Wahab Hasbullah and 3) evaluation of learning moderate Islamic Education for tafsir tarbawi courses at Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah. The research method used is a qualitative method. Data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: 1) the planning of moderate Islamic education learning steps for decision-making steps agreement between lecturers and students on the existence of similarities in the Semester Learning Plan and material in the objectives so that learning planning is planned effectively and efficiently. 2) the implementation of moderate Islamic education learning, while the learning strategies used are active discussion / debate and problem-based learning. In the learning material of the tarbawi interpretation course, there are values of religious moderation. 3) the evaluation of moderate Islamic education learning carried out on an ongoing basis cannot be determined only from the results but must be viewed based on the process from beginning to end in order to find more comprehensive results

This study focuses on how the model of student empowerment in reading, library management in increasing reading interest, supporting and inhibiting factors of library management in increasing students' interest in reading at MTs Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Bandung Diwek Jombang. This research is qualitative research. While the data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data display, and data verification. The model of empowering students in reading at MTs Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Diwek Jombang can be simulated with several points, namely programming for reading, motivating, and coaching the reader. In the management of the library at MTs Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Diwek Jombang there are several things that are carried out as functions of management, namely planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. The inhibiting factor for library management in increasing students' reading interest is that it can be influenced by several factors, namely management management is still not carried out optimally, collections of books or library materials have not been maximized, human resources or librarian staff, and facilities and infrastructure

Teacher Work) together with the Sister School namely MI Muslimat NU, Pucang, Sidoarjo they collaborated in creating learning innovations, which were then disseminated by KKG participants to all teachers in the educational institution, but in its implementation it was inseparable from obstacles, ranging from the lack of attendance, lack of enthusiasm and lack of enthusiasm for teachers, that's what happened, but all can be overcome by giving rewards for those who are active in activities. while there is also punishment (coaching) for those who are not active in activities, all of which are aimed at achieving the mission and goals of the organization, and the implementation of knowledge management is going well with the result of local wisdom.

Get PDFThe research aims to determine the relationship of social studies teacher’s leadership style with student’s learning motivation at SMP Negeri 104 Jakarta. The research uses a correlational method with a sampling technique obtained by 167 students from a population of 272 students. Data were analyzed with product moment correlation coefficient to test hypotheses and obtain conclution. The results showed that there was relationship between the leadership styles of social studies subject teachers in the classroom with students learning motivation, 1) the autocratic leadership style of social studies subject teachers in class was positively and significantly related to students learning motivastion as supporting leadership style, the results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient of 0.615 and the results of hypothesis testing with t-test obtained tcount (10,020) > ttable (1,974) with a significant level (?) = 0.05. 2) laissez faire leadership style of social studies subject teachers in class was positively and significantly related to students learning motivation as supporting leadership style, the results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient of 0.502 and the results of hypothesis testing with t-test obtained tcount (7.462) > ttable (1.974) with a significant level (?) = 0.05. 3) democratic leadership styles of social studies subject teachers in class was positively and significantly related to students learning motivation as dominant leadership styles, the results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient of 0.718 and the results of the hypothesis with the t-test obtained tcount (13.25) > ttable (1.974) with a significant level (?) = 0.05

Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that the Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) carried out at the Ministry of Religion Office of Sidoarjo Regency was running well so that it could verify student data data to get financial assistance. Students who have registered at educational institutions with KIP, KKS, PKH, as well as parents who have been laid off. This program aims to help parents who are vulnerable to poverty in order to get a good education and prevent dropouts. Every year the funds are disbursed in registered student accounts

In 2018 the Company has carried out around 33 activities including: providing scholarship financing to outstanding students who are categorized as poor students in 9 universities, then providing scholarships to children of BRI Syariah employees who are ordinary workers, Providing financing assistance for renovation of madrasah and early childhood education in Bogor, Palangkaraya and Lebak Banten and held SIMPEL (Simpanan Pelajar) activities throughout Indonesia. Get PDFPromotion is a marketing activity carried out by the company (school) to introduce to the public (community) about the products they have. This study aims to determine the promotion strategy through the marketing mix of educational services at the Nurul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Blitar Regency, which is a broad unified plan for the long term and is integrated with all available resources and connects strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data sources were selected purposively and snowball sampling. The research data was collected through interviews, observations, and document studies. Data analysis was carried out with qualitative analysis techniques which included data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, to check the validity of the data, the researcher used triangulation techniques, namely data triangulation and method triangulation. The results of the research conducted by the authors show that the promotion carried out by the Nurul Ulum Islamic Boarding School in Blitar Regency has been carried out well. The implementation of the promotion strategy through the 7P mix (product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, process) went quite well even though there was no planning and special program for each promotional mix activity carried out
