    Analisis Manajemen Nepotisme di Pondok Pesantren

    The analysis of nepotism management in Islamic boarding schools (pondok pesantren) aims to examine the impact of nepotistic practices on human resource management in these educational institutions. This study uses a literature review method, examining various sources related to pesantren management, nepotism, and human resource management principles. The literature review findings show that nepotism in Islamic boarding schools often occurs in the recruitment and promotion of teachers and staff. While this practice may preserve loyalty and traditional values, it can hinder innovation, professionalism, and the quality of education. The long-term effects of nepotism include weakened organizational efficiency and individual performance. Therefore, this study recommends the implementation of a competency-based and accountable management system, emphasizing transparency to improve the quality and effectiveness of human resource management in Islamic boarding schools

    This research aims to understand the recruitment system for educators and educational staff at SD IT Ma'arif Padang Panjang. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive qualitative design. The subject of this research is the Staff of Wakaf Ma'arif Foundation Padang Panjang. Data collection is conducted through method triangulation, where data in the form of relevant documents obtained from the website and school files, then the accuracy of the documents is checked through interviews. The results of this research indicate that the recruitment, selection, and placement process at SD IT Ma'arif Padang Panjang adopts a one-stop approach. The initial steps involve identifying and analyzing the needs of educators and educational staff, followed by the foundation's announcement of job vacancies, administrative selection, written tests, Quran reading tests, psychological tests, and interviews. Subsequently, the results of the interviews are analyzed, and the announcement of accepted applicants is made. Afterward, the process of job placement, issuance of employment contracts, and a three-month training program are carried out

    Madrasah-based management is one of the efforts made so that madrasas can grow and develop independently. This writing aims to describe the application of madrasa-based management as a form of educational decentralization. This research method uses descriptive research using a literature study approach. The results of this research are: 1) Madrasah-based management is the result of decentralization; 2) One of the implementations of madrasa-based management is realized in the realm of madrasa financing; 3) Ciputat Development Madrasah is one of the institutions that implement madrasa-based management in the realm of good financing, one indicator is that they have 5 sources of financing (contributions from accepted students, tuition fees, BOS funds, new school year money, and sponsors). 4) Development madrasah invest some of the BOS funds they receive in accordance with the dimensions of restructuring the old pattern into a new pattern of madrasa-based management

    Sufism is usually associated with traditional or rural societies. Because, although their culture is closer to Sufism, urban people ignore it. However, Sufism is sometimes considered a solution to the problem of spiritual awakening. It was a Sufism program at Pesantren Baiturohmah in Malang. Sufism that combines the teachings of nature and sharia is taught in this mixed stream. The research method used is qualitative or directly involved. The results obtained include: The idea of Sufism education at the Baiturrohmah Islamic Boarding School in Malang City is based on Islamic teachings that aim to achieve a harmonious balance between sharia (Islamic law) and the spiritual journey towards attaining closeness to God. 2) Sufism Education Management in achieving Taqarub to Allah for Santri is carried out in a program called khalwat which consists of four things, namely: a) The process of bai'at involves students joining pesantren and being taught the processes of tawasul and khlawat by their professors, Murshid. b) During this phase, students practice Khalwat and uzlah by isolating themselves from the public for 7 days. They also develop the quality of zuhud by completing sunnah and fasting rituals. c) give mahdah worship lessons with basic to upper and d) stay in the hut for seven days and are prohibited from interacting with outside

    Research on Financing Strategy Management in School Organizations is motivated by the need for a strategy in managing school financing based on operational needs that have been designed. This research uses research methodslibrary research. With a descriptive qualitative approach. The data analysis technique was carried out using descriptive analysis. The data sources for this research come from scientific articles and books. The results of this research show that the strategy for managing school organization finances starts from planning, bookkeeping, spending, supervision and financial accountability, where the financial sources come from the APBN, APBD, parents and other sources. In managing financing, it must be based on the school's operational needs which include financing all activities, financing books, financing exams, financing consumables and school maintenance

