Manajemen Kepeserta Didikan dalam Pengembangan Kecerdasan Intelektual dan Emosional Peserta Didik
This article aims to describe and analyze: student recruitment and development in the development of intellectual-emotional intelligence of students at MTS. Ma'arif Randegansari Driyorejo Gresik. This article uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. The location of this research is MTS. Ma'arif Randegansari Driyorejo Gresik,. Data was collected using observation, structured and in-depth interviews and documentation. The analysis uses data reduction techniques, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Checking the validity of the findings is done by triangulation. Based on the process of data collection and analysis, researchers can conclude several things, namely: (1) Recruitment of new students at MTS. Ma'arif Randegansari Driyorejo Gresik,: active recruit approach with Walks-ins; new prospective students come to MTS. Ma'arif Randegansari Driyorejo Gresik, and registered, and Write-ins; prospective new students and their parents write a registration form. Implementation of Matsama: developing the cognition of new students in terms of divergent and convergent thinking skills. (2) Placement of students in MTS. Ma'arif Randegansari Driyorejo Gresik,: Abjad system; placement of learning in the classroom (intracurricular), The Dual Progress Plan Grouping; dividing students into several groups who have heterogeneous intelligence and are guided by a teacher (Self-Contained Classroom). Fingerprint system; placement of students in the development of talents and interests (extracurricular). Kepemimpinan Pendidikan Islam dalam Pemikiran Al-Ghazali
Whether or not Islamic education is highly dependent on the quality of leadership that is in it, an Islamic education leader must be able to direct his lead to achieve educational goals. In this journal discusses Al-Ghazali's thoughts about ideal leadership in Islamic education. This study uses literature review through primary sources from Al-Ghazali's thought books and secondary from various sources, then analyzed and criticized using content analysis. The research results obtained are that in substance the leadership must always aim to achieve the pleasure of Allah Almighty. Al-Ghazali always puts on all activities aimed at achieving the pleasure of Allah Almighty. There are four basic components of personal leaders in the world of Islamic education. First he must have managerial skills that are able to make planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating. Second, he must have a trustful and responsible nature. The use of management information systems in the field of education (SIMDIK) is very important in management, both in terms of managing academic administration, staffing administration, administration of facilities and infrastructure, reporting administration and so on. However, managing the administrative staff is more prioritized in educational institutions, especially teaching staff because they are the most important element in the education process. The use of management information system as a service system for teaching and education staff will be managed and empowered through SIMPATIKA (Information System for Educators and Education Personnel of the Ministry of Religion). It is helpful the management of teaching and educational staff, although some weaknesses in it. SIM is not only necessary but it is used to realize the vision, improve the educators and educational staff quality in accordance with the educators and education standards. So the use of SIM is as a mandatory step to carry out its mission. Manajemen Kurikulum 2013 Pada Mata Pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam MTs At-Taufiq Bogem Diwek Jombang
The 2013 curriculum aims to improve and improve the quality of national education specifically in character education. This was done to answer the changing times dynamically. MTs At-Taufiq is an institution under the auspices of an independent Foundation both in terms of ideas, operations and finance not dependent on the Foundation. include: (1) All school staff do the 2013 curriculum planning formulation at the beginning of the new school year. (2) The school forms the 2013 curriculum team. (3) Prepares the curriculum through the MGMP of Islamic Cultural History Teachers outside MTs At-Taufiq Bogem Diwek Jombang. (4) The preparation of the lesson schedule is formulated in a meeting at the beginning of the new school year. While the implementation of the 2013 curriculum at MTs At-Taufiq Bogem Diwek Jombang on the subjects of Islamic cultural history can be described as follows: (1) apperception. (2) Exploration. Evaluation of the Development of 2013 Curriculum in Islamic Cultural History Subjects at MTs At-Taufiq Bogem Diwek Jombang is as follows: (1) Evaluation is carried out taking findings in Islamic cultural history teachers in the field (2) These findings are submitted at monthly evaluation meetings. Prophetic Leadership Mahasiswa: Studi pada Program Pembentukan Kepribadian dan Kepemimpinan Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang
The decline of national leadership integrity in recent years is something that we should underline and must be addressed. So that the younger generation does not follow a bad example from existing leaders. As a Muslim, we have an exemplary figure who is always a good role model in speaking, acting and holding a strong principle of life. He was the Prophet Muhammad who had great leadership and what we know as the term Prophetic Leadership.The aim of this study was to find out how the concept of prophetic leadership developed in P2KK and its implementation in forming student prophetic leadership at University of Muhammadiyah Malang. This research was conducted at the UPT. P2KK University of Muhammadiyah Malang in May to June 2019. The approach used is explorative case study research. From the results of the study it was found that there were several concepts of prophetic leadership developed in P2KK, including Aqidah (faith) that was strong, trustworthy and responsible, fair, firmness, noble character , deliberation and proactive. While the implementation is done through simulations, discussions and activities outside the other classes (outbound) which are indirectly able to form the prophetic leadership of the students of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang
Model Pembelajaran Blended Learning yang Bermutu pada Mahasiswa di FITK UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang
The industrial revolution is all life activies using teknology, including in educational institutions that have to improvise learning model. Learning is a process of imitating the example of educators in teaching students' knowledge, attitudes and skills.Lecturers are educators who have the authority to change the way of thinking and how to act towards the development of superior character, so lecturers need competency in the learning model.The learning model requires direct interaction so that the process of seeding values, culture and language manners occurs correctly.This model can be called an offline-based learning process. Offline learning has limited access to reference sources from websites and learning requires face-to-face learning. The referral source facilities available in the campus library are limited, while the online-based referral resource facilities are provided by UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. This learning model provides global and fast access while learning and searching for various reference sources. The learning model is blended learning. Blended learning is mixed learning that combines conventional, face-to-face learning models with remote learning using internet networks. Lecturers use an offline process in the form of face to face at the beginning of the lecture to explain the learning scenario. After that, learning uses the e-learning website facility that is owned by UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. This research approach uses qualitative, the type of research is a case study. This research will work to find facts on how the implementation of learning activities through blended learning at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. The findings show that the blended learning model is implemented by developing a combination of conventional approaches, namely face-to-face learning using website-based learning, e-learning at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, which then succeeded in improving the quality of student learning
Implementasi Manajemen Kurikulum Pesantren di Ponpes Al Urwatul Wutsqo Diwek Jombang
Islamic boarding schools are traditional Islamic educational institutions to study, understand, explore, live, and practice Islamic teachings by emphasizing the importance of religious morals as guidelines for daily behavior. Curriculum management is important, to make the mission and vision of the boarding school targets in accordance with the boarding school objectives based on the level and necessary. Curriculum management includes planning, implementing, and evaluating curriculum activities. The curriculum management of Al Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic boarding school, is al Qur'an-based (Qur'an and Interpretation Development). This study is a qualitative research method, with data collection using interviews, observation and documentation and triangulation as an anlysis. The results of the study are conducting deliberations and coaching with the boarding school caretakers and all religious teachers / clerics (planning), the implementation is the activity of qur'any learning and tafsir amaly, and in evaluation is the responsible report to ustadz/ustadzah about the results, supporting factors: the curriculum has made can be followed since all teachers are the alumni of the Islamic boarding school Al Urwatul Wutsqo, and the inhibiting factor is the bussines of the teacher ho are studying, so that their time is disturbed
Penerapan Kurikulum 2013 Revisi 2018 dalam Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Siswa: Studi Multi Situs di SMP Raden Fatah Batu dan MTs. Ihyaul Ulum Dukun Gresik
The study aim at investigating the process of planning, implementing, and evaluating of the Revised 2013 Curriculum year 2018 to improve the students' achievement. The study was case study research with multi case study design as the objects of the study had some similarities. The data sources were the results of conducting interviews, documentations, and observations. The data analysis included data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The data were verified using data sources triangulation.The result showed: 1) The planning at SMP Raden Fatah Batu and MTs Ihyaul Ulum Gresik was initiated by comprehending the existing syllabus, mapping the main and basic competence as well as the success indicators for each subject. The involvement of the teachers in The Teacher Association Forum was maximized to share ideas and conform the planning. 2) In implementing, both schools involved the associated basic competence and current issues, created pleasant and conducive learning, used learning media, and involved the parents which were effective in improving the students' achievement. 3) The evaluation was conducted comprehensively and factually. The students' achievement was identified continually on all of the aspects of learning and it involved teacher-counselor The final score was derived from the averaged total score
