ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECT OF MARKETING COMMUNICATION MIX ON BRAND LOYALTY OF HONDA HATCHBACK JAZZ CAR CASE STUDY AT HONDA WILTOP DEALERSHIP JAMBI CITY
The structure of the market causes any business to have been conscious of being a winner. Honda dealers Jambi City as one of the businesses that provide marketing should understand in this situation, only how to determine new targeting strategies, increase sales, but also retain customers, because they can affect the increase in revenue. This thesis is to analyze the effect of marketing communication mix on brand loyalty. products from Honda dealers Jambi City, and the elements of the marketing communication mix that have the most significant effect on customer brand loyalty in Jazz hatchback car products at Honda Jambi dealerships. Respondents to the survey were 95 people responsible for consumer brand loyalty. The data in this study are collectives with questionnaires, interviews and literature. The data analysis used in this study is statistical analysis, such as linear regression with the SPSS 16.0 software program. The results of this study show that almost all variables of the marketing communication mix in brand loyalty in purchasing, and five of them such as advertising, sales promotion, personal sales, direct marketing, publicity, are significantly influenced
RETAINING MILLENNIAL EMPLOYEES IN THE WORKPLACE: A LITERATURE REVIEW
Desire to leave organization (turnover intention) is a phenomenon that has increased in recent years, especially for Millennial employees that dominate the job market now and have unique characteristics which require special attention. This systematic literature review aimed to identify the factors that influence turnover intention in Millennial employees. On 25 June 2022, a search on three databases: SAGE Journals, Springer Link, and Web of Science, and keywords “turnover intention*†AND “Millennial*†OR “generation y†OR “gen-yâ€, with year filter 2019-2022, showed 73 relevant articles. Furthermore, applying the inclusion and exclusion criterias, there were 5 articles selected. The results showed that the influencing factors are: psychological contract violations, work-life balance, job characteristics (task and knowledge), work fulfillment, and the quality of relationship with colleagues. By knowing these factors, organizations can use them as a reference in formulating strategies to retain Millennial employees in the workplace
STUDENT PERSPECTIVES ON FINANCIAL LITERACY TO SUPPORT ENTREPRENEURIAL CHARACTER
This article explains students' views on financial literacy to support students' entrepreneurial character. The campus environment plays a role in supporting student entrepreneurial activities. The development of the times followed by increasingly rapid technological developments makes the needs increase and then also has an impact on financial conditions. To respond to this from the beginning, students need knowledge about financial literacy. This study uses qualitative research methods based on data it is known that the level of financial literacy of students is at the level of sufficient literate (25%) and less literate (75%). Then the financial literacy aspect of students is quite good in terms of knowledge and savings, but students do not understand the importance of insurance and investment. It is very important to conduct financial literacy education so that students can understand good financial management to support student entrepreneurial potential. It is expected that educators also play a role in developing students' financial literacy so that these students can apply financial literacy well.

FACTORS THAT EFFECT EMPLOYEE PRODUCTIVITY WITH WORK COMPETENCY AS INTERVENING VARIABLE AT FOOD AND BEVERAGE MSMEs IN BATAM
Labour is one of the most important things in measuring the competitiveness of a country. Indonesia's workforce is ranked 51 out of 63 studied by the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in the World Talent Ranking in 2022. This can be seen based on statistical data on the level of labour productivity released in 2022 by the ILOSTAT (International Labor Organization) agency that Indonesia is still in 107th place out of 185 countries at US $ 13.1 per hour. This study was conducted to examine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee productivity with work competence as mediation in Food and Beverage MSMEs in Batam. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The research collected respondents using a questionnaire method through gform for 400 samples. The data were analyzed using SPSS to analyze descriptive data and Smart PLS to test research hypotheses. The results showed that the variables of work discipline and work motivation directly affect employee productivity and indirectly affect through work competency
THE EFFECT OF FINANCIAL LITERACY AND FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGY ON MICRO-BUSINESS PERFORMANCE MEDIATED BY FINANCIAL INCLUSION (CASE STUDY OF MICRO-BUSINESSES IN MUARA BULIAN DISTRICT)
This study aims to the Effect of Financial Literacy and Financial Technology on business performance through Financial Inclusion mediation in the subdistrict Muara Bulian. This research is quantitative and the research data used are primary and secondary. The sample is in the subdistrict Muara Bulian, totalling 93 actors. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale. Data testing techniques use the Validity Test and Reliability Test, R-Square test and Hypothesis Test with Bootstrapping using SmartPLS 3.0 Software. The results showed that Financial Literacy had a positive significant effect on Business Performance, Financial Technology had a positive significant effect on Business Performance, Financial Literacy had a positive significant effect on Financial Inclusion, Financial Technology had a positive significant effect on Financial Inclusion, Financial Inclusion had a positive significant effect on Bussiness Performance, Financial Literacy had a positive significant effect on Business Performance with Financial Inclusion mediation, Financial Technology had a positive significant effect on Business Performance with Financial Inclusion mediation
