    Validation Based on Content To Measuring Carrer Decission Readiness

    Adolescent are required to be ready to make career decisions, such as choosing the right college major. Career decision readiness is defined as the capability of an individual to make appropriate career choice while taking into account the complexity of family, social, economic, and organizational factors that influence an individual’s career development. This study aims to find the content validity of measuring career decision readiness based on high school student condition in Indonesia . An expert review process from three lecturers and six educational psychology practitioners was carried out to obtain evidence of validity based on content. The expert review process is divided into three stages, the first stage of reviewing 160 items by three lecturers, the second stage of revising the items, and the third stage of the review process by six educational psychology practitioners.The results of the research showed that 74 items for measuring career decision readiness had an I-CVI value above 0.78 and an S-CVI value of 0.98. Further research needs to be done by testing measuring instruments and collecting data to find other evidence of validity and gathering norms.Remaja dituntut untuk siap mengambil keputusan karier, seperti memilih jurusan kuliah yang tepat. Kesiapan keputusan karier diartikan sebagai kemampuan individu untuk membuat pilihan karier yang sesuai dengan mempertimbangkan kompleksitas faktor keluarga, sosial, ekonomi, dan organisasi yang mempengaruhi perkembangan karier individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui validitas konten alat ukur kesiapan keputusan karier yang dikembangkan berdasarkan kondisi siswa SMA/SMK di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah proses penelaahan ahli oleh tiga dosen dan enam praktisi psikologi pendidikan dilakukan untuk mendapatkan bukti validitas berdasarkan konten. Proses penelaahan ahli dibagi menjadi tiga tahap, tahap pertama penelaahan 160 aitem dilakukan oleh tiga dosen, tahap kedua revisi item, dan tahap ketiga proses penelaahan oleh enam praktisi psikologi pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 74 aitem yang mengukur kesiapan keputusan karier memiliki nilai I-CVI di atas 0,78 dan nilai S-CVI/Ave 0,98. Penelitian lebih lanjut perlu dilakukan dengan ujicoba alat ukur kesiapan keputusan karier dan pengumpulan data untuk menemukan bukti validitas lainnya dari alat ukur kesiapan keputusan karier dan mendapatkan norma kelompok

    Perubahan zaman imbas dari kemajuan teknologi mengantarkan pada era baru yaitu masyarakat 5.0. Harapan dari transformasi masyarakat 5.0 ini adalah masyarakat yang berpusat pada manusia yang lebih baik, super cerdas dan lebih sejahtera, dengan dukungan inovasi teknologi. Harapan membangun masyarakat 5.0 yang adaptif dibutuhkan inovasi – inovasi yang membantu memecahkan sosial melalui penelitian ilmiah. Penelitian akan menghasilkan suatu temuan baru yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan secara luas. Akan tetapi hasil penelitian perlu dituangkan manuskrip publikasi ilmiah. Publikasi ilmiah dapat memberikan informasi tersedia untuk masyarakat yang luas dan memungkinkan para akademisi lainnya untuk mengevaluasi kualitas penelitian yang dilakukan. Secara kuantitas Indonesia mampu bersaing dalam menghasilkan publikasi ilmiah, akan tetapi kualitas inovasi yang ditawarkan dari penelitian masih kurang maksimal. Penelitian harus memiliki kreativitas dan inovasi yang perlu dipupuk pada setiap peneliti dalam rangka menjawab tantangan perubahan zaman menuju masyarakat era 5.0. Hal ini dicapai bila para peneliti sendiri menempatkan diri pada gap yang terjadi pada perubahan zaman dan mengisinya

    Psychological Well-Being, Stress, and Emotion Regulation in First Year College Student during COVID-19

