    The purpose of the study is to investigate the important factors that affect the decision of the buying on online platform. The sample used in this study were 215 respondents. The data analysis technique that will be used in this research is SEM – PLS. This research is expected to be a reference / consideration for companies, especially E-Commerce companies in making online marketing strategies.     Peran Stres Kerja dalam Memediasi Gaya Kepemimpinan Kolaboratif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Jambi

    This research was conducted at KPP Pratama Jambi to determine the role of work stress in mediating collaborative leadership styles on employee performance. The research conducted was qualitative research, with a total of 112 respondents, and was processed using the partial least square (PLS) application. The testing process is carried out in four stages, namely outer model, inner model, and hypothesis testing. The tests that have been carried out have yielded results, namely there is a positive and significant influence between collaborative leadership style on work stress with a significant value of 0.000, between leadership style on employee performance with a significant result of 0.001, between work stress on employee performance with a significant value of 0.045, and between work stress mediating collaborative leadership style on employee performance with a significant result of 0.047 and all hypotheses Accepted. The conclusion found is that collaborative leadership styles can help employees manage work stress so that employee performance is maximized.  Penelitian ini dilakukan di KPP Pratama Jambi untuk mengetahui peran stress kerja dalam memediasi gaya kepemimpinan kolaboratif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian yang dilakukan bersifat penelitian kualitatif, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 112 pegawai, dan diolah menggunakan aplikasi partial least square (PLS).Proses pengujian dilakukan dalam empat tahapan, yaitu outer model, inner model, dan pengujian hipotesis. Pengujian yang telah dilakukan memberikan hasil yaitu terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan kolaboratif terhadap stress kerja dengan nilai signifikan 0,000, antara gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan hasil signifikan sebesar 0,001, antara stress kerja terdahap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai signifikan 0,045, dan antara stress kerja yang memediasi gaya kepemimpinan kolaboratif terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan hasil signifikan 0,047 serta seluruh hipotesis diterima. Kesimpulan yang ditemukan adalah gaya kepemimpinan kolaboratif mampu membantu pegawai mengelola stress kerja sehingga kinerja pegawai maksima

    Systematic Literature Review: Pengaruh Premi dan Investasi Terhadap Laba Perusahaan Asuransi Syariah

    This study aims to map the effect of premiums and investments on the profits of Islamic insurance companies. In research using the Systematic Literature Review method, eight articles out of 200 matched the criteria, with search strings from 2018 to 2022. The results showed that (RQ1) the problems contained in research journals varied, namely differences in results from previous studies on Premiums, Investment Returns, and Profits, as well as the decline in profits of Islamic insurance companies. In the research conducted by Alifia Nur Afifah and Anniza Citra Prajasari (2022), there are problems of inconsistency with the results of the previous study on premiums and profitability. In a study conducted by Ridwan Tabe et al. (2018), there are problems with the decline in net profit of the Panin Dai-ichi Life Sharia insurance company. And research conducted by Nur Indah et al. (2021) showed there needs to be more consistency in previous research between premiums for profits and investment for gains. (RQ2) The research method that is often used is the quantitative method; this method is very relevant because quantitative research looks at the "Facts/Truth" that are in the research object out there, and the researcher must be neutral about whatever is found in the field and be impartial. Furthermore, the results of the research question (RQ3) Every year and even in 2022, some journals discuss the effect of premiums and investments on the profits of Islamic companies.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan pengaruh premi dan investasi terhadap keuntungan perusahaan asuransi syariah. Pada penelitian dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review didapatkan delapan artikel dari 200 yang memenuhi kriteria, dengan string pencarian dari tahun 2018 hingga 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (RQ1) permasalahan yang terdapat pada jurnal penelitian bervariasi yaitu perbedaan hasil dari penelitian sebelumnya tentang Premi , Hasil Investasi, dan Keuntungan, serta penurunan keuntungan perusahaan asuransi syariah. Dalam penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Alifia Nur Afifah dan Anniza Citra Prajasari (2022), terdapat permasalahan inkonsistensi dengan hasil penelitian sebelumnya tentang premi dan profitabilitas. Dalam penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Ridwan Tabe et al. (2018), terdapat permasalahan penurunan laba bersih perusahaan asuransi Panin Dai-ichi Life Syariah. Dan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Nur Indah dkk. (2021) menunjukkan perlu adanya konsistensi lebih pada penelitian sebelumnya antara premi untuk keuntungan dan investasi untuk keuntungan. (RQ2) Metode penelitian yang sering digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif; metode ini sangat relevan karena penelitian kuantitatif melihat “Fakta/Kebenaran†yang ada pada objek penelitian di luar sana, dan peneliti harus netral terhadap apa saja yang ditemukan di lapangan dan tidak memihak.     This study aims to identify and analyze facilities in improving purchasing decisions with the corporate image as a moderating variable for consumers of subsidized housing in Jambi City. This study has a sample of 140 consumers using a purposive sampling method. The data measurement scale used in this study is the ordinal scale. The data analysis used is quantitative data analysis with data analysis tools using SMART PLS 3.0. This study provides the following conclusions: Facilities have a direct influence on purchasing decisions. Those good facilities will increase consumers to make purchasing decisions. Likewise, an increase in the corporate image can increase purchasing decisions. Vitra company as a moderation is able to increase the effect of facilities on purchasing decisions for consumers of subsidized housing in Jambi Cit

