PENGARUH KEAKTIFAN BERORGANISASI DAN KETERAMPILAN KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL TERHADAP INDEKS PRESTASI KUMULATIF MAHASISWA PENDIDIKAN TEKNIK KEJURUAN FKIP UNS
This study aims to determine the influence between organizational activeness and interpersonal communication skills both partially and simultaneously on the cumulative achievement index in FKIP UNS Vocational Technical Education students. This study uses a quantitative ex-post facto method. The population in this study is the administrators of the association for the 2023 period from the departments of Mechanical Engineering Education, Building Engineering Education, and Informatics Engineering Education. Sampling in this study uses a total sampling technique with a total of 153 respondents. The data collection technique uses questionnaires and documentation. The data obtained were processed through prerequisite tests consisting of normality tests, linearity tests, and multicollinearity tests. The data met the prerequisite test, a hypothesis test was carried out with multiple linear regression analysis.The results of the study showed that: (1) There is a significant influence of organizational activity and interpersonal communication skills simultaneously on the cumulative achievement index in FKIP UNS Vocational Technical Education students, this is evidenced by the F value calculated 9.354 > F table 3.06 and R square of 11.2%; (2) There was a significant influence of organizational activity on the cumulative achievement index of FKIP UNS Vocational Technical Education students with a calculated t value of 2.385 > t table t 1.65, effective contribution of 5.95% and relative contribution of 53%; (3) There was a significant influence of interpersonal communication skills on the cumulative achievement index of FKIP UNS Vocational Technical Education students with a calculated t value of 2.183 > t table 1.65, effective contribution of 5.25% and relative contribution of 47%.
FAKTOR FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI MINAT WIRAUSAHA PADA MAHASISWA PENDIDIKAN DAN NON KEPENDIDIKAN DI UNIVERSITAS SEBELAS MARET SURAKARTA
Indonesia merupakan negara dengan jumlah penduduk yang padat namun minim lapangan pekerjaan meningkatkan tingkat kekhawatiran pada mahasiswa untuk mendapat pekerjaan dan mulai berfikir untuk memulai sebuah usaha (wirausaha). Hal ini terjadi baik pada mahasiswa ekonomi maupun non ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa tinggi minat wirausaha khususnya pada mahasiswa Pendidikan mapunun non kependidikan. 156 mahasiswa Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta dengan 70 mahasiswa non kependidikan dan 86 mahasiswa Pendidikan terlibat sebagai responden dari kuesioner yang telah didistribusikan menggunakan Google Form. Dengan hasil menunjukkan bahwa minat wirausaha pada mahasiswa Pendidikan lebih unggul dari mahasiswa non Pendidikan. ANALISIS KONTRIBUSI KEPADATAN KENDARAAN BERMOTOR TERHADAP KONSENTRASI KARBON MONOKSIDA (CO) DAN TINGKAT KEBISINGAN DI JALAN SLAMET RIYADI SURAKARTA
In the current era, the transportation is growing rapidly. It has an impact such as air and noise pollution. Carbon monoxide is one of the dangerous pollutants. While the noise comes from the sound of the vehicle engine, horn, and exhaust. Slamet Riyadi street Surakarta is a protocol road that has a high level of vehicle density. So it is necessary to conduct research with the aim of knowing the effect of motor vehicle density on carbon monoxide concentrations and noise levels. The results showed that the concentration of Carbon monoxide on Slamet Riyadi street Surakarta in the morning and evening exceeded the quality standard of 16038.26 µg/Nm3and 16141.58 µg/Nm3. During the day it is still below the quality standard, which is 9425.86 µg/Nm3. Meanwhile, the daytime noise level on Slamet Riyadi street Surakarta which is calculated by the Leq formula also exceeds the quality standard of 82.33 dBA
Penerapan Pembelajaran Berdiferensi di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK)
Vocational high school graduates are the biggest contributor to the Highest Unemployment Rate Indonesia in 2021. One of the factors causing this is the low quality of learning. Efforts to improve the quality of learning in vocational high schools can be done by carrying out learning that favors students, namely by carrying out differentiated learning. However, the implementation process in the vocational high school environment is still hampered by teachers' lack of understanding of the application of differentiated learning. This research aims to describe the implementation of differentiated learning in vocational high schools. The research uses a descriptive qualitative research approach with literature study methods from books and scientific articles in various national and international journals. Differentiated learning is learning that is carried out by paying attention to students' abilities, interests and learning styles. The stages of implementing differentiated learning in vocational high schools are carrying out diagnostic assessments, making differentiated learning plans, implementing differentiated learning, and implementing differentiated learning assessments. The success of learning is if the teacher can carry out his role well. Differentiated learning needs to be carried out in the vocational high school environment in order to improve the quality of graduates who have the attitudes, knowledge and skills needed in DU/DI in the 21st century
