ANALISIS PENGUKURAN KINERJA KEUANGAN BANK UMUM SYARIAH DI INDONESIA MENGGUNAKAN METODE RISK BASED BANK RATING (RBBR) & SHARIAH CONFORMITY AND PROFITABILITY (SCNP) PADA TAHUN 2020–2024
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pengukuran kinerja
keuangan Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia, tidak hanya dari sisi efisiensi dan
profitabilitas, tetapi juga dari kesesuaian terhadap prinsip-prinsip syariah. Tujuan
dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Kinerja keuangan Bank Umum
Syariah di Indonesia pada Periode 2020–2024 Menggunakkan Pendekatan Risk
Based Bank Rating (RBBR) dan Shariah Conformity and Profitability (SCnP).
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif yang bersifat
eksplanatif. Dalam konteks penelitian ini, populasi mencakup seluruh Bank Umum
Syariah yang beroperasi di Indonesia dan terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK).
Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 14. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 13 Bank
Umum Syariah yang memenuhi kriteria kelengkapan laporan keuangan selama
lima tahun. Metode RBBR dianalisis melalui rasio FDR, ROA, dan BOPO,
sementara pendekatan SCnP melibatkan analisis profitabilitas menggunakan ROA
dan ROE. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian yang mengukur kinerja Bank
Umum Syariah dapat menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis
deskriptif dan beberapa model penilaian kinerja keuangan. Salah satu metode yang
umum digunakan adalah Risk Based Bank Rating (RBBR) serta Sharia Conformity
and Profitability (SCnP) Model.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek likuiditas (FDR) sebagian
besar Bank Umum Syariah tergolong sangat sehat, meskipun beberapa bank perlu
meningkatkan pengelolaan likuiditasnya. Pada aspek profitabilitas (RBBR), BTPN
Syariah dan Bank Aceh Syariah tergolong sangat sehat, sedangkan BCA Syariah
dan Bank Muamalat Indonesia kurang sehat, dengan efisiensi operasional (BOPO)
yang bervariasi. Melalui pendekatan SCnP, BTPN Syariah, Bank Syariah Indonesia,
dan Bank Aceh Syariah menunjukkan profitabilitas tinggi, sementara Bank Syariah
Bukopin, Bank Aladin Syariah Tbk, dan BCA Syariah masih rendah. Secara
keseluruhan, kinerja keuangan bank syariah bersifat fluktuatif namun cenderung
positif dan sesuai prinsip syariah. ABSTRACT
This research is motivated by the importance of measuring the financial
performance of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia, not only in terms of
efficiency and profitability but also in terms of compliance with sharia principles.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the financial performance of Islamic
Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the period 2020–2024 using the Risk Based
Bank Rating (RBBR) and Shariah Conformity and Profitability (SCnP) approaches.
This study employs a descriptive quantitative approach with an
explanatory nature. The population includes all Islamic Commercial Banks
operating in Indonesia and registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK),
totaling 14 banks. The research sample consists of 13 Islamic Commercial Banks
that meet the criteria of having complete financial reports for five consecutive years.
The RBBR method is analyzed through the FDR, ROA, and BOPO ratios, while
the SCnP approach involves profitability analysis using ROA and ROE. The data
analysis method in this study adopts a quantitative approach with descriptive
analysis and several financial performance assessment models, particularly the Risk
Based Bank Rating (RBBR) and the Shariah Conformity and Profitability (SCnP)
models.
