Get PDFapplication/pdf性的マイノリティの権利獲得運動では、「不可視であること」を解決すべき問題と見なし「存在や困難の可視化」を目標として共有してきた。そのため、運動を牽引する者らは、性的マイノリティの当事者として自己開示することで、一般社会と対話を重ねることを要請されてきた。
しかし、たとえ活動のリーダーであっても、カミングアウトは簡単なことではない。本稿は、東北地方で性的マイノリティのための活動に取り組む団体主催者へのインタビューから、かれらが「可視化」の要請をどのように経験してきたのか、また「可視化」の要請にどのように取り組み、対処してきたのかを明らかにする。インタビュー協力者らの経験や実践を通して、市民活動の担い手の多様なあり方を示すとともに、可視化を強調する運動を「地方」の視点から批判的にとらえ直すことを試みる。
本稿の問題意識は、「可視性の政治」を強調することが「地方」の性的マイノリティの生活や活動、可視化以外の運動手法を周縁化する効果をあわせもつ、という点にある。まさに周縁化の対象となってきた「東北」のアクティヴィストたちは、自らの「露出」を管理したり、「露出」を前提にしない手法を模索してきた。その実践の合理性と、その実践がもつ「周縁化」への抵抗の契機を考察する。departmental bulletin pape
Japan’s Implementation of EBPM
Get PDFapplication/pdfEvidence-based policy making（ EBPM） has been introduced to Central Government of Japan. This paper summarizes and evaluates its current status it focuses on logic model. In the medical field, Randomized Control Trail（ RCT） was developed to improve the quality of Evidence-based-Medicine（ EBM）. It seems to be pioneer of EBPM. But the development of policy making by the evidence in public sector originates from the principles of performance management, PPBS and NPM etc. We review the practices learned from EBPM in leading countries such as US and UK. Contemporary History of Relationship between IT/ICT and Gender

In Japan, the development of IT has made it possible to release personal computers since the end of the 1970s. These products were mainly for men and their use was a hobby. Since then, the development of IT has spread to the area of communication. IT has come to be called ICT. Electronic information processing has changed the form of communication. The spread of mobile phones has made e-mail a daily communication media. In such situation, ICT made a new gender trouble. The other hand, the algorism of SNS has created a phenomenon called“ filter bubble.” Gender discourses are confined in filter bubbles on social media. Favorer and opponents of the belief of gender-free, for example, have less chance to discuss on the web. ICT has intrinsically two functions. Potentials of Strategic Business on Digital Sales Promotion Tools

The target company for this interview survey is rec recreaxon （Representative Director: Mr. Takuya KUROSU）. The company had designed a service business that intervened between the sales representative side and the customer side with digitized images of buildings to serve as a sales promotion tool in the remodeling business. The advantage of this service is that customers who receive this service can easily depict the image provided by the sales representative, and it is difficult to create a gap between the pre-image and the post-image. In the existing "remodeling market," the venture company designing the new service has clearly come up with the idea that the business is provided by its own sales representatives, not by the company itself or its customers.departmental bulletin pape
Effects of Entertainment-education for Suicide Prevention : A Single-arm Study
Get PDFapplication/pdfEntertainment-education is effective in changing attitudes toward health problems.However, entertainment-education has not been used to prevent suicide. We conducted entertainment-education using a musical and examined the effects to determine if entertainment-education could cultivate suicide preventive attitudes using a single-arm study design. The main outcomes measured were three items from the Attitudes Towards Suicide Scale. Paired t-tests showed that item scores significantly increased before and after musical viewing in all three items (t = 4.98-7.44,p < 0.001, n = 355). Entertainment-education using a musical based on social learning theory may cultivate a suicide-preventive attitude.研究ノートdepartmental bulletin pape

On the day of the event, the one-man play“ Ten-no-Iwo（ Fish in the Heaven）” by Kochi Kawashima was performed, and a symposium entitled “The Literary World of Michiko Ishimure and Minamata Disease”（ moderated by Naoki Morishita） was held, with lectures and discussions by Satoru Saishu （professor emeritus at Wako University, organizer of the Minamata-Wako University Exhibition）, Toshiya Ueno （professor at Wako University）, and Yoshio Kubota （Supporters Group of Minamata in Tokyo）. At the symposium, a debate was held on the expanded humanism of Ishimure’s literature between Saishu, who argued for “diadity,” a concept coined by himself, and Ueno, who had panpsychism in view, as an alternative to the concept of animism.departmental bulletin pape
