PENGARUH MODEL KOOPERATIF TIPE EVERYONE IS A TEACHER HERE TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN KOMUNIKASI SISWA PADA PELAJARAN IPAS KELAS V MIS MASYARIQUL ANWAR 7 LABUHAN RATU
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang peneliti
temukan di MIS Masyariqul Anwar 7 Labuhan Ratu yaitu rendahnya
ketrampilan

Permasalahan tersebut peneliti ketahui berdasarkan hasil pra
penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti di MIS Masyariqul Anwar 7
Labuhan Ratu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat Pengaruh Model
Pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe Everyone is a teacher here (ETH)
Terhadap Ketrampilan komunikasi Belajar IPAS Siswa Kelas V di
MIS Masyariqul Anwar 7 Labuhan Ratu.
Metode yang di gunakan Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian
kuantitatif jenis penelitian pre-eksperimental dengan desain One
Group Pretest-Posttest. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 30 peserta
didik kelas V sebagai kelompok eksperimen. Data dikumpulkan
melalui tes terulis yang mencakup pretest dan posttest untuk
mengevaluasi ketrampilan belajar peserta didik sebelum dan setelah
implementasi model kooperatif tipe Every one is a teacher here pada
pembelajaran IPAS (Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Sosial).
Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah dilakukan, maka hasil
penelitian berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji-T nilai rata-rata post-test
sebesar 79,56, dan nilai sig. (2-tailed) < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05) maka
dapat ditarik kesimpulan H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Berdasarkan hasil
tersebut, penerapan model kooperatif tipe Everyone is a Teacher Here
(EiTH) terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi
siswa pada mata pelajaran IPAS kelas di V MIS Masyariqul Anwar 7
Labuhan Ratu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya kenaikan nilai
rata-rata dari 58,43 pada pre-test menjadi 79,56 pada post-test, atau
meningkat sebesar 21,13 poin. Kenaikan ini membuktikan bahwa
siswa mengalami perkembangan signifikan dalam keberanian
mengemukakan pendapat, kejelasan berbicara, penggunaan bahasa,
dan penyampaian ide. Dengan demikian, EiTH dapat dijadikan salah
satu strategi pembelajaran untuk mengoptimalkan keterampilan
komunikasi lisan siswa.

ABSTRACT
This study was motivated by problems identified at MIS
Masyariqul Anwar 7 Labuhan Ratu, particularly the low level of
students’ communication skills in Social Science (IPAS) learning. This
issue was revealed through preliminary observations conducted by the
researcher in the same institution. The purpose of this study was to
investigate the effect of the cooperative learning model Everyone is a
Teacher Here (EiTH) on the communication skills of fifth-grade
students in IPAS learning at MIS Masyariqul Anwar 7 Labuhan Ratu.
The research employed a quantitative approach with a pre
experimental design, specifically the One-Group Pretest–Posttest
model. The subjects consisted of 30 fifth-grade students who were
assigned as the experimental group. Data were collected using written
tests, including both pre-tests and post-tests, to evaluate students’
communication skills before and after the implementation of the EiTH
cooperative learning model in IPAS instruction.
Based on the data analysis, the results of the study indicate that
the post-test mean score reached 79.56, and the significance value (2
tailed) was below the threshold of 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). Accordingly,
the null hypothesis (H₀) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H₁)
is accepted. These findings confirm that the implementation of the
cooperative learning model Everyone is a Teacher Here (EiTH) is
effective in enhancing students’ communication skills in Social
Science (IPAS) subjects among fifth-grade students at MIS
Masyariqul Anwar 7 Labuhan Ratu. The results further demonstrate a
mean score increase from 58.43 in the pre-test to 79.56 in the post
test, reflecting a gain of 21.13 points. This improvement provides
clear evidence that students achieved significant progress in their
confidence to express opinions, clarity of speech, appropriate
language use, and ability to convey ideas. Thus, EiTH can be
regarded as a promising instructional strategy for optimizing
students’ oral communication competence.

PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN COOPERATIVE TIPE TEAM GAMES TOURNAMEN (TGT) TERHADAP KEAKTIFAN BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK PADA MATA PELAJARAN PAI DI SMAN 10 BANDAR LAMPUNG
ABSTRAK
Keaktifan belajar adalah Proses pembelajaran peserta didik
secara fisik, mental, intelektual, emosional dalam pembelajaran untuk
mendukung tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran. Pengaruh keaktifan
belajar peserta didik dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar, prestasi, minat
dan motivasi belajar. Oleh karena itu, menciptakan lingkungan
pembelajaran yang merangsang keaktifan peserta didik menjadi tujuan
penting bagi pendidik dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan tercapainya
tujuan pembelajaran. Model pembelajaran yang interaktif akan
meningkatkan keaktifan belajar peserta didik, salah satunya model
pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT), yaitu pembelajaran
dengan cara peserta didik belajar dalam kelompok kemudian setiap
kelompok mengikuti pertandingan yang berisi soal-soal pengetahuan
serta diakhiri dengan pemberian penghargaan kepada kelompok
pemenang.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah
terdapat pengaruh antara model pembelajaran Teams Games
Tournament (TGT) terhadap keaktifan belajar peserta didik pada mata
pelajaran PAI di SMAN 10 Bandar Lampung. Adapun pendekatan
penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian yang
digunakan yaitu eksperimen semu (Quasy Eksperimen Design).
Penelitian ini menggunakan Desain Nonequevalent Control Group
pretest-prosttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Kelas XI
SMAN 10 Bandar Lampung. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan
dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini
berjumlah 34 peserta didik sebagai kelas eksperimen dan 34 peserta
didik sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah angket
dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini
menggunakan Uji Independent Sample T-Test untuk menjawab uji
hipotesis. Uji normalitas dilakukan menggunakan uji Kolmogorov
Smirnov untuk mengetahui data berdistribusi normal atau tidak. Uji
homogenitas dilakukan menggunakan Levene Statistic.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh
terhadap keaktifan belajar peserta didik menggunakan model Time
Games Tournamen (TGT). Pengujian hipotesis dengan uji parametrik
Independent Samples t-Test memperoleh nilai signifikasi <0,008 yang

bernilai kurang dari 0,05 yang artinya Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak,
sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan
pada keaktifan belajar peserta didik menggunakan model Time Games
Tournamen (TGT).

ABSTRACT
Learning activity is the process of students' physical, mental,
intellectual, and emotional learning in learning to support the
achievement of learning objectives. The influence of students' learning
activity can affect learning outcomes, achievements, interests, and
learning motivation. Therefore, creating a learning environment that
stimulates student activity is an important goal for educators in
increasing the effectiveness and achievement of learning objectives.
Interactive learning models will increase student learning activity, one
of which is the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model,
namely learning by students learning in groups, then each group takes
part in a competition containing knowledge questions and ends with
awards to the winning group.
The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an
influence between the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning
model on student learning activity in Islamic Religious Education
(PAI) subjects at SMAN 10 Bandar Lampung. The approach to this
study is a quantitative approach. The type of research used is a quasi
experimental (Quasy Experiment Design). This study uses a
Nonequivalent Control Group pretest-protest design. The population
in this study was Class XI of SMAN 10 Bandar Lampung. The
sampling technique was carried out using a purposive sampling
technique. The sample in this study amounted to 34 students as the
experimental class and 34 students as the control class. Data collection
techniques were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis
technique in this study used the Independent Sample T-Test to answer
the hypothesis test. The normality test was carried out using the
Kolmogorov Smirnov test to determine whether the data was normally
distributed or not. The homogeneity test was carried out using Levene
Statistics.
The results of this study indicate that there is an influence on
student learning activity using the Time Games Tournament (TGT)
model. Hypothesis testing with the parametric Independent Samples t
Test obtained a significance value of <0.008 which is less than 0.05
which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so it can be said that
there is a significant influence on student learning activity using the
Time Games Tournament (TGT) model.

