    ABSTRAK Komunikasi interpersonal adalah interaksi yang terjadi antara dua orang atau lebih yang saling bergantung satu sama lain baik secara verbal maupun nonverbal. Teknik role playing (bermain peran) adalah sebuah teknik yang digunakan oleh konselor dari beragam orientasi untuk konseli yang perlu mengembangkan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang, atau melakukan perubahan dalam diri sendiri. Penelitian pengaruh konseling kelompok dengan teknik role playing terhadap kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal peserta didik di SMP Negeri 33 Bandar Lampung ini dilatar belakangi oleh sering munculnya permasalahan komunikasi interpersonal pada peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan tindakan yang tepat salah satunya layanan konseling kelompok. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling kelompok dengan teknik role playing terhadap kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal peserta didik di SMP Negeri 33 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket, wawancara, dan observasi. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian pre-eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest design. Dalam penelitian ini berfokus pada pengaruh konseling kelompok dengan teknik role playing terhadap kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal peserta didik di SMP Negeri 33 Bandar Lampung yang berjumlah 7 peserta didik yang memiliki permasalahan komunikasi interpersonal rendah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di SMP Negeri 33 Bandar Lampung dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik role playing berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal peserta didik di SMP Negeri 33 Bandar Lampung. Hal ini telah dibuktikan dengan hasil pretest menggunakan instrument berupa angket dengan skor sebesar 335 dengan nilai rata-rata 50. Kemudian setelah mendapatkan konseling kelompok dengan teknik role playing diberikan posttest dengan angket yang sama mendapatkan skor sebesar 546 dengan nilai rata-rata 78. Hasil uji menggunakan uji Wilcoxon didapatkan Zhitung dari sampel yang diambil di kelas VIII D sebesar -2.366 atau setara dengan nilai asymp.sig (2-tailed) 0,018. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa konseling kelompok dengan teknik role playing berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal peserta didik di SMP Negeri 33 Bandar Lampung. Role playing is a technique used by counselors of various orientations for clients who need to develop a deeper understanding of themselves or make changes within themselves. This study on the effect of group counseling using role-playing techniques on the interpersonal communication skills of students at SMP Negeri 33 Bandar Lampung was motivated by the frequent occurrence of interpersonal communication problems among students. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of group counseling using role-playing techniques on the interpersonal communication skills of students at SMP Negeri 33 Bandar Lampung. This study used data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The approach used in this study was a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental research type using a one-group pretest-posttest design. This study focuses on the effect of group counseling using role-playing techniques on the interpersonal communication skills of 7 students at SMP Negeri 33 Bandar Lampung who have low interpersonal communication skills. Based on the results of the study at SMP Negeri 33 Bandar Lampung, it can be concluded that group counseling services using role-playing techniques have an effect on the interpersonal communication skills of students at SMP Negeri 33 Bandar Lampung. This was proven by the pretest results using a questionnaire instrument with a score of 335 and an average value of 50. Then, after receiving group counseling using role-playing techniques, a posttest was administered using the same questionnaire, resulting in a score of 546 with an average value of 78. The results of the Wilcoxon test showed that the Z-score from the sample taken in class VIII D was 2.366, equivalent to an asymp.sig (2-tailed) value of 0.018. Therefore, it can be concluded that group counseling using role-playing techniques has an effect on the interpersonal communication skills of students at SMP Negeri 33 Bandar Lampung.     THE EFFECTIVENESS OF USING CAKE APPLICATION TOWARD STUDENTS’ VOCABULARY MASTERY AT THE 8TH GRADE STUDENTS OF SMP N 17 BANDAR LAMPUNG

