    PENGELOLAAN PEMBIAYAAN PENDIDIKAN PADA SMP NEGERI 19 PERCONTOHAN BANDA ACEH

    ABSTRACT: This study aimed to determine source of financing, planning, implementation and monitoring of education financing at State Junior High School No. 19 Percontohan (Pilot School) of Banda Aceh. This study used descriptive method with qualitative approach. The subjects of the study were the principal, vice principal, treasurer, teachers and school committees. The techniques used to collect the data were interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that: (1) Sources of financing for education were from the state budget, City budget, families, and society; (2) Financial planning of education or RAPBS was done by: that the principal directed vice principal, treasurer and school committee considered the input and output elements; (3) The implementation of education financing included: financing the disadvantaged students, pay honorariums of casual teachers, professional development (training), building maintenance, bought the tools of lessons, sports, arts, finance daily test of general and school, remedial, enrichment and procurement of mobile; and (4) Monitoring education financing was done by Inspectorate Team in Banda Aceh, the School Committee and functional supervision by the regional Inspectorate. The disadvantage was that in the financial planning of education had not been able to accommodate a variety of conditions and background of the students; not all teachers and donors were involved. Besides, the society is less concerned about the education financing that has been presented on the billboard.KEYWORDS: management, finance, and educationABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sumber pembiayaan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan pembiayaan pendidikan pada SMP Negeri 19 Percontohan Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah: kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, bendahara, guru dan komite sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Sumber pembiayaan pendidikan berasal dari APBN, APBK, keluarga, dan masyarakat; (2) Perencanaan pembiayaan pendidikan atau RAPBS dilakukan dengan menggunakan: a) Logika, proses setapak demi setapak untuk menuju perubahan yang diharapkan, b) Menetapkan mekanisme feed back yang memberitahukan kemajuan peserta didik, dan menunjukkan perubahan-perubahan yang diperlukan, c) Menggunakan langkah yang jelas, mudah dikomunikasikan dan dipahami oleh orang lain, d) Mengidentifikasi masalah berdasarkan kebutuhan, e) Menentukan syarat-syarat dan alternatif pemecahannya, f) Melaksanakan strategi yang telah dipilih, g) Menentukan efektivitas hasilnya dengan jalan mengadakan evaluasi, h) Mengadakan revisi setiap langkah dan proses yang dilakukan; (3) Pelaksanaan pembiayaan pendidikan meliputi: pembiayaan siswa kurang mampu, membayar honor GTT, pengembangan profesi (pelatihan), perawatan gedung, membeli alat-alat pelajaran, olahraga, kesenian, membiayai ulangan harian/umum dan sekolah, remedial, pengayaan dan pengadaan mobiler; dan (4) Pengawasan pembiayaan dilakukan secara melekat oleh Tim Inspektorat Kota Banda Aceh, Komite Sekolah dan pengawasan fungsional oleh Bawasda. Kelemahan dalam perencanaan pembiayaan pendidikan adalah belum dapat mengakomodasi berbagai kondisi dan latar belakang siswa, tidak semua guru, donatur dilibatkan, dan masyarakat kurang peduli terhadap pembiayaan pendidikan yang telah dipaparkan di papan pengumuman.KATA KUNCI: pengelolaan, pembiayaan, dan pendidika

