    Analisis Social Return on Invesment (SROI) Program TJSL PT PLN (PERSERO) UIP Sumbagsel di Desa Sendang Baru Lampung

    The TJSL (Social and Environmental Responsibility) program requires justification for success in each of the program interventions. The Social Return on Investment (SROI) analysis is one of the methods used to measure the program's impact by identifying four types of effects, namely social, economic, environmental, and quality of life for stakeholders. The program measured in this SROI analysis is the Electrifying Lifestyle Innovation Assistance Program (Energy Conversion) for developing MSMEs producing Ant Sugar in Sendang Baru Village, Central Lampung Regency, Lampung. The research method used in this research is mixed methods, combining qualitative and quantitative research. The technical data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions (FGD), and documentation. The data sources used are divided into two categories, namely primary data and secondary data. The results of the impact measurement show that an investment of IDR 125,000,000 by PT PLN UIP Sumbagsel produced an impact of IDR 238,357,619, meaning that every 1 rupiah invested generated an effect or benefit of 1.91 rupiah. The distribution of the most significant impact variants is the economic aspect at 78 per cent, quality of life at 19 per cent, and social at 3 per cent. Meanwhile, the distribution of impacts among stakeholders is most extensive for training participants at 38.4 per cent, LPPM Bandar Lampung University at 33.7 per cent, Mitra Usaha Sejahtera Cooperative at 18.1 per cent, Sugar Semut Wana Hijau MSMEs at 8.2 per cent and PT PLN UIP Sumbagsel at 1.6 per cent

    This research aims to understand the nature and impact of socio-economic changes on independent shrimp farmers in Bumi Dipasena Mulya Village, Rawajitu Timur District, Lampung. The study employs a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that socio-economic factors influence the changes experienced by independent shrimp farmers. These changes are reflected in shifts in social interactions, mindsets, and income levels within the community. These transformations affect how shrimp farmers interact, ultimately impacting the community's environment

    The study aims to explore the meaning of @AreaJulid's late adolescent followers in social media groupings on Twitter through the phenomenological approach of Alfred Schutz. The research method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques are carried out by observing participants on individual social media and Twitter, conducting in-depth interviews, and conducting documentation. The results of the research showed the significance of ngeteh among late adolescents who followed @AreaJulid's Twitter social media account, not apart from the because motive and in order motive that was acquired based on the experiences of late adolescents in ngeteh, thus forming awareness to be followers of ngeteh. Different experiences, from the usage routine to the content consumed, produce different meanings for each late adolescent, such as the desire to remain relevant, entertainment, and social control

    This study discusses the socio-economic changes in the community in Way Huwi Village after the Sumatra Institute of Technology (ITERA) construction. The study used a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results show that before the construction of ITERA, the people of Way Huwi Village still upheld cooperation and solidarity. However, after the construction of the campus, there was a change that led to a more individualistic tendency. Economically, the village community began to take advantage of the campus by diversifying jobs, thus creating new business opportunities, especially in the trade sector, which increased the local community's income. Likewise, the community's mindset changed, mainly focusing on income, education, and morals. However, negative impacts emerged, such as increased crime, juvenile delinquency, and violations of the social value system and norms

    This study aims to analyze the mythological (mytheme) aspects of Javanese culture contained in the novel "Gadis Kretek" by Ratih Kumala. The myths are studied using the Lèvi-Strauss structuralism approach. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. The analysis method used is structuralism. The study results indicate several Javanese mythologies raised in the novel, namely mend ari-ari, fortune-telling by a clever person and meditation on Mount Kawi. These myths have different meanings and functions in the story. This study also shows that Javanese mythology in the novel "Gadis Kretek" not only complements the story but also has a deep meaning about Javanese cultural values. These myths provide an overview of how Javanese people view the world and interpret various life events. This study also discusses the relationship between episodes and characters in the novel "Gadis Kretek". Each part of the episode and the characters in this novel are interrelated to create a structure