    ABSTRACT A lack of vocabulary is often a major obstacle for students when learning English in class. This study was conducted to see whether the use of the Cake Application could be an effective solution to this problem. This application was chosen because it was considered capable of making students more interested in learning, which is very important for enriching their vocabulary. Specifically, this study targeted 8th grade students at SMPN 17 Bandar Lampung to prove whether there was a significant difference in vocabulary scores among students taught using the Cake Application. This research was conducted in the first semester of the 2025/2026 academic year using a quasi-experimental method (there were initial and final tests). A total of 64 students were involved, where 32 students were in the experimental group who learned using the Cake Application, and 32 other students were in the control group who learned in the usual (conventional) way. Participants were selected using purposive sampling techniques. For the data, students completed 50 multiple-choice questions, and the results were calculated using a t-test statistical test. The analysis revealed a statistically significant difference in post test scores between the experimental and control groups (t (62) = 11.251, p < 0.001). The experimental group demonstrated significantly higher vocabulary mastery, with a mean score difference of 14.844 points over the control group. These findings provide clear evidence that the Cake App can be a fun and effective teaching tool. However, this study has several limitations. First, the vocabulary material tested was limited to nouns, verbs, and adjectives. Second, because the students were selected using a specific method (purposive sampling). The results of this study may not be directly applicable to all student populations in other places.     ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara minat baca dengan kemampuan membaca pemahaman Siswa kelas III SD Negeri 1 Bumi Ayu. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah adanya perbedaan tingkat minat baca di kalangan Siswa yang diduga berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan memahami isi bacaan. Siswa yang memiliki minat baca tinggi cenderung lebih mudah memahami makna dan isi teks yang dibaca, sedangkan Siswa dengan minat baca rendah sering mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami bacaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan yang signifikan antara dua variabel. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Siswa kelas III SD Negeri 1 Bumi Ayu yang berjumlah 28 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel sampling purposive. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket minat baca dan tes kemampuan membaca pemahaman yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara minat baca dengan kemampuan membaca pemahaman Siswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,678, yang termasuk kategori hubungan kuat. Dengan demikian, hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima dan hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak. Artinya, semakin tinggi minat baca Siswa, maka semakin baik pula kemampuan membaca pemahaman mereka. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, disarankan kepada guru dan orang tua agar terus menumbuhkan minat baca Siswa melalui kegiatan literasi yang menarik, seperti membaca bersama, kunjungan rutin ke perpustakaan, serta penyediaan bahan bacaan yang sesuai dengan tingkat perkembangan anak. Kata Kunci: Minat Baca, Kemampuan Membaca, Siswa Sekolah Dasar iv ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the correlation between reading interest and reading comprehension ability among third-grade students of SD Negeri 1 Bumi Ayu. The background of this study arises from the observation that differences in students‟ reading interest may influence their ability to comprehend reading materials. Students with a high interest in reading tend to understand the meaning and content of texts more effectively, whereas those with low interest often face difficulties in comprehending what they read. This study employed a quantitative correlational method, designed to examine the relationship between two variables. The population consisted of 28 third-grade students of SD Negeri 1 Bumi Ayu, selected using the purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through a reading interest questionnaire and a reading comprehension test, both of which had been tested for validity and reliability. The results of data analysis revealed a positive and significant correlation between reading interest and reading comprehension ability, indicated by a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.678, which falls within the strong category. Thus, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted, and the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected. This finding implies that the higher the students‟ interest in reading, the better their ability to comprehend reading materials. Based on these findings, it is suggested that teachers and parents work together to foster students‟ reading interest through engaging literacy activities, such as joint reading sessions, regular visits to the library, and providing reading materials appropriate to students‟ developmental levels.     ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil pra-penelitian di SMA Ma’arif NU 5 Purbolinggo yang menunjukkan rendahnya kemampuan divergent thinking matematis siswa. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kesulitan siswa dalam menghubungkan konsep matematika dengan situasi nyata dan asumsi bahwa matematika adalah mata pelajaran yang sulit. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, maka diterapkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis web wordwall. Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengetahui pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis web wordwall untuk meningkatkan kemampuan divergent thinking matematis siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian pengembangan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, angket dan tes. Tahap uji coba dilakukan dengan desain One Group Prettest Posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai kelayakan media pembelajaran oleh ahli materi sebesar 90,17%, ahli tes soal kemampuan divergent thinking matematis sebesar 97,2%, ahli media sebesar 90,625%, serta angket hasil respon siswa di SMA Ma’arif Nu 5 Purbolinggo sebesar 96,42% dengan kategori “Sangat Menarik”. Peningkatan media pembelajaran berbasis web wordwall untuk meningkatkan kemampuan divergent thinking matematis matematika berdasarkan hasil analisis N-Gain diperoleh hasil dengan kriteria “Sedang”. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan media pembelajaan interaktif berbasis web wordwall untuk meningkatkan kemampuan divergent thinking matematis siswa materi barisan aritmatika dan geometri layak untuk digunakan dan menarik. Kata Kunci : Media Pembelajaran Interaktif, Web Wordwall, Divergent Thinking Matematis, Barisan Aritmatika dan Geometri. iii ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the results of pre-research at SMA Ma'arif NU 5 Purbolinggo, which showed low students' mathematical divergent thinking abilities. This is caused by students' difficulty in connecting mathematical concepts to real-life situations and the assumption that mathematics is a difficult subject. To address this, interactive web-based wordwall learning media was implemented. This study aims to determine the development of interactive web-based wordwall learning media to improve students' mathematical divergent thinking abilities. This study used the Research and Development (R&D) model with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. Data collection techniques used interviews, questionnaires, and tests. The trial phase used a One Group Pretest Posttest design. The results of the study showed that the value of the feasibility of learning media by material experts was 90.17%, mathematical divergent thinking ability test experts was 97.2%, media experts were 90.625%, and the questionnaire results of student responses at SMA Ma'arif Nu 5 Purbolinggo were 96.42% with the category "Very Interesting". The improvement of web-based wordwall learning media to improve mathematical divergent thinking abilities based on the results of the N-Gain analysis obtained results with the criteria of "Medium". The results of the study showed that the development of interactive learning media based on web wordwall to improve students' mathematical divergent thinking abilities in the material of arithmetic and geometric sequences is feasible to use and interesting.     ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pandangan Muhammad bin Ismail Ash-Shan’ani dalam kitab Subulussalam terkait peran suami dalam mewujudkan keharmonisan rumah tangga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis teks (library research) untuk mengeksplorasi pemikiran Ash-Shan’ani tentang hak dan kewajiban suami dalam konteks keluarga sakinah, mawaddah, dan rahmah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AshShan’ani menekankan peran suami sebagai pemimpin keluarga yang bertanggung jawab memberikan nafkah, perlindungan, dan kasih sayang, serta menjalankan akhlak mulia dalam interaksi dengan istri. Keharmonisan rumah tangga dapat tercapai melalui pemenuhan hak dan kewajiban secara timbal balik, komunikasi yang baik, dan penghormatan terhadap nilai-nilai Islam. Penelitian ini relevan untuk memahami dinamika rumah tangga dalam perspektif Islam klasik yang tetap kontekstual dengan kebutuhan zaman. ABSTRACT This study aims to examine Muhammad bin Ismail Ash-Shan'ani's views in the book Subulussalam regarding the husband's role in achieving household harmony. This study uses a qualitative approach with textual analysis (library research) to explore Ash-Shan'ani's thoughts on the husband's rights and obligations in the context of a harmonious, loving, and compassionate family. The results show that Ash-Shan'ani emphasizes the husband's role as the family leader responsible for providing sustenance, protection, and affection, as well as upholding noble morals in his interactions with his wife. Household harmony can be achieved through the reciprocal fulfillment of rights and obligations, good communication, and respect for Islamic values. This research is relevant to understanding household dynamics from a classical Islamic perspective while remaining contextualized to the needs of the times