    Globalisation has broadened market prospects for Indonesian industries and concurrently expanded employment opportunities for its citizens. A critical determinant of company improvement is employee performance. This study is centred on identifying factors that influence employee performance, specifically focusing on the mediating role of job satisfaction. The target demographic for this research comprised employees working in shopping malls in Batam City, encompassing 379 respondents who were reached through questionnaire distribution. The methodology involved a descriptive statistical approach and the application of Partial Least Squares (PLS) for data analysis. The findings of the study highlight that organisational commitment, employee communication, and internal branding significantly and positively influence employee performance, with job satisfaction acting as a mediator. This suggests that these factors when harmonised with enhanced job satisfaction, contribute substantially to improved employee performance. This research offers valuable insights for businesses, especially within the retail sector, seeking to enhance employee productivity and overall organisational effectiveness.      ABSTRAK Globalisasi telah membuka peluang pasar yang lebih luas bagi industri Indonesia dan juga menciptakan lapangan kerja yang luas bagi warga Indonesia. Salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi peningkatan dalam suatu perusahaan adalah kinerja para karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan yang dimediasikan oleh job satisfaction. Penelitian ini menargetkan karyawan yang bekerja di shopping mall di Kota Batam dengan melibatkan 379 responden, yang didapatkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan statistik deskriptif dan Partial Least Squares (PLS) setelah datanya terkumpul. Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa organizational commitment, employee communication, dan internal branding memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap employee performance yang dimediasikan oleh job satisfaction.     The aim of this study is to explore the relationship between work-family conflict and employee performance, as well as the effects of job satisfaction and work-family conflict on employee performance. For the study, which was conducted at PT. Kaldu Sari Nabati Indonesia Rancaekek Bandung, 195 married female employees from the Production Department were chosen. A questionnaire was used to collect the study's data, and the statistical product and service solutions (SPSS) program was used for the analysis. The results demonstrate that although work-family conflict does not directly and significantly affect employee performance, it does so when job satisfaction is taken into account as a mediator. Furthermore, employee performance is significantly positively impacted by job satisfaction. These results highlight the crucial role that job satisfaction plays in minimizing the detrimental effects of work-family conflict on employee performance.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara konflik antara pekerjaan dan keluarga serta kinerja karyawan, serta efek kepuasan kerja dan konflik antara pekerjaan dan keluarga terhadap kinerja karyawan. Untuk penelitian ini, yang dilakukan di PT. Kaldu Sari Nabati Indonesia Rancaekek Bandung, dipilih 195 karyawan perempuan yang sudah menikah dari Departemen Produksi. Sebuah kuesioner digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian, dan program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) digunakan untuk analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun konflik antara pekerjaan dan keluarga tidak secara langsung dan signifikan memengaruhi kinerja karyawan, hal itu terjadi ketika kepuasan kerja dianggap sebagai mediator. Selain itu, kinerja karyawan secara signifikan dipengaruhi positif oleh kepuasan kerja. Hasil ini menyoroti peran penting yang dimainkan oleh kepuasan kerja dalam mengurangi efek merugikan konflik antara pekerjaan dan keluarga terhadap kinerja karyawan

    In the present era, there has been a widespread global adoption of environmental consciousness, leading to a swift transformation in people's actions and attitudes. Observing this occurrence, companies are starting to adjust and incorporate environmental considerations into account by creating and producing environmentally sustainable products or services. One of the ways of contributing is by providing sustainable packaging options for their products.This article aims to examine the influence of green packaging and branding on the intention of Generation Z consumers in West Java to purchase Love Beauty and Planet items that are environmentally friendly. A digital survey was undertaken to gather data from 255 individuals. Subsequently, the questionnaire data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) employing the Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique through SmartPLS 4. In the end, this study found that Gen Z in West Java sees green packaging and branding as a significant direct force towards green purchase invention. This study also found that green brand image is an important factor in driving green purchase intention. However, this study concentrates on a particular brand and customer profile. Therefore, future research can investigate different brands or specialized markets as the primary subject.Di era sekarang, kesadaran lingkungan telah diadopsi secara global yang mengarah pada transformasi cepat dalam tindakan dan sikap masyarakat. Melihat kejadian ini, perusahaan mulai menyesuaikan dan mempertimbangkan aspek lingkungan dengan menciptakan dan memproduksi produk atau jasa yang ramah lingkungan. Salah satu cara perusahaan berkontribusi adalah dengan memberikan pilihan kemasan berkelanjutan pada produknya. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh green packaging and branding terhadap niat konsumen Generasi Z di Jawa Barat untuk membeli produk Love Beauty and Planet yang ramah lingkungan. Survei digital dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan data dari 255 orang. Selanjutnya data kuesioner dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan teknik Partial Least Squares (PLS) melalui SmartPLS 4. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Gen Z di Jawa Barat melihat green packaging and branding sebagai dorongan langsung signifikan terhadap green purchase intention.     Transportation is a means and infrastructure for the economic development of a country that can encourage the rate of economic growth. Supported by progress and the rapid development of technology, transportation services are also increasingly advancing in the form of technology. Online-based transportation transformation is increasingly being implemented in Indonesia. The purpose of online transportation is to help people avoid traffic jams to get to their destinations quickly and on time. One of the online transportation services in Indonesia is GOJEK. In order to compete with its competitors, GOJEK must improve the quality of e-Service Quality, Brand Image and e-Customer Relationship Management services. This study aims to examine the effect of e-service quality, brand image and e-customer relationship management on e-customer satisfaction by processing research data using SPSS.
