Educational facilities and infrastructure are important factors in improving the efficiency of learning and learning. Aktualisasi Kurikulum Terintegrasi di SMA Trensains Tebuireng Jombang
Quality education is produced from quality process. The superior graduates is produced from formation and development their character values which are internalized to be superior individuals. To produce graduates with values character needs effective planning, implementing, and supervision. This research discusses the concept of SMA Trensains Tebuireng curriculum such as; component, structure, and actualization of integrated curriculum, the steps of actualization of integrated curriculum, and the implication of curriculum. SMA Trensains Tebuireng implements Semesta curriculum which combines between national, international, and pesantren sains wisdom curriculum. And the actualization steps are planning, implementing, evaluating, and activity completeness, and measurability of results achieved

Head masters as teacher staff function to lead shools which cunduct education especially in the teaching and learning process. As institution manager, they have an important role such as designer, organizer, staff education, and school supervisor. Taecher as educator transfers knowledge to students. They have experience about their profesion, by this way, they create smart students. As transformator, they plant faith, pious, and causing students to have good moral and autonomous students. The research result show that head master strategy in increasing PAI teacher competece of SMA Miftahul Ulum Ambunten Sumenep are in the field of: a) head master strategy, b) school programs, c) head master role, and d) conducting many changes. The supporting factors are human resources who have higher motivation and work seriously in developing their competence, good facilities for learning, then the obstacles factors are the less of fund or donationn to provide facility in moment time

The role of the foundation's leader is one of the keys between the foundation and the educational institution effectively, because it must pay attention to what happens in every development activity in the institution and the mission of the institution. The leader of the foundation is demanded to continually foster and enhance good cooperative relations with the institution in order to realize the mission of an effective and efficient institution. Institutional programs certainly cannot run smoothly if there is no support from a foundation. This study aims to determine the role of foundation leaders in the development of educational institutions. The place of research was conducted at MA At-taufiq Bogem. Grogol, Diwek, Jombang. The results showed that the foundation's leaders helped determine the policies and regulations of the institution, motivated the work of the head of the institution, strengthened all policies in the institution, played an active role in every institutional facility development, supervised and controlled every institution's activities, attended every board meeting the teacher to see all the problems and developments, hold a period of deliberation with the head of the institution to see the results of the institution's development report, conduct teacher training through monthly meetings, participate in educating teachers and students with santri status in each study filled with the foundation's own leaders who also as caregivers at the foundation's boarding school

Education is an investment where the process requires concrete steps to make it happen; it can be taken through informal, non-formal and formal education, which in the process the teacher's role is significant and urgent, in addition to education and teaching, it is also demanded as professionals. One effort to improve teacher professionalism through the supervision process. The purpose of this study is to find out and describe the efforts made by a head in enhancing the competence and abilities of the teacher through the process of supervision activities carried out by internalizing prophetic values. The type of this research is literature, with a pattern of qualitative research, the purpose of this research is understanding, data is naturalistic, the method is inductive, reporting is descriptive and analytical. Data analysis techniques are inductive, deductive and comparative methods. The results of this study are that in carrying out supervision activities, both supervisors and supervised teachers can internalize prophetic values ??in their actions. That way these activities can be valuable for supervisors and supervised ones. The conclusion of this study is that as a supervised (object of supervision), one must accept it as a form of worship as a relationship between fellow believers to remind each other in terms of goodness, display and appear as they are, honest and not manipulate (eg documents), carry out responsibilities, improvements and judgments for oneself before they are considered to be ended later. And no less important is, intending to improve and improve quality
Implementasi Pendidikan Karakter Berbasis Imtaq di SMP A. Wahid Hasyim Tebuireng Jombang
The future challenge in education is creating individuals who are able to learn for life. The challenge of shifting values ??in society will bring a value crisis. To avoid it is implementing of character education to improve the quality of faith and piety. This study aims to describe the implementation of character education. This research is a qualitative research. Using interview, observation, and documentation as techniques of collecting data, then the data was analyzed by Miles and Huberman models. The research results showed that the implementation of character education through: habitual worship before school, in the class, rest, and before going home; giving advice inside and outside the learning process; exemplary teacher in starting the application of character education; internalization by focusing on cognition dimension and value, as well as extracurricular and religious programs. Strategi Promosi dalam Manajemen Pemasaran Pondok Pesantren Al Urwatul Wutsqo Diwek Jombang
Islamic boarding schools as religious education institutions have the main objectives, namely; preparing santri to master the knowledge of Islam (taffaqquh fi al din), then followed by propaganda spreading Islam and the stronghold of the people in the field of morals. Al Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School Diwek Jombang includes educational institutions that contribute to the nation by holding promotions to encourage the public to obtain the proper education. The purpose of this study was to determine the promotional strategies in marketing management in the Al Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School Diwek Jombang. This type of research is field research. The results of the study indicate that the promotion strategy uses tools; electronic media, stickers, banners, wall clocks, calendars, and personal selling. Marketing management through the stages of planning, organization, actualization, evaluation. The supporting factors are vision, motivation from caregivers, santri whose loyalty and totality and promotional tools are quite interesting. The inhibitors are santri / ustadz who are not visionary and semisi with Islamic boarding schools and some weaknesses of promotional tools. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of promotional strategies in marketing management of the Al Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School Diwek Jombang uses existing management tools and functions in the company's marketing management