    ANALISIS HUKUM WARIS ISLAM TERHADAP SISTEM PEMBAGIAN WARIS PADA MASYARAKAT ADAT KAUR DI PROVINSI BENGKULU

    ABSTRAK Keberagaman sistem kewarisan di Indonesia mencerminkan interaksi antara hukum Islam, hukum adat, dan hukum nasional. Penelitian ini mengkaji praktik pembagian warisan pada masyarakat adat Kaur di Provinsi Bengkulu yang menggunakan sistem bilateral dengan mekanisme musyawarah keluarga. Fokus penelitian diarahkan pada analisis kesesuaian praktik tersebut dengan prinsip hukum waris Islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif berbasis studi pustaka dengan menganalisis data primer berupa AlQur’an, hadis, Kompilasi Hukum Islam (KHI), dan peraturan perundang undangan, serta data sekunder dari literatur akademik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Kaur membagi harta waris secara fleksibel berdasarkan kesepakatan, tanpa perbedaan mendasar antara anak laki-laki dan perempuan. Sistem ini menekankan keadilan kontekstual, misalnya melalui praktik “gilir sawah” sebagai bentuk pemanfaatan kolektif aset keluarga. Dari perspektif Islam, sistem ini tidak sepenuhnya selaras dengan ketentuan faraidh yang bersifat qath‟i, khususnya terkait pembagian proporsional laki-laki dan perempuan sebagaimana diatur dalam Surah An-Nisa. Namun, prinsip musyawarah dan keseimbangan yang dianut adat Kaur dapat menjadi pintu masuk bagi harmonisasi dengan syariat. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya dialog konstruktif antara tokoh agama, adat, dan pemerintah dalam merumuskan model pewarisan yang adil, kontekstual, serta sesuai dengan prinsip hukum Islam dan kerangka hukum nasional. ABSTRACT The diversity of inheritance systems in Indonesia reflects the interaction between Islamic law, customary law, and national law. This study examines the inheritance distribution practices of the Kaur indigenous community in Bengkulu Province, which adopts a bilateral system through family deliberation. The main focus is to analyze the compatibility of these practices with the principles of Islamic inheritance law. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method based on library study, utilizing primary data from the Qur‟an, Hadith, the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI), and relevant legislation, alongside secondary data from academic literature. The findings reveal that the Kaur community distributes inheritance flexibly through consensus, granting rights to both sons and daughters without strict proportional distinctions. A contextual notion of justice is emphasized, as reflected in practices such as gilir sawah (rotational use of farmland) as a form of collective asset management. From the perspective of Islamic law, this system is not entirely aligned with the faraidh provisions, which are definitive (qath‟i), particularly regarding the proportional shares between male and female heirs as prescribed in Surah An-Nisa. Nevertheless, the principles of deliberation and social balance inherent in Kaur customary practice can serve as an entry point for harmonization with Sharia. This study underscores the importance of constructive dialogue among religious scholars, customary leaders, and state institutions to formulate an inheritance model that is just, contextual, and consistent with both Islamic principles and the national legal framework

    SISTEM PENGUPAHAN PEKERJA PENGELOLA BARANG BEKAS DALAM TINJAUAN HUKUM EKONOMI SYARIAH

    ABSTRACT This study analyzes the wage system for scrap collectors in the context of Sharia economic law in Terusan Nunyai Subdistrict, Central Lampung Regency. Law guidelines have not yet established clear wage standards for scrap collectors, who are part of the informal sector. Current wage practices still depend on verbal agreements between employers and workers. The compatibility of the wage system with the principles of ijarah contracts in Islamic economic law was examined through a qualitative approach using field research methods. The results of the study show that the wage system for scrap workers does not fully meet the principles of fairness, clarity of object, and voluntary agreement that are important in ijarah contracts. Injustice and gharar, or uncertainty, can arise if it is unclear how wages, workloads, and payment times are