No full textThe contribution focuses on recent legislative developments at both European and Italian level concerning corporate crisis (UE Insolvency Directive and Italian Code of business crisis and insolvency). It explores the issues that most directly affect employees involved in negotiated crisis resolution procedures and in preventive restructuring frameworks. The paper highlights the provisions that ensure a more effective protection of employees’ rights compared to those of other creditors. It also offers some critical reflections on the issue of information and consultation rights of workers’ representatives, which have not achieved significant progress under the Italian Code of Business Crisis and Insolvency

No full textIn "the Apostolic Exhortation Evangelii Gaudium," the paragraph on the "Challenge to urban cultures," Pope Francis outlines a spirituality immersed in the transformative dynamics of contemporary cities and suggests processes of reconfiguration in the form of re-signification of physical spaces and communities. In the background of Bergoglio's programme are, on the one hand, projects for new parishes and, on the other, processes of decommissioning churches and complexes dedicated to consecrated life, a dichotomy representative of the anthropology and topography of the sacred today. Francis writes of an "urgent ecclesial renewal,” of a missionary choice where the parish, precisely because of its "plastic” character, can take on very different forms that require the docility and missionary creativity of the pastor and his community, in a transition scenario where, according to Bergoglio, parishes are one of the main actors on the stage. In order to reflect on what role those same parishes can play in the ChurchCity relationship, this article proposes as a key to interpretation the recourse to two categories, spirituality and plasticity, which, once put in relation, can prove useful in dispelling two possible drifts: the push to make the parish a "selfreferential community" or its perception as a "service centre." So, the article proposes a reinterpretation of the urban palimpsest of parishes and other spaces of spirituality (erected, already built and disused) no longer exclusively in relation to the theme of the otherness of these places, but in a performative dimension of spirituality that passes through a practice of care that can be activated through the action of inhabiting (rather than merely occupying) space.Nella ”Evangelii Gaudium,” al paragrafo “Sfida alle culture urbane,” Papa Francesco tratteggiava una spiritualità immersa nella dinamica trasformativa delle città contemporanee, e ne suggeriva processi di riconfigurazione nella forma di una ri-significazione di spazio fisico e comunità. Sullo sfondo di quel programma, crescono, da una parte, i progetti di nuove parrocchie e, dall’altra, i processi di dismissione di chiese e di complessi dedicati alla vita consacrata, una dicotomia rappresentativa dell’antropologia e della topografia del sacro di oggi. Francesco scriveva di un “un improrogabile rinnovamento ecclesiale,” di una scelta missionaria dove la parrocchia, proprio per il suo carattere “plastico,” può assumere forme molto diverse che richiedono la docilità e la creatività missionaria del pastore e della comunità, in uno scenario in transizione in cui le parrocchie sono uno dei principali attori in scena. Per ragionare su quale ruolo esse potrebbero avere nel rapporto Chiesa-Città, questo articolo propone, quale chiave di lettura, il ricorso a due categorie, spiritualità e plasticità, che, messe in relazione, possono rivelarsi utili a fugare due possibili derive: la spinta a fare della parrocchia una “comunità autoreferenziale” o la sua percezione come “centro servizi.” L’articolo propone dunque di rileggere il palinsesto urbano le sue parrocchie e gli altri spazi della spiritualità (erigendi, già costruiti e in dismissione) non più esclusivamente in relazione al tema dell’alterità di questi luoghi, ma in una dimensione performativa della spiritualità che passa attraverso una pratica della cura attivabile tramite l’azione di abitare (non occupare) lo spazio

No full textThe essay presents the initial results of a study aimed at developing a tool to assess university students' educational well-being and explore potential connections between various factors that influence their sense of comfort and ease at university. The results confirm the robustness of a model that examines three main dimensions—educational well-being, anxiety, and socialization—reinforcing previous research efforts to define educational well-being within a pedagogical framework. This perspective aims to provide universities with useful insights for designing concrete interventions to promote student well-being. The construct includes five scales related to well-being—consideration, environment, professors, teaching, and sense of protection—and four scales related to anxiety, including general anxiety and three different aspects of evaluation-related anxiety: concern in evaluative situations, judgment from others (peers, professors, and family), and a sense of inadequacy regarding the academic path.Il saggio presenta i primi risultati di uno studio volto a costruire uno strumento adatto a stimare il benessere educativo degli studenti universitari e a esplorare gli eventuali legami fra i diversi aspetti che possono influenzare il sentirsi bene e a proprio agio all’università. I risultati confermano la buona tenuta di un modello che esplora tre dimensioni principali, il benessere educativo, l’ansia e la socializzazione e rafforza le ricerche precedenti orientate a dare una definizione del benessere educativo in una dimensione pedagogica indirizzata a fornire agli atenei indicazioni utili per la definizione di interventi concreti di promozione del benessere. Il costrutto comprende cinque scale riferibili alla dimensione del benessere, considerazione, ambiente, professori, didattica e senso di protezione, quattro scale riferibili all’ansia, l’ansia generale e tre diversi aspetti dell’ansia da valutazione, preoccupazione nelle situazioni valutative, giudizio degli altri (pari, docenti e familiari) e senso di inadeguatezza rispetto al percorso accademico

