    The quality of education in Indonesia in general is still far from what was expected, the 2018 PISA score for Indonesia is ranked 72nd among 77 countries. The quality of education is identical to the maximum processed output. At MTs Negeri 1 Kediri in 2019, one of its students received the highest UNBK scores for SMP and MTs in Kediri Regency. The principal is one of the important factors in improving the quality of education in his school and one of the competences of the principal is as a supervisor. The problems studied were the principal's efforts to improve the quality of education, and the principal's techniques in carrying out supervision in an effort to improve the quality of education at MTs Negeri 1 Kediri. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data validity test used was to increase the persistence of observations and data triangulation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the research, the efforts made by the principal included the formulation of a madrasah vision and mission, a solid team, developing the knowledge of educators, integrating curriculum, facilitating student interests and talents, realization of literacy programs, and maximizing information technology. While the techniques used in improving the quality of education include individual supervision techniques in the form of class visits and observations, individual meetings, and self-assessment.     In order to obtain maximum learning outcomes, students must have persistence in learning and be able to manage time in learning. Good time management (regulation) will produce something good too, such as learning outcomes that match expectations. This research is a descriptive correlational study using a quantitative approach. Using numerial or numeric data analysis. The data collection method is a questionnaire (questionnaire) and observation. The subjects of this study were all students with a population of 30 students. The data analysis used is simple linear regression analysis. This study aims to determine the effect of time management on student learning outcomes in the subject of fiqh at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-As'Ad Brambang Diwek Jombang. The results of this study indicate (1) the time management of students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-As'Ad Brambang. Diwek Jombang was declared good with a percentage of 43.33%, (2) The learning outcomes of students in fiqh subjects at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-As'Ad Brambang Diwek Jombang were stated to be quite good with a percentage of 60%, (3) There was a significant influence between time management on The learning outcomes of students in the subject of fiqh at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-As'Ad Brambang Diwek Jombang with a value of 0.019 are smaller than the probability value of 0.05

    This article is intended to capture the extent to which PAI teachers are prepared to implement the 2013 Curriculum at the SMA and SMK levels in Sidoarjo. Readiness is seen from the planning, process, and assessment. This research is a qualitative research with interview data collection technique, observation and documentation study. The main data sources in this study were PAI teachers at SMAN 3 and SMK Antarctica 1 Sidoarjo. The results showed that in general the readiness of PAI teachers in implementing the 2013 curriculum at SMAN 3 Sidoarjo and SMK Antarctica 1 Sidoarjo was good, starting from aspects of planning, implementation and assessment of learning.     So far, education experts have contributed a lot of thoughts on tips on child sexual education, but the operation of the education process is only through informal education, which is only in the family environment. This study seeks to present the flow of the sexual education process of children at the school level as an integral part of the learning process. This study discusses the contribution of student management to sexual education of children in schools. This study uses library research methods and uses documentation study as a data collection technique. The results revealed that the process of implementing sexual education in students can be carried out in three stages of activities, namely the stages of admitting new students, the learning process, guidance and monitoring. The first stage is through managing new student orientation activities which are divided into male and female groups, new students are accustomed not to mingle with the opposite sex. This activity should also be used by the school to socialize school rules that contain sexual education values. The second stage, management of the learning process in the form of managing student groupings based on gender (gender grouping); determining the learning method through the expository method, discussion method, exemplary method, and habituation method; as well as managing learning programs by incorporating sexual education values ??into formal subjects such as Biology, Sociology, Morals, and Fiqh. The next stage is to carry out structured guidance related to sexual education coaching under the supervision of guidance and counseling teachers. The final stage in the series of sexual education processes in schools is monitoring activities that involve all stakeholders in the school environment such as the principal, vice principal in student affairs, homeroom teachers, subject teachers, guidance and counseling teachers and even parents