determined. This contradicts sharia principles. To protect the rights of informal sector workers, this study recommends standardizing the wage system with reference to fairness in Islamic economic law. ABSTRAK Studi ini menganalisis sistem upah bagi pengumpul barang bekas dalam konteks Hukum Ekonomi Syariah di Kecamatan Terusan Nunyai, Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Hukum ketenagakerjaan belum menetapkan standar upah yang jelas bagi pengumpul barang bekas, yang merupakan bagian dari sektor informal. Praktik upah saat ini masih bergantung pada kesepakatan lisan antara pemberi kerja dan pekerja. Kesesuaian sistem upah dengan prinsip-prinsip kontrak ijarah dalam hukum ekonomi Islam dianalisis melalui pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem upah bagi pekerja pengelola barang bekas tidak sepenuhnya memenuhi prinsip keadilan, kejelasan objek, dan kesepakatan sukarela yang penting dalam kontrak ijarah. Ketidakadilan dan gharar (ketidakpastian) dapat timbul jika tidak jelas bagaimana upah, beban kerja, dan waktu pembayaran ditentukan. Hal ini bertentangan dengan prinsip syariah. Untuk melindungi hak pekerja sektor informal, studi ini merekomendasikan standarisasi sistem upah dengan mengacu pada keadilan dalam Hukum Ekonomi Syaria

    ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan kurangnya strategi pembelajaran yang menarik, proses pembelajaran yang masih belum maksimal dalam membantu siswa untuk meningkatkan literasi digital dan berpikir reflektif dalam proses pembelajaran biologi. Salah satu materi biologi yang membutuhkan keterampilan literasi digital dan kemampuan berpikir reflektif adalah materi sistem reproduksi. Berdasarkan hasil pra penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti di SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Agung menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital dan berpikir reflektif siswa masih tergolong rendah. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Reading, Questioning, and Answering (RQA) berbantu liveworksheets terhadap keterampilan literasi digital dan kemampuan berpikir reflektif kelas XI pada materi sisrem reproduksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quasy Experiment dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu The Matcing-Only Pretest posttest Control Group design. Populasi penelitan yaitu seluruh siswa di kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Agung dengan teknik sampling yaitu Cluster Random Sampling yang menghasilkan sampel yaitu kelas XI.1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan XI.5 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan meliputi angket dan lembar observasi literasi digital, tes essay berpikir reflektif siswa. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) terdapat pengaruh model Reading, Questioning, and Answering (RQA) berbantu liveworksheets terhadap literasi digital kelas XI pada materi sistem reproduksi dengan nilai signifikan 0,00 < 0,05; 2) terdapat pengaruh model Reading, Questioning, and Answering (RQA) berbantu liveworksheets terhadap berpikir reflektif kelas XI pada materi sistem reproduksi dengan nilai signifikan 0,00 < 0,05. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan model pembelajaran Reading, Questioning, and Answering (RQA) berbantu liveworksheets dapat meningkatkan keterampilan literasi digital dan kemampuan berpikir reflektif. Kata Kunci: Berpikir Reflektif, Literasi Digital, Liveworksheet, Model Reading Questioning and Answering (RQA). iii ABSTRACT This study was motivated by the lack of engaging learning strategies and the learning process that has not been optimal in supporting students’ digital literacy and reflective thinking in biology learning. One of the biology topics that particularly requires these skills is the reproductive system. Preliminary research conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Agung revealed that students’ digital literacy and reflective thinking skills were still at a relatively low level. Therefore, this study aimed to examine the effect of the Reading, Questioning, and Answering (RQA) model assisted by Liveworksheets on digital literacy skills and reflective thinking ability of grade XI students in the reproductive system topic. This research employed a Quasi-Experimental method with the Matching-Only Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The population consisted of all grade XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Agung, and the sample was selected using Cluster Random Sampling, resulting in class XI.1 as the experimental group and class XI.5 as the control group. The instruments used included questionnaires and digital literacy observation sheets, as well as reflective thinking essay tests. Data were analyzed using normality test, homogeneity test, and independent sample t-test. The findings showed that: (1) the Reading, Questioning, and Answering (RQA) model assisted by Liveworksheets significantly improved students’ digital literacy in the reproductive system topic (sig. 0.00 < 0.05); and (2) the model also had a significant effect on students’ reflective thinking ability in the reproductive system topic (sig. 0.00 < 0.05).     