No full textAimed at investigating primary school children’s interactional competence and cooperation practices, this article focuses on recruitments and offers of assistance – a topic mostly studied in interactions among adults, as well as in early childhood and adolescence, but underexplored in classroom settings with children aged 8–9. Using a multimodal conversation analytic approach, the study examines two interrelated practices through which children in Italian primary schools cooperate during classroom activities carried out in pairs and in small groups: (1) explicit requests for assistance and (2) unsolicited provisions of help intended to preempt a classmate’s potential difficulty. These practices occur both within the children’s own pair/group and beyond it. We offer initial insights into how the recruitment continuum (Kendrick & Drew, 2016) is configured by primary school children, paying particular attention to the interplay between Italian syntactic formats and the range of multimodal resources children employ to accomplish recruitment and assistance.Questo articolo analizza la competenza interazionale e le pratiche di cooperazione tra bambini della scuola primaria, con particolare attenzione alle richieste e alle offerte di assistenza – un tema già esplorato tra adulti, nella prima infanzia e nell’adolescenza, ma ancora poco indagato tra bambini di 8–9 anni nei contesti scolastici. Adottando un approccio di analisi conversazionale multimodale, lo studio esamina due pratiche con cui i bambini cooperano durante attività in coppia o in piccoli gruppi: (1) richieste esplicite di assistenza e (2) offerte spontanee volte a prevenire possibili difficoltà altrui. Queste pratiche si verificano sia all’interno che al di fuori della coppia/del piccolo gruppo. Il lavoro offre prime evidenze su come i bambini configurano il continuum del recruitment (Kendrick & Drew, 2016), soffermandosi sull’interazione tra strutture sintattiche dell’italiano e risorse multimodali – come gesti, postura e sguardo – che i bambini utilizzano per richiedere o offrire assistenza

No full textThe towers Nuragic Sardinia and Corsica share a certain cultural climate during the Middle Bronze Age (MBA). The tower-shaped monuments on both islands possess similar structural elements, especially in the appearance of the archaic nuraghi. According to recent C14 datings of some archaic nuraghi in Marmilla, the historical development of tower architectures on the two islands is at least partially coincident, particularly regarding the MBA phases.La Sardegna nuragica e la Corsica delle Torre condividono una certa temperie culturale nel corso della media età del Bronzo. I monumenti in forma di torre delle due isole posseggono elementi strutturali simili, soprattutto nell’aspetto dei nuraghi arcaici. Secondo le recenti datazioni al C14 di alcuni nuraghi arcaici nella Marmilla, il percorso storico delle architetture a torre delle due isole è almeno in parte coincidente, soprattutto per quanto riguarda le fasi del Bronzo Medio (BM)
Regrounding ethnography: Andean rituality and ecology as part of a moral economy
No full textThis essay examines Andean ritual practices in the early colonial period as long-term survival strategies through changing social conditions. These human behavioral patterns are contextualised within a wider moral economy, where ethical obligations, and customary law, are but subsets of a regional ecology. By relocating local laws and behavioral practices, and the ontological relations between beings, within a specific bioregion, the essay explores an anthropology concerned with environmental challenges.Este ensayo examina las prácticas rituales andinas a principios del período colonial, cuando las obligaciones éticas regionales y el derecho consuetudinario, como parte de una economía moral más amplia, entraban en conflicto con las normas jurídicas de la dominación española. Al reubicar las prácticas conductuales de una biorregión específica, incluyendo las relaciones ontológicas entre los seres que la habitan, dentro de un orden jurídico indígena andino, el ensayo explora una antropología preocupada por las dimensiones éticas de las relaciones ambientales
Fiori di Antofalla: Relazionalità, estetica e mondo territoriale nella Puna di Catamarca
No full textThe local theory of relationality—an interactive network of territorial meanings—in Antofalla, Catamarca, Argentina, is explored, focusing on the meanings of aesthetics within relationality. Various scenes are described in which flowers, among other things, perform the semaphoric function of attracting other beings into relationality. The transitivity of aesthetics is argued, on the one hand, by developing a theoretical discourse in the manner of academic discourse, but on the other, by connecting reading to relationality through literary poiesis.La teoria locale della relazionalità – una rete interattiva di significati territoriali – ad Antofalla, Catamarca, Argentina, viene esplorata, con focus sui significati dell'estetica all'interno della relazionalità. Sono descritte varie scene in cui i fiori, ma non solo, svolgono la funzione semaforica di attrarre altri esseri nella relazionalità. La transitività dell'estetica è argomentata, da un lato, sviluppando un discorso teorico alla maniera del discorso accademico, ma dall'altro, connettendo la lettura alla relazionalità attraverso la poiesis letteraria