THE IMPACT OF DYNAMIC ASSESMENT METHOD TOWARDS STUDENTS’ READING COMPREHENSION ON RECOUNT TEXT IN JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL
ABSTRACT
One of the most important skills for learning English is reading
comprehension, especially when it comes to comprehending recount texts that
are taught in junior high school. Nonetheless, many students continue to
struggle with recognising key concepts, making deductions, and deciphering
vocabulary in texts. These problems are caused by limited vocabulary, lack of
effective reading strategies, and the use of conventional assessment methods
that only emphasize outcomes rather than learning processes. Therefore, using
instructional strategies such as dynamic assessment is needed, since it not only
evaluates students’ performance but also provides direct intervention during
the assessment process to help them overcome reading difficulties.
This study used a quasi-experimental design and a quantitative
methodology. The study was carried out during the 2025/2026 school year at
MTSS Nurul Ulum, Kebun Tebu, West Lampung. Eighth-grade students made
up the population, and two classes were chosen for the sample using cluster
random sampling. The dynamic assessment method was used to teach one class
as the experimental group, and traditional assessment ( reading comprehension
test ) was used to teach the other class as the control group. A multiple-choice
test was administered as the research instrument to measure eight aspects of
reading comprehension. Data were obtained through pre-tests and post-tests,
then analyzed using normality and homogeneity tests. Since the control class
data were not normally distributed, the Mann-Whitney U test was applied to
test the hypothesis.
The results showed a significant difference between the control and
experimental groups. The alternative hypothesis (Hₐ) was accepted since the
Mann-Whitney U test result showed that the significance value was less than
0.05 (p < 0.05). This implies that the use of dynamic assessment had an impact
on students’ reading comprehension of recount texts. Additionally, the use of
dynamic assessment increased students' motivation, active engagement, and
capacity to recognise their own learning challenges in addition to improving
their test scores. Therefore, in order to help English teachers improve their
students' reading comprehension, dynamic assessment is suggested as an
alternative teaching method.

KOMUNIKASI PERSUASIF ROHANI ISLAM (ROHIS) DALAM MENGUATKAN UKHUWAH ISLAMIYAH DI MADRASAH ALIYAH NEGERI (MAN) 1 BANDAR LAMPUNG
ABSTRAK
Komunikasi persuasif dalam dakwah rohani Islam menjadi
unsur penting dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai keagamaan dan
memperkuat ukhuwah Islamiyah di lingkungan sekolah. Komunikasi
ini tidak hanya menyampaikan informasi, tetapi juga menyentuh aspek
sosial, emosional dan spiritual peserta didik. Melalui pendekatan yang
tepat dan gaya komunikasi yang sesuai dengan karakter remaja, nilainilai keislaman dapat diterima dengan lebih efektif oleh siswa.
Penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif
deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan (field research). Teknik
pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara
mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Adapun sumber data primer
menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dalam menentukan subjek.
Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan
penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rohani islam MAN 1
Bandar Lampung menerapkan komunikasi persuasif yang menyentuh
tiga tahap dalam teori McGuire: menarik perhatian siswa, membangun
pemahaman pesan, dan mendorong penerimaan terhadap pesan
keislaman. Bentuk pelaksanaan komunikasi dilakukan melalui
kegiatan keagamaan seperti, kultum , malam bina iman dan takwa,
serta kegiatan sosial seperti bakti sosial dan dana usaha. Komunikasi
dilakukan dengan gaya santai, interaktif, dan disesuaikan dengan gaya
komunikasi remaja. Selain itu, pemanfaatan media digital juga
menjadi penguat dalam menyampaikan pesan islam secara luas.
Strategi ini berhasil menciptakan suasana religius yang nyaman,
memperkuat relasi sosial, serta membentuk karakter Islami yang
berdampak positif tidak hanya pada siswa rohani islam, tetapi juga
seluruh siswa di lingkungan MAN 1 Bandar Lampung. Komunikasi
persuasif rohani islam terbukti berkontribusi signifikan dalam
membangun ukhuwah Islamiyah yang nyata dalam kehidupan sekolah.

ABSTRACT
Persuasive communication in Islamic spiritual outreach is a
crucial element in instilling religious values and strengthening
ukhuwah Islamiyah within the school environment. This form of
communication not only conveys information but also touches on the
emotional, social, and spiritual aspects of students. Through
appropriate approaches and communication styles that align with the
characteristics of adolescents, Islamic values can be delivered more
effectively to students.
This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a
field research approach. Data collection techniques include
observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data
analysis techniques involve data reduction, data presentation, and
drawing conclusions.
The results of the study show that rohani islam at MAN 1
Bandar Lampung applies persuasive communication based on the
three stages of McGuire’s theory: attracting students’ attention,
building message comprehension, and encouraging acceptance of
Islamic messages. The implementation of communication is carried
out through religious activities such as, kultum, overnight spiritual
retreats (MABIT), and social activities like community service and
fundraising. Communication is delivered in a relaxed, interactive
manner, tailored to the communication style of teenagers. In addition,
the use of digital media also strengthens the dissemination of Islamic
messages. This strategy successfully creates a comfortable religious
atmosphere, strengthens social relations, and fosters Islamic
character, which positively impacts not only rohani islam members
but also all students in the MAN 1 Bandar Lampung environment.
Persuasive Islamic spiritual communication has proven to
significantly contribute to the development of real ukhuwah Islamiyah
within the school setting.

