    骨内インプラント周囲結合組織の組織学的研究 : Peri-implant membraneの構造について

    application/pdfThe connective tissues surrounding a blade-vent endosteal implant were observed by the microscopy, the scanning electron microscopy and the micro-radiography. These implants were embedded in the mandible of Japanese monkys during 12 or 30 months. In the peri-implant membrane, the numerous cellular elements distributed. At the implant side, the fibrocytes existed and the osteoblast arranged at the bone side. In the middle portion of a distance from implant, the fibrocytes and the large cells like histiocytes were observed. These cells distributed regularly at the normal osseous tissues. So this peri-implant membrane arround the successful implant was characterized by its density and regular organization. The fiber bundles of the peri-implant membrane run parallel to the implant-surface at the implant side and radiated to the bone-surface at the bone side. But the fibers made a meshwork in the middle portion. Its fibers formed bundles that become oriented along the directions of stress. These results may be indicated that the masticatory forces added to the implant should be transmitted and absorbed to the bone surrounding implant by the peri-implant membrane. In this study, numerous capillary vessels and nerve fibers were observed in the peri-implant membrane. Especially, the nerve fibers were suggested that there is a possibility of the existing of a self-receptor in the peri-implamt membrane.journal articl

The widths of the mother's teeth were smaller than the mean of the normal Japanese female but were nearly same to the mean of the mothers of ectodermal dysplasia patients.     application/pdfStevioside is a kind of diterpen glycoside which is two or three hundred times as sweet as suger, and is contained about 7% in the dried leaves of Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni in Chrysanthemum family. It has been used as wild sweetening in Paraguay for a long time. Many researchers have been engaged in studying about the method of cultivation and extraction of sweetening since it was introduced to Japan in 1971. In the field of dentistry, it is noticed as substitute sweetening for suger which causes the increase of dental caries. It is necessary to ascertain whether the new sweetening is safe or not. However, few data have been issued until a recent date. So the pharmacology of stevioside was investigated. Two kinds of purity, 93% (S-93) and 69% (S-69), of stevioside extracted from dried Stevia leaves were used. The sweetness test by human tongues showed that S-69 was one hundred and twenty times as sweet as sucrose. In the liking test by male rats, S-69 solutions which contain from 0.01% to 0.08% were drunk about 1.4 to 2.1 times as compared with water. On the LD 50 of S-69 on male mice, they were 0.89g/kg by intravenous injection (I. V.), 1.38g/kg by intraperitoneal injection (I. P.) and 1.67g/kg by subcutaneous injection (S. C) respectively. But no mice died by even 16g/kg of oral administration (P. O.). The respiration, blood pressure, cardiogram and body temperature of male rabbits did not change when 15g/kg of S-69 was administrated orally. But, blood pressure and heart beats were decreased, and respiration number and capacity were increased when 0.4g/kg of S-69 was administrated by I. V.. In connection with S-69 and central nervous system stimulants and depressants, there was no statistical significance of motality when 5.8mg/kg of picrotoxin or 1mg/kg of strychinine nitrate was injected into male mice intraperitoneally after the oral administration of 2g/kg of S-69. The staitstical significance of sleeping time was not observed when 70mg/kg of hexobarbital was injected into male mice intraperitoneally after oral administration of 0.5g/kg of S-93. As for the effect on pain, there was no statistical significance of writhing syndrome when 0.1ml per 10g body weight of 0.6% acetic acid was injected into male mice intraperitoneally after the oral administration of 2g/kg of S-69. As for the effect on membranes, any change was not to be seen when 0.2ml of 5% S-69 was dropped in an eye of male rabbits, and 20% S-69 was applied to the skin of male mice. As for the effect on removed internal organs, the amplitude of bullfrogs' heart was somewhat suppressed above the concentration of 0.2mg/ml of S-93. The amplitude of rabbits' intestine was suppressed more than 50% above 3.2mg/ml of S-69 and S-93. The shrink of guinea pigs' ileum on histamine hydrochloride (final concentration: 0.2mcg/ml) was not affected by S-93, but it occured more than 50% above the concentration of 4mg/ml of S-69.journal articl

    application/pdfIn order to find an effective method to estimate the technical aptitude ability of those who are hoped to get in Dental Education, we have practiced technical ability test, skill ability test, California Psychological Inventory (CPI), and YG Character test on the students of Matsumoto Dental College, Dental Hygienist & Technician School. First, technical ability, skill ability, and the result from CPI of the freshman and sophomore in the year 1981 were compared. In the next case, the correlation on: the first half year school record, the on practical exercises, the technical ability, the skill ability, and the result from CPI of the freshman in the year 1980 (the freshman are the students in Dental Hygienist and Dental Technician Class) were compared, To find the correlation on technical ability, skill ability and the result from CPI, the same method which had been informed in the third report was practiced.journal articl

    application/pdfThe tissue reactions of the adult dog to the hydroxyapatite-coated endosteal bladevent implant were evaluated histologically. After three months, the blade was surrounded by bone tradeculae and loose connective tissue, and osseous tissue was also formed around the implant. A thin fibrous membrance, called as peri-implant membrane, was observed most area between the new bone and the implant interface after six months. These collagenous fibers were parallel to the surface of the implant. Moreover, the high ostegenic activity was seen on the surface of the new bone. These result suggested that the hydroxyapatite-coated endosteal bladevent implant was well tolerated by bone tissue, and also it stimulated osteogenic of activity of connective tissue around the implant.journal articl
