    The pandemic makes learning in the school environment limited, as a result the ability of students to understand and master the material of a subject decreases. Distance learning / online is the main choice so that the learning process continues. Online learning results in limited students getting learning resources from textbooks, so that their interest in reading and learning decreases. Researchers make innovations to overcome these problems by making an e-module product as student learning material with concepts and material content that are more interesting and easily understood by students. It is hoped that this e-module can increase students' interest in learning in KBGT lessons (workshop work and technical drawing) at SMKN 8 Malang. This study uses the Borg and Gall version of the R&D (Research & Development) method which is simplified by Anik Ghufron. The development model used has four stages, namely preliminary studies, development, field testing, and product development dissemination. This research is based on interviews and validation questionnaires. The results showed that the KBGT e-module developed was declared very feasible with a material validity value of 3.35 and media value of 3.43

    Solar energy is one of the most impactful renewable energy sources and has great potential compared to other energy sources. The use of solar energy can be maximized by using solar panel technology and solar collectors. One example is a solar water heater. Polycarbonate is a good material to be applied to solar water heaters because it has good mechanical properties and is corrosion resistant. This study aims to analyze the performance of a polycarbonate solar water heater with a trickle system using a flow rate of 2 l/m. This type of research is quantitative with experimental research methods. This research was conducted by flowing water through a solar water heater and taking data from 08.00-15.00 with 3 repetitions to obtain accurate results. Data were collected by recording the temperature at the inlet, outlet, collector, top collector, environment, intensity of solar radiation, and wind speed. The data obtained were analyzed to find collector efficiency, fluid efficiency and total efficiency. Based on the research results, this solar water heater is capable of producing water temperatures up to 40.5°C with temperature changes of up to 7.2°C. This solar water heater is able to produce a collector efficiency of up to 52%, and a total efficiency of 37%

    Mechanical Engineering Education Program FKIP UNS is a study program that produces professional staff in the teaching and engineering fields who have competence in carrying out teaching processes, workshops, manufacturing processes, manufacturing drawing designs, etc. One of the courses in MEEP is Computer Aided Design 2. This course is a compulsory subject that must be taken by MEEP students in semester 4. The problem that occurs in this research is the implementation of learning in Computer Aided Design 2 courses at MEEP is not maximized, so the problem is not known the level of suitability between the implementation of the learning program with the semester learning design and the resulting output. Therefore, appropriate learning videos are needed in the learning process for CAD 2 courses. The feasibility testing of this learning video involves 3 parties, there are subjects experts, media experts, and users. From the assessment of material experts, it was obtained that the percentage of eligibility averaged 92.28% and was included in the "very feasible" category. From the assessment of media experts, it was obtained that the average percentage of eligibility was 88% and was included in the "very feasible" category. The trial process was attended by MEEP students who were taking CAD 2 courses. From the user response data of 70 respondents, it was obtained that the average eligibility percentage was 84.34% and was included in the "very feasible" category. The conclusion is that the development of learning videos in Computer Aided Design 2 courses is very feasible and suitable for use in the learning process.

    EFIKASI DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB GURU KEJURUAN SELAMA PANDEMI COVID-19 PADA GURU KEJURUAN BIDANG PEMESINAN DI KOTA SURAKARTA

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui tingkat efikasi dan tanggungjawab guru kejuruan bidang teknik pemesinan di Kota Surakarta dalampembelajaran selama pandemi. Jenis penelitian ini berupa penelitian kuantitatifbersifat deskriptif eksploratif. Peneliti juga mengambil beberapa buku, artikel,jurnal, dan skripsi lain sebagai penunjang dalam penelitian. Teknik pengumpulandalam penelitian ini berupa teknik sampling dan angket/kuisioner. Teknik analisisdata dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik statistik descriptive kuantitatif presentase. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu peneliti menemukan: (1) gurudengan gender laki-laki memiliki tingkat efikasi dan tangung jawab yangbesar dengan rata-rata (85,13%) untuk efikasi dan (88,2%) untukpresentase tanggung jawab, (2) bahwa guru dengan usia 40-50 tahunmemiliki tingkat efikasi dan tanggung jawab yang tinggi,(3) guru denganmasa kerja >20 tahun memiliki nilai efikasi dan tanggung jawab tinggi, (4)guru dengan status kepegawaian PNS mendapatkan nilai efikasi dantanggung jawab tinggi dengan prosentase ratarata sebesar (80,28%), (5)guru yang memiliki tingkat pendidikan terakhir S1 memiliki tingkat efikasidan tanggung jawab yang tinggi dengan prosentase sebesar (92,47%)