    Stress is one of psychological reactions that has been experienced by college students during the COVID-19 pandemic. The level of stress can be affecting their psychological well-being. Previous studies show there is a significant relationship between emotional regulation and stress, also psychological well-being. A high level of stress will be declining psychological well-being. On the other hand, emotional regulation has proven to be reducing stress level as well as maintaining the condition of psychological well-being. Emotional regulation strategies are defined as the way individuals influence, feel, and express their emotions. The strategies divided into two which are cognitive reappraisal and expressive suppression. This study aims to examine the effects of expressive suppression and cognitive reappraisal regulatory strategies as a moderator between stres and psychological well-being. A total of 119 first-year students of Universitas Indonesia in 2020 were involved in this research. Stres was measured using the Perceived Stress Scale-10 for COVID-19 (PSS-10-C); emotion regulation were measured using the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ); and psychological well-being was measured using Ryff's Scales of Psychological Well-being (RPWB). The results showed that (1) stress can be a significant predictor of psychological well-being; (2) expressive suppression as an emotional regulatory strategy is significant in strengthening the negative relationship between stress and psychological well-being; (3) on the other side, cognitive reappraisal strategy is significant in weakening the negative relationship between stress and psychological well-being.Stres merupakan salah satu reaksi psikologis yang menyertai mahasiswa selama pandemic COVID-19. Tingkat stres dapat mempengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis mahasiswa. Terdapat penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya yang menemukan hubungan antara regulasi emosi dengan stres maupun kesejahteraan psikologis, dimana tingkat stress yang tinggi akan menurunkan kesejahteraan psikologis dan regulasi emosi mampu mengurangi stress serta menjaga kesejahteraan psikologis individu.  Strategi regulasi emosi expressive suppression dan cognitive reappraisal diartikan sebagai cara individu dalam mempengaruhi, merasakan, serta mengekspresikan emosi yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efek strategi regulasi emosi expressive suppression dan cognitive reappraisal sebagai moderator antara stres dan kesejahteraan psikologis. Sebanyak 119 mahasiswa baru Universitas Indonesia 2020 terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Stres diukur menggunakan Perceived Stres Scale-10 for COVID-19 (PSS-10-C); regulasi emosi diukur menggunakan Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ); dan kesejahteraan psikologis diukur menggunakan Ryff’s Scales of Psychological Well-being (RPWB). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) stres dapat menjadi prediktor kesejahteraan psikologis secara signifikan; (2) strategi regulasi emosi expressive suppression signifikan dalam memperkuat hubungan negatif antara stres dan kesejahteraan psikologis; (3) strategi regulasi emosi cognitive reappraisal signifikan dalam memperlemah hubungan negatif antara stres dan kesejahteraan psikologis

    Construction and Validation of Emotional Agility Measurement Tools : Measuring One'S Emotional Agility

    Mental health includes one’s ability to adjust themselves with the daily stres they experience. On stresful event, there’s always highly emotional condition attached, therefore the ability to regulate emotions becomes vital. Emotional Agility is one’s ability to face emotions, thoughts loosely and move past them to help change or retain behaviors in line with goal and values . In Indonesia, research regarding Emotional Agility and it’s measurement hasn’t been explored much. The instrument are designed based on Emotional Agility theory–Susan David and being tried out to 112 respondents (young adult individuals). The validity test being used pertains to Construct Validity, using model testing Confirmatory Factor Analysis. Reliability test are done using Alpha Cronbach technique. Based on the try out, an instrument of Emotional Agility in Indonesian Version is produced consisting 49 items (p-value=1.00, RMSEA=0.00, CFI=0.97, NFI=0.97, IFI=0.97 and reliability coefficient of 0.860)

    Perilaku Perundungan di Dunia Maya Siswa Ditinjau dari Kualitas Kelekatan Teman Sebaya dan Kontrol Diri: Cyberbullying Behavior Reviewed from Peer Attachment Quality and Self Control

