Trust as a Social Capital for Entrepreneurship to Create Innovation
One indicator of the success of an entrepreneur can be measured by the innovation he created. It is essential that an entrepreneur has the ability to interact and work together in groups so that innovation can be created. Trust is a social capital that makes internal cooperation work well. Competitive aggressiveness is one of the dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation that is still contractual in its impact on innovation. This study wants to find out the relationship between trust in competitive aggressiveness and innovation and the effect of competitive aggressiveness on innovation. Data collection collected using a questionnaire consisting of two parts, the first in the form of open questions to find out problems or difficulties experienced by students and in the second part in the form of questions with a Likert scale. The data took from students who took entrepreneurship courses at UBAYA university. The data collected amounted to 100 and then processed by PLS-SEM analysis using α = 5%. This study found that trust is a critical factor for innovation creation and positively influences to bring about competitive aggressiveness. Trusts make the process of working together and sharing information in groups work well. Other findings from this study also show that competitive aggressiveness has a positive impact on innovation

Architecture as Adventure: Concept Design for Creative Spaces
The physical environment is considered as one factor which has an influence on individual’s creative capacity. While the physical setting may not directly induce one’s creativity, its effect on creativity is shown in the way it is perceived and utilized by the individual. Therefore, through subjective experience, the built environment may actively hinder or encourage one’s creative capacity. Thus, the design of creative spaces is one of architectural interest to potentially aid creative activities by focusing on the users experience of the physical setting. This paper aims to compose a design concept and criteria to address the needs of creative spaces. The literature review examines perception and experience of the built environment, sensory considerations and creativity. Therefore, a phenomenological study is used to investigate individual’s perception and subjective experience of the physical environment during the creative process. The result of this study shows that considering individuals’ needs, the design criteria is centered on movement, sensory information and social engagement. The concept derived is based on architecture as ‘adventure’, since it communicates an experience analogous to the creative process. Features of the concept are then applied to massing and form, social engagement, the natural environment and movement as an eventful experience
Education and Training Center for Youth with Multisensory Design Approach
Lack of education and training facilities for youth people who are in accordance with the visual learner's learning system makes one aspect of the lack of interest of youth in developing and increasing their productivity. Therefore, this research is conducted to provide an architectural concept that can adapt to the visual learner's learning system for youth. The design concept of the design uses a multisensory theory approach to create attention, sensation and memory into the visual learner learning system for youth. In addition, the direct analogy approach to visual functions becomes one of the design strategies to give attention especially youth in better understanding the stages to be carried out, namely the professionalism stage. Architectural factors that influence the productivity of youth are the shape, scale, color, and materials used in rooms and buildings. This was obtained by means of observation and participatory questionnaires with youth of productive age. Besides the professionalism factors that can assess the productivity of youth are knowledge, skills, and attitude. This was obtained by the questionnaire method with the HRD manager. The method used in the idea uses the concept base framework design method. To present a moment in the design framework, it is necessary to have a research method in it, namely participatory qualitative methods, literature observation and environmental mapping on selected land. The moment presented will limit the exploration of elements that have a role in increasing visual perception in youth’s productivity. Moment will evaluate architectural factors that can be adapted to existing environmental conditions, so as to create the perfect concept in increasing the productivity of youth
Inventory Planning for XYZ Mart using EOQ and Monte Carlo