The results indicate that in terms of liquidity (FDR), most Islamic
Commercial Banks are classified as very healthy, although some need to improve
their liquidity management. Regarding profitability (RBBR), BTPN Syariah and
Bank Aceh Syariah are in the very healthy category, while BCA Syariah and Bank
Muamalat Indonesia are less healthy, with varying levels of operational efficiency
(BOPO). Based on the SCnP approach, BTPN Syariah, Bank Syariah Indonesia,
and Bank Aceh Syariah demonstrate high profitability, while Bank Syariah
Bukopin, Bank Aladin Syariah Tbk, and BCA Syariah remain low. Overall, the
financial performance of Islamic Commercial Banks fluctuates but tends to be
positive and in line with sharia principles
PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PAKEM TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK PADA MATA PELAJARAN PAI DI SMP NEGERI 24 BANDAR LAMPUNG
ABSTRAK
Motivasi belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan
Agama Islam (PAI) di SMP Negeri 24 Bandar Lampung diketahui
masih rendah, ditandai dengan minimnya minat, keterlibatan, dan
partisipasi aktif siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Pola pembelajaran
yang masih berpusat pada guru menyebabkan siswa kurang terlibat
dalam aktivitas kelas dan belum mampu memanfaatkan sumber
belajar secara optimal. Kondisi tersebut menuntut penerapan model
pembelajaran yang mampu meningkatkan keaktifan, kreativitas, dan
semangat belajar siswa. Model Pembelajaran PAKEM (Pembelajaran
Aktif, Kreatif, Efektif, dan Menyenangkan) dinilai relevan untuk
menjawab kebutuhan tersebut, karena memberikan ruang keterlibatan
langsung bagi peserta didik dalam proses belajar.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan
desain pretest-posttest control group design. Subjek penelitian adalah
peserta didik kelas VIII yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok: kelas
eksperimen yang memperoleh pembelajaran menggunakan model
PAKEM dan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode konvensional.
Instrumen penelitian berupa tes motivasi belajar yang telah melalui uji
validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji paired
sample t-test, uji homogenitas, normalitas, serta ANOVA untuk
melihat perbedaan peningkatan motivasi belajar antarkelompok.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan motivasi
belajar yang signifikan pada kelas eksperimen dibandingkan kelas
kontrol. Nilai signifikansi uji paired sample t-test sebesar 0,000 < 0,05
menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model PAKEM memberikan
pengaruh positif dan nyata terhadap peningkatan motivasi belajar
peserta didik. Sementara itu, peningkatan pada kelas kontrol tidak
menunjukkan perubahan yang signifikan. Dengan demikian, penelitian
ini menyimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran PAKEM efektif dan
layak diterapkan sebagai strategi alternatif untuk meningkatkan
motivasi belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran PAI di tingkat
SMP.

ABSTRACT
Student learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education
(PAI) at SMP Negeri 24 Bandar Lampung is relatively low, as
reflected in the limited interest, engagement, and active participation
of students during classroom activities. The learning process, which
remains predominantly teacher-centered, leads to passive behavior
and insufficient utilization of available learning resources. This
condition requires an instructional model capable of increasing
student involvement, stimulating creativity, and fostering a more
enjoyable learning atmosphere. The PAKEM model (Active, Creative,
Effective, and Joyful Learning) is considered relevant to address these
issues, as it encourages active participation and provides meaningful
learning experiences for students.
This study employed a quantitative approach using a pretest
posttest control group design. The research subjects were eighth
grade students divided into two groups: an experimental group taught
using the PAKEM model and a control group taught using
conventional methods. The learning motivation test—administered as
both pre-test and post-test—served as the research instrument and
had previously undergone validity and reliability testing. Data
analysis was conducted using paired sample t-tests, homogeneity and
normality tests, as well as ANOVA to identify differences in motivation
improvement between the two groups.
The results indicated a significant increase in learning
motivation among students in the experimental group compared with
the control group. The paired sample t-test yielded a significance
value of 0.000 < 0.05, demonstrating that the implementation of the
PAKEM model had a positive and substantial effect on students’
learning motivation. Meanwhile, improvements in the control group
were present but not statistically significant. Based on these findings,
the study concludes that the PAKEM learning model is effective and
suitable to be adopted as an alternative instructional strategy to
enhance students’ motivation in Islamic Religious Education at the
junior high school level.