THE IMPACT OF COVID-19 PANDEMIC ON POVERTY IN JAMBI PROVINCE
This study examined the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on poverty in Jambi Province. The independent variables were the human development index, unemployment rate, population, GDRP, and Covid19. This paper used panel data from the Central Bureau of Statistics Republic of Indonesia, as the cross-section data are all regencies in Jambi Province for 2017 and 2020. The first step was an appropriate model selection and analyzed by F-test, t-test, and determinant coefficient. Results from the analysis show that the best model is the random effect. The F-test stated that all of the independent variables affect the poverty percentage simultaneously. Meanwhile, the t-test found that only the human development index variable has a significant effect

The beginning of the formation of social responsibility or better known as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is the provision of assistance to local organizations and lower-class communities in developing countries from companies operating in the vicinity. This study is intended to analyze the relationship between CSR Implementation on Community Satisfaction and Corporate Image. This research will use quantitative methods. Based on the research objectives, it was made to analyze the Implementation of PT Semen Padang's Social Responsibility based on the Level of Public Satisfaction with the Company's Image in the City of Padang. The number of samples in this study were 130 samples. The results of this study are the implementation of CSR has an effect on the level of community satisfaction. The implementation of CSR has an effect on corporate image, the level of community satisfaction has an effect on corporate image. The implementation of CSR affects the Company's Image through Community Satisfaction
WORD OF MOUTH AND QUALITY SERVICES; THEIR IMPACT ON DESTINATION TRUST AND REVISIT INTENTION ON IN THE RIAU ISLANDS’ DESTINATION
This study aims to analyze whether word-of-mouth promotion and service quality have an impact on destination trust and intention to revisit tourism destinations in the Riau Archipelago. The population in this study were all tourists visiting the Riau Islands, both foreign and domestic tourists. Methodology: The sample is determined proportionally by considering the number of foreign and domestic tourists. The research sample was 350 tourists consisting of 150 foreign tourists and 200 domestic tourists. For analysis of data using with SmartPLS technique. Results: The results showed that all research hypotheses were accepted. This means that word of mouth and service quality has an impact on destination trust and revisit intention on Riau Islands’ destination
RISK MANAGEMENT AND PERFORMANCE OF THE NIGERIAN BANKING INDUSTRY
The study examines the relationship between risk management and the performance of the Nigerian banking industry. The panel data analysis technique based on the fixed effects estimation was employed to analyze the Nigerian banking industry performance. Risk management related factors such as credit risk, liquidity risk, market risk, interest rate risk and operational risk. A total of 18 most active deposit money banks listed on the Nigerian Stock Market for a period of 22 years (2000 to 2021) were used in the analysis. The empirical findings revealed that credit risk and operational risk variables were negative and do not have any significant relationship with the performance of the Nigerian banking industry while liquidity risk and market risk have significant positive effect on bank performance, interest rate risk has significant negative relationship with banks performance in Nigeria within the period of study. The study recommends among others that, banks’ management should have proper understanding of how credit policy affects the operations of their banks to ensure judicious utilization of deposits and maximize profit. Improper credit risk management reduces bank profitability, affects the quality of its assets and increases loan losses and non-performing loan which may eventually lead to financial distress
Analysis of Patient Satisfaction on Healthcare Service with Potential Gain in Customer Value (PGCV) Method (Case Study: Children’s Poly Service at Puskesmas Simpang IV Sipin Kota Jambi)
Puskesmas Simpang IV Sipin Jambi still continuing to improve customer satisfaction. One indicator of the success of health services in Puskesmas is patient satisfaction. After observation, the reality of services at the puskesmas still does not meet customer expectations. This is because the Puskesmas has not prioritized what services need to be repaired and improved. This study uses the Potential Gain in Customer Value (PGCV) method to find out the description of the service desired by the customer. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The data taken was carried out by distributing online questionnaires to 120 respondents. The results of the PGCV analysis show that the Responsiveness attribute (3,277) and the two Tangible attributes (2,447), (2,188) become 3 priority focuses in improving service quality.Puskesmas Simpang IV Sipin Jambi still continuing to improve customer satisfaction.
