Full text linkThis research focused on Strategi Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) Untuk Memenangkan Calon Kepala Daerah Yang Diusungnya di Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara. The problems of this research was to know how Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) won the candidate for regional head who their carried and what their problems. Elections are the first step for political parties to compete for power to occupy executive or legislative seats. Political parties and candidates need to think the strategies that can determine the victory to win the seat of power. It likes Partai Keadilan Sejahtera who carried the candidate for regional head in Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara. The objectives of the research: (1) to know the strategy used by Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) in regional head election in Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara, (2) to know the problems faced by Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) in applying the strategy in regional head election in Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara. This research is qualitative research. It was located at DPD office Partai Keadilan Sejahtera. The data was collected through interview of administer DPD (Dewan Pengurus Daerah) Partai Keadilan Sejahtera Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara. Besides, it is used data and document to support the information needed. The result of this research shows that there are some strategies used by Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) and problems which were faced by them. he strategies are by doing service to community, socialization in conveying the vision and mission of candidate pair, campaign, doing event, and apply Islamic ideology. The use of ICT in PAI learning in Private Islamic Education Foundation Shafiyyatul Amaliyyah International Islamic Education Full Day School Medan, and 3. Problems in the implementation of ICT-based PAI learning and the solution at the Private Islamic Education Foundation Shafiyyatul Amaliyyah International Islamic Full Day School Medan. This research is includes as field research. The technique used in collecting this research data uses interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Then in the analysis of data using descriptive qualitative methods, the data collected is then analyzed so that it becomes a conclusive unity using the inductive approach. From the results of research in general shows that the implementation of ICT-based learning in the Private Foundation Education Foundation Shafiyyatul Amaliyyah International Islamic Full Day School Medan can be said to be good. Other than that, they have to part with their families, loss of goods and services owned, lost the freedom to live outside. Therefore, the existence of family support so that fostered residents avoid stressful conditions because women fostered citizens need motivation, comfort and calmness. The type of this research is field research, which aims to obtain information and describe events in accordance with the facts in the field, This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. The results of the research are the intensity of family support in visiting women-assisted citizens in Penitentiary Class II B Padangsidimpuan able to reduce the stress level of women-assisted citizens because it can be seen that the conditions of women-assisted women who are very frequent and frequently visit their families within a month experience moderate stress levels, As for women-assisted residents who are in the category sometimes and have not been visited by their families in a month experiencing severe stress levels. Full text linkCareers are the "new world" that individuals will face after studying, professionalism and education. Indeed, a career becomes a vehicle for individuals to develop themselves both aspects of knowledge, attitudes and skills. For students, career counseling becomes important as a provision to face the world of work. This paper reviews the career counseling program at MAN 1 Medan. The formulation of this study is focused on how the orientation, implementation, and indicators of the success of career counseling programs at MAN 1 Medan. To obtain data, in-depth interview techniques, participant observation and documentation study were carried out. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. Finally, the validity of the data is obtained through triangulation techniques (both sources and methods) and perseverance of observation. The results of this study indicate that (1) orientation of career counseling is aimed at attention to the needs and problems of students in developing the careers of students, (2) the implementation of career counseling MAN 1 Medan is given according to student needs, by involving various parties in communicating and coordinating to help students in increasing their students 'potential, and (3) the success of MAN 1 Medan's career counseling program, one of which is shown by the students' interest to go to college quite enthusiastically, even so many students are accepted in various public and private universities, both in Sumatra , Java, also abroad
Classic Islamic Education Heritage in Halaqah and Munazharah
