Implementasi Manajemen Tenaga Pendidik di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Salafiyah Safi'iyah Tebuireng Jombang
oai:ojs.pkp.sfu.ca:article/4Educator management in terms of planning, recruitment, selection, training, performance, appraisal and compensation is an activity that must be done to gain qualified educators. This esearch is aimed to reveal planning, recruitment, selection, training, performance, appraisal and compensation of educators and described the management process of educators done by MTs Salafiyah Safi'iyah Tebuireng Jombang. This research is qualitative with case study. The results are the first, planning educator mostly has been correlated to the analysis of job recruitment and selection and coaching explicitly. Second, the recruitment and selection activities are not publicly and very limited. Third, coaching has been done represent pattern of systematic planning either in the procedure or the determination of the program, meanwhile the assessment of educator performance has been based on the standard of procedure. Fourth, direct or indirect compensation has been set in the rules and regulations
Perbandingan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah antara SMP Negeri I Diwek dan MTs Negeri Keras Diwek Jombang
This research pupose is to know the school based management implementation at SMP Negeri I Diwek and MTs Negeri Keras. The research uses qualitative approach. The data was collected using observation, interview, and documents as instrument. The result of this research showed that the school based management of both SMP Negeri I Diwek and MTs Negeri Keras by implementing five steps such as: (1) planning, included: situation analysis, formulating objectives and SWOT analysis, (2) implementation, (3) supervision, (4) evaluation, and (5). reporting. The target and gols can be achieved by supporting of various elements exist in the schools, adequate facilities, infrastructure, the work ethic and high morale of all elements. While the inhibiting factors of these two schools is not very meaningful, because both of them have done planning and consideration before the implementation of school-based management. Howeve, the facilities and infrastructure at MTs Negeri Keras is inadequate. The similarities between the two schools are able to implement school-based management properly, implement school and community relations, as well as carrying out monitoring and evaluation based on the ability of each school. The difference is in the form of a program that is implemented at both schools

Characters is pillars of nation building, moral decadence happened can be overcome by character-based education. The existence of pesantren which mission is preaching Islam has advantages as educational institutions which not only improves the quality of science, but develop and cultivate students' character, because education is based on and driven by the values ​​of Islam. The Effect of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture Toward Teacher Motivation of MTs Arrohman Jombang in Academic of 2016/2017
Leadership style and organizational culture in an organization has big effect toward the growth of employee motivation to work. In education as well as, the school leadership style and organizational culture have influence of teachers’ motivation in conducting their tasks. The study is aimed to describe how far the school leadership style and organizational culture influence teachers’ motivation to work at MTs Arrohman Jombang. This study is quantitative and questionnaire as the instrument. The result shows that the leadership style and organizational culture partially or simultaneously influence significantly on the teachers’ motivation in MTs Arrohman Jombang in academic year of 2015/2016 proved by t-test results t test > t table (3,358 > 2,023) with a significant level of t < 5% (0,002 < 0,05) and Ftest of 79,228 and a significance level of F < 5% (0.000 <0,05). Whereas, the influence of variables of leadership style and organizational culture on the teachers’ motivation was 80,2% and the rest of 19,8% is influenced by other factor

Anger can be managed by controlling the wrath, forgiving someone mistake, doing ihsan to the one who has tortured, praying and simple in action. By having good capability in controlling anger well, means they have accomplished personal intelligence in fostering good relation with other. In this case they are able to be good person individually and socially. In other words, they have not only “sajadah ilahiyyah”, but also “sajadah insaniyyah” which is upheld by yang al-Qur’an that’s called Habl Min Allah wa Habl Min al-Nas. This is appropriate with the function Islamic education that is instilling good character in the children soul when they are growing up by direction and advice. So that their moral becomes one of their capability seeped their soul in the form of virtue, kindness and like to work for the benefit of the country
Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah dalam Inovasi Manajemen Pendidikan Di MTs N Diwek Jombang
The headmaster leadership is one of important factors to realize the vision, mission, goals, and objective of that school through the programs conducted planned and pushed. The headmaster eventually is required to have adequate management and leadership ability to be able to initiative in improving the school quality. The headmaster of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negri Diwek Jombang has done education management function, such as planning, organizing, motivating, and controlling. The efforts have been done in educational management innovation of MTsN are: a) increasing the education personnel quality, b) improving the discipline of teachers, c) providing facilities and infrastructure. d) grouping students and e) creating program extracurricular and religious activities. The supporting factor is the teacher is active in assisting the implementation of innovation and the availability of infrastructure, while inhibiting factor is many teachers are not qualified
Kepemimpinan Kiai dalam Pengembangan Pondok Pesantren al Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang: (Studi Kasus di MTs Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Tebuireng)
Pesantren as the oldest of educational institutions has fulfilled in preparing religion expert an scholars, besides, it also created many freedom fighter and national leaders. The leadership in pesantren of Al Urwatul Wutsqo has two types, namely charismatic and democratic. The charismatic leader can be seen from his owned science, firmness, wisdom, good, obedient, sincere, and fair in organizing and managing his pesantren. He is also altruistic than himself. Therefore, many people are disinclined him. Meanwhile his democratic can be viewed from his action or policy always includes his subordinates. The results have been achieved are: 1) organization of educational institutions, both formal and non formal, 2) education based on the Qur'an, the curriculum of education is oriented to implement al Qur'an and hadith verses. Besides, the pupils must teach and spread them, 3) carrying out free education from cottage to college, 4) developing the pupils talents in a variety of skills for example agriculture, livestock, buildings, the furniture, sewing, and many others
