeter, while the use of GLONASS satellites alone give the worst accuracy among the strategies with the value of RMS error visible to reach 0585 m on baseline C2
