    Improving the quality of educational institutions requires several precise strategies so that the quality can increase significantly, which has an impact on the existence of these educational institutions. One of the strategies is education marketing, which aims to produce quality educational inputs, outputs, and outcomes. MAN 1 Ngawi is one of the madrasas that has implemented a very effective marketing strategy to improve the quality of its education. The results showed that the madrasah research program was one of the activities highlighted by MAN 1 Ngawi as an activity to hone students' mindsets and interests in scientific research to produce new works and innovations that would benefit society and the development of science. Through this research madrasa program, MAN 1 Ngawi can improve the quality of madrasas and provide achievement indicators for its students, who are growing rapidly both at the district level and at the international level. Through this program, it is also hoped that it will be one of the surefire ways to attract the interest of prospective student guardians so that it can significantly increase student input

    This article seeks to understand and explain the importance of Islamic education in comparison to Western education through a detailed examination of the challenges and expectations as seen through the eyes of Muhammad Iqbal. The research method employs a review of the literature to identify previous sources of relevant articles and journals. In this article, the author adopts the viewpoint of Muhammad Iqbal, a modern Islamic philosopher, writer, and reformer, to examine the benefits and drawbacks of Islamic and Western education. The discussion revealed that there is a significant difference between Islamic education and Western education, particularly in terms of scope and source material used. According to Muhammad Iqbal, Western education produces people with general science intelligence, whereas Islamic education produces people with good character and behavior. A good education must strike a balance between physical and spiritual aspects. Education's goal is to prepare men for life. Islamic education should be taught from childhood to adulthood so that the education provided covers a wide range of scientific topics. In the West, empirical aspects of real-life experience place a greater emphasis on educational resources. Whereas in Islamic education, the source of the value of knowledge comes directly from the creator of the universe rather than from the creation of experts or the elite of society. Because education is an investment in a better future; therefore, the educational process must run smoothly

In the context of Islamic education, the objective of evaluation is to nurture al-Insan al-Kamil, or a well-rounded human being. Similarly, the primary goal of education is to instill faith, foster piety, cultivate a religious mindset, impart knowledge, and encourage the application of acquired knowledge in adapting to broader community life. Evaluation also serves as a means to furnish students with feedback regarding their accomplishments, as well as the depth of their perspectives and knowledge acquired throughout the learning journey.     The problems that will be studied in this research are there differences in learning outcomes for Qur-any subjects (Tafsir Ahkam) between students who graduated from elementary school and students who graduated from MI in class VII male MTs Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Bulurejo Diwek Jombang? The population and sample in this study were male students of MTs grade VII at MTs Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang. With a population of 36 students. The samples taken were 18 students from elementary schools and 18 students from Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The analysis used is comparative analysis, with the "t" test analysis technique to state that there are differences in Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes between students from elementary school and students from MI in grade VII male MTs at Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang. Based on the results obtained from the field and calculations using SPSS (t-test) it can be concluded that: 1). Learning Outcomes Between Elementary School Graduates and MI Students in Qur-any Subjects in class VII MTs Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang are in the high category, based on research results the percentage is 58.33%. 2). Based on the results of statistical calculations with degrees of freedom (df) of 34 the 1% significance level is 1.30695 and the 5% significance level is 2.03224. While the tcount is 9.16 (tcount > ttable) from here it can be concluded that there is a difference in learning outcomes of Qur-any (Tafsir Ahkam) between elementary school graduates and MI students in Qur-any subjects in class VII MTs Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang

    This paper will reveal the role of pesantren in shaping traditions in Indonesia. it has a distinctive pattern, which is the result of creativity in translating the heritage of two traditions at once, the West and the Middle East. The principle of educational supervision is based on the development of teacher potential, coaching, cooperative, constructive, realistic, and far from authoritarian. Supervision planning is the activity of preparing teacher assistance documents, starting from the objectives, programs, time allocation, and targets, as well as managing existing resources so that monitoring activities can achieve the expected.