IMPLEMENTASI PERATURAN DAERAH PROVINSI LAMPUNG NOMOR 6 TAHUN 2022 TENTANG PENGELOLAAN HUTAN PERSPEKTIF SIYASAH TANFIDZIYYAH
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi Peraturan Daerah
Provinsi Lampung Nomor 6 Tahun 2022 tentang Pengelolaan Hutan
oleh Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Kesatuan Pengelolaan Hutan
Konservasi (UPTD KPHK) Tahura Wan Abdul Rachman, ditinjau dari
perspektif Siyasah Tanfidziyyah. Hutan memiliki peran penting dalam
menjaga keseimbangan ekosistem dan menopang kehidupan, namun
Tahura Wan Abdul Rachman menghadapi berbagai ancaman
kerusakan yang disebabkan oleh perbuatan manusia. Oleh karena itu,
perlindungan hutan menjadi urgensi yang tidak dapat diabaikan.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis implementasi peraturan
daerah tersebut dan meninjau implementasinya dari sudut pandang
Siyasah Tanfidziyyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi
lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif,
mengumpulkan data primer melalui wawancara dan data sekunder dari
dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UPTD KPHK
Tahura Wan Abdul Rachman telah berupaya maksimal dalam
perlindungan hutan melalui pendekatan pre-emptive, preventive, dan
repressive, serta pemberdayaan masyarakat dan pemanfaatan
teknologi. Namun, implementasi ini belum optimal karena masih
terdapat kendala seperti keterbatasan personel dan banyaknya
masyarakat yang melakukan penggarapan kawasan secara ilegal. Dari
perspektif Siyasah Tanfidziyyah, perlindungan hutan yang dilakukan
belum sepenuhnya menerapkan prinsip al-maslahah al-
'ammah (kemaslahatan masyarakat) karena belum adanya program
khusus untuk menyediakan mata pencarian alternatif bagi masyarakat
yang sebelumnya merusak hutan. ABSTRACT
This study examines the implementation of Lampung Province
Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2022 concerning Forest
Management by the Regional Technical Implementation Unit for
Conservation Forest Management (UPTD KPHK) of Tahura Wan
Abdul Rachman, viewed from the perspective of Fiqh Siyasah
Tanfidziyyah. Forests play a crucial role in maintaining ecosystem
balance and supporting life, but the Wan Abdul Rachman Grand
Forest Park faces various threats of damage caused by human
activities. Therefore, forest protection has become an undeniable and
urgent need. The purpose of this research is to analyze the
implementation of regional regulations and review their
implementation from the perspective of Siyasah Tanfidziyyah. This
research uses a field study method with a descriptive qualitative
approach, collecting primary data thru interviews and secondary data
from relevant documents. The research results show that the UPTD
KPHK Tahura Wan Abdul Rachman has made maximum efforts in
forest protection thru preventive, preemptive, and repressive
approaches, as well as community empowerment and technology
utilization. However, this implementation is not yet optimal because
there are still constraints such as limited personnel and the large
number of people illegally planting in the area. From the perspective
of Siyasah Tanfidziyyah, the forest protection efforts undertaken have
not fully implemented the principle of al-maslahah al-'ammah (public
interest) because there is no specific program to provide alternative
livelihoods for communities that previously damaged the forest
IMPLEMENTASI SEKOLAH RAMAH ANAK DI MIN 6 BANDAR LAMPUNG
ABSTRAK
Pendidikan menurut UU No. 20 Tahun 2003 adalah usaha
sadar untuk membentuk manusia yang berilmu, mandiri, dan
berakhlak mulia. Latar belakang munculnya Sekolah Ramah Anak
(SRA) adalah menurunnya nilai toleransi, etika, dan budaya bangsa.
