Knowledge Management sebagai Upaya Learning Organization di Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Yogyakarta
This article aims to study knowledge management as an effort for learning organizations in STAIYO. The formulation of the problem in this study relates to the central object, the main actor, and the knowledge management process as a learning organization at STAIYO. This study used a qualitative approach with the background of knowledge management activities at STAIYO. The results of this study indicate that the central object in knowledge management in STAIYO is related to increasing member competence, which includes pedagogical competence, personal competence, professional competence, and social competence. The actors in knowledge management are certainly all structural members possessed by STAIYO. While the application process of knowledge management as an effort for learning organizations in STAIYO consists of, 1) the socialization process; regular discussions, holding seminars, including one member to attend training and/or training, 2) externalization process; documenting the results of routine discussions and making proceedings on the results of the seminar, 3) the combination process; requires every member of the organization to conduct research in each year, 4) internalization process; requires lecturers to publish in educatia (their internal journal)
Kompetensi Kepribadian Guru dalam Kitab Adab Al-‘Alim Wa Al Muta’alim dalam Perspektif Permendiknas No. 16 Tahun 2007
Teacher's personality is a very important competency. The weak personality of the teacher can cause moral violations. Therefore it needs to be regulated in legislation, one of them is Permendiknas No 16 Th. 2007. The Book of Adab al-im alim Wa al-Muta'allim is one of the great works of Hadratus Syaikh Hasyim Asy'ary also explaining the teacher's personal competence. This study describes the teacher's personality competencies in the Permendiknas No 16 Th. 2007. The results of this study are expected to be a reference material to be able to improve teacher personality competencies. This is library research with a descriptive and comparative qualitative approach, using primary and secondary documentary data sources, which data are analyzed using comparative analysis. This study concludes that the study of teacher personality competencies in the book of Adab Alim wa al Muta'allim is explained in detail. The contents of these competencies are appropriate and cover the whole formulation of the core teacher’s personality competencies which are explained globally and generally in the Pemendiknas no. 16 of 2007
Manajemen Kaderisasi Guru Al-Qur’an untuk Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Bulurejo Diwek Jombang
This study is done in al Urwatul Wutsqo boarding school, and focusing on three aspects, such as cadres forming quality; cadres forming of al Qur’an teacher to increase education quality; and the problems occurred in conducting cadres forming in al Urwatul Wutsqo. The research results are: 1. the cadres forming quality are in the field of a) government support; b) effective leader in managing; c) professional teacher; d) the relevance curriculum; e) graduate with certain quality; f) good culture organization and climate; g) community and parents ‘support. 2. The cadres forming management of al Qur’an teacher to increase education quality are in the field of a) implementation of cadres forming started from the first time the students stay at the boarding house; b) it conducted at diniyah; the graduates are given a card as proof that they have been graduated; practicing of teaching in the institution nearby; 3. The obstacle factors are: a) less of human resources; b) less of cadres forming; c) teachers; and d) the fluctuate system