HUBUNGAN EXPERIENTAL MARKETING, BRAND IMAGE DAN PERCEIVED PRICE TERHADAP REPURCHASE INTENTION PRODUK SMARTPHONE MEREK APPLE DI KOTA BANDAR LAMPUNG DALAM PERSEPEKTIF BISNIS ISLAM
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan experiential
marketing, brand image, dan perceived price terhadap repurchase
intention produk smartphone merek Apple di Kota Bandar Lampung
dalam perspektif bisnis Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan
adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Teknik
pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan
jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang pengguna smartphone Apple di
Kota Bandar Lampung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui
penyebaran kuesioner yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji
validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linier
berganda dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS Statistics versi 26.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial experiential
marketing, brand image, dan perceived price masing-masing
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap repurchase intention
produk smartphone merek Apple di Kota Bandar Lampung. Secara
simultan, ketiga variabel independen tersebut juga berpengaruh
signifikan terhadap repurchase intention. Nilai koefisien determinasi
(R²) sebesar 0,418 menunjukkan bahwa experiential marketing, brand
image, dan perceived price mampu menjelaskan 41,8% variasi2
repurchase intention, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain
di luar penelitian ini.
Dalam perspektif bisnis Islam, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan
bahwa pengalaman positif, citra merek yang baik, serta penetapan
harga yang adil dan sesuai dengan manfaat yang diterima konsumen
merupakan faktor penting dalam mendorong niat pembelian ulang,
sejalan dengan prinsip kejujuran (shiddiq), tanggung jawab (amanah),
dan keadilan („adl). ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the relationship between experiential
marketing, brand image, and perceived price on repurchase intention
of Apple smartphone products in Bandar Lampung from an Islamic
business perspective. The research employed a quantitative method
with a survey approach. The sampling technique used was purposive
sampling, involving 100 respondents who are Apple smartphone users
in Bandar Lampung. Data were collected through questionnaires and
analyzed using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test,
and multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of IBM
SPSS Statistics version 26.
The results showed that experiential marketing, brand image, and
perceived price each have a positive and significant effect on
repurchase intention of Apple smartphones in Bandar Lampung.
Simultaneously, all independent variables significantly influenced
repurchase intention. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.418
indicates that experiential marketing, brand image, and perceived
price explain 41.8% of the variation in repurchase intention, while the
remaining 58.2% is influenced by other factors outside this study.
From an Islamic business perspective, the findings indicate that
positive customer experience, strong brand image, and fair pricing
aligned with the value received by consumers play an important role
in encouraging repurchase intention, in accordance with the Islamic
principles of honesty (shiddiq), trustworthiness (amanah), and justice
(„adl)
PENGARUH AFFILIATE TIKTOK TERHADAP BRAND AWARENES SKINCARE NUFACE DENGAN KUALITAS KONTEN SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI DALAM PERSPEKTIF BISNIS ISLAM (Studi Pada Pengguna Nuface Di Kota Bandar Lampung)
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Affiliate
TikTok terhadap Brand Awareness skincare Nuface dengan Kualitas
Konten sebagai variabel moderasi. Latar belakang penelitian ini
didasarkan pada berkembangnya strategi pemasaran melalui sistem
afiliasi di TikTok, yang memungkinkan pengguna menjadi promotor
produk secara langsung. Namun, peningkatan brand awareness tidak
hanya dipengaruhi oleh pemanfaatan affiliate, melainkan juga kualitas
konten yang ditampilkan kepada audiens. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini
penting dilakukan untuk melihat sejauh mana efektivitas program
Affiliate TikTok dalam membentuk kesadaran merek, khususnya pada
produk skincare Nuface di Kota Bandar Lampung.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan
metode survei. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah (isi jumlah
responden Anda), yang diperoleh melalui teknik purposive sampling.
Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling
(SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) melalui aplikasi SmartPLS
4. Pengujian meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji koefisien
determinasi, serta uji hipotesis melalui metode bootstrapping. Variabel
dalam penelitian terdiri dari Affiliate TikTok (X), Brand Awareness
(Y), dan Kualitas Konten (Z) sebagai variabel moderasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Affiliate TikTok
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Brand Awareness. Kualitas
Konten juga terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap Brand Awareness.
Namun, variabel Kualitas Konten tidak berperan sebagai moderator
dalam hubungan antara Affiliate TikTok dan Brand Awareness. Dengan
demikian, peningkatan kesadaran merek melalui program afiliasi lebih
dipengaruhi oleh efektivitas aktivitas afiliasi itu sendiri, bukan oleh
kualitas konten sebagai faktor penguat. Temuan ini memberikan
implikasi bahwa pelaku bisnis perlu mengoptimalkan strategi affiliate
marketing secara langsung untuk membangun brand awareness produk
skincare Nuface. ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the influence of TikTok Affiliate
on the brand awareness of Nuface skincare products, with content
quality as a moderating variable. The background of this study is based
on the rapid development of affiliate marketing strategies on TikTok,
which allow users to directly promote products through short-form
videos. However, the increase in brand awareness is not solely affected
by affiliate activities, but also by the quality of the content presented to
the audience. Therefore, this research is important to examine the
effectiveness of TikTok Affiliate in building brand awareness,
particularly for Nuface skincare products in Bandar Lampung.
This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey
method. The sample consisted of (insert your number of respondents),
selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out
using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least
Squares (PLS) with the SmartPLS 4 application. The analysis included
validity testing, reliability testing, coefficient of determination, and
hypothesis testing using the bootstrapping method. The variables in this
study include TikTok Affiliate (X), Brand Awareness (Y), and Content
Quality (Z) as the moderating variable.
The results indicate that TikTok Affiliate has a positive and
significant effect on Brand Awareness. Content Quality also shows a
positive effect on Brand Awareness. However, Content Quality does not
moderate the relationship between TikTok Affiliate and Brand
Awareness. This suggests that the increase in brand awareness through
affiliate programs is more strongly influenced by the effectiveness of
the affiliate activities themselves rather than by content quality as a
strengthening factor. These findings imply that businesses should
optimize affiliate marketing strategies directly to enhance the brand
awareness of Nuface skincare products
RUKYATUL HILAL DAN HISAB : STUDI KOMPARATIF MUHAMMADIYAH DAN NAHDLATUL ULAMA DALAM MENENTUKAN AWAL BULAN HIJRIAH
ABSTRACT
Determining the beginning of the Hijri months often gives rise to
differences of opinion, especially between Islamic organizations
Muhammadiyah and Nahdlatul Ulama (NU). These differences stem
from the different method used for hisab (astronomical calculation) and
rukyat (moon sighting), as well as the interpretation of Quranic verses.
This study aims to analyze the interpretation of Quranic verses
concerning the crescent moon and hisab to compare the perspectives of
Muhammadiyah and NU. This study uses a qualitative approach with
the thematic interpretation method of Quranic verses related to the
crescent moon and hisab. Data were obtained from primary sources
such as the Quran and tafsir books, as well as secondary sources such
as books and journals. The data were then analyzed comparatively to
identify differences between the two groups. The results show that
Muhammadiyah prioritizes hisab based on rational interpretation of
Quranic verses, while NU prioritizes rukyat with a textual approach
based on texts and hadith. These differences have practical implications
for determining the beginning hijri, which are often inconsistent.
Different understandings of verses about the crescent moon and hisab
reflect the epistemological characteristics of each mass organization.2