Sekolah ramah anak merupakan sekolah yang menjamin dan
memenuhi hak anak, menciptakan lingkungan yang aman, sehat,
inklusif, dan bebas kekerasan. Berdasarkan UU Perlindungan Anak
dan Permen PPPA No. 8 Tahun 2014, Sekolah ramah anak diukur
melalui enam indikator yaitu kebijakan sekolah, kurikulum, pendidik
terlatih hak anak, sarana prasarana, partisipasi anak, dan dukungan
orang tua serta masyarakat. Konsep pendidikan ramah anak
berlandaskan prinsip 3P (Provision, Protection, Participation) dan nilai
Islam dalam QS. An-Nisa ayat 9, yang menekankan pentingnya
melindungi generasi penerus. Hasil observasi di MIN 6 Bandar
Lampung menunjukkan bahwa sekolah telah menerapkan prinsip SRA
dengan lingkungan yang aman, nyaman, dan tanpa diskriminasi.
Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskritif
Kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu Koordinator Kurikulum,
Guru kelas IIb, Satpam, dan juga peserta didik. Objek penelitian
meliputi implementasi sekolah ramah anak di MIN 6 Bandar
Lampung, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan beruba
observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data
mengunakan teknik pengumpulan data, penyajian data, dan penarikan
kesimpulan. Adapun validasi data menggunakan triangulasi teknik,
triangulasi sember, dan teriangulasi waktu
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada 2 indikator yang telah
diterapkan di MIN 6 Bandar Lampung dalam implementasi sekolah
ramah anak. Indikator – indikator tersebut adalah penataan fisik
sekolah, dan penanaman nilai – nilai karakter. Pada penataan fisik
sekolah meliputi, penataan halaman sekolah seperti petugas
kebersihan, memperindahan halaman sekolah, dan juga menjaga
sekolah, sedangkan penataan ruang kelas seperti hiasan, penataan
bangku, penataan gambar, dan penataan hasil karya para peserta didik.
Hasil indikator dari penanaman nilai – nilai karakter berupa

pembiasaan para peserta didik seperti pembiasaaan membuang
sampah pada tempatnya, dan melakukan 5S (senyum, sapa, salam,
sopan, dan santun)

ABSTRAK
Education according to Law No. 20 of 2003 is a conscious
effort to shape knowledgeable, independent, and noble human beings.
The background to the emergence of Child-Friendly Schools (SRA) is
the decline in the values of tolerance, ethics, and national culture.
Child-friendly schools are schools that guarantee and fulfill children's
rights, create a safe, healthy, inclusive, and violence-free environment.
Based on the Child Protection Law and PPPA Regulation No. 8 of
2014, child-friendly schools are measured through six indicators:
school policies, curriculum, educators trained in children's rights,
facilities and infrastructure, child participation, and parental and
community support. The concept of child-friendly education is based
on the 3P principle (Provision, Protection, Participation) and Islamic
values in QS. An-Nisa verse 9, which emphasizes the importance of
protecting the next generation. Observation results at MIN 6 Bandar
Lampung show that the school has implemented the SRA principle
with a safe, comfortable, and non-discriminatory environmen.
This study uses a qualitative descriptive research type. The
subjects in this study were the Curriculum Coordinator, Class IIb
Teachers, Security Guards, and also students. The research object
includes the implementation of child-friendly schools at MIN 6
Bandar Lampung, the data collection methods used were observation,
interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used data
collection techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.
Data validation used technical triangulation, source triangulation,
and time triangulation.
The results of the study indicate that there are two indicators
that have been implemented at MIN 6 Bandar Lampung in the
implementation of child-friendly schools. These indicators are the
physical arrangement of the school, and the instilling of character
values. In the physical arrangement of the school includes, the
arrangement of the school yard such as janitors, beautifying the
school yard, and also maintaining the school, while the arrangement
of the classrooms such as decorations, arrangement of benches,
arrangement of pictures, and arrangement of students' work. The

results of the indicators of instilling character values are in the form
of habits of students such as the habit of throwing trash in its place,
and carrying out 5S (smile, greet, say hello, be polite, and courteous).

PELAKSANAAN LAYANAN KONSELING KELOMPOK DENGAN TEKNIK KONTRAK PERILAKU DALAM MENGATASI BULLYING DI SMP NEGERI 2 KOTABUMI LAMPUNG UTARA
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya perilaku bullying
yang terjadi di lingkungan sekolah, baik dalam bentuk verbal, fisik,
relasional, maupun cyberbullying. Perilaku tersebut berdampak negatif
terhadap hubungan sosial dan kesejahteraan psikologis peserta didik.
Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, guru Bimbingan dan Konseling di SMP
Negeri 2 Kotabumi Lampung Utara melaksanakan layanan konseling
kelompok dengan menggunakan teknik kontrak perilaku, yang
bertujuan membantu peserta didik memahami dampak perbuatannya
dan berkomitmen untuk berubah melalui kesepakatan perilaku yang
disusun bersama.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan
teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan
dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari guru Bimbingan dan
Konseling serta lima peserta didik kelas VIII A yang teridentifikasi
memiliki keterlibatan dalam perilaku bullying. Analisis data dilakukan
melalui proses reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan
untuk menggambarkan implementasi serta efektivitas layanan
konseling kelompok dengan teknik kontrak perilaku.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan layanan
konseling kelompok dengan teknik kontrak perilaku berjalan efektif
dalam mengatasi perilaku bullying. Guru BK melaksanakan tahapan
perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi secara sistematis, serta
membentuk kontrak perilaku sebagai pedoman perubahan perilaku
peserta didik. Melalui dinamika kelompok, peserta didik dapat saling
berbagi pengalaman, menumbuhkan empati, serta membangun
kesadaran sosial untuk tidak melakukan bullying. Selain itu, ditemukan
adanya penurunan yang signifikan pada perilaku bullying verbal, fisik,
relasional, dan cyber setelah mengikuti layanan. Hambatan yang
muncul berupa kurangnya keterbukaan dan kepercayaan diri peserta
didik pada awal sesi dapat diatasi melalui pendekatan empatik dan
dukungan konselor yang berkelanjutan.

ABSTRACT
This study was motivated by the occurrence of bullying
behavior among students in schools, which appeared in various forms
such as verbal, physical, relational, and cyberbullying. These behaviors
negatively affect students’ social relationships and psychological well
being. To address this issue, the Guidance and Counseling teacher at
SMP Negeri 2 Kotabumi Lampung Utara implemented group
counseling services using the behavior contract technique, which aims
to help students understand the impact of their actions and commit to
behavioral change through mutually agreed-upon contracts.
This research employed a descriptive qualitative method with
data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation.
The subjects consisted of one Guidance and Counseling teacher and
five eighth-grade students (Class VIII A) identified as being involved in
bullying behaviors. Data were analyzed through data reduction,
presentation, and conclusion drawing to describe the implementation
and effectiveness of group counseling services using the behavior
contract technique.
The results showed that group counseling services using the
behavior contract technique were effective in reducing bullying
behavior. The counselor implemented the planning, implementation,
and evaluation stages systematically and established behavior
contracts as a guide for students’ behavioral changes. Through group
dynamics, students learned to share experiences, develop empathy, and
build social awareness to stop engaging in bullying behavior.
Furthermore, the study found a significant decrease in verbal, physical,
relational, and cyberbullying after the sessions. Initial challenges, such
as students’ lack of openness and self-confidence, were successfully
overcome through empathetic approaches and continuous support from
the counselor.

PENGEMBANGAN BUKU INTERAKTIF UNTUK PEMBELAJARAN LITERASI DAN NUMERASI PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPAS DI JENJANG SD/MI
ABSTRAK
Penelitian dan pengembangan ini dilakukan berdasarkan
permasalahan yang ditemukan peneliti di dua sekolah, yaitu belum
tersedianya bahan ajar yang sesuai dengan kurikulum yang digunakan
dan masih bergantung pada modul ajar cetak yang belum mampu
memenuhi kebutuhan pembelajaran IPAS secara optimal. Selain itu,
belum tersedia bahan ajar berbentuk buku interaktif yang dapat
menunjang peningkatan literasi dan numerasi peserta didik dalam
proses pembelajaran mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mengetahui proses pengembangan buku interaktif berbasis literasi dan
numerasi pada mata pelajaran IPAS, mengetahui kelayakan produk
yang dikembangkan, serta mengetahui respon pendidik dan peserta
didik terhadap buku interaktif tersebut.
Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development
(R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri atas lima
tahapan, yaitu analysis, design, development, implementation, dan
evaluation. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket yang diberikan
kepada tiga validator ahli (ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli bahasa),
pendidik, serta peserta didik. Uji coba lapangan dilakukan dalam dua
tahap, yaitu uji skala kecil dengan 15 peserta didik di SDN 1 Harapan
Jaya dan uji skala besar dengan 30 peserta didik di SDN 1 Sukabumi
Bandar Lampung.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk buku interaktif
memperoleh nilai kelayakan dari ahli materi sebesar 91%, ahli media
77%, dan ahli bahasa 95%, seluruhnya termasuk kategori “layak”.
Respon pendidik menunjukkan nilai rata-rata 88% (kategori “sangat
layak”). Respon peserta didik pada uji skala kecil memperoleh nilai
rata-rata 87% dan pada skala besar 98% dengan kategori “sangat
layak”. Dengan demikian, buku interaktif berbasis literasi dan numerasi
yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar
dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran IPAS di jenjang SD.

ABSTRACT
This research and development study was conducted based on
problems identified by the researcher in two elementary schools,
namely the unavailability of teaching materials aligned with the
implemented curriculum and the continued reliance on printed teaching
modules, which have not fully met the learning needs of the IPAS
subject. In addition, there were no interactive book–based teaching
materials available to support the improvement of students’ literacy
and numeracy skills during independent learning activities. This study
aims to examine the development process of an interactive book based
on literacy and numeracy for the IPAS subject, determine the feasibility
of the developed product, and analyze the responses of teachers and
students toward the interactive book.
The research employed a Research and Development (R&D)
method using the ADDIE development model, which consists of five
stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
Data were collected through questionnaires administered to three
expert validators (material expert, media expert, and language expert),
teachers, and students. Field testing was conducted in two stages: a
small-scale test involving 15 students at SDN 1 Harapan Jaya and a
large-scale test involving 30 students at SDN 1 Sukabumi Bandar
Lampung.
The results show that the interactive book received feasibility
scores of 91% from the material expert, 77% from the media expert,
and 95% from the language expert, all of which fall into the “feasible”
category. Teacher responses yielded an average score of 88% (“highly

categorized as “highly feasible.” Therefore, the developed interactive
book based on literacy and numeracy is considered feasible to be used
as a teaching material to support the IPAS learning process at the

PENGUPAHAN TANPA AKAD DALAM PENANAMAN BIBIT PISANG MENURUT HUKUM EKONOMI SYARIAH (Studi di Pekon Pampangan Kecamatan Cukuh Balak Kabupaten Tanggamus)
ABSTRAK
Praktik pengupahan tanpa akad dalam penanaman bibit pisang
masih banyak ditemukan di Pekon Pampangan, Kecamatan Cukuh
Balak, Kabupaten Tanggamus. Sistem pengupahan ini menimbulkan
berbagai permasalahan, seperti ketidakjelasan hak dan kewajiban
antara petani dan pemilik kebun, serta potensi terjadinya ketidakadilan
dalam pembagian upah. Ketidakpastian ini bertentangan dengan
prinsip-prinsip hukum ekonomi syariah yang menekankan pentingnya
kejelasan akad, keadilan, dan perlindungan hak-hak pekerja dalam
setiap transaksi muamalah.
Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana praktik
pengupahan tanpa akad dalam penanaman bibit pisang di Pekon
Pampangan dan bagaimana tinjauan hukum ekonomi syariah terhadap
praktik tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktik
pengupahan tanpa akad dari perspektif hukum ekonomi syariah serta
memberikan solusi dan rekomendasi agar sistem pengupahan di sektor
pertanian dapat berjalan sesuai prinsip-prinsip syariah, sehingga
tercipta hubungan kerja yang adil dan transparan antara petani dan
pemilik kebun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian
lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif
analisis. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam
dengan petani dan pemilik kebun, serta dokumentasi terkait praktik
pengupahan di lokasi penelitian. Analisis dilakukan dengan
membandingkan temuan lapangan dengan prinsip-prinsip hukum
ekonomi syariah, khususnya terkait akad, keadilan, dan perlindungan
hak-hak pekerja.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik pengupahan tanpa
akad di Pekon Pampangan cenderung merugikan petani, karena upah
seringkali ditentukan sepihak oleh pemilik kebun dan seringkali
terjadi keterlambatan pembayaran. Berdasarkan Hukum Ekonomi
Syariah praktik ini belum sepenuhnya memenuhi prinsip keadilan,
kejelasan akad, dan juga transparansi sebagaimana yang dianjurkan
dalam syariat Islam. Ketidakjelasan besaran upah, waktu pembayaran,
serta tidak ada akad yang sah dapat menimbukkan kerugian pada salah
satu pihak, sehingga diperlukan perbaikan sistem melalui pembuatan
kesepakatan kerja yang jelas dan transparan sesuai dengan syariat
Islam. ABSTRACT
The practice of hiring without a written contract in planting
banana seedlings is still widely found in Pekon Pampangan, Cukuh
Balak District, Tanggamus Regency. This wage system causes various
problems, such as unclear rights and obligations between farmers and
plantation owners, as well as the potential for injustice in the
distribution of wages. This uncertainty contradicts the principles of
sharia economic law that emphasize the importance of clarity of
contracts, justice, and protection of workers' rights in every
muamalah transaction.
The formulation of the problem in this study is how the practice
of wages without a contract in planting banana seedlings in Pekon
Pampangan and how sharia economic law reviews the practice. This
study aims to analyze the practice of wages without a contract from
the perspective of sharia economic law and provide solutions and
recommendations so that the wage system in the agricultural sector
can run according to sharia principles, so as to create a fair and
transparent working relationship between farmers and plantation
owners. The research method used is field research with a descriptive
qualitative approach to analysis. Data were collected through
observation, in-depth interviews with farmers and plantation owners,
and documentation related to wage practices at the research location.
The analysis was conducted by comparing the field findings with the
principles of sharia economic law, especially related to contracts,
justice, and protection of workers' rights.
The results showed that the practice of wages without a contract
in Pekon Pampangan tends to harm farmers, because wages are often
determined unilaterally by the plantation owner and there are often
delays in payment. Based on Sharia Economic Law, this practice has
not fully fulfilled the principles of justice, clarity of contracts, and
transparency as recommended in Islamic law. The unclear amount of
wages, the time of payment, and the absence of a valid contract can
cause losses to one of the parties, so it is necessary to improve the
system through making a clear and transparent work agreement in
accordance with Islamic law
PENGARUH PEER TO PEER LENDING TERHADAP AKSES KEUANGAN MASYARAKAT DALAM PERSPEKTIF EKONOMI ISLAM (Studi Pada Masyarakat Kota Bandar Lampung)
ABSTRAK
Perkembangan teknologi finansial (fintech) berbasis
peer to peer lending (P2P lending) telah memberikan alternatif
pembiayaan yang lebih cepat dan mudah bagi masyarakat,
khususnya kelompok yang belum terlayani optimal oleh
lembaga keuangan formal. Di Kota Bandar Lampung, penetrasi
P2P lending menunjukkan tren meningkat sehingga penting
untuk menilai sejauh mana layanan ini dapat memperluas akses
keuangan masyarakat serta kesesuaiannya dengan prinsipprinsip ekonomi Islam yang menekankan keadilan, transparansi,
dan larangan riba.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik
pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling
dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin.sampel dalam penelitian ini
terdiri dari 93 responden dari Masyarakat kota bandar lampung
pengguna peer to peer lending. Pengumpulan data dilakukan
menggunakan Google Forms dan instrumen skala Likert.