    Transformational leadership is a new leadership paradigm that pays more attention to the charismatic and affective elements of leadership. Therefore in this paper will describe the history of transformational leadership to understand more deeply how the emergence of transformational leadership. This research is a library research (library research) namely a series of activities related to library data collection methods. Research that uses methods to obtain information data by placing existing facilities in the library such as books, magazines, documents, records of historical stories or pure literature research related to the object of research. The analysis used using content analysis. The results of the study show that transformational leadership is leadership that is able to encourage followers to realise the importance of work results, prioritise the interests of the team/organisation, encourage achieving higher needs, maintain consistency between beliefs, verbal and actions, prohibit being inconsistent between words and deeds, be careful in calling for something, have to measure/evaluate yourself, and have to be an example before saying something. The emergence of transformational leadership relates to the development of leadership theory ranging from Trait Theory namely leadership theories that focus on the traits of leaders, then the skill theory of leadership namely leadership theory that discusses the abilities and skills of leaders in running organisations. furthermore Style Theory namely the theory related to leadership style, along with developments and needs so that transformational leadership emerges

    This article discusses the breakthroughs made by Islamic boarding schools in order to equip students in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era so they are not left behind in the economic field. Although the Ar-Risalah Lirboyo Islamic Boarding School still adheres to salafiyah teachings, this pesantren prepares its students to be able to survive in today's era. This paper will discuss the background of efforts to prepare student economic independence, the implementation of student independence preparation programs, and student readiness to face the Industrial Revolution 4.0. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. In this study, data were obtained from two sources, namely humans and non-humans. Humans as informants in this study were caregivers, teacher, and students. While non-humans are documentation of Islamic boarding schools. The results of this study are caregivers who have a far-reaching vision to empower their students to live in their era. This vision is then realized by equipping students with IT teaching and mastery of foreign languages ??in the form of Arabic, English, Mandarin and Japanese. Apart from IT, students are also provided with life skill training. Ar-Risalah Islamic boarding school students are very ready to compete in the global world because they have mastered technology and foreign languages

    This study aims to examine the management of education financing at Poris Pelawad 5 Elementary School, Tangerang City. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and document studies, with research results from the principal, treasurer, and one teacher. The results showed that in the process of preparing the RKAS (Activity Plan and School Budget) was carried out by the principal and treasurer and assisted by the school management team. The management of education financing is carried out in three ways, namely, 1), planning, where activities related to schools have been prepared in the RKAS prepared by the school every year at the beginning of the school year.2), Implementation, where for the implementation of financing there are receipts such as, BOS (School Operational Assistance) of the central government, BOSDA (School Operational Assistance) of local governments, and community participation. Expenditure, referring to 8 (eight) national standards of education in schools. 3), Evaluation, this is carried out by SDN Poris Pelawad 5 Tangerang City twice every year, in the middle and at the end of the school year, by holding meetings with relevant parties. And from the results of the evaluation, it is used as a reference by the school for the future

    This study aims to explain the history of curriculum development in Indonesia, several times there has been a change of curriculum which has certainly had an impact on the education process in Indonesia where we know that the curriculum is an important element in the education process in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques through library research which involves collecting information and data from various sources in the library such as reference books, relevant previous research results, articles, related notes and including journals related to the topic to be resolved. The curriculum in Indonesia after Indonesian independence in 1945 underwent 9 changes including 1947, 1952, 1964, 1968, 1975, 1984, 1994, 2004, 2006 and 2013. Curriculum development is based on several factors, namely first.     The purposes of this research are. To describe the performance of the OSIS at MTs Ar-Rahman Nglaban, Jombang. To describe organizational management in improving OSIS performance at MTs Ar-Rahman Nglaban Jombang. In order to know the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving OSIS performance at MTs Ar-Rahman Nglaban Jombang. This research is a qualitative field research. The method used is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive design with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive. The results of the study showed that: the performance of the student council at MTs Ar-Rahman Nglaban Jombang has increased compared to before seen from the enthusiastic participation of student council students in carrying out student council activities. But there are still some student council students who are lazy to participate in student council activities. Organizational management can be seen clearly from the organizational structure, where the OSIS administrators already have their respective duties and responsibilities. Through the management of this organization, they receive guidance and direction from the Head of Madrasah, Deputy Student Affairs, and OSIS Advisors. The supporting factors are teachers, parents, budget, facilities and infrastructure. While the inhibiting factors are the lack of experience in organizing, the osis administrators do not understand work and peers