The leader quality in an organization determines whether or the organization reach the goal expected. There are two basic capacities as main points should be owned for a leader and as ideal requirement for the leader in the institution, they are managerial skill dan technical skill. Whether the leader will be succeed or not in conducting their leadership, however, determined not only on their technical skill, but more on their managerial skill, in this case their skill in making people to work. Madrasa is one of educational institution which has an importance existence in improving the nation’s intelligence, makes effort to improve the quality education out put which has been complained community by fostering and developing the Islamic educational institution. The form of fostering and developing is private empowerment. The private madrasa is the growth of educational institution root in the environment of Ministry of religion, and it is the largest part of the madrasa in Indonesia
Telaah Konseptual Urgensi Tertanamnya Roh Jihad Seorang Pemimpin Pendidikan Terhadap Suksesnya Pendidikan Agama Islam
The phenomenon of moral decline and the humanitarian crisis is now rampant and is happening everywhere. The act is not only done by teenagers, but by some parents and even leaders. This can be seen by the proliferation of corruption, the association of free sex, drugs, the spread of news about sheepfighting and hatred and hoax news that are very disturbing to the public. Even radical movements in the name of religion and ethnicity began to flourish. The purpose of this study is to unravel the theme of the urgency of the spirit of the leadership of jihad embedded in the success of education because education leaders now face very heavy challenges in the success of education. The research method used in the research is the type of library research. Based on the results of the conceptual study the urgency of the spirit of the jihad of a leader towards the success of education is found that a leader in his heart implanted the spirit of jihad for the success of education, then a leader will devote all his abilities seriously in doing something in good totality concerning life, emotions, energy, mind and knowledge and time and place for the success of education. This shows that the ideal education leader is a leader who has leadership talents who are strong, responsible and have a spirit of great jihad in carrying out his leadership duties, and still maintain noble character in his own personality
Pengaruh Manajemen Kelas Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa di MTsN 1 Jombang
Teachers are required to have knowledge and skills enabling them to effectively make a conducive learning environment, design learning procedures, develop good relationships with students and increase attention to the academic activities they manage to motivate students to learn, so that learning objectives are achieved. This study aims to determine whether or not there is an influence between classroom management and student learning motivation. This research method is a quantitative method. In collecting the data, the researcherused questionnaires, then the data analyzed by simple linear regression. The results showed that there is a significant influence between classroom management and student motivation, the results of t countedis greater than t table with 98 degrees of freedom and significance level of 5%, is (19.156>1.66055). The influenceof classroom management toward students’ motivation is 78.9%
