    The development of technology demands Islamic education institution as the actor of islamization of knowledge project to increase its quality through management of teachers. As the key for achieving school’s vision, teachers must be managed well. This research investigated the process of management of teachers conducted by SMA PGII 1 Bandung. This school was chosen since it evidently could achieve its vision and have competitive alumna showen by their success in getting scholarschip to Germany. This was a case study with qualitative approach. The instruments were interview, questionnaire and observation with teacher, vice of headmaster and chief of administration as respondents. The results show that this school has serious efforts in protect the teachers’ professionalism since recruitment process. The founding program, performance analysis, giving appreciation and sanction become the strategies in increasing the teachers’ quality. This shows that by a comprehensive management of teachers, a school could achieve its vision

    The Qur'an is a guide for every human being, including the Muslim population in Indonesia. However, not a few people who do not understand the Qur'an. The contributing factor is the number of teachers of the Qur'an that is not comparable with the number of Muslim population in Indonesia. The solution, needs a breakthrough in the field of procurement of Qur'an teachers in large numbers. The process can be pursued through the Qur'an teacher regeneration program. MA-UW is an educational institution, among the programs that are launched is the regeneration of the Qur'an teacher. This research focuses on three aspects, namely: Planning the regeneration of the Qur'an teacher in MA-UW (2) Implementation of the regeneration of the Qur'an teacher in MA-UW? (3) Evaluation of the regeneration of the Qur'an teacher in MA-UW? To solve problems and find answers to the three problems above, this study uses a qualitative approach with asingle case study approach. The results of this study found that: 1. Planning the regeneration of the Qur'an teacher at MA al Urwatul Wutsqo: a. Prepare books as a reference for regeneration material b. Prepare students to be recruited c. Formation of teaching practice groups d. Providing teaching places at the elementary / junior high school level and MI / MTs level. 2. Implementation of regeneration: a. Cadre implementation starts from class 1 (one). b. Cadre implementation is carried out during school hours. c. Granting trainer certificates for those who have graduated. d. Teaching practice in elementary / junior high and MI / MTs. 3. Evaluation of regeneration: a. Post-regeneration evaluation in schools, simulations, written tests, teaching practices in elementary / junior high schools & MI / MTs. b. Post practice evaluation: Written report and periodic monitoring

    Efforts to develop and improve teacher performance are basically an endless organizational need. This is caused by the development and improvement of performance not only if there is a gap between actual performance and expected performance, but also the development and improvement must continue to be done even though there is no gap. In fact, it should always be considered in order to experience continuous improvement. The purpose of this study is to describe the improvement of teacher performance, how the role of principals in improving teacher performance and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors of school principals in improving teacher performance. In this study shows that the role of school principals in improving teacher performance in SMKS Nurul Iman Ellak Sumenep Lenteng Power as follows: 1) Motivating work spirit, 2) Fostering discipline, 3) Giving awards, 4) Providing consultations, 5) Conducting class visits, 6) Demonstrate model attitudes and behaviors, 7) Develop the teaching profession. Meanwhile the supporting factors of school principals in improving teacher performance are: 1) Human resources, namely from the excitement and seriousness of the teachers to improve their performance, 2) Infrastructure facilities that are very helpful in improving teacher performance, such as lab space. computer, projector etc. meanwhile the inhibiting factors are: 1) incomplete infrastructure facilities such as sports fields and library rooms, 2) schools do not have independent funding sources such as school cooperatives

    Kafa'ah (balance / equality) in choosing a mate aims to realize the goals of the family are sakinah, mawaddah and rahmah and blessed with children who are salih and salihah. The only reason hat is considered is religion, because parents are educators who will later be responsible for implementing family education towards the realization of the marriage goal. This research examines the concept of marriage kafa'ah and its relevance to the concept of Islamic education. This study uses a type of literature with an analytical descriptive approach that will be analyzed with content analysis. This study resulted in a conclusion that Kafa'ah religion (aqeedah,worship, morality) was the only kufu that became a consideration to realize the purpose of marriage.     Supervision is a supervisor activity to improve the management of religious education in schools or madrasah so that the teaching and learning activities condition can be achieved. Supervision is not only done by supervisors, but also school principal. As a supervisor, the principal should be good at researching and determining the conditions are needed for the progress of the school to make education objectives is achieved. SMAN Bareng Jombang, has only 2 teachers of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) who are teaching of 19 classes. Therefore, they need much time and guidance from supervisor in developing and improving the quality of teaching and learning process they have conducted. The result shows that the principal role in supervising Islamic religious education in SMAN Bareng was well implemented. The evidence is the principal has done suprvision as researchers, consultants, facilitators, motivators and pioneers of renewal. Such the technique used is observing  classroom or direct observation techniques, and the approach used is a collaborative approach

    Head master role is very important, they have to be able to plan, conduct, and evaluate their programs periodically towards education process. Learning as interactive process between students and their environment, so the practice is more important. The role of PAI in school is for founding Indonesia young generation especially in creating good and faithful human. The research result are: 1). the head master observes directly when the learning process occured, involved his vice especially for kepondokan task, asks the teachers to join workshop, PAI is taught integrally, adding reading and writing al qur’an as mulok, reading kitab, praying practice, and another extra program. 2). The lesson plan including discussion, demostration as method, it uses national curriculum, learning sometimes is done out of class, and  PAI is developed through bulughul al- maram and adabu at ta’lim wa al muta’allim, evaluation is conducted oral and written test.     The quality of learning is strongly influenced by the professional quality of teacher performance, therefore efforts to improve the professional abilities of teachers in carrying out the learning and teaching process can be through supervision assistance. The professionalism of teachers in Primaganda High School is still said to have not yet achieved optimal results, so through the supervision activities of the principal provides guidance, motivation and technical assistance to teachers who experience difficulties in learning activities so as to improve teacher professionalism. The results of the study indicate that that the role of the principal's supervision in increasing the professionalism of teachers in Primaganda High School has strived to achieve optimal results. Aspects of the role of supervision carried out by the principal is to do (1) coordinator, (2) consultant, (3) group leader, and (4) evaluator. The principal uses the technique of supervision with group supervision and individual supervision. Teacher professionalism at Primaganda High School is carried out with the following aspects; pedagogic aspects, personality aspects, social aspects, and professional aspects. Professionalism of teachers in Primaganda Jombang High School is quite good. The achievement of pedagogical aspects is well categorized, personality aspects are well categorized, social aspects are categorized very well, and professional aspects are sufficiently categorized