XYZ Mart is a convenience store in Tulungagung regency. Founded in 2012, this store is designed to serve the daily needs of surrounding residents. In addition, this store also caters for the needs of families visiting patients at the hospital in front of XYZ Mart. Along with the store growth, there are more and more customers, and so the more demand. To handle the increasing demand, the store has to increase its inventory of goods. Problems arise when the number of goods keep increasing while the store inventory space does not. Therefore, in order to avoid overstocking or understocking, a research and planning are conducted to determine the optimal number of an order. The method used for inventory optimization is Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) to calculate the most optimal number of goods ordered. To anticipate the uncertainty of demand, Safety Stock (SS) is also used. To determine the average demand per year based on historical data, as a basis for EOQ and SS calculations, a Monte Carlo simulation is used. The expected outcome of this research is to provide recommendations of when and how much goods must be ordered so that the store can optimally use its limited space of inventory
Determination of Conventional Transportation for ADL Pathway in Malang City
The number of conventional microbus transports with passengers can be seen from the comparison between capacity in a trip t.hat is far from the capacity standard. This study uses the Work Sampling and Work Load Analysis theory to determine the optimal needs of the microbus ADL (Arjosari - Dinoyo - Landungsari) route. The study was conducted by observation and interview. The study was conducted by taking samples of microbus and microbus drivers as many as 38 unit of the total number of drivers and minibus available is 42 unit. Data collection by following the driver's activities for 5 days commuting. Record the number of passengers and the productive and non-productive time of the driver by taking into account the Performance Rating and Allowance factors and calculating the driver's workload. The results showed an average driver workload only 49 % with the current active microbus condition with total of 42 units. The researcher recommends that each minibus driver has an ideal workload of 90%, so the need for ADL line microbuses is 23 units in the hope that the number of passengers will increase
Modeling and Control of Anti-Rolling Gyro System to Stabilize Single-Track Vehicle
Two-wheeled vehicle has many advantages such as small size, more efficiency, and more maneuverable. These advantages come at the lack of stability and safety. To improve the stability and safety of a two-wheeled vehicle, the Control Moment Gyroscopic Stabilization is considered. This system is composed to generate counteracting roll stabilizing torque. In this study, the system of gyroscopic stabilizer is simulated and validated to be implemented into a two-wheeled vehicle. Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) controller is designed to control the gimbal for generating the balancing torque. The performance of the proposed controller is evaluated through simulation for non-linear cases. The result of the non-linear model confirms a good balance in terms of rapid response

The Application of Flexibility Concept on East Java’s Art Auditorium
East Java art has a diversity of types and forms of performances. There are types of performances in the form of theatrical and ballet performances. This traditional art performance is intended to convey messages, advice, and past stories. This presentation is presented with various types of art so that between the types of theatrical or dance performances, each has a variety of needs for its stage and capacity. However, the lack of staging facilities is one of the problems that result in reduced artistic activities, so that some traditional arts in East Java are threatened with extinction. In this study, the purpose of this study is to look for patterns of flexibility in the auditorium to meet the needs of East Java art activities. The method used is the observation method. The observation was carried out by observing each type of East Java art activities to be accommodated, namely the type of traditional dance and theater. The selected arts are several art representatives who have the same type of performance. From the results of data analysis it can be concluded that the auditorium can at least adapt to 4 types of spatial configurations: arena, endstage, proscenium, and plaind stage
The Review of Theoretical Bankruptcy Banking After the Global Financial Crisis
Every company is vulnerable to bankruptcy, including banking industry. Bankruptcy of a bank will have an effect on other industries, because it as intermediation institution. If the intermediation process is stalled, the payment system will stall and disturb economic activities. Therefore research about indicator to predict the bankruptcy is important. Risk management must be implemented to detect and manage risk arising from bank operations. Banks can manage bankruptcy risk from the efficiency side. This study focus on the effect financial ratio (Return on Assets and Equity to Total Assets), size bank, and macroeconomic to bankruptcy predictions. Most of the bank's revenue from credit, it is on the asset side in the balanced sheet. If the bank has small assets then potentially have financial distress. The paper aims to conceptually and based on theoretical review studies. There are signaling and efficiency theory as basic theories related with these concept. By classifying the result of previous research, found some propositions: Return on Asset, Equity to Total Asset, Size Bank, Inflation and Gross Domestic Product are able to predict bank bankruptcy. The research believes that the proposition of this study result can be tested empirically mainly in banking industr
