Get PDFapplication/pdf川内康範は、1960 年代前半に、劇映画の原案、テレビ映画の脚本、連載小説、少年雑誌の連載小説の４つの異なる『太陽は撃てない』という作品を執筆した。戦争を描いた劇映画とテレビ映画は製作・放映されず、戦争に至るまでの状況等を描いた連載小説も完結しなかったようだが、戦死した父親の遺骨を探しに沖縄に行くという内容の少年雑誌に連載した小説は唯一完成した作品である。本稿はそれぞれの『太陽は撃てない』を概観し、少年小説版を分析する。戦死した兵士は犬死したのではないというメッセージが込められた本作は、大人の登場人物が川内の思想を代弁しつつ少年の「父親捜し」の物語が展開するだけでなく、グラフ雑誌ならではのビジュアル資料や読者からの手紙を使った情報の提示も行われている。つまり、少年小説版では、子供の遺族の思いや戦中戦後の沖縄の様子が物語の外側からも紹介され、フィクションとノンフィクションが合わさった、特異なテクストが構成されている。departmental bulletin pape
An Analysis on the Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic to Retail Sales in Japan : Verification of Regional and Temporal Variability Using a Hierarchical Bayesian Model
Get PDFapplication/pdfThis paper analyzed the effect of an increase in the number of people infected with COVID-19 on retail sales by region and at the time of observation by using our own hierarchical Bayesian model. Five business categories, epartment stores / supermarkets, convenience stores, large electronics specialty stores, drug stores, and home centers, were taken up as targets for retail sales analysis, and the impact of an increase in the number of people infected with COVID-19 on sales was analyzed. As a result, it was found that the increase in the number of people infected with COVID-19 had almost a negative effect on the sales of department stores / supermarkets and convenience stores. On the other hand, in large electronics specialty stores and home centers, the impact of the increase in the number of COVID-19 cases on sales was negative at the beginning of the spread of the disease, but became positive in most areas after May 2020. This is because the time spent at home increased due to the provision of subsidies based on the COVID-19 pandemic policy, the continuation of monetary easing policy, the issuance of state of emergency and the issuance of measures to prevent the spread, and the so-called nesting demand increased. On the other hand, for drugstores, the impact of an increase in the number of people infected with COVID-19 on sales was positive in almost all regions. Get PDFapplication/pdfThis paper aims to clarify the significance of introducing taxation on retained earnings for transitional medical corporations. In Japan, the provision of medical care has traditionally been a family business of medical practitioners. As a result, the property necessary for providing medical care is provided by the practitioner. The same is true when a medical practitioner acquires the status of a corporation and provides medical care. The property of the medical corporation is regarded as the property of the individual practitioner who establishes and operates the corporation. However, medical corporations established before the amendment （transitional medical corporations） are exempted from this requirement for the time being. It is essential to impose taxation on retained earnings of such transitional medical corporations to recover part of the profits retained in the corporation. Such tax will ensure fairness for new medical corporations which are required to renounce their equity.departmental bulletin pape