    Cyberbullying has been found massively among teenagers recently. There are two factors related cyberbullying, internal and external factors. Peer attachment as the external factor and self-control as the internal factor have been recognized as the factors of cyberbullying. Both of these variables correlated with cyberbullying. This research aims to examine the relationship between the quality of peer attachment and self-control to cyberbullying among senior high school’s student in Ponorogo. This is a quantitative research using cyberbullying scale, quality peer attachment scale and self-control scale. There are 81 students included as the sample study. The result of multiple regression analysis shows that the quality of peer attachment and self-control have no correlations with cyberbullying. It is also acknowledged that the cyberbullying is only affected by one predictor (r=0.304, p=0.006). Although the major hypothesis in this study is rejected, the self-control variable is known having significant negative correlation to cyberbullying.Cyberbullying  pada remaja menjadi fenomena yang banyak terjadi akhir-akhir ini. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal. lekatan Teman Sebaya sebagai faktor eksternal dan kontrol diri sebagai faktor internal menjadi salah satu faktor yang berkorelasi dengan cyberbullying. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kualitas kelekatan teman sebaya dan kontrol diri dengan perilaku cyberbullying siswa di SMA Ponorogo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan skala cyberbullying, skala kualitas kelekatan teman sebaya, dan skala kontrol diri. Populasi penelitian ini adalah kelas X dan XI di salah satu SMA yang ada di Ponorogo sebanyak 833 orang siswa. Cluster random sampling sebagai teknik sampling yang digunakan dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 81 orang siswa. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan antara kualitas kelekatan teman sebaya dan kontrol diri secara bersama-sama terhadap perilaku cyberbullying atau dengan kata lain perilaku cyberbullying hanya dipengaruhi oleh satu prediktor saja dengan nilai r= 0,304 dan p=0,006 sehingga hipotesis mayor dalam penelitian ini ditolak. Kemudian analisis pada masing-masing prediktor menunjukkan bahwa kualitas kelekatan teman sebaya tidak ada hubungan negatif yang signifikan terhadap perilaku cyberbullying (p=0,187) sehingga hipotesis minor pertama ditolak, sementara kontrol diri menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif yang signifikan terhadap perilaku cyberbullying (p=0,006) sehingga hipotesis minor kedua diterima

    Hubungan Bullying Dengan Kemampuan Sosial Pada Remaja Di SMK X Kota Bandung

    n 2015, 84% of students in Indonesia experienced difficulties in school, one of which is bullying. Most of adolescents in Bandung’s X Vocational School reported that they have been bullied by their peers. It is assumed that one of the factors which might contribute in bullying is the lack of social abilities. This study aims to find the relationship between bullying and social abilities among adolescents in X Vocational School in Bandung, West Java. This is a descriptive research using cross-sectional design. Eighty-three participants were selected as the sample of the study using purposive sampling technique. Multidimensional Peer-Victimization Scale Questionnaire were used to assess bullying and Social Skills Rating System (SSRS) to measure social ability. Spearman-rank Correlation was performed. This study reports most adolescents have high rates of bullying (88%) and moderate level of social abilities (56.6%). Statistical test result shows that there is a significant correlation between intimidation and social ability (r=0.249; p-value=0.023). It is concluded that a weak relationship between intimidation and social ability were reported. It is suggested to SMK X for paying attention to their students and providing counselling servicesJuvenile delinquency that is happening is bullying. This study aims to find the relationship of bullying with the social abilities of adolescents in X Vocational School in Bandung. This type of research uses descriptive research through cross-sectional research. The sample consisted of 83 students taken by purposive sampling technique. Data collection uses a Multidimensional Peer-Victimization Scale questionnaire for bullying variables and Social Skills Rating System (SSRS) for social ability variables. Data analysis was performed by non-parametric statistics using the Spearman Rank valuation method. Results: Research shows that most adolescents have high rates of bullying (88%) and most adolescents have moderate social abilities (56.6%). Statistical test results using the Spearman rank test (p-value = 0.023) with a value of r = 0.249. Conclusion: it can be concluded that there is a weak relationship between intimidation and social ability. Based on this, it is expected that for other parties, SMK X should pay more attention to develop adolescents through routine development activities by activating counseling