Personnel management is management which gets at staffing issues in an institution. It needs smart and skilled employees to make them work effective and efficiently. Therefore, institution has to carry out strict selection in accepting new employees. Likewise, the institution aims will be reached if they have smart and skilled employees, and its amount is adequate. The main goal of personnel management is planning, procurement, development, promotion and transfer, dismissal, retirement, and welfare of employees. The rapid change in society should be followed schools by increasing its personal profession, and the capacity building is not based on their work experience only, since the length of profession practice is not an increasing ability guarantee. Thereof, the head master as manager can improve the personnel profession in various ways
Evaluasi Kurikulum sebagai Kerangka Acuan Pengembangan Pendidikan Islam
Evaluation in an action or process to decide value of something. The curriculum is a subsystem in education cannot be separated from the dynamics process in the society. The curriculum therefore, should be organized to prepare learners in facing the future obstacles. This article discusses the importance of curriculum evaluation in some aspects and giving the construction of understanding for all parties involved in education that the curriculum evaluation becomes reference frame of Islamic education as it is very important in the globalization era, such aspects as curriculum evaluation, and curriculum development, types of evaluation strategies, curriculum evaluation models. Therefore, this curriculum evaluation can be used as a measurement or be used as a fundamental reference by institutions, especially Islamic education
Implementasi Manajemen Kelas dalam Meningkatkan Keefektifan Pembelajaran Tafsir Ahkam di MTs al Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang
This study describes the implementation classroom management in increasing the learning effectiveness of Tafsir Ahkam at MTs Al Urwatul Wutsqo Bulurejo Diwek Jombang. This study uses qualitative approach in the form of case study. The data collection in this study used participant observation, in depth interview, and documentation. To test the validity of data, the researcher used extension study, perseverance observation, and triangulation. The results are 1) the lesson plan of Tafsir Ahkam at MTs Al Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang included creating syllabus, lesson plan, semester and the annual program. 2) The organizing classes started from grouping students based on their intelligence, organizing students discipline to keep classroom conducive, organizing methods and means to further emphasize the forms of learning that will be conducted. 3) The implementation of Tafsir Ahkam teacher is the teacher mastery of material, classroom condition, and the learning approach. 4) classroom evaluation is conducted by assessing of each meeting both cognitive and affective. However, the students affective is an important consideration in determining the score obtained the students
Problematika Implementasi Penilaian Autentik Kurikulum 2013 dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam Di SD Negeri Ploso I Pacitan
The main component to know the effectiveness of the learning process is through assessment. The relevance of assessment methods with the curriculum applied in educational institutions is very important. The assessment method relevant with the 2013 curriculum is an authentic assessment. This authentic assessment method measures the competence of attitudes, skills and knowledge based on process and outcome (competence of cognitive, affective, psychomotor). In contrast to the previous curriculum assessment methods that always emphasize cognitive competence (knowledge) and tend to be oriented to exam results, in authentic assessment teachers always pay attention to the balance between attitude competency assessment, knowledge and skills tailored to the development of characteristics of learners in accordance with the ladder. As has been observed in SDN Ploso I Pacitan with the results of the implementation level of authentic assessment of Islamic Education has not been effective. This is constrained by the teacher's lack of awareness in the assessment process

The effectiveness of communication in the teaching and learning activity is when the students are able to draw meaning of information they have received. The use of learning source of media have an important role to increase students competence especially PAI. The students knowledge will not be verbal, they ara able to internalize and apply in attitude and behavior as spiritual and social. The media as intermediaries can cause same meaning as message between teacher and students, so that the learning can be communicative. In maximizing PAI learning and reaching the goal, it needs many considerations in choosing media, such as 1) the media should be accurate and representative, 2) the interaction gained, 3) the special ability media posses, 4) degree of motivation, 5) and the cost needed
Implementasi Total Quality Management (TQM) dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan: (Studi Kasus di MTs Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Tebuireng)
The school challenge is creating qualified human resource who are capable in solving global problems in education. The Total Quality Management (QTM) is a concept of school management in implementing education and it is expected to be able to provide a better change in accordance with the development, the demands and dynamics of society in addressing the problems of education management at the school level. The impelementation steps of Total Quality Management at MTs Salafiyah Syafi``'iyah Tebuireng has fulfilled of Total Quality Management principles. The educational quality of MTs Salafiyah Syafi'iyah in term of input quality, students, teachers, facilities has reached the target. Besides, the teachers have used variety teaching method, so that students can understang the given materials. The out put quality, MTs Salafiyah Syafi'iyah is able to produce excellence either in academic or non-academic. The obstacle factors of MTs salafiyah Syafi'iyah quality is: many programs are launched, so that a specified time often clash with other activities, the centralized financial, not all students stay in boarding school, so the founder can not supervise the students during in hours

Al-Ghaz?l? in Sufism has had big influenced of his thought in the world. He was Syafi’i follower in fiqih law and Asy’ariyah in theology, when he was in Baghdad he hung out with many mazhabs. Ihya’ Ul?m al-D?n is outlined with sharp thought method. The discussion is divided to systematic parts. It combined outward and inner fiqh, in explaining the difficult terms, this book uses tamstil. Al Ghazali has written heart diseases and its medicine. It also inserted many advantage stories as refreshing phase. Heart education is the soul controlling process. This soul consequently is able to encourage the physical activity in daily life appropriate with syari’ah of Allah through riyadhoh, fasting, praying or other worships. It also makes person becomes obidient people from birth to death, through many education and teaching and learning gradually, in which the learning peocess is parents and society responsibility toward a pious (shalih) person.
