歯科用CAD/CAM CEREC 3D システムを用いたセラミック修復の臨床
application/pdfTen commercial soft lining materials were selected to be representative of the types currently available including plasticised acrylic, silicone and fluorine-containing materials. These have been investigated in terms of their tensile, tear and hardness properties. With the exception of tear strength, where silicone materials had the lowest values, there appeared to be no correlation between material type and property. All but two of the materials had hardness values in the range of 30.3 to 43.7. The general conclusion was that the materials selected showed a large variability in the properties investigated. Regarding clinical aspects of some soft lining materials used for acrylic resin denture bases, it was appeared that colour change and deterioration occurred.journal articl
根分岐部病変にエムドゲイン®を用いた1症例
application/pdfEMDOGAIN® was applied to the mesial vertical bone detects of the first molar of the lower right jaw and positive results were obtained. Based on Glickmans classification hemisection was performed after root canal treatment in most cases of this type. However, in this case EMDOGAIN® was used for regeneration without root canal treatment. Prior to surgery, the probing depth on the mesial side of the first molar right jaw was 8mm, furcation involment was Class II according to Glickman's classification, The degree of mobility was 1 and attachment loss was 7mm. Maintenance was performed 6 months after the procedure, X-rays confirmed recovery offurcation involment and the alveolar bone of the mesial side. The degree of mobility become 0 and the pocket also showed improvement to a depth of 2mm. An electrical pulp test also showed on attachment gain to an acceptable level of 5mm.journal articl
フッ化物を用いたう蝕予防法を実施した学童の歯列不正とう蝕の関連について
application/pdfThis study was designed to investigate the relationship between malocclusion and dental caries with Fluoride mouthrinsing programs. The subjects were 102 primary school children on caries prevention by school-based fluoride mouthrinsing in Nagano Prefecture. They were investigated for malocclusion and DMF by oral examination. The sample rate with malocclusion was 23.5%. As a result of the analysis, the significant difference between malocclusion and dental caries were not shown (p<0.05). The DMF-index and the DMF person rate of both malocclusion group and normal occlusion group were less than the national average of primary school children. In conclusion, it seemed that malocclusion was not related to dental caries under the control of Fluoride mouthrinsing programs.journal articl
歯の移動による歯根膜樹状細胞の分布変化
application/pdfThis study was done to clarify the spatial distribution of dendritic cells, macrophages, osteoclasts and monocyte-linenage cells in the periodontal ligament of the rat maxillary molardue to incident tooth movement. Tartrate resistance acid phosphatase (TRAP) enzyme histochemistry and immunohistochemistry with OX6 and ED1 monoclonal antibodies were used. Intense reactions for TRAP were localized in both multinucleated and mononucleated cells in the periodontal ligament located on the periphery of tissues affected during physiological bone resorption due to the physiological migration of the molar teeth. Immunohistochemical staining with OX6-monoclonal antibody, which recognizes antigen-presenting cells such as dendritic cells and macrophages, revealed the localization of immunopositive cells predominantly in the portions of the periodontal ligament that showed only trace reactions to TRAP. On the other hand, when the rat maxillary first molar tooth of rat was moved mesially by Waldo's method for 3 or 7 days, changes occurred in the distribution of dendritic cells in the periodontal ligament. New dendritic cells appeared in the tension side of the periodontal ligament after 3 days of experimental tooth movement, suggesting that the periodontal dendritic cells of supported remodeling of the periodontal tissues in tooth movement.journal articl
