Effect and Consequence e-Customer Satisfaction for e-Commerce Users
The 4.0 industrial revolution has changed people's behavior to use everything through technology. This happens also in terms of shopping that can be done by many people through e-commerce. This study aims to examine the effect of online convenience, website design, security, information quality, and e-service quality on e-word of mouth, behavioral intentions, and e-loyalty through e-customer satisfaction respondents who use e-commerce to shop at Indonesia, especially Surabaya. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to 205 respondents who are male and female e-commerce users, who are at least 15 years old, and have conducted transactions in e-commerce at least 5 times in the past year. The sampling technique in this study is non-probability sampling. This research uses a quantitative approach using statistical testing. The test was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the SMART-PLS 3.0 program. The results of this study indicate that only online convenience, security, and information quality have an influence on other dependent variables through e-customer satisfaction, while website design and e-service quality have no effec

Financial Literacy, Entrepreneurs Motivation, and Industrial Environment to Increase of SMEs Performance with a Competitive Strategy as Mediator: Theoritical Review
SMEs or small and medium enterprises currently have a very important position not only in employment, and the welfare of the community in the region, in many cases SMEs can stabilize the problem of social inequality. Therefore, SMEs are required to have good performance. There is a basic theory about financial literacy theory that argues that the behavior of people with a high level of financial literacy might depend on the prevalence of the two thinking styles according to dual-process theories: intuition and cognition. This study aims to examine the influence of financial literacy, entrepreneur’s motivation, industrial environment, and competitive strategy on the performance of small and medium enterprises. By classifying the result of previous research, this research found some propositions: (1) financial literacy has a significant effect on the performance of SMEs (2) entrepreneur’s motivation significantly influences the performance of SMEs (3) industrial environment significantly influences the competitive strategy (4) competitive strategies significantly influence SME performance (5) industrial environment significantly influences the performance of SMEs. This study using Partial Least Square (PLS) technique to analyze the data. The proposition as the result studies can be investigated empiricall
Corporate Social Responsibility from Cigarette Industry According to Stakeholder Perspective
This research is aimed to analyze the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities run given by cigarette industrial companies in Indonesia. Although CSR activity is a form of responsibilities which every company has to do, there are many rules and regulation which limits the scope in cigarette industrial companies can act in. There are four subjects on this research: receiving end of the CSR activity, big three cigarette industry in Indonesia (Sampoerna, Gudang Garam, Djarum), union of cigarette industry that called GAPPRI, people who near with cigarettes. This research uses a qualitative research and interpretivism paradigm in which it focuses on revealing stakeholders point of view on activities that refers to rules and regulations, CSR principles, and strategies which cigarette industrial companies use for CSR activities. There are a lot of perspective in public about CSR activities from cigarette industrial: it’s just a campaign for promote cigarette to children, it’s an activities that built to “pretend” they’re care with others but behind that cigarette industry which causes the problems. Besides every issues, this research found that social responsibility from cigarette industry are pure for serves public, very transparency for every activities, there are no cigarette’s brand, and not looking for benefit
Analysis of Factors Causing The Delay of the Storage Tank Project Using Fault Tree Analysis
The Storage Tank Project is a national vital object that supports the operational reliability program of the Fuel Oil distribution. But there was a delay in the implementation of work by 31.35%. This research purpose to identify the factors and indicators that cause delays in the storage tank construction project. This research method uses Fault Tree Analysis. Factors and indicators are FTA Event inputs which are then illustrated by FTA diagrams. FTA using Boolean algebra formulation results in a probability value for each Event.Objek research is in the construction Storage tanks in Surabaya. Work items in the research are Foundation work with a weight of 26.50% and Construction Work with a weight of 36.94%. From the results of this research there are two indicators with the largest probability value. First, the Soil Data Report is not suitable for foundation work with a value of 0.968 in the owner's area. Therefore, the owner must be more careful in making design documents, especially on foundation work. Second, the lack of manpower with a probability value of 0.912 in construction work in the Contractor's area. in this case the contractor must ensure that the manpower has the required qualifications. Especially in Welder certification
Internal Control of Finance Information Systems on ERP Platform (Case Study : PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras)
Businesses of any scale today cannot be separated from Information Systems and Technology, whether large or small scale requires a reliable information system to support appropriate, effective and efficient decision making for stakeholders. The information system that is currently trending in the business world is an Enterprise Resource Program (ERP) based on cloud computing (Cloud) which can help users run a business anywhere and anytime. In a report released by Delloite entitled: Hot Topics for IT Internal Audit In Financial Services reveals that the current hot issues are Cyber Security, Data Protection and Data Privacy, IT Governance and IT Risk. PT Petrokopindo is a company that has implemented cloud-based ERP. However, the potential for risks such as Cyber Security, Data Protection and Data Privacy from Cloud ERP can occur, which can disrupt the company's business operations. In this research, case studies will be carried out on companies that have implemented Cloud-ERP. The method used is the COBIT 5 Framework, which was chosen as the best and more complete guideline than other frameworks in the IT / IS management field (Sutikno, 2014). The expected result is to be able to identify security gaps and material weaknesses of the Cloud- ERP information system and then provide recommendations for improvements so that IS / IT becomes more reliable. It is hoped that this research can be useful for the development of IS / IT governance science, and as input for stakeholders on the Cloud-ERP platform in increasing the reliability of an IS / IT against the risk of information leakage and cyber attacks