HUBUNGAN FLEKSIBILITAS KOGNITIF DAN EFIKASI DIRI DENGAN KOMPETENSI KEWIRAUSAHAAN MAHASISWA CALON GURU PENDIDIKAN TEKNIK FKIP UNS
This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between cognitive flexibility and self-efficacy with the entrepreneurial competence of prospective teacher students, namely a case study of Vocational Engineering Education students. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach, cognitive flexibility and self-efficacy as independent variables, entrepreneurial competence as the dependent variable. The population in this study were active students of the Sebelas Maret University majoring Vocational Engineering Education class 2018-2021. The total population is 921 students who consist of 315 students of Mechanical Engineering Education Study Program, Building Engineering Education as many as 297 students, and Information and Computer Engineering Education as many as 309 students. The researcher used the Stratified Random Sampling method in determining the sample size. The technique used to collect data using a Likert scale instrument. During the data collection process, the Sub-competences of Entrepreneurial Competency and Underlying Behavioral Indicators were used to measure the entrepreneurial competencies of prospective teacher students, Cognitive Flexibility Inventory (CFI) to measure the level of cognitive flexibility, and the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSE) to measure the level of self-efficacy. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive relationship between cognitive flexibility and self-efficacy with entrepreneurial competence (R=.736, R2=.542, p=.000). Therefore, it can be said that the entrepreneurial competence of prospective teacher students can be improved through cognitive flexibility and self-efficacy beliefs
Hubungan Employability Skills dengan Kesiapan Kerja Siswa di SMK N 1 Sawit
This study aims to (1) determine the relationship between employability skills and work readiness of SMK N 1 Sawit students. The research method used is quantitative descriptive which is described from the data results. The sampling technique in this research was simple random sampling or random sampling with a total of 140 class Data collection was carried out using questionnaires from class XII students who concentrated in the mechanical field. The validity test technique was carried out by comparing the calculated r value with the table r value and a reliability test using the Cronbach's Alpha formula > 0.6 using a sample of 30 students and obtained results for employability skills of 0.957 and work readiness of 0.800. The analysis prerequisite tests in this research consist of normality tests and linearity tests which aim to determine the normality of the data and the suitability of data that has been filled in by 140 students who concentrate on machines and processed using SPSS version 26.0. So that normal and linear data results are obtained. Hypothesis testing in this study uses the Pearson correlation test to determine the relationship between two variables. The research results are as follows, there is a positive relationship between the employability skills variable and students' work readiness at SMK N 1 Sawit where employability skills have a relationship with work readiness. The value of the effective contribution was 70.8%, while the remaining 29.2% was influenced by other factors, both internal and external to each individual
ANALISIS KERUSAKAN POMPA HIDROLIK PADA EKSKAVATOR R 330LC-9S (STUDI KASUS DI RENTAL ALAT BERAT YOGYAKARTA)
The purpose of this study is to: 1) Analyse the factors affecting the damage of medium-sized excavator pumps with type 330LC-9s; and 2) analyse the impact of pump damage on medium-scale excavators with Type 330L C-9s. This type of research is qualitative with purposive sampling techniques. The population of the sample of this research was an employee in the rental workshop of excavators, with with a sample chief mechanic, expert technician, and three operators. The researchers conducted active participation observations. The results of this study are: 1) The factors causing the failure of the hydraulic pump excavators R 330LC-9s are the lack of attention of operators in operations in the field, the use of instruments that do not match their capacity, a lack of periodic service, and mechanical repairs that are not in accordance with procedures. 2) When the hydraulic pump excavators R 330LC-9s have problems, they become low-power, so noise and operational function are not at their maximum. So we need to replace spare parts, replace oil, and regularly maintain both mechanically and procedurally