    Psikoedukasi Pola Asuh Pada Ibu-ibu di Wilayah Puskesmas Keputih, Surabaya: Psychoeducation of Parenting To Mothers at Puskesmas Keputih, Surabaya

    The psychoeducation program regarding parenting style for mothers was conducted as a part of a psychological intervention. This intervention aims to increase the understandingof parenting among mothers in Kenanga Maternal and Child Health Service in Puskesmas Keputih, Surabaya area, by giving Psychoeducation of Parenting. Fourteen mothers were included as the participants in this intervention by using purposive sampling technique. The pretest and posttest questionnaire were given to the subjects to measure the understanding of parenting before and after the intervention. The finding showed that the psychoeducation as the intervention increase the understanding of parenting among mothers in Kenanga Maternal and Child Health Service in Puskesmas Keputih, Surabaya (Asymp. Sig (2-tailed)0.001 < 0.05). This study led to the suggestion of conducting the intervention in the prospective time with the greater areaIntervensi psikologi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai pola asuh pada ibu-ibu Posyandu Kenanga di area Puskesmas Keputih, Surabaya, dengan memberikan Psikoedukasi Pola Asuh. Subjek intervensi ini adalah 11 orang ibu yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengetahuan mengenai pola asuh diukur menggunakan pretest-posttest kuesioner yang dibuat oleh peneliti. Hasil dari intervensi ini adalah adanya efek positif dari Psikoedukasi Pola Asuh untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pola asuh pada ibu-ibu (Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) 0.001 < 0.05)

    This research was conducted to find out the influence of parent-children interpersonal communication on student aggression to the teacher. This research used quantitative research method and the data are processed by using the regression analysis method. The population of this research are adolescent who studied in junior high school, senior high school, and vocational high school. The sample of this research are 360 students from junior high school, senior high school, and vocational high school in Central Jakarta. The instrument of this research is “The Aggression Questionnaire” which has been modified to devoted measuring student aggression to the teacher. Then, using the interpersonal communication scale to measure parent-children interpersonal communication. The result of this research shows that there are 4.4% of negative influence of interpersonal communication on students aggression to the teacher.     Pengaruh Kepribadian Lima Besar Terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha Pada Mahasiswa Psikologi Universitas Negeri Jakarta: The Association between Big Five Personality toward Student's Entpreunership Intention

    There are several factors that can influence a person to become an entrepreneur. One of them is the personality factor. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the top five personality traits on entrepreneurial intentions in psychology students at the Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The methodology used in this research is quantitative by using regression analysis. The sample in this study was 136 final year psychology students at the State University of Jakarta. The instruments used in this study were the entrepreneurial intention instrument and the Big Five Inventory Scale Indonesian version. The results showed that there was an effect of agreeableness personality dimensions on entrepreneurial intentions. The coefficient value (Adjusted R square) is 0.058. This means that the top five personality dimensions contribute 5.8% to entrepreneurial intentions.Terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat memengaruhi seseorang untuk menjadi seorang pengusaha. Salah satunya yaitu faktor kepribadian. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu ingin mengetahui pengaruh kepribadain lima besar terhadap intensi berwirausaha pada mahasiswa psikologi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 136 mahasiswa psikologi universitas negeri Jakarta tingkat akhir. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu instrumen intensi berwirausaha yang diadaptasi dalam bahasa Indonesia dan instrumen Big Five Inventory Scale versi Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dimensi kepribadian agreeableness terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Nilai koefisien (Adjusted R square) sebesar 0,058. Artinya dimensi-dimensi kepribadian lima besar memberikan kontribusi sebesar 5,8% terhadap intensi berwirausaha

    This psychological intervention aims to increase the knowledge of anti-aggression among students in class “X”, SMPN ABC, Surabaya by giving anti-aggression psychoeducation. This research is a pre experimental research, one group pretest-posttest design. Whole sampling was used as sampling technique with 39 students as sample. The knowledge of anti-aggression was measured by pretest-posttest questionnaire made by researcher. Data is analyzed by using paired samplet-test.