Building Information Modeling (BIM) Technology Acceptance Analysis Using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)
The growth of an industry growth couldn’t be separated from technology development. Nowadays, technology development mostly affected by digitalization, which brought us to industry 4.0 era. The same thing also occurs in construction industry, although its development relatively slower than the growth in manufacturing industry. Construction technology, such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), 3D printing, and robotic equipments, has been introduced to construction industry. BIM is defined as digital representation of physical and functional characteristics of a facility, forming a reliable basis for decisions during its life-cycle. However, in the end, technological development in Construction Industry depends on industry players’ readiness to accept and implement the most advance technology. This research’s focus is on BIM technology acceptance among players in Indonesia Construction Industry. The research will be conducted in Indonesia Construction Industry, data will be collected through questionnaires asked to the industry players, such as, consultants, project owners, and contractors who have already use BIM technology for their projects. The analysis will be conducted using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). TAM is a model which was developed to enhance our understanding about user acceptance of a technology, thus could enable technology designer and implementator to evaluate the system before it being implemented. The research’s result shows that Indonesia Construction Industry is able to accept BIM technology, the conclusion is taken because all the variables used in TAM has higher than 3 on 1 to 5 Likert scale. Path analysis also shows that Attitude Toward Usage variable do not affect Behavioral Intention variable. Direct, Indirect, and Total Effects analysis show that BIM technology acceptance is affected by Perceived of Usefulness. This result could be used as a basis to introduce BIM to new users, that people are more interested in its usefulness rather than ease of use variable
Analysis of ERP Implementation in Perum BULOG with Extended TAM 3 Approach
Several previous studies explained that the implementation of an integrated information system needed to be realized at Perum BULOG because the old system has not been integrated. This was also realized by the management of Perum BULOG by carrying out one of its long-term plans, namely carrying out the implementation of ERP system in 2020. On the other hand, ERP is a complex system because ERP systems often adds more difficulties to the implementation process. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research on the analysis of ERP implementation at Perum BULOG to see how ERP users will accept this technology using the extended TAM 3 approach. Outer Model and Inner Model are used to test and analyze data from research instruments using the SMART PLS 3.0. Based on the research findings, it can be seen from 12 research hypotheses, 9 research hypotheses were accepted and 3 were rejected. It is known that perceived usefulness is found only factor in system- technology ERP and perceived ease of use which have a positive and significant correlation. Meanwhile, the perceived ease of use factor was found only the organization process characteristic and system-technology ERP factor that had a positive and significant correlation. Furthermore, the attitude factor of ERP user is influenced by the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Where the ERP user attitude factor is able to encourage behavioral intention and have implication for use and user satisfaction
Criteria of Habitable Fishermen Settlements (Case Study of Fisherman Villages Sidoarjo)
The slums that occur in fishpond settlements are not only based on environmental conditions, but also based on people's perceptions about the slum standards themselves. Physically, fishing houses in coastal areas are larger than substandard materials, dense, coincide, make dirty, look more easy, settlements, fishermen, can be categorized as slums. The situation of this slum-looking settlement is the result of a very high increase in the flow of urbanization with the aim of survival and life in a place that needs more resources that can be used to sustain life. The method used for this study with the criteria for assessing fishermen settlements in the case study. The results of this study consist of factors that cause slums and slum free village criteria based on the conditions of fishermen settlements in the case study living in coastal fishermen settlements. Get results from studies that can help and become one that can be used for livable and slum-free assistance on topics that exist in fishing villages in Indonesi
Analysis of River Shape and River Bank from West Pillar in Sebatik Island to AA2 Pillar Using Multi-Temporal Satellite Imagery and its Influence to Determine Boundary of Indonesia-Malaysia
River as the boundary is listed in the 1915 Netherland-British Agreement with its Annex Map without any clear coordinates. This is an obstacle in tracing boundaries in the real river because river is dynamic, changes in the river shape and river bank can occur in more than 100 years. Multi-temporal Landsat satellite imagery processed with a combination of bands (color composite) is used to observe the position of the river bank from 1989 to 2019 with visual interpretation and manual digitization. As a result, over 30 years there was a shifting in the Sikapal river bank with an average 10.8 m on the right side (Indonesia) and 13.6 m on the left side (Malaysia). The average shifting of the Tamboe river bank is the right side 19.8 m and on the left side 9.1 m. The shifting is relatively small because around the Sikapal and Tamboe rivers banks are overgrown by mangrove forests which can slow down the rate of erosion. River banks in 1989, 1999, 2009 and 2019 were used as a basemap for delimitation of the Indonesia-Malaysia boundary using a three-stage approach method. As a result, there are differences in the shape of the boundary line although it is small. Furthermore, Indonesia river area increased 13.4 ha and 14,3 ha for Malaysia river area