    PENGEMBANGAN KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL GURU PROGRAM KHUSUS PADA SDLB NEGERI BANDA ACEH

    ABSTRACT: Professional competence development of teachers is an activity undergone by teachers in the context of the practice of science, technology and skills to improve the quality of learning outcomes through teaching and learning process improvement. This study aimed to determine: the process of program drafting, development strategies as well as factors supporting and inhibiting the development of professional competence of teachers of special program in the State Elementary School for Students with Special Needs of Banda Aceh. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation. Subjects of the study were principals, supervisors, vice principal, chairman of the school cluster, and teachers of special program. The results showed that: (1) program drafting was conducted by the principal, together with vice-principal and some teachers of special programs through a work meeting at the beginning of the new school year; (2) Strategies undertaken by the principal namely carrying out in-house training, sending teachers to take part in education and training program at the institution that provides training and education program, at local and national level, as well as providing opportunities for teachers to continue their education to a higher level; and (3) Supporting factors were: (a) teachers engaging in development program was in conformity with the needs and relevant to the existing competence; (b) There were a lot of training programs. While the inhibiting factors were: (a) The budget to carry out in-house training was limited; (b) The training program has not accommodated all types of existing specificities; (c) The development program was not sustainable; and (d) The level of mastery of technology of teachers of special programs was low.Keywords: development, professional competence and special program teachersABSTRAK: Pengembangan komptensi profesional guru adalah kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh guru dalam rangka pengamalan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi dan keterampilan untuk meningkatkan mutu hasil belajar melalui peningkatan proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: proses penyusunan program, strategi pengembangan serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat pengembangan kompetensi profesional guru program khusus pada SDLB Negeri Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, pengawas, wakil kepala sekolah, ketua gugus, dan guru program khusus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Penyusunan program dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah, bersama wakil kepala sekolah dan beberapa guru program khusus melalui rapat kerja pada awal tahun ajaran baru; (2) Strategi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah yaitu mengadakan in house training, mengirim guru untuk mengikuti diklat ke lembaga penyelenggara pelatihan, di tingkat daerah, dan nasional, serta memberikan peluang bagi guru untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi; dan (3) Faktor pendukungnya adalah: (a) Guru yang mengikuti program pengembangan sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan relevan dengan kompetensi yang ada; (b) Banyaknya program pelatihan yang diselenggarakan. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah: (a) Terbatasnya anggaran untuk melaksanakan in house training; (b) Program pelatihan belum mengakomodir semua jenis kekhususan yang ada; (c) Program pengembangan belum berkesinambungan; dan (d) Masih rendahnya tingkat penguasaan teknologi oleh guru program khusus.Kata kunci: pengembangan, kompetensi profesional, dan guru program khusu

    IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM MANAJEMEN MUTU ISO 9001:2008 PADA SMK NEGERI 2 BANDA ACEH

    The purpose of this study was to find out the planning, implementation, supervision, and constraints found in the implementation of ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system (QMS) at State Vocational High School (SMK Negeri) 2 of Banda Aceh. The results of the study showed that: (1) QMS planning was begun by establishing a commitment of all school members and the core team, then building QMS in the form of quality awareness training, required QMS document preparation, and socialization; (2) the implementation of the QMS was done by applying the QMS document to the business process consisting of the planning, core, supporting, and improvement process of all units; (3) internal QMS supervision was done directly by the principal by involving all team leaders and through management meetings by discussing the results of internal audit. Meanwhile, external QMS supervision was conducted by the assessors of PT. TUV Rheinland Indonesia once a year. (4) The constraints found in the QMS were shortages of personnel, excessive personnel workload, rotation or mutation, inadequate facility in the form of equipment and required machinery, the budget allocated by the government each year, and business and industry (DU/DI) facilities in Banda Aceh City.Keywords: ISO 9001:2008, quality, management, system, QM

    MANAJEMEN MUSYAWARAH GURU MATA PELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DALAM PENINGKATAN PROFESIONAL GURU PADA FORUM MGMP SMK DI KABUPATEN ACEH JAYA

    ABSTRACT: Management of MGMP PAI is a standard to measure the targets that have been achieved in the planning, implementation, evaluation, and supervision of the organization's resources to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. The research objective was to determine the management of MGMP including: (1) MGMP management program; (2) The implementation of MGMP program and (3) The evaluation of MGMP program. This study used a qualitative approach using descriptive method. The data was collected through interview, observation and study documentation. The Subjects of the reasearch were teachers, the chairman of MGMP PAI, and PAI supervisor of MGMP Forum at SMK in Aceh Jaya. The results showed: (1) MGMP program compiled through by conference activity arranged at the beginning semester which involved the chairman, secretary, treasurer, and the other members of MGMP. MGMP programs consist of: the syllabus discussion, the preparation of lesson plans, the teachers difficulties in teaching and the other problems in learning PAI; (2) The implementation of MGMP arranged routinely once a month in a particular schedule to discuss the lesson plan compiling technique, train the teachers in tecnology information skill, and solve teacherss problems in learning; and (3) The evaluation of MGMP program arranged consistently, systematically, and programmatic using either test or non-test evaluation through the performance observation, the attitude measurement, the work assessment, and self-assessment. The obstacles of evaluation program were lack of post budget to conduct the evalution because the budget was only from members self supporting.KEYWORDS: management, teachers professional, and MGMPABSTRAK: Manajemen MGMP PAI merupakan ukuran sejauh mana sasaran yang telah dicapai dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengevaluasian, dan pengawasan sumber daya organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan secara efektif dan efesien. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen MGMP, meliputi: (1) Program manajemen MGMP; (2) Pelaksanaan program MGMP dan (3) Evaluasi program MGMP. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah guru, ketua MGMP dan pengawas PAI pada Forum MGMP SMK di Kabupaten Aceh Jaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Program MGMP disusun melalui Musyawarah Guru Bersama pada awal semester dengan ikut terlibat ketua MGMP, sekretaris, bendahara, pengurus dan anggota lain. Isi program MGMP terdiri dari: pembahasan silabus, penyusunan RPP, kesulitan guru dalam mengajar dan permasalahan lain dalam pembelajaran PAI; (2) Pelaksanaan MGMP rutin dilakukan setiap satu bulan sekali dengan jadwal yang telah terprogram, dengan membahas tentang teknik menyusun RPP, melatih guru dalam IT, dan pemecahan masalah guru dalam pembelajaran; dan (3) Evaluasi program MGMP dilakukan secara konsisten, sistematis, dan terprogram dengan menggunakan tes dan nontes melalui pengamatan kinerja, pengukuran sikap, penilaian hasil karya, dan penilaian diri. Hambatan evaluasi program yakni tidak tersedianya post anggaran untuk melaksanakan kegiatan, anggaran yang tersedia berasal dari swadaya anggota.KATA KUNCI: manajemen, profesional guru, dan MGM

