Tindakan Main Hakim Sendiri (Eigenrichting) Terhadap Pelaku Khalwat Sebagai Dalih Kebiasaan Masyarakat Di Aceh
Full text linkThis study discusses the act of vigilantism (eigenrichting) carried out by a group of people in the community against men and women who are suspected of committing acts of khalwat in Aceh, such as persecution, beating, confinement, or other acts of hurt or distress. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, which studies in depth and holistically with the type of field research and uses a sociological juridical approach. Data obtained through observation and interviews conducted independently and controlled. While the data were analyzed using four components of interactive analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of the study show that, firstly, vigilantism is still practiced by the community against the perpetrators of khalwat, such as bathing with sewage water, hitting, parading around the village of the perpetrators of seclusion. Second, the Government through the Department of Islamic Law and Wilayatul Hisbah in Langsa City, Banda Aceh and Aceh Besar District has made various efforts to minimize vigilante treatment by socializing the provisions of the Jinayah Qanun related to procedures for resolving cases of seclusio
Students’ Writing Ability on Islamic Narrative Text Topic
Full text linkThe research focused on students’ writing ability on Islamic narrative text topic at XI grade students MA An-Nur Padangsidimpuan. It was done through quantitative research. There were 11 students as samples of the research. The students’ ability was measured by giving them essay test in writing about Islamic topic such prophet story. The data was analyzed by calculating students’ mean score to decide students’ ability category. Based on the result of research, students’ mean score was 75.09. It means that, the students’ ability categorizes into good category

Full text linkDating has become a part of social phenomena in society. Dating is indeed a way to strengthen the closeness between men and women. But in dating, it is not always smooth, but someone can experience breakups, fights, and so on. Therefore. This study examines the causes and resistance of anxiety in dating adolescents who experience a breakup or fight with their partners. This research was conducted in Pandan Indah Village, Praya Barat Daya District, Central Lombok Regency, using a qualitative approach or field research. The data collection methods used in this study were interviews, documentation and observation, with the aim of knowing the causes and resistance of anxiety in dating adolescents in Pandan Indah Village, Praya Barat Daya District, Central Lombok Regency. The results and discussion in this study are. First, the phenomenon of the teenage dating culture in Pandan Indah Village which is still thick or fanatical with their dating culture, namely midang, where midang is the arrival of a man to his girlfriend's house which is only carried out at night with certain purposes such as strengthening his relationship, building solidarity or closeness. the families of both parties, then to discuss their future wedding day. Second, the causes of turmoil in dating relationships in Pandan Indah Village include dishonest couples, lack of communication and cheating partners. Full text linkThis study aims to prove is there a significant influence between learning readiness and learning motivation simultaneously and partially on the learning outcomes of the student economics in class X SMA Negeri 1 Batang Angkola. The method used is descriptive method. Data collections technique using questionnaries and documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple and multiple linier regression test with the help of SPSS version 26.00. the results obtained prove that Fhitung is 9,479 with a value sig 0,001 while the Ftabel value at the 95% (α = 0,05) is 3,28. Therefore, in both calculation, i.e F hitung F tabel (9,479 3,28) and value sig(0,001 0,05) shows that there is a simultaneous and partial effect of learning readiness and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of economic subjects in class X IPS SMA N 1 Batang Angkola. This means that the better students learning readiness and the higher the motivation to learn, the higher the learning outcomes achieved. Learning readiness and learning motivation are learning principle that can affect student learning outcomes. It is worth exploring how a family educates children in their life or family environment. However, what is of concern in this article is character education in single parent families in Talang Belido Village. By utilizing primary and secondary data, obtained from observations and interviews as well as documentation, the researcher attempted to collect relevant data related to the topic of this research. Data were analyzed following data reduction techniques, data display, and data verification to draw conclusions. This article draws the conclusion that character education in single parent families gets great attention for the head of the family. Even though they realize they have no knowledge, experience and are able to give advice to their children. Character values that are often conveyed are honesty, religious and respect for others. Full text linkRecently, the discourse in the study of Al-Qur'an exegesis has experienced the development of the epistemology of knowledge and the shift in the paradigm of thinking in science along with the guidance of the times and the various challenges that must be developed. This means that the interpretation of the Al-Qur'an in a broad sense is not implemented as an explanation of the Al-Qur'an text. However, interpretation is an attempt to find solutions and discover the nature and purpose of the Qur'an. This basic assumption gave birth to a handful of theories and a variety of approaches in understanding the text of the Qur'an. The focus of this research, explored several aspects of the study. Among them are, first, tracing the basic concepts of hermeneutic and historical approaches in the development of the al-Qur'an interpretation. Second, tracking applications and contextualization, especially in the field of interpretation. The results of the study show that the hermeneutic and historical approach theory has continuity in interpreting texts. Hermeneutics serves as a contextual understanding of the text with the internationalization chronology and the history of the text both in the old and current situation through a historical approach. Estafet Writing Technique in Teaching Writing Recount Text at Pesantren An-Nur Padangsidimpuan in Covid-19 Era
Full text linkThe main focus of the research is to find out the effect of Estafet Writing Technique on writing Recount Text at Grade XI Pesantren An-Nur Padangsidimpuan in Covid-19 era. This research was designed with quantitative research with experimental method. The sample were XI 1 as experimental class that consisted of 11 students and XI 2 as control class that consisted of 10 students. The data were collected through pre-test and post-test in essay test form and analyzed by using t-test formula. The finding showed that the mean score of experimental class was higher than the mean score of control class. After doing T-test, the researcher found that tcount ttable (6.49 2.093). Therefore, alternative hypothesis (Ha) of this research was accepted null hypothesis (H0) was rejected. It can be concluded that there was significant effect of using Estafet Writing Technique on writing Recount Text at grade XI students of MA An-Nur Padangsidimpuan in Covid-19 Er
The Transformation of Educational Management in the Disruption Era
Full text linkThis article describes the transformation of educational management in the disruption era. It could encourage school’s staff and other stakeholders to make improvements, changes, and innovations from traditional or manual systems to digitalization systems such as the MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) application and AI (Artificial Intelligence) which could create convenience, relief, and acceleration of improving the quality of educational program. This study used qualitative method with descriptive approach through library research. The writing technique was carried out through several stages started from the data collection stage to data processing and analysis stage that was considered relevant and had relationship with the problems of the study. Based on the result, it shows that the transformation of educational management in the disruption era includes: 1) transforming educational management that is centered on the achievement of service quality and graduates, 2) leadership which has vision and mission that create concrete and transparent policies, 3) organizing the human resources who are capable of making improvements, changes and innovations, and 4) building a work culture that produces and generates the indicators of performance
The Role of University Libraries in Meeting Information Needs for Students and Lecturers: A Portrait of Libraries in North Sumatra
Full text linkThis research was conducted in North Sumatra, by selecting three research locations altogether under the auspices of PTKIN (State Islamic Religious High School) namely the Library of North Sumatra UIN Medan, IAIN Padangsidimpuan and STAIN Mandailing Natal. The selection of this location was based on the representation of religious college libraries in North Sumatra. The three universities have different characteristics. This study aims to see a portrait of a university library in North Sumatra. The existence of a library is very vital in improving the academic quality of a university. The research model used is qualitative, by extracting in-depth data from the point of view of informants, through FGD (Focus Group Discussion), Observation and documentation studies. The results show that there are three roles of library managers in realizing an effective information service system in university libraries.