ABSTRAK Negara indonesia hadir dalam penegakan hukum serta perlindungan hukum terhadap anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum atas pemenuhan hak warga nergara hal ini bertujuan dalam rangka pembinaan anak untuk mewujudkan sumber daya manusia yang tangguh serta berkualitas. Berkaitan dengan pembinaan dan perkembangan kehidupan anak, diperlukan pula sarana dan prasarana hukum yang mengantisipasi segala permasalahan yang timbul. Dalam hal ini pelaksanaan Pasal 8 Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak di Balai Pemasyarakatan Kelas II Metro, perlu di laksanakan penelitian apakah sudah berjalan dengan baik ataun belum, serta menelaahnya dari perspektif Fiqh Siyâsah. Pasal tersebut menekankan pentingnya perlindungan hak-hak anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum, termasuk perlakuan yang layak dan sesuai usia menurut Pasal 1 Ayat 3 Undang-undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 tentang sistem peradilan pidana anak yang disebut anak yakni anak yang belum berumur 12 tahun dan belum berumur 18 tahun. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analisis. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melihat fakta di lapangan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Metode pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini dengan cara melakukan pemeriksaan data, klasifikasi data, dan rekontruksi data. Teori-teori yang di gunakan pada penulisan ini yaitu Fiqh Siyâsah, Fiqh Siyâsah Tanfiżiyyah ,diversi pada anak berhadapan dengan hukum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Pasal 8 UndangUndang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 Tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak di Balai Pemasyarakatan Kelas II Metro telah berjalan cukup baik, khususnya dalam pelaksanaan pendampingan dan penyelesaian perkara pidana di luar pengadilan atau yang di sebut diversi. Namun, masih ditemukan berbagai hambatan seperti keikut sertaan pihak lain ,keterbatasan fasilitas, serta rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap konsep keadilan restoratif. Dalam perspektif Fiqh Siyâsah Tanfiżiyyah, sudah sesuai dengan prinsip AsSyura (musyawarah) dengan melibat kan anak dan orangtua/wali, korban dan orang tua/ wali, Pembimbing Kemasyarakatan, dan Pekerja Profesional berdasarkan pendekatan Keadilan Restoratif. perlindungan terhadap anak dalam sistem hukum pidana merupakan bagian dari tanggung jawab negara untuk menegakkan keadilan dan menciptakan kemaslahatan umum. Oleh karena itu, penerapan Pasal 8 sudah sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip dasar dalam Siyâsah, meskipun masih perlu penyempurnaan dalam pelaksanaannya. ABSTRACT The Republic of Indonesia is present in law enforcement and legal protection for children in conflict with the law as a fulfillment of citiżens' rights. This aims to foster children to become resilient and quality human resources. In relation to the development and upbringing of children, legal facilities and infrastructure are also needed to anticipate various emerging problems. In this context, the implementation of Article 8 of Law Number 11 Year 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System at Class II Metro Correctional Institution requires investigation to determine whether it has been properly implemented or not, and to analyże it from the perspective of Fiqh Siyâsah. This article emphasiżes the importance of protecting the rights of children in conflict with the law, including treatment that is appropriate and age-appropriate according to Article 1 Paragraph 3 of Law Number 11 Year 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System, which defines a child as a person who is under 12 years old and not yet 18 years old. The research used in this study is field research with a qualitative method and a descriptive-analytical approach. Data collection techniques involved observing facts in the field, interviews, and documentation. Data processing methods include data verification, classification, and reconstruction. Theories used in this study include Fiqh Siyâsah, Fiqh Siyâsah Tanfiżiyah, and Diversion for children in conflict with the law. The results show that the implementation of Article 8 of Law Number 11 Year 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System at the Class II Metro Correctional Institution has been running quite well, especially in the implementation of assistance and resolution of criminal cases outside the court, known