    SUPERVISI AKADEMIK OLEH KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL GURU SD NEGERI 2 CALANG KABUPATEN ACEH JAYA

    ABSTRACT: Academic supervision is a series of activities to help teachers develop the ability to manage the learning process for the achievement of learning objectives. This study aims to determine how the planning, implementation and barriers to academic supervision by principals in improving the professional competence of teachers in public primary schools 2 Calang, Aceh Jaya. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. Techniques of collecting data by interview, observation and documentation study. Subjects were principals, vice principals and teachers. Data were analyzed with techniques of reduction, display and conclusion. The results showed academic supervision plan drawn up at the beginning of the new school year involving vice-principals, and teachers. Goals in the planning of the academic supervision of the school head is the ability of teachers to manage learning, ranging from planning, implementing, and evaluating student learning outcomes. Implementation of academic supervision is done first communicated to teachers, conducted twice a semester, or four times in one school year. Academic supervision techniques used are classroom visits, teacher meetings, working groups and training teachers. Barriers academic supervision is still the shortage of school administrators. Their external activities that are sudden, so the supervision schedule that has been prepared previously disturbed. Teachers who are unable to attend on the schedule classroom visits that have been defined. Teachers who supervised scared stiff when will be supervised. Still there are some teachers who do not master the information and communication technology.Keywords: supervision of academic, principal, professional competence teacherABSTRAK - Supervisi akademik adalah serangkaian kegiatan untuk membantu guru mengembangkan kemampuannya dalam mengelola proses pembelajaran demi pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan hambatan supervisi akademik oleh kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru di SD Negeri 2 Calang Kabupaten Aceh Jaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan metode wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah dan guru. Data dianalisis dengan teknik reduksi, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perencanaan supervisi akademik disusun pada awal tahun ajaran baru dengan melibatkan wakil kepala sekolah, dan guru-guru. Sasaran dalam perencanaan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah adalah kemampuan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran, mulai dari merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi hasil belajar siswa. Pelaksanaan supervisi akademik dilakukan terlebih dahulu mengkomunikasikan kepada guru-guru, dilakukan sebanyak dua kali dalam satu semester, atau empat kali dalam satu tahun ajaran. Teknik supervisi akademik yang digunakan yaitu kunjungan kelas, rapat guru, kelompok kerja guru dan pelatihan. Hambatan-hambatan supervisi akademik masih adanya kekurangan tenaga administrasi sekolah. Adanya kegiatan-kegiatan eksternal yang sifatnya mendadak, sehingga jadwal supervisi yang sudah disusun sebelumnya juga terganggu. Guru yang berhalangan hadir pada jadwal kunjungan kelas yang sudah ditetapkan. Guru yang disupervisi merasa takut dan kaku saat akan disupervisi.     MANAJEMEN KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM PENGELOLAAN DANA BANTUAN OPERASIONAL SEKOLAH (BOS) PADA SMP NEGERI DI KOTA BANDA ACEH