    PENGARUH PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN DI BENGKEL RASWO SOLO BARU

    In order to improve the quality of service at Raswo's workshop, this study aims to determine customer satisfaction at Raswo's Solo Baru Workshop. Research is reviewed from the quality of service and services provided. This research was also conducted to identify other factors that influence the decline in customer satisfaction at Bengkel Raswo Solo Baru. To measure customer satisfaction, explanatory research or often called causal research is used. The population of this study were all customers of Raswo Solo Baru Workshop with a sample size of 30 customers with 24 questions on each questionnaire sheet. Based on the data results, it can be seen that service and service have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. This is indicated by the weighted Average Value (NRR) of 3.8567 from the range (1.00-4.00) and the value of the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) resulting in a score of 96.418 from the range (25.00-100.00)

    The phenomenon of dishonesty occurs a lot in the academic field, one of which is plagiarism and cheating which are often encountered in universities in the process of learning and research. Academic dishonesty at the tertiary level in Timor-Leste is considered to affect the integrity of graduates when entering the workforce. The purpose of this study is to analyze indicators of academic dishonesty, causes of academic dishonesty, and appropriate solutions to overcome academic dishonesty of university students in Timor-Leste class of 2020-2022.           This research is a positivistic quantitative, descriptive research. The research was conducted using a Google form. The subjects of the study were 59 university students in the Timor-Leste class of 2020-2022. The data collection technique is by using questionnaire methods and questionnaire instruments. Validity and reliability of data using the help of data processing software. Data analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis technique. The results showed that the indicators of academic dishonesty of Higher Education Students in the Timor-Leste class of 2020-2022 were Working together with friends during the exam, Allowed other students to see answers during quizzes or exams, Asking exam questions to other students who had done exams before, Seeing cases of cheating in class and not reporting it to the supervisor. The cause of academic dishonesty is that the questions given are very difficult and students consider working together during exams a form of solidarity. The solution to overcome academic dishonesty is that there is a reprimand when committing academic cheating, supervisors are firm in addressing academic dishonesty, and there are severe penalties when caught cheating.

    The development of science and technology is currently very developed with a lot of development in various fields, one of which is in the field of education, with the development of science in the world of education making it easier for all sectors in education, especially in the educational process, making it easier for students or students to learn and making it easier for educators to harden learning to be more enjoyable. This research has the objective, namely: to develop teaching materials in the combustion motor course that are adjusted to meet the needs and characteristics of students. The research method used in this research is teaching material research using the 4d development model adopted from Thiagarajan, et al (1974) which consists of 4 stages, namely define, design, develope and disseminate or can also be interpreted with 4p as follows: pendefinisian, perancangan, pengembangan, dan penyebaran. The data collection technique in this study uses a validation method consisting of questionnaire validation and expert validation (material expert validation, media expert validation, and linguist validation), This research also uses the focus group discussion method with various experts in their fields.Based on the results of the research obtained in the research on the development of the e-module of the combustion motor course, it shows that the results of expert validation carried out get decent Sanagat results with validation results from several aspects, namely: material expert validation shows the average result of the assessment with a percentage result of 90% (very feasible), expert validation shows the average result of the assessment with a percentage result of 97% (very feasible), linguist validation shows the average result of the assessment with a percentage result of 90% (very feasible) From the various validations carried out also received criticism / suggestions / input from various experts who assessed the improvement of the e-module. The results obtained from the focus group discussion conducted with experts in the field of automation produced several points of view on the electronic module of this combustion motor in the form of advantages and disadvantages so that improvements must still be made to the module, so that this electronic module of the combustion motor is carried out in a limited distribution in the Mechanical Engineering Education Study Program, Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta

    The FKIP UNS Mechanical Engineering Education study program is one of the clusters in vocational education that produces vocational teacher candidates. To equip the competencies required to become a SMK teacher in the field of Mechanical Engineering and Automotive Engineering, it is necessary to gain experience in the industry. Industrial Internship is one of the subjects that must be taken by students of the Mechanical Engineering Education Study Program FKIP UNS as a graduation requirement. To examine the extent to which students carry out industrial apprenticeship programs in terms of the aspects of students and study programs, it is necessary to conduct research on the analysis of Industrial Internship readiness of students of the Mechanical Engineering Education Study Program FKIP UNS which can then be used as a basis for making policies regarding industrial apprenticeships. The design in this research is descriptive quantitative. The data collection technique was carried out in a survey using a questionnaire. The respondents in this study were all students of the Mechanical Engineering Education Study Program FKIP UNS class of 2020 or semester IV who will carry out the Industrial Internship program in 2022. The research data were analyzed descriptively with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that 1) the readiness for industrial internships for students of the Mechanical Engineering Education Study Program FKIP UNS class of 2020 was 3.93 which was in the good category. 2) in providing industrial apprenticeship services for students, the Mechanical Engineering Education study program FKIP UNS makes an industrial apprentice manual and appoints an industrial apprentice coordinator

    STUDI EKSPERIMENTAL BERBAGAI JENIS PROSES PENGEROLAN TERHADAP OVALISASI PIPA BAJA BERDIAMETER KECIL

    Pipa baja digunakan secara luas di dalam industri, dan proses pengerolan manual merupakan salah satu metode yang umum digunakan untuk memproduksi dan membentuk pipa-pipa tersebut sesuai pemintaan. Namun, proses pengerolan meyebabkan pipa baja terdeformasi atau disebut dengan ovalisasi. Ovalisasi pipa selama proses pengerolan manual dapat menyebabkan penurunan kekuatan struktural dan kualitas pipa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pengisian pasir, hot rolling, dan kombinasi pasir dan hot rolling terhadap ovalisasi pipa baja berdiameter kecil pada proses pengerolan manual. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode eksperimental, dengan empat perlakuan: pengerolan standar,  pengerolan dengan pengisian pasir, pegerolan dengan hot rolling, dan pengerolan dengan kombinasi pengisian pasir dan hot rolling. Pada tahap persiapan spesimen dilakukan pengukuran ketebalan dan panjang pipa baja hingga menghasilkan 8 spesimen uji. Kemudian, pipa-pipa tersebut diisi dengan pasir pada bagian dalamnya sesuai dengan variasi yang ditentukan. Pada tahap pengukuran, diameter spesimen setelah proses pengerolan diukur dengan akurasi menggunakan jangka sorong. Hasil pengukuran nilai ovalisasi tertinggi sebesar 0,36% terjadi pada proses pengerolan standar dengan ketebalan pipa baja 2mm. Sedangkan, nilai ovalisasi pipa baja terendah sebesar 0,05% terjadi pada proses pengerolan dengan pengisian pasir dan hot rolling. Analisis data menggunakan metode analsis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan nilai ovalisasi pada 4 jenis proses sehingga menghasilkan metode terbaik yaitu pengerolan dengan pengisian pasir dan hot rolling.Kata Kunci : Pipa baja, Ovalisasi, proses pengerola

    The knowledge aspect regarding K3 in Mechanical Engineering Education still tends to be low. Lack of understanding of K3 implementation has a negative impact on Vocational Education Students. There are still inhibiting factors / causes that influence the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (K3). This research is a quantitative descriptive study. In connection with the notion of descriptive research, it is carried out by seeking information related to existing symptoms, clearly explaining the goals to be achieved, planning how to approach them, and collecting various kinds of data as material for making reports. (Iyus Jayusman, 2020) Obtained a knowledge level of 90%. This can be seen from students who know about the theory of K3 knowledge. Obtained implementation of 83%. This can be seen from students who understand the implementation of practical learning in the PTM Lab. UNS. Obtained alertness level of 76%. This can be seen from the students who know that the level of awareness in practical learning in Lab.PTM UNS is very good. So that the risk of accidents occurring at the practice site can be minimized by students. In future studies, it can be tried to examine other variables with the same theme because there are still many variables that can be re-examined