as Diversion. However, there are still several obstacles such as the involvement of other parties, limited facilities, and low public understanding of the restorative justice concept. From the perspective of Fiqh Siyâsah, the implementation aligns with the principle of As-Syura (consultation) by involving the child and parent/guardian, the victim and parent/guardian, Social Guidance Officers, and professional workers based on the restorative justice approach. Protection of children within the criminal justice system is part of the state‟s responsibility to uphold justice and create public welfare. Therefore, the application of Article 8 already aligns with the basic principles of Siyāsah Shar„iyyah, although improvements are still needed in its implementation

    ABSTRAK Cadangan devisa memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga stabilitas perekonomian nasional. Fungsinya meliputi alat stabilisasi nilai tukar, pembayaran transaksi internasional, serta penopang kepercayaan investor terhadap kondisi ekonomi suatu negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis permasalahan utama cadangan devisa Indonesia dengan meninjau pengaruh ekspor, impor, jumlah uang beredar, dan volatilitas nilai tukar dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam. Permasalahan mendasar yang diangkat adalah ketidakstabilan cadangan devisa yang rentan terkuras akibat tingginya ketergantungan impor, ketidakseimbangan neraca perdagangan, pertumbuhan jumlah uang beredar yang tidak diimbangi aktivitas sektor riil, serta gejolak nilai tukar rupiah terhadap mata uang asing. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan bersumber dari data sekunder, yaitu data yang diperoleh peneliti dari sumber-sumber yang telah tersedia sebelumnya. Data tersebut diperoleh dari World Bank dan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi dokumentasi serta pencarian melalui internet. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan data time series dengan metode Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam jangka Panjang variabel Ekspor negatif tidak signifikan terhadap Cadangan devisa, Impor berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Cadangan devisa, variabel jumlah uang beredar berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Cadangan devisa dan nilai tukar berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Cadangan devisa. Sedangkan dalam jangka pendek Ekspor berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Cadangan devisa, Impor berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Cadangan devisa, sedangkan variabel jumlah uang beredar berpengaruh positif tidak sinifikan terhadap Cadangan devisa dan variabel nilai tukar berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Cadangan devisa. Dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam, pengelolaan cadangan devisa harus berlandaskan prinsip keadilan, keseimbangan, dan larangan riba. ABSTRACT Foreign exchange reserves play an important role in maintaining national economic stability. Their functions include stabilizing the exchange rate, facilitating international transactions, and supporting investor confidence in a country's economic conditions. This study aims to analyze the main issues affecting Indonesia’s foreign exchange reserves by examining the influence of exports, imports, money supply, and exchange rate volatility from the perspective of Islamic economics. The core issue addressed is the instability of foreign exchange reserves, which is vulnerable due to high dependence on imports, trade balance imbalances, growth in money supply not matched by real sector activity, and fluctuations in the rupiah exchange rate. This research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The data used are secondary data, obtained from previously available sources, such as the World Bank and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). Data collection techniques include documentation studies and internet searches. Time series data was used using the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) method. The results of this study indicate that in the long term, exports have a negative and insignificant effect on foreign exchange reserves, imports have a significant and negative effect on foreign exchange reserves, the money supply has a positive and insignificant effect on foreign exchange reserves, and the exchange rate has a significant and negative effect on foreign exchange reserves. Meanwhile, in the short term, exports have a positive and insignificant effect on foreign exchange reserves, imports have a significant and positive effect on foreign exchange reserves, while the money supply has a nonsignificant positive effect on foreign exchange reserves, and the exchange rate has a positive and insignificant effect on foreign exchange reserves.