    The aim of this research was to figure out the principals management behavior in managing BOS fund at State Junior High Schools in Banda Aceh. This qualitative research was conducted by employing a descriptive method. The results showed that (1) the planning program was arranged at the b1eginning of each academic year by the school finance teams according to the results of discussions and meetings with the teachers, the members of school committee and the students parents. The results were written in the school work and budget planning by considering 8 educational system standards of Indonesia in order to decide the priority scales based on the available fund. In addition, (2) the implementation of this program began with coordination and socialization. Moreover, the implementation was in accordance with the technical guidance of BOS fund distributed by the Education Board of Banda Aceh Municipality. It was also found that (3) monitoring and was done by the teachers, members of school committee, the principals, the inspectorate, the team of BOS fund from each school, the municipality, and the province. The monitoring report was submitted to the Local Government Agency (SKPD) every three month period. Lastly, (4) the limitations, the delays, and the societys misunderstanding related to BOS fund were the obstacles found in managing the BOS fund at the schools.Keywords: management, principal, school operational assistance (bos) fun

    EFEKTIVITAS MANAJEMEN KESISWAAN PADA SMP NEGERI 3 SAKTI KABUPATEN PIDIE

    ABSTRACT: The school principal has an important role to achieve the education goal in schools. To achieve the goals of education, it is closely related to the effectiveness of student management at the school. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of student management at State Junior High School (SMP Negeri) 3 Sakti of Pidie Regency. This research used the descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects of this study were principal, teachers, and students of SMP Negeri 3 Sakti of Pidie Regency. The results showed that: (1) The planning process management of student at SMP Negeri 3 Sakti of Pidie Regency conducted by the principal together with student representatives at the beginning of the year has been effective, which includes program: Analysis of the needs of learners, the recruitment of students, selection of students, and orientation; (2) The process of implementation of management student at SMP Negeri 3 Sakti of Pidie Regency regarding the New Student Admission (PSB), implementation of coaching students, and teaching students not all effective, especially in coaching student discipline, coaching students who successfully graduate study and implementation of the teaching of students concerning the curricular, extra-curricular and co-curricular; and (3) The obstacles of student management at SMP Negeri 3 Sakti of Pidie Regency, there are two factors, they are internal factors and external factors of the executive management.Keywords: effectiveness, student management, learnersABSTRAK: Kepala sekolah mempunyai peranan yang penting untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan di sekolah. Untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan, erat hubungannya dengan efektivitas manajemen kesiswaan di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas manajemen kesiswaan pada SMP Negeri 3 Sakti Kabupaten Pidie. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan: wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah: kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa SMP Negeri 3 Sakti. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Proses perencanaan manajemen kesiswaan pada SMP Negeri 3 Sakti Kabupaten Pidie dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah bersama dengan wakil kesiswaan pada awal tahun telah efektif, yang meliputi program: Analisis kebutuhan peserta didik, rekrutmen peserta didik, seleksi peserta didik, dan orientasi; (2) Proses pelaksanaan manajemen kesiswaan pada SMP Negeri 3 Sakti Kabupaten Pidie yang menyangkut dengan Penerimaan Siswa Baru (PSB), Pelaksanaan pembinaan siswa, dan pengajaran siswa belum semuanya efektif terutama pada pembinaan disiplin siswa, pembinaan siswa yang telah tamat belajar dan pelaksanaan pengajaran siswa yang menyangkut dengan kurikuler, ekstra kurikuler, dan kokurikuler; dan (3) Hambatan-hambatan manajemen kesiswaan di SMP Negeri 3 Sakti ada dua faktor yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal dari pelaksana manajemen.Kata kunci: efektivitas, manajemen kesiswaan, peserta didi