Analisis kuantitatif dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak
SMARTPLS.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa P2P lending
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap akses keuangan
masyarakat, terutama melalui kemudahan persyaratan dan
proses yang lebih cepat dibandingkan pembiayaan konvensional.
Namun, dari perspektif ekonomi Islam, sebagian besar platform
P2P lending masih dinilai belum sepenuhnya memenuhi prinsip
syariah karena adanya unsur bunga (interest) dan potensi
ketidakjelasan akad. Dengan demikian, diperlukan
pengembangan model P2P lending berbasis syariah yang lebih
transparan dan berkeadilan agar dapat menjadi instrumen
keuangan inklusif yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai ekonomi Islam. ABTRACT
The development of peer-to-peer lending (P2P lending)
based financial technology (fintech) has provided a faster and
easier financing alternative for the community, especially
groups that are not optimally served by formal financial
institutions. In Bandar Lampung City, the penetration of P2P
lending shows an increasing trend, making it important to assess
the extent to which this service can expand public access to
finance and its compatibility with Islamic economic principles
that emphasize fairness, transparency, and the prohibition of
usury.
This study employed quantitative methods. The sampling
technique employed was purposive sampling using the Slovin
formula. The sample consisted of 93 respondents from the
Bandar Lampung community who use peer-to-peer lending.
Data collection was conducted using Google Forms and a Likert
scale instrument. Quantitative analysis was conducted using
SMARTPLS software.
The results of this study indicate that P2P lending has a
positive and significant effect on community access to finance,
particularly through easier requirements and a faster process
compared to conventional financing. However, in an Islamic
economic perspective, most P2P lending platforms are still
considered not fully compliant with Sharia principles due to the
presence of interest and the potential for unclear contracts.
Therefore, there is a need to develop a more transparent and
equitable Sharia-based P2P lending model so that it can become
an inclusive financial instrument in line with Islamic values
THE INFLUENCE OF JUMBLED TEXT GAME TOWARD STUDENTS’ READING COMPREHENSION OF RECOUNT TEXT
ABSTRACT
The Influence Of Jumbled Text Game Toward Students’ Reading
Comprehension Of Recount Text
Reading comprehension remains a fundamental yet challenging skill for
junior high school students learning English as a foreign language,
particularly in understanding recount texts that require logical sequencing and
textual coherence. Many students experience difficulties in identifying main
ideas, organizing events chronologically, and interpreting vocabulary and
meaning in context. Drawing on interactive reading theory and game-based
learning theory, this study addresses the need for an innovative instructional
technique by examining the effectiveness of the Jumbled Text Game as a
pedagogical strategy to improve students’ reading comprehension of recount
text.
This study employed a quantitative approach using quasi-experimental
research design with a non-equivalent control group. The population
consisted of eight-grade students of SMPN 16 Bandar Lampung in the
2025/2026 academic year. Two classes were selected through cluster random
sampling, one experimental class and one control class, each consisting of 32
students. Data were collected through reading comprehension tests
administered as pre-test and post-tests, consisting of 20 multiple-choice items
based on established reading indicators, including main idea,
expressions/idioms/phrases in context, inference, grammatical features,
detail, excluding facts not written, supporting ideas, vocabulary in context.
The experimental group received instruction using jumbled text game, while
control group was taught using conventional teaching methods. The collected
data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, normality and homogeneity
tests, and an independent samples t-test to determine the significance of the
treatment effect.
The findings revealed that both groups showed improvement in reading
comprehension. However, the experimental group demonstrated significantly
higher achievement. The mean score of the experimental class increased from
65.00 to 71.56, while the control class improved from 54.38 to 64.38. The
result of the independent samples t-test showed a significance value of 0.003,
which was lower than the 0.05 significance level, indicating that the H0 was
rejected. These results confirm that the jumbled text game has a significant
influence on students’ reading comprehension of recount text. In conclusion,
the jumbled text game is an effective teaching technique that improves
students’ ability to comprehend text structure, sequence of events, and
meaning, and it is recommended as an alternative teaching strategy for
reading instruction at the junior high school level.
