Collaborative Research on Educational Practice during the1930s at the Elemantary School Attached to Nara Women's Higher Normal School
Get PDFapplication/pdf本稿では、1930（昭和5）年に奈良女子高等師範学校附属小学校で開催された第1回学習研究会での議論を取り上げ、協働的な教育実践研究を通して、実践構築が模索される過程を検討した。
同校主事の木下竹次が提唱した「学習法」は、子どもの「全一的発展」に向けた自律的な学習のために、従来の教科による「分科学習」ではなく、「全一的生活」を学習として組織する「合科学習」を行うものであった。同校では、木下の理論を基礎として、各訓導が実践を行い、校内に設置された研究会で相互検討がなされた。そうした実践研究の成果と実践のモデルは、同校が刊行した雑誌『学習研究』や『伸びて行く』、冬期講習会などで広く世に問われたが、1930（昭和5）年には、外部の教師との直接的な交流の場として、はじめて学習研究会が開催された。
この会には、全国で「学習法」を実践している小学校教師、地域の小学校教育を主導することを期待されていた府県立師範学校附属小学校の教師などの実践家に加えて、行政関係者やアカデミックな教育研究者も参加した。現場の教師による研究発表や協議の場では、「学習法」実践を行うにあたっての課題が共有され、それを乗り越えるための方策が議論された。さらに、そうした具体的な実践場面における問題解決の議論にとどまらず、国民精神の涵養といった1930年代の教育課題を達成するために、どのような「学習法」実践を構築すべきかという議論が展開された。departmental bulletin pape
An Interview with Mr. Mamoru Makino on the Production of the Documentary TV Series, Okinawa Industry (1965)
Get PDFapplication/pdfFilm historian and filmmaker Mamoru Makino directed the documentary TV series, Okinawa Industry, along with some other films about Okinawa during the 1960s. When TV broadcasting began around 1960, the United States Civil Administration of the Ryukyu Islands (USCAR) also started to produce and broadcast its own TV programs. The Okinawa Industry series was the only TV program that USCAR outsourced the production to Okinawa Kagaku Kyozai Sha (Okinawa Scientific Teaching Materials, Inc.), which in turn hired Mr. Makino as the director, editor, and writer of the series. This interview reveals how Makino became involved in producing Okinawa Industry and some other films on Okinawa, and what it was like to make films during the US rule of Okinawa.研究ノートdepartmental bulletin pape
Metaphor of A Theif in SOSEKI's Works : Genealogy of Rape Marriages
Get PDFapplication/pdf漱石の作品には、泥棒のモチーフがたびたび表現されるが、それは男女の恋愛にかかわるものとして表現されていることが多い。男女の恋愛と、泥棒がどうかかわるのか。それを明らかにするために、当時の人類学・民族学における婚姻史研究を手がかりに考察した。なかでも、漱石の蔵書にあり、しかも漱石がその内容をノートに記していたルトゥルノーの著作、『婚姻と家族の発達史』の内容に遡り、漱石の読解と理解を確認した。そのうえで『吾輩は猫である』『門』『心』の三作品において表現されている泥棒のモチーフを詳細に分析した。その結果、漱石は当時の人類学的知見を吸収した上で、婚姻や男女の恋愛の本質に、他者の所有物を奪う泥棒の要素を見出し、それを泥棒の隠喩によって表現しているという結論に至った。特に『心』の泥棒は、先生の奥さんと「私」の間の新たな恋愛感情の芽生えを、曖昧ながらも絶妙に表現するための隠喩となっていることを明らかにした。departmental bulletin pape
A Study on the Differences of ‘Standard Fiscal Scale’ among Municipalities
Get PDFapplication/pdfThe purpose of this study is to analyse the differences of standard fiscal scale among municipalities. By using the standard fiscal scale, it can be analysed how fiscal surplus, calculated as fiscal standard revenue exceeding fiscal standard demand, has affected the differences, which is considered as a basis for the need for redistribution of local taxes. This study shows that fiscal surplus has been increasing since 2014, when the consumption tax rate rose, and there have been attempts to reduce the differences in several ways that were never used before.departmental bulletin pape
Proposal of Additional Criteria to Aging Society

The present definition of it has three criteria, aging society, aged society and super aged society, depending on percentage of elderly in the total population. This basic concept of aging society, which was invented by United Nations, has been used for the last half century. However the aging progress, especially in advanced countries and emerging economies, is supposed to be faster, wider and deeper. This global demographic trend suggests us to improve the current definition of aging society. Therefore this paper insists to add three new criteria of aging society to the current definition. The Governance Structure of Private Higher Education Institutions in China

In response to this, there are circumstances that many private educational institutions were established and managed. Therefore, in this research, we aim to focus on the governance structure in the management of the Chinese private higher education institution.Especially, we aim to clarify the characteristics of privatized higher education institutions leading to bankruptcy and clarify through international comparison. As a result of examining these, we will discuss about the theory of corporate governance in business administration from the viewpoint of how the governance structure that the management of the private school is similar to the management of the enterprise（private enterprise）. We study the possibility of diverting to the governance structure of private higher education institution essential for school management.