    Abstract:Coordination and management of labor relations in academic administration is one of the supporters of the running education. This research aims to determine the coordination and working relationship in the management of academic administration, including: (1) the program division of tasks, (2) the coordination and working relationship management academic administration, (3) actions taken in addressing problems in the management of academic administration, and (4) constraints. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The subject of research is the Chairman of the Department of Nursing, chief nursing courses, Coordinator for Academic Affairs, lecturer and academic administrative staff. The results showed that: (1) program for employees and the division of the Department of Nursing staff have been divided and adapted to the duties and functions of each and has run well; (2) The coordination and working relationships education personnel are conducted with coordination meeting and can be seen on every process of academic activities and academic community involvement in the management of the study program routine and insendental; 3) Measures to overcome the problems of academic administration is to hold regular coordination meetings both at the beginning, middle and end of the semester; 4) Obstacles are still encountered in the management of academic administration, namely; tardiness in submitting the evaluation value, late delivery card study plan (KRS), and the delay in the submission of the results of a study card (KHS).Keywords: coordination, working relationship, academic, management, and academic administrationAbstrakKoordinasi dan hubungan kerja dalam pengelolaan administrasi akademik merupakan salah satu pendukung proses berjalannya penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui koordinasi dan hubungan kerja dalam pengelolaan administrasi akademik, meliputi : (1) program pembagian tugas, (2) pelaksanaan koordinasi dan hubungan kerja pengelolaan administrasi akademik, (3) tindakan yang diambil dalam mengatasi masalah dalam pengelolaan administrasi akademik, dan (4) hambatan yang dihadapi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah Ketua Jurusan Keperawatan, Ketua Prodi Keperawatan, Koordinator Bidang Akademik, Dosen dan Staf administrasi akademik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) program pembagian tugas untuk pegawai dan staf Jurusan Keperawatan telah dibagi dan disesuaikan dengan tugas pokok dan fungsinya masing-masing serta telah dijalankan dengan baik; (2) Pelaksanaan koordinasi dan hubungan kerja tenaga kependidikan dilakukan dengan melakukan rapat koordinasi dan dapat dilihat pada setiap proses kegiatan akademik dan keterlibatan civitas akademik dalam pengelolaan program studi yang bersifat rutin maupun insendental; 3) Tindakan dalam mengatasi permasalahan pengelolaan administrasi akademik yaitu dengan mengadakan rapat koordinasi baik di awal, pertengahan dan akhir semester; 4) Hambatan masih ditemui dalam pengelolaan administrasi akademik yaitu; kerlambatan dalam menyerahkan nilai evaluasi, keterlambatan penyerahan kartu rencana studi (KRS), dan keterlambatan dalam penyerahan kartu hasil studi (KHS).Kata kunci : Koordinasi, hubungan kerja, akademik, pengelolaan, dan administrasi akademi

    Abstract: This study aims to investigate the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of educational quality improvement program. This study employs descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation study. Study participants are Schools Principal, Vice Principal, Chairman MGMPs, committees and supervisors. The results suggest that: 1) Planning for quality improvement program is designed by the school principal in accordance with the vision and mission of the school. 2) Implementation of planning for quality improvement program is carried out by assigning curricular activities, giving supports and motivation for teachers who continue their education to a higher level, strengthening the UAS and UAN system, inviting good speakers, holding regular meetings, and empowering school committee. 3) Monitoring the quality improvement program is under-taken by the schools principal for individual teacher at the beginning and end of the semester to determine the level of achievement of the curriculum applied. 4) Evaluation of educational quality improvement program is performed by the principal and vice principal on annual, monthly and semester bases which covers both internal and external evaluations.Keywords: Strategy, Quality Improvement, and EducationAbstrak: Peningkatan mutu pendidikan merupakan suatu keharusan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sekolah dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: perencanaan, implementasi, pengawasan dan evaluasi program peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data: observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah, Ketua MGMP, Komite Sekolah dan Pengawas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Perencanaan peningkatan mutu pendidikan dilaksanakan oleh Kepala Sekolah dengan menyusun program sekolah sesuai dengan visi dan misi sekolah. (2) Implementasi program peningkatan mutu dilakukan dengan melaksanakan program sekolah yang telah direncanakan seperti: pemberian tugas dalam kegiatan kurikuler dan kokurikuler, memberi dukungan dan motivasi bagi guru yang melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi, pemantapan UAS dan UAN, mendatangkan narasumber, mengadakan rapat rutin, serta memberdayakan Komite Sekolah (3) Pengawasan program peningkatan mutu pendidikan dilaksanakan oleh Kepala Sekolah pada personil pada awal dan akhir semester untuk mengetahui tingkat ketercapaian kurikulum yang diterapkan. (4) Evaluasi program peningkatan mutu pendidikan dilakukan oleh Kepala Sekolah dan Wakil Kepala Sekolah setiap tahun, namun juga dilakukan secara bulanan dan semester. mencakup evaluasi internal dan evaluasi eksternal.Kata kunci: Strategi, Peningkatan Mutu, dan Pendidika