of sharia and the unity of the Muslim community. ABSTRAK
Penentuan awal bulan Hijriah sering menimbulkan perbedaan pendapat,
terutama antara ormas Muhammadiyah dan Nahdlatul Ulama (NU).
Perbedaan ini berakar pada perbedaan metode yang digunakan hisab
dan rukyat serta penafsiran ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an mengenai hilal.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penafsiran ayat-ayat AlQur’an tentang hilal dan hisab dan mengkaji implikasi perbedaan
metode yang digunakan Muhammadiyah dan Nahdlatul Ulama.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode tafsir
tematik (tafsir maudhu’i) terhadap ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an yang berkaitan
dengan hilal dan hisab. Data diperoleh dari sumber primer seperti AlQur’an dan kitab tafsir serta sumber sekunder seperti buku dan jurnal
ilmiah. Lalu dianalisis menggunakan metode komparatif untuk
membandingkan perspektif keduanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
bahwa Muhammadiyah mengedepankan hisab berdasarkan interpretasi
rasional terhadap ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an, sedangkan NU mengutamakan
rukyat dengan pendekatan tekstual terhadap nash dan hadits. Perbedaan
ini memunculkan implikasi praktis dalam penetapan awal bulan yang
kerap tidak seragam. Kebaruan penelitian ini adalah analisis mendalam
mengenai implikasi penafsiran tersebut yang belum banyak dibahas,
serta relevansinya terhadap upaya unifikasi kalender nasional demi
menjaga persatuan umat Islam. Pemahaman yang berbeda terhadap
ayat-ayat tentang hilal dan hisab mencerminkan corak epistemologi
masing-masing ormas. Meskipun berbeda pendekatan, keduanya tetap