Full text linkThe halaqah method is still used by Muslims Society today, especially when studying in mosques and the learning system during the ta`aruf period in Islamic Universities. Meanwhile munazarah, which has begun to be abandoned, has returned to appear in the debate system of presidential election, although not entirely the same. This paper uses historical and philosophical methods. Both of these methods are relevant to the problem. Halaqah and munazarah are well-established and attractive education systems. Halaqah as a learning system is seen from the seated position of the teacher and students who mingle, while munazarah is a stage for a sportive intelectual selection. Full text linkThis papers discussed about the implementation of the khiyar syarat, and review of Islamic law in implementing the khiyar syarat. Then problems often occur in buying and selling activities, the clothes merchants do not want to return the buyer's money because there is no agreement between the seller and the buyer. This study aims to determine how the khiyar syarat are implemented in the sale at the Sagumpal Bonang Market in Padangsidimpuan. And to find out about the review of the Kompilasi Hukum Ekonomi Syariah (KHES), on the implementation of the Khiyar syarat in buying and selling at Sangkumpal Bonang Market in Padangsidimpuan. This research is field research using a sociological juridical approach. Sources of data are primary data and secondary data. The data were collected by instruments such interviews, observation and documentation. Moreover, the process of data analysis was classified into descriptive research, namely to find specific and realistic about the problem that is happening and express themselves in the form of symptoms in order to solve existing problems in implementing khiyar syarat. The practice of the khiyar syarat carried out by some clothing traders in the Sangkumpal Bonang Market in Padangsidimpuan namely if the goods do not match after the sale and purchase transaction, the buyer can return the item but is exchanged for other goods, but if there are no similar items the buyer redeem the goods but the item is in good condition. In Reviewing Islamic Law on the terms of conditions in the Sangkumpal Bonang Market in the vicinity of the meeting, it was not in accordance with the requirements, because non-resident clothing traders canceled buying and selling transactions and asked for refunds when found items that did not match the goods were known after buying and selling transactions

Full text linkThis study wants to reveal or provide answers about the effect of labor, population and unemployment on economic growth in Sumatra Island. This type of research is a quantitative study using purposive sampling. Where in this study is panel data used for 6 years so that the number of samples obtained 30 samples. Data processing is done using the Eviews 9 application with the data analysis technique used is the panel data estimation model selection (common effect, fixed effect, random effect), classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test), hypothesis test (t test, F test, determination coefficient test), and panel data multiple regression test. The results obtained indicate that there is no effect of labor and population by partial test on economic growth in Sumatra Island. Meanwhile, unemployment has an effect on economic growth partially. So that simultaneously it can be concluded that labor, total population, and unemployment together (simultaneously) have no effect on economic growth. R2 results of 0.760455, these results explain that the variables of labor, population and unemployment are 76.04 percent. Full text linkThe behavior of an organization is largely determined by the behavior of each individual in the organization with the same aim to provide benefits to the surrounding environment. Cooperation and cohesiveness between individuals or groups in an organization cannot be separated from a leader figure because in organizations there must be various situational interactions that often lead to various pros and cons responses between parties for their respective goals. One of them happened in Partai Keadilan Sejahtera for Gorontalo Region which embraced members by implementing Islamic values in its activities, politics as a body, but da'wah was the main breath in organizational governance. This study discusses organizational behavior in political parties, namely Partai Keadilan Sejahtera for Gorontalo Region. This research is in a qualitative form that focuses on social and reality within the party which seeks to produce descriptive data from the speakers as well as observing their behavior by collecting data and analyzing it in order to present data and draw conclusions according to the problems found. The results of this study indicate that the Prosperous Justice Party applies da'wah in spreading its political influence. Da'wah carried out builds strong organizational behavior within the party, this has an impact on public trust or trust in the party. KOMPARASI UU NO. 1 TAHUN 2015 DENGAN UU NO. 14 TAHUN 2015 TENTANG PEMILIHAN KEPALA DAERAH SATU PASANGAN CALON DITINJAU DARI FIQH SIYASAH
Full text linkRegional head elections are those given by the central government to run the government in the region. The regional head in the context of Indonesia is the governor and deputy governor, regent and deputy regent, and mayor and deputy mayor. Since 2005, regional heads and deputy regional heads have been elected through the people directly through general elections. This research focused to reveal how the regulation and mechanism of regional head elections for one candidate pair. This research uses library research through qualitative approach that is research that intends to interpret the phenomenon of what is experienced by the subject of research. The data were obtained from primary and secondary data, while the technique of data collection was done by collecting primary and secondary materials related to regional head elections with one candidate pair. The technique of analysis data was done by using normative research through comparative analysis or analysis of differences. The results of the research indicated that the comparison between UU No. 1 of 2015 with UU No. 14 of 2015 concerning regional head elections has a side of equality. It can be seen from the process, implementation, voter, and the most votes. However, the difference between UU No. 1 of 2015 existence of a candidate pair must be followed by the conditions of two candidate pairs, but in UU No. 14 of 2015 is permitted the existence of one pair of candidates with certain conditions. If viewed from the fiqh siyasah for the election of regional heads, one pair of candidates, in siyasah fiqh is allowed and legitimate the existence of one candidate pair