    Identification of Potential and Challenges of MSMEs in Bintan Regency: A Case Study of Pengudang Village, Bintan Regency, Kepulauan Riau

    This study aims to identify the conditions of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pengudang Village using a SWOT analysis approach. MSMEs play a vital role in supporting the local economy and creating employment opportunities for the village community; however, their sustainability is often challenged by various internal and external factors. Employing a qualitative method and in-depth interview techniques, data were collected from MSME owners and relevant stakeholders. SWOT analysis was used to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats affecting the development of MSMEs in this area. The findings reveal that MSMEs in Pengudang Village benefit from strengths such as access to local resources, including raw materials and labor, as well as support from the local community. However, weaknesses in access to capital, technology, and managerial skills remain significant obstacles. Opportunities arise from the growth of local tourism and demand for local products, yet threats emerge from intense competition with products from outside the region and limited infrastructure. Based on these findings, the study recommends efforts to enhance capacity and provide sustained support from the government and related institutions to strengthen the competitiveness of MSMEs in Pengudang Village.   &nbsp

    Strategi Adaptasi Pedagang Pasar Tradisional Dalam Mempertahankan Kelangsungan Usaha Saat Pandemi Covid-19 di Pasar Baru Baturaja

    Since the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic, many business actors have experienced a drastic decrease in income due to the lack of buyers; one of the affected business actors is the Baturaja Baru Market trader. The existence of this pandemic makes traders experience stuttering, so it takes work to maintain their business. Therefore, traders are required to make efforts to adapt strategies so that they can continue to keep their business during the pandemic. In this study, the research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation. This research uses Suharto's concept of adaptation strategy. The results of this study indicate that the adaptation strategy carried out by traders initially showed a feeling of optimism, but after that, traders began to experience stuttering. Traders who successfully apply the three adaption strategies will arrive at a sound stage and can adapt to the new conditions that existed during the COVID-19 pandemic

    This study aims to identify cultural factors that cause stunting and prevention efforts in Lingga Regency. Stunting, a form of growth faltering, certainly impacts the quality of health development in a country, including Indonesia. For this reason, it is essential to make various efforts to accelerate the reduction of stunting carried out in multiple regions, especially the Lingga Regency. This study used a qualitative approach, collecting data through interviews. The findings of this study show that cultural factors that cause stunting are the most basic. There are still parents or mothers whose parenting patterns are traditional. Efforts have been made to prevent and overcome the problem of stunting, namely through the Healthy Kitchen to Overcome Stunting (DASHAT) Program. The Lingga Regency Health Office carries out this program and collaborates with Health Cadres to reduce stunting in Lingga Regency

    Political activism, which cares about the environment and is embodied in the vision, mission, and programs of government and political action, must fight for the future. The form of political concern for the environment, previously referred to as environmental policy in Indonesia, has been implemented through the submission of petitions by Indonesian environmental NGOs to pay attention to ecological aspects, lawsuits over policies, and mass mobilization actions. A survey is conducted in the study. The data used to use other data to create a form of environmental and political awareness, or what is then known as "green policy" in Indonesia, is now being used by some NGOs in Indonesia to file petitions, legal procedures on regulations, and large-scale mobilization factors to draw attention to environmental aspects. The literature was used in the study. The data comes from other documents, regulations, and books. The community and the government feel the problem of this justice, which supports what is happening on social media in Indonesia. The current reality of the "green" political narrative, which some NGOs can appreciate, is not fully understood and is on the list. The existence of green cities in Indonesia is vital and should be held accountable by the government for places in Indonesia

    This study aims to describe the fashion style among Syiah Kuala University students who follow the fashion trend of the postmodern era with the perspective of Modernization Theory as described by Anthony Giddens. The study uses a qualitative research method with phenomenology. Data was collected through non-participant observation, interviews with students as informants, and documentation. Data analysis used the analysis of lifestyle disorientation theory in the Postmodernism era. The study results show that Syiah Kuala University students have participated in the developing fashion trend, reflected in the fashion style in clothing and goods consumed as a reflection of self-appearance.