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena kasus konversi
agama di Desa Tambak Jaya, Kabupaten Lampung Barat, yang tidak
hanya mengubah identitas individu tetapi juga berdampak pada relasi
keluarga, praktik keagamaan, dan tatanan sosial baik dalam hal budaya
ataupun kegiatan kemasyarakatan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan adanya
nilai-nilai toleransi yang di tanamkan dan di praktikkan oleh seluruh
elemen masyarakat baik aparat, pemerintah, tokoh agama, lembaga
instansi dan organisasi masyarakat untuk tetap menjaga keharmonisan
Desa Tambak Jaya. Kondisi tersebut kemudian menimbulkan pertanyaan
yang dirumuskan yaitu bagaimana faktor terjadinya konversi agama
dalam keluarga di Desa Tambak Jaya dan bagaimana keluarga menjaga
harmonisasi dan transformasi religius. Maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah
mengidentifikasi faktor penyebab terjadinya konversi agama serta
menganalisis bagaimana keluarga menjaga harmonisasi transformasi
religius.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu
metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk
memperoleh pemahaman mendalam tentang dinamika internal keluarga
dan proses sosial yang terjadi di lapangan. Metode pengumpulan data
menggunakan wawancara, obsrvasi, dan dokumentasi. Fungsi gabungan
teknik ini adalah untuk triangulasi data sehingga temuan ini menjadi lebih
valid. Pemilihan informan dilakukan secara purposive sampling yaitu
kepada enam informan yang memiliki kriteria yang sesuai untuk
diwawancara. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif interaktif yaitu
pengumpulan data, reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan yang
berlandaskan pada teori sosialisasi oleh George Herbert Mead dan
dikembangkan secara sistematis oleh Herbert Blumer dalam interaksi
simbolik untuk menelaah bagaimana makna keagamaan dinegosiasikan
dalam relasi keluarga seperti mind, self, dan society berdasarkan hasil
temuan yang ada di lapangan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konversi agama di Desa
Tambak Jaya berlangsung bertahap dan dipengaruhi kombinasi antara
faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal berupa faktor psikologis
yaitu pencarian makna spiritual, krisis identitas, dan lemahnya
pendidikan agama. Faktor teologis dan doktrin yaitu daya tarik ajaran

baru dan ketersediaan literatur dakwah yang mendukung, serta faktor
relasional melalui pernikahan campuran, ikatan emosional, pengaruh
tokoh agama dan jaringan sosial yang menjadi faktor eksternal konversi.
Ketegangan keluarga pasca-konversi dapat dilalui melalui strategi
harmonisasi yang diterapkan dengan komunikasi terbuka antaranggota
keluarga, toleransi praktik keagamaan, peran mediator tokoh adat dan
agama, serta dukungan lembaga lokal dan kebijakan desa. Proses ini
menghasilkan transformasi religius yang bukan sekadar perubahan
formal identitas tetapi juga rekonstruksi nilai, praktik, dan hubungan
sosial dalam keluarga. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa harmonisasi
dan transformasi religius merupakan proses dinamis yang membutuhkan
keterbukaan, kesabaran, serta dukungan lingkungan sosial dan
pemerintah desa agar keluarga tetap utuh dan mampu menata ulang
identitas keagamaannya secara harmonis.

