Significance and Challenges of Different People Playing Together
Get PDFapplication/pdf本研究は、和光大学と地域の連携において発展してきた遊び活動の実践を対象に、特に、年齢や障害や経験等の違いを超え、様々な人たちが集い活動している実践に着目し、「異なるもの同士が共に遊ぶこと」の意義と課題について検討することを目的とした。
対象となった3 つの活動の実態を明らかにした上で、その特徴について考察を行った。その結果、共通点として、①様々な個が「共に居る」ことを前提とし、身体の絶対性・個別性を重視している、②身体的共有体験を軸とした共同性が強化されケアの原点が含まれている、③参加者の他者理解が進展され、自己理解が刷新されている、④遊びの場を創る活動は、共に生きる場を共に創る体験になっている、⑤本質的に「遊び」であることを重視している、の5 点を挙げて論じた。少子高齢化等の問題を抱える現在において、地域の中で、異なるもの同士が共に遊ぶ試みを積み重ねることは、人と人をつなぎ、地域を活性化させ、コミュニティの再構築へ繋がる可能性を含んでいる。departmental bulletin pape
Professional Competencies of Elder Care Workers : Interview Responses Compared with Job Advertisements
Get PDFapplication/pdfThis study classifies and summarizes competencies of elder care workers according to interview responses with the care workers themselves, and compares this information with the content of job advertisements for these professional positions. By classifying interview data gathered from 30 full-time care workers, 22 categories of competencies for elder care workers were determined. A cluster analysis of categories extracted the following five clusters ; interpersonal strength, consisting of 'commitment to the elder users' and 'controlling own emotions' ; interpersonal attention, consisting of 'kindness' and 'observation' ; comprehensive care work, consisting of 'extraversion' and 'teamwork' ; enthusiasm and adaptability for the work, consisting of 'ambition' and 'flexibility' ; and interpersonal cheerfulness, consisting of 'amiability', and 'joviality'. Chi-squared tests and Fisher's combined probability tests revealed that 'controlling own emotions', 'observation', and 'extraversion' appeared in job advertisements less frequently than it was discussed in interviews with care workers; conversely, 'amiability' and 'teamwork' both appeared in advertisements more frequently than care workers brought up these competencies in interviews. Understanding Natural History Through Reading Maps and Fieldwork at Wako University
Get PDFapplication/pdf公務員講座地理は選択科目であり、将来公務員を志望する学生の受け入れを前提としている。この講座の読図に関する授業から和光大学生の空間認知の実態と読図能力について興味深い結果が見いだせたので報告したい。検証授業は、Ⅰ地理学の基礎的能力として、地形図を用いた本学スクールバスの通学ルートのNavigation、Ⅱ資料の分析能力として、大学周辺の地形図と空中写真を資料として用いた地形分析、Ⅲ検証授業として、大学周辺のフィールドワークの実施による地形判読を実施した。検証授業は2016 年度・2017 年度履修者で実施し、担当者が非常勤で担当している他の３つの地理学選択者のデータも加えた。
結果から、読図に関する地図学習の課題とフィールドワークの効果を指摘したい。また、読図の指導法にフィールドワークを組み込んだ学習プログラムを開発できた。この学習プログラムから読図と地形分析能力に顕著な学習効果が認められたので報告したい。研究ノートdepartmental bulletin pape
Problematique of Posthumanity
Get PDFapplication/pdfポストヒューマニティとは、超越的な人工知性や人類の生物的な新種が喚起する問題群だけをさす概念ではない。思想史的に言えば、それは何よりも、ルネッサンス以来の人間性に深刻な懐疑が向けられ、人々が自身の新たな存在価値を模索していく情況をさすものだ。本稿はこの情況を整理すべく、おもに自律性の理念が掘り崩される事態に注目し、生命科学の新展開にともなう知のシステムの権力作用、神経科学の発展を背景とした意識の自存性の否定、さらにはサイボーグ技術を典型とするテクノロジーとの連続性の受容、などを検討する。そこから浮かび上がるポストヒューマンな実情は、意外にもすでに近代の初めから、あるいはそれ以前から伏在していた現実である。私たちは、ヒューマニズムの理念にしがみつき、そこから目を逸らしてきたのだ。ポストヒューマニズムとは、人間の実情を隠蔽し糊塗してきた、このイデオロギー的な枠組みを脱却する思考の営みにほかならない。departmental bulletin pape
