Lesbian Digital Aechives : Its Start-up, Operation, and Challenges
Full text linkapplication/pdf2021年12月に「レズビアン・デジタル・アーカイブス」を立ち上げた。その目的は「1970年代から90年代までの首都圏におけるレズビアン・コミュニティの形成と変容を明らかにする」という研究テーマのもとで集めてきた資料群を、ウェブで公開・共有するためである。本稿では、その開設から現在に至るまでの経緯を整理し、約2年間の試験的な運用をふまえて、日本で性的マイノリティに関するデジタル・アーカイブズを構築することにまつわる課題を考察した。
現在、日本の性的マイノリティ・コミュニティでは、その歴史を語ることのできる人物の高齢化や関連資料の散逸が危惧されている。資料を保全するためには、中核となるアーカイブズが集中的に収集や管理に取り組むだけでなく、個人が自分の興味関心に沿って選択的に資料を収集し、可能な範囲でウェブ公開をめざす自律分散型の小規模アーカイブズの構築を進めることも重要である。本稿のねらいは、そのような個別的なアーカイビング活動を後押しすることにある。departmental bulletin pape
Survey on the Differences in Policies of Each Prefecture Concerning Access to Financial Statements of Medical Corporations via the Internet
Full text linkapplication/pdfThis paper investigates how prefectures provide financial statements of Japanese medical corporations via the Internet. The results of the survey are the following:（ 1） 22 prefectures require personal information of applicants, and 16 prefectures conceal some information contained in financial statements when allowing them to inspect financial statements; （2） 7 prefectures do not allow access to reports on the status of transactions with related parties, and 5 of these prefectures require personal information of applicants. Making personally identifiable information subject to disclosure would give the medical corporation an incentive to conceal information. To ensure proper management of medical corporations, it would be effective to exclude personally identifiable information from viewing and to make it invisible to the general public.departmental bulletin pape
The Emergence of Teachers Who Practice in a Scientific Way : Masataro Sawayanagi and the Significance of Seijo Primary School as an "Experimental School"
Full text linkapplication/pdfAfter retiring from the Ministry of Education, Masataro Sawayanagi published “Empirical Pedagogy” in which he bluntly and completely denounced conventional pedagogy.
He tried to create a new type of education (genuine education) that would encourage the construction of an empirical pedagogy and children's independent learning, then he founded an experimental school, Seijo primary school.
He organized a joint project with teachers as practitioners. He thought that the teachers who actually taught and knew "children very well" were necessarily responsible for such researches.
The idea of the experimental school provided the basis for promoting educational freedom and innovation in educational content, as well as for the formation of teachers' identities as professors and researchers.
Using the idea of an experimental school as a shield, teachers developed criticism of national textbooks under the system of "Imperial Rescript on Education" and shook up the orthodox views with their own research on the curriculum, such as Shushin (moral education) from 3rd grade,math from 2nd grade, science from 1st grade and Japanese from listening classes.departmental bulletin pape
A Study on How to Support Parents of Children with Special Needs in Nursery School : Through the Practice of Parent-Child Movement Activities
Full text linkapplication/pdf本研究の目的は、保育所がムーブメント教育・療法を軸に遊びを活用した親子参加型の子育て支援の取り組みを実施する中で見えてきた、特別なニーズのある子どもの保護者支援の実際を明らかにし、保育所における特別なニーズのある子どもの保護者支援の在り方や保育者の役割等を検討することである。神奈川県川崎市のA保育園を対象に、子育て支援の実践を行った後、園長や主任保育士ら4名を対象にグループインタビューを実施した。その結果、「保護者への寄り添い」、「保護者との協力的な関係の構築」、「つながりを促す支援」、「子どもの見取りの共有」、「共に育ち合う場づくり」の5つの大項目が抽出された。各項目について検討した結果、支援の在り方としては保育所内にとどまらず、特別なニーズのある親子が保育所を卒園した後も地域の中で健康で安定した生活を送ることができるよう意識することの大切さが示唆された。そして、保育所という場を拠点に時間的にも空間的にも支援の輪が広がっていくことを拡大して構想していることが明らかになった。departmental bulletin pape
Life Paths of People Who Have Schizophrenic Siblings : Relationship Process of the Patients and the Sibling Self-Help Group's Members
Full text linkapplication/pdf統合失調症の患者をもつきょうだいが、発症時から現在に至るまでの患者との多様なきょうだい関係を築いていくプロセスを明らかにすることで、きょうだい支援の可能性を検討する。きょうだい会の会員9 名に面接調査を実施し、個別のTEM 並びに統合版TEM の作成をおこなった。その結果、TEM 分析において患者のおかしな様子を見聞きするという必須通過点から、きょうだいは多様な人生径路を進むが、きょうだい会に参加する分岐点から、同じ境遇の人との共感や統合失調症の知識を得る機会を獲得する事で、患者と積極的に、または必要最小限に関わり続けるという等至点にたどり着くことを明らかにした。本研究で得られた知見として、親亡き後等、患者との積極的な関わりが求められるまでの期間はきょうだいの感情を踏まえ、自身の人生を歩めるような心理支援や社会資源を開始することが重要であり、その結果、患者との良好な関係が構築されると示唆された。departmental bulletin pape