ABSTRACT
This research is motivated by the phenomenon of religious
conversion cases in Tambak Jaya Village, West Lampung Regency,
which not only changes individual identities but also affects family
relationships, religious practices, and social structures in both cultural
and community contexts. Therefore, it is necessary to instill and practice
values of tolerance among all elements of societyincluding local
authorities, government, religious leaders, institutions, and community
organizationsto maintain harmony in Tambak Jaya Village. This
condition raises research questions: what are the factors behind
religious conversion within families in Tambak Jaya Village, and how do
these families maintain religious harmony and transformation? The
purpose of this study is to identify the factors causing religious
conversion and to analyze how families sustain religious harmony and
transformation.
The research employs a qualitative descriptive method aimed at
obtaining an in-depth understanding of the internal family dynamics and
social processes occurring in the field. Data were collected through
interviews, observations, and documentation. These combined
techniques function as a data triangulation strategy to ensure the validity
of the findings. Informants were selected using purposive sampling,
consisting of six participants who met the established criteria. Data
analysis was conducted through an interactive qualitative model
involving data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion
drawing, based on George Herbert Mead’s theory of socialization and
further developed by Herbert Blumer’s symbolic interactionism. This
framework explores how religious meanings are negotiated within family
relations through the concepts of mind, self, and society, grounded in the
field findings.
The results indicate that religious conversion in Tambak Jaya
Village occurs gradually and is influenced by both internal and external
factors. Internal factors include psychological aspects such as the search
for spiritual meaning, identity crisis, and weak religious education.
Theological and doctrinal factors involve the appeal of new teachings
and the availability of supporting religious literature. Meanwhile,
external relational factors include mixed marriages, emotional bonds,

the influence of religious figures, and social networks. Post-conversion
family tensions are managed through harmonization strategies such as
open communication among family members, tolerance in religious
practices, the mediating role of traditional and religious leaders, and
support from local institutions and village policies. This process leads to
religious transformation, not merely as a formal change of identity but
as a reconstruction of values, practices, and social relationships within
the family. In conclusion, religious harmony and transformation
represent a dynamic process that requires openness, patience, and
support from the social environment and village governance to ensure
family unity and the harmonious reconfiguration of religious identity.

PENGARUH RELATIONSHIP QUALITY DAN SERVICE QUALITY TERHADAP LOYALITAS NASABAH (Studi Pada Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sribhawono )
ABSTRAK
Skripsi yang berjudul “Pengaruh Service Quality Dan
Relationship Quality Terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah” ini membahas
tentang bagaimana pengaruh service quality dan relationship quality
terhadap loyalitas nasabah di BSI KCP Sribawono.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan
pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif melalui kuesioner dengan
menggunakan skala likert. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam
penelitian ini adalah insidential random sampling dengan
menggunakan rumus Isaac dan Michael. Pengumpulan data dilakukan
dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden
dari 4.350 nasabah di BSI KCP Sribhawono. Untuk menganalisis
menggunakan suatu alat analisis yakni SPSS V. 25.0. Metode analisis
menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji
regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel
service quality berpengaruh positif dengan nilai signifikan 0.000 <
0.05 dan nilai koefisien pengaruh terhadap loyalitas sebesar 0.093,
sedangankan variabel relationship quality juga secara parsial
berpengaruh positif dansignifikan sebab nilai signifikan dari koefisien
regresi 0.000 < 0.05 dan koefisien pengaruh sebesar 0.269. Service
Quality dan Relationship Quality secara simultan berpengaruh secara
signifikan terhadap Loyalitas nasabah BSI KCP Sribhawono sebab
nilai koefisiensi statistik uji F sebesar 59.424 yang lebih besar dari
nilai pembanding F tabel sebesar 3.09 dan nilai pengaruh sebesar
41,8% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model
yang tidak dibahas pada penelitian ini.
Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan pihak BSI KCP Sribhaowno
agar lebih meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan dalam menjalin
hubungan baik dengan nasabah dapat dirasakan sesuai dengan harapan
dan keinginan nasabah. ABSTRACT
This thesis, entitled “The Influence of Service Quality and
Relationship Quality on Customer Loyalty”, aims to examine the
effect of service quality and relationship quality on customer loyalty at
BSI KCP Sribawono.
This study employed a quantitative associative approach
using a questionnaire instrument with a Likert scale. The sampling
technique used was incidental random sampling, calculated using the
Isaac and Michael formula. The research sample consisted of 100
respondents drawn from a population of 4,350 customers of BSI KCP
Sribawono. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed
using SPSS version 25.0. The analytical methods applied included
validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear
regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.
The results revealed that, partially, the service quality
variable had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with
a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a coefficient of 0.093. The
relationship quality variable also had a positive and significant effect,
with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a coefficient of 0.269.
Simultaneously, both variables significantly influenced customer
loyalty, as indicated by an F-statistic value of 59.424, which is greater
than the F-table value of 3.09, with a contribution of 41.8%, while the
remaining percentage was influenced by other variables outside the
research model.
Based on these findings, it is recommended that BSI KCP Sribawono
continuously improve its service quality and strengthen relationships
with customers to meet their expectations and needs, thereby
maintaining and enhancing customer loyalty