Persepsi Pihak Industri Terhadap Kompetensi Mahasiswa PTM pada Program Magang Industri
The purpose of this study was to determine the assessment of the industry, especially field supervisors regarding the competence of students who participated in the industrial internship program majoring in Mechanical Engineering Education FKIP UNS with a concentration in Production for the 2022 period. This study uses a descriptive method, which aims to collect, analyze, and present data that has a relationship with the problem under study. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. The results showed that the industry's perception of the competence of PTM students was in the very good category and was considered quite in accordance with industry needs, with work attitude as the most prominent aspect (82.5%). However, there is still room for improvement, especially in the aspects of practical skills (74.2%) and knowledge application (76.5%) in order to produce graduates who are better prepared to face the demands of the dynamic world of work. With good assessments, especially in the work attitude aspect, PTM graduates have good competitiveness potential in the job market, but need to continue to improve their practical skills and knowledge application abilities to maximize employment opportunities. Conducting Conduct an in-depth analysis of the gap between the competencies expected by industry and those possessed by students so that it can be the basis for recommendations for curriculum improvements that are more specific to the demands of the labor market and improve the work readiness of PTM graduates
Perencanaan Pembelajaran Berbasis Teaching Factory pada Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Pemesinan di SMK Bhinneka Karya Surakarta
This research aims to describe the teaching factory planning process, the use of the teaching factory application, and its assessment to improve student competency at Bhinneka Karya Surakarta Vocational School. The Teaching Factory planning design was carried out based on the results of observations and analysis at Bhinneka Karya Vocational School, Surakarta. In-depth interview techniques, observation and documentation were used to collect data. Interactive models play a role in analyzing data and procedures starting with data collection, reduction, presentation and verification of conclusions. Research findings show that the implementation of teaching factory-based learning in the context of developing student competency begins with planning, implementation of learning, production/service activities, industrial collaboration, impacts and obstacles faced. In planning the teaching factory, utilizing strategies to realize change, the material in class, titles and job sheets are adjusted to existing standards in the industry, educators adapt the practices carried out by students so that they are equipped to deliver quality material that is driven throughout the day, the talents that they will carry out. Through teaching factories, student competence can be improved with various learning procedures that have been established in the curriculum and implemented for vocational school students
STUDI PENGAPLIKASIAN APPSHEET SEBAGAI MEDIA PENDUKUNG MONITORING PRAKTIK KERJA LAPANGAN PRODI TEKNIK OTOMOTIF SMK N 5 SURAKARTA
The duration of the internship program in Indonesia has changed, from 3 months to 6 months. Increasing the duration of the internship program requires a supportive monitoring model, considering the problem of student attendance and the limited costs of monitoring the internship program. The AppSheet platform is a solution that needs to be developed and implemented as a support tool for student monitoring. The research method uses a qualitative phenomenological, to find out the results of implementing the AppSheet application as an online attendance and recap of the attendance of automotive engineering students at SMK N 5 Surakarta during the internship program from April 1 to September 30, 2023. Observation Interview data and documentation are presented in text form descriptive narrative, through interactive analysis techniques. As a result, the AppSheet application helps teachers monitor student attendance during industrial work practices, makes it easier to detect student absences, and becomes the basis for providing personal and group guidance for students who experience problems during the internship program.
