    Abstract The study was conducted to determine the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) to Job Satisfaction the sampel of the study nurses were at the Persahabatan hospital. Using 125 nurses working in RSUP Persahabatan as sample. This study used quantitative method. Incidental sampling was used as sampling technique. The meansure of Job satisfaction variables in this study using instruments Job Satisfaction Scale (JSS) and OCB variables in this study was method using instrumen OCB by Organ. Regression analysis performed with SPSS version 17.00 for windows. The study explains that there is significant influence between Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) to Job Satisfaction. Regression equation obtained is Y = 75,410 + 0.381 witch means there is a positive influence between job satisfaction with the OCB with the value F = 6.960; p = 0.009 (α <0.05). The determinant index (R Square) to the occurrence of job satisfaction and OCB shows 5.4% and the remaining 94.6% is influenced by other factors beyond job satisfaction.     Abstract With increasing, product line sales consumers not only in the real world of shopping mall, or the department store now the use of technology enables the consumer can do shopping activity over the internet.With just open, computer facility and typed site desired then transaction activity can be done.Still many consumers have limited in doing online activities shopping. Consumers like shopping buying clothes, sometimes only online electronics and computer. Consumer spending often doing online activities can diperngaruhi by a variety of factors, among other activities, product interesting advertising mounted coquet.Advertising is a process involving communication sponsor certain.Testimonials is part of an advertising, any type testimonials advertising surveyed: experts,  celebrity  and ordinary people. Testimonials through the ad will impact consumers, to attitude this attitude can be attitude toward advertising, attitude toward brands, attitude toward behavior.This research purposes to perceive the difference between profile type testimonials other experts, artist, and people ordinary online on the computer products with the advertising and attitudes of behavior membeli.metode used in this research is research methods descriptive. These studies have samples 32 responden.     AbstrackThis study aims to look at the picture of stress coping housewife in Jakarta. Subjects were housewives who donot work and settled in DKI Jakarta. The approach used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Using samplingtechniques of non-probability sampling later in the sampling method using quota sampling. Techniques of data analysisusing descriptive analysis of data using SPSS software version 16.Total sample of 150 people. Quantitative data collection techniques used is to use questionnaires withdescriptive statistical analysis techniques research.The results of this study are coping stess is predominantly used by respondents are the Emotion FocussedCoping strategies as much as 53 respondents.     PENGARUH KONFLIK PERAN TERHADAP TERJADINYA BURNOUT PADA MAHASISWA KOASS

    Abstract  The study was conducted 49 co-ass students who are doing clinical practice (N=49), investigate the effect of role conflict with the occurrence of burnout. Using a purposive technique sampling, these studies make use of two instruments as a measure of role conflict and burnout measurement tools that has been modified from the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) with Likert models. The result is that there is significant influence between role conflict and the occurrence of burnout in co-ass students. The amount of influence (R Square) to the occurrence of role conflict and burnout is 0.389 (38.9%) which means that the conflict affects the role of burnout by 38.9% and the remaining 61.1% influenced by other factors outside of role conflict. This indecated any significant positive effect of  role conflict and the occurrence of burnout.  Keywords: co-ass, role conflict, burnou

    PENGARUH PERSEPSI GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PADA KARYAWAN BLITZMEGAPLEX TERAS KOTA

    Abstract  The research was aimed to determine influence of perception of leadership styles toward job satisfaction among the employee in Blitzmegaplex Teras Kota. Dimensions of leadership styles in this research are participative, caregiver, authoritarian, bureaucratic, and task-oriented leadership styles. Dimensions of job satisfaction are hygiene factors and motivators. Methods of data collection in this research used leadership styles and job satisfaction scales. Sampling technique was purposive sampling to obtained a sample of 30 people. Analysis of the data used is regression analysis. The result of this research explain that there is a significant influence of perception of leadership styles toward job satisfaction among the employee in Blitzmegaplex Teras Kota, with a correlation coefficient (rxy) is 0,523 and R Square (R2) is 0,273. The magnitude show that the variable of job satisfaction accounted for by variable leadership styles as much as 27%. This means that as much as 27% of the leadership style variables influence to job satisfaction, and vice versa. This can be used as guidelines for companies to improve the style of leadership in order to increase employee job satisfaction, and maintain company productivity. From this result, it is suggested that other variables which have not been revealed such as the fulfillment of expectations of salary, interpersonal relations, work environment and physical condition, can be further studies.  Keywords: Perception of Leadership Style, Job Satisfactio

    DINAMIKA PSIKOLOGIS PELAKU SELF-INJURY (STUDI KASUS PADA WANITA DEWASA AWAL)

    ABSTRACT  This study aimed to gain insight about the dynamics of self-Injury actors. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with case study method. Subjects in this study is that two actors Injury non suicidal self-injury self-moderate. Data collection techniques used were observation and interviews. Data analysis using qualitative data analysis techniques and examination techniques data using triangulation. Triangulation is used in this study is the triangulation of methods and sources. This study shows that the psychological dynamics of self-Injury actors in subject 1 came from the family, parenting adopted in the family persuasive. The role of each member of the family is not running as it should. Circumstances are not good parents is what makes the subject to self-injury. Lack of attention and affection from parents makes the subject perform actions that are not controlled by it as self-injury. Subject 2 showed that the role of the family is quite influential for him. Parenting is applied by the subject's father was so protective that makes the subject very often want to feel free. This event makes the subject feel guilty and depressed. Taste is exactly what makes the subject matter that is not doing well coping with self-injury.  Keywords: Self-Injury, Psychological Dynamics

    In addition to the teacher must have the quality of academic competence, quality and a good pedagogic competence also exists in non-verbal behavior components face. The characteristics of teacher's face is divided into four types: Anomalous Face, Baby Face, Emotion Face and Familiar Face. This research is descriptive research, data retrieval technique using the Likert Scale, Guttman Scale and Manipulation Cchecks for participants control never see facial characteristics of the teachers presented earlier. In data retrieval, facial characteristics of teachers compared with other teachers face characteristics. Based on the perspective of primary school students in the research sample, the result is the characteristic of the teacher's face Familiar Face menservants and characteristic facial Emotion Face female teachers have the highest value. Result shows that familiar face characteristics for male teachers and emotion face characteristics for female teachers have the highest scores