Pasal 18 Ayat (2) Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Lampung Nomor 12
Tahun 2024 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Lalu Lintas Dan Angkutan Jalan
terkait pemeliharaan dan perbaikan jalan di Kota Bandar Lampung.
Namun, walaupun telah terdapat ketentuan yang mengatur hal tersebut,
kenyataannya penulis masih melihat di beberapa titik ruas jalan Kota
Bandar Lampung yang masih rusak dan bergelombang terkhusus di Jalan
Pulau Singkep, Sukabumi, Kota Bandar Lampung.

pada penelitian ini yaitu teori Siyāsah Tanfīżiyyah, Peraturan Daerah
Provinsi Lampung Nomor 12 Tahun 2024 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Lalu
Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah jenis
penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan sifat penelitian Deskriptif
Analisis. Terdapat dua sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu : sumber
data primer adalah informasi yang didapat dari Sekretaris Dinas
Pekerjaan Umum Kota Bandar Lampung, Kepala Bidang dan Staff Bina
Marga Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Bandar Lampung. Teknik
pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, observasi dan
dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian ini ialah: (Pertama) Implementasi Pasal 18 Ayat (2)
Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Lampung Nomor 12 Tahun 2024 Tentang
Penyelenggaraan Lalu Lintas Dan Angkutan Jalan di Jalan Kota Bandar
Lampung dalam pemeliharaan dan perbaikan jalan sudah terlaksana
namun belum optimal, karena di Kota Bandar Lampung belum
mempunyai fasilitas sendiri untuk perbaikan jalan yaitu AMP (Asphalt
Mixing Plant) dan Batching Plant. (Kedua) Tinjauan Siyāsah Tanfīżiyyah
Terhadap Implementasi Pasal 18 Ayat (2) Peraturan Daerah Provinsi
Lampung Nomor 12 Tahun 2024 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Lalu Lintas
Dan Angkutan Jalan di Kota Bandar Lampung sudah sesuai dengan
prinsip tanggung jawab, prinsip amanah, prinsip musyawarah, dan prinsip
menerima dan mempergunakan hak milik yang di Anugerahkan Tuhan.
Namun belum sesuai dengan prinsip keadilan yang merata karena masih
banyak terdapat di beberapa titik ruas jalan yang rusak di Kota Bandar

Article 18 Paragraph (2) of Lampung Provincial Regulation
Number 12 of 2024 concerning the Implementation of Traffic and Road
Transportation relates to the maintenance and repair of roads in Bandar
Lampung City. However, even though there are provisions governing this,
in reality the author still sees several points on Bandar Lampung City
roads that are still damaged and bumpy, especially on Jalan Pulau
Singkep, Sukabumi, Bandar Lampung City.
The formulation of the problem in this study is (1) How is the

Lampung City? The theory used in this study is the Siyāsah Tanfīżiyyah
theory, Lampung Provincial Regulation Number 12 of 2024 concerning
the Implementation of Traffic and Road Transportation. The type of
research used is field research with a descriptive analytical nature. There
are two data sources in this study, namely: the primary data source is
information obtained from the Secretary of the Bandar Lampung City
Public Works Department, the Head of the Division and the Bina Marga
Staff of the Bandar Lampung City Public Works Department. Data
collection techniques are carried out using interview, observation and
documentation methods.
The results of this study are: (1) The implementation of Article 18
Paragraph (2) of Lampung Provincial Regulation Number 12 of 2024
concerning the Implementation of Traffic and Road Transportation on
Bandar Lampung City Roads in road maintenance and repair has been
carried out but is not optimal, because Bandar Lampung City does not yet
have its own facilities for road repair, namely AMP (Asphalt Mixing
Plant) and Batching Plant. (2) The review of the Siyāsah Tanfidziyyah
regarding the implementation of Article 18 Paragraph (2) of Lampung
Provincial Regulation Number 12 of 2024 concerning the Implementation
of Traffic and Road Transportation in Bandar Lampung City is in
accordance with the principles of responsibility, trustworthiness,
deliberation, and the principle of accepting and using property rights
bestowed by God. However, it does not yet comply with the principle of
