INVESTIGATION OF REVENUE SHARING, TRANSPARENCY AND FIRM PERFORMANCE TO PROFIT DISTRIBUTION MANAGEMENT
This study was conducted to determine the effect on Profit Distribution Management recorded in Bank Indonesia on financing for profit sharing, transparency and performance. Research conducted using RGEC Method to determine the level of performance in the company and the population of this study is a company listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index of 2012-2016. The results of this study indicate that mudharabah variables have an effect but not significant to PDM, ROA and CAR have significant effect to PDM while musharaka, transparency, FDR, GCG and BOPO have no significant effect to PDM
SALES FORCE AND INTELLIGENCE STRATEGIC IN SMES PERFORMANCE: CASE STUDY OF BATIK’S ENTERPRISES IN BRINGHARJO YOGYAKARTA
The purpose of this study is to investigate how small & medium scale companies in managing Sales Forces owned & strategic intelligence in obtaining information amid complex competition with all its limitations. The context of Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Sales Force is the key to the strength of organizational success. Frequent interaction with consumers & competitors brings up a dynamic concept which is defined as routine regulating other routines, that is, besides its function as a salesperson, it is tasked to gather the information. Activity in searching information through intelligence from sales is called activity intelligence. External information obtained by the company through the Sales Force will lead to strategic planning so as to encourage organization performance to be able to flexibly adjust current business trends. This study used a case study to answer the research questions. Four enterprises were chosen as cases in this study. The result shows that the Sales Force's role will have an impact on organization performance, but organizations that implement activity intelligence through sales forces will be far more flexible & active in adjusting the business before the competition starts. In addition, this study also found strong linkages for organizations that grow through Sales Force & Activity Strategic Intelligence in terms of improving organization Performance
THE EFFECT OF BOARD OF DIRECTOR, BOARD OF COMMISSIONER AND AUDIT COMMITTEE ON VALUE OF FIRM TO ISLAMIC SOCIAL REPORTING AS A MEDIATING VARIABLE
This research aim to analyze the effect of number of Board of Directors, number of Commissioners and audit committee of the company with the Islamic social reporting as mediation variables. This research was conducted on the basic and chemical industrial enterprises registered in the ISSI. The research found that the number of Board of Director, number of Commissioners and audit committee of the value of firm affects. The number of Board of Director of Islamic have effect on social reporting, whereas number of Commissioner and audit committee do not have effect to the Islamic social reporting. Islamic social reporting can mediate all the variables (the number of Commissioner and the Board of Director, the audit committee of the company
OWNERSHIP STRUCTURE AND ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORFORMANCE IN SELECTED LISTED MANUFACTURING COMPANIES, NIGERIA
This study examines the effect of ownership structure on organizational performance in selected listed manufacturing companies in Nigeria. The study incorporated survey research design. Big five (5) listed manufacturing companies were arbitrarily drawn from the population using judgmental sampling procedure. The sources of data employed were primary and secondary data. The primary data was through questionnaire while the secondary data was obtained through the company’s annual financial report between the periods of 2013 – 2017. The instrument used was validated; Cronbach Alpha method of reliability was employed to test the internal consistency of the instruments. The data collected were analyzed using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS). The coefficient value of 0.815 revealed that the instruments were reliable against the targeted threshold of 0.7. The statistical method used for this study was a regression (r2) and analysis of variance (ANOVA) to test the individual coefficient and the mean value of the variables correlated. The findings revealed that the estimated model has a weak estimating control. Since about 99.3% of outcomes of performance were unaccounted by the model. Hence, this captured the error term in the model with the Durbin-Watson value of 1.418 which was an indication of the absence of autocorrelation in this model. Based on these findings, the study, therefore, recommends that the stakeholders should expediently adhere to corporate governance principles as its implementation lead to an increase in organization performance
THE EFFECTS OF CAR INSURANCE CUSTOMER PERCEPTION TOWARD PUBLIC RELATION AND CUSTOMER LOYALTY
The purpose of this research is to explain the effect of customer perception on PublicRelationtoward brandimage and to customer loyalty. Research used surveywhere carinsurace customer is the population. Research result showed that range score of public relation perception, brand image, and customer loyalty have good value. According to SEM analysis result shows that the higher the customerpersceptionon public relation causes the higher the brand image. and the higher the brand image causes higher customer loyalty. So, public relation has positive effect to brand image and customer loyalty. Hence, public relation as a marketing tool should be developed internally to craft the more comprehensive marketing strategy to make customer be loyal and winning the competitions
DELIVERY STRATEGY AND MARKETING COMMUNICATION OF TOURISM SERVICES (TOURISM DESTINATION STUDY MUARO JAMBI TEMPLE)
This study aims: 1). Analyzing consumer perceptions of marketing delivery strategy and marketing communication services run on the object of Muarojambi temple, 2). Analyzing the influence of delivery strategy and communication of tourism service pemsasaran to the tourists interest to visit Muarajambi temple. 3). Recommends marketing delivery strategy and marketing communication services that can be applied in increasing interest and tourist visit to Muarojambi temple. The sample used is the community / tourists who numbered 110 respondents. Analyzer used average score to know perception of society, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the community / tourists give a positive response to the marketing delivery strategy and communication of tourism destinations Muara Jambi temple. From the results of hypothesis testing, there are significant influence both simultaneously and partially variable delivery strategy and marketing communications to the interests of tourist visits. It should be increased the frequency of attractions, cultural titles / festivals as one of the keys to successfully bringing tourists in Muarajambi, besides the support of other physical facilities. Movement of the creative industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly, the public began to be interested to explore the creative industries. Inti matahari provides services such as the manufacture of residential parks, offices, public facilities, garden care and agricultural facilities targeting a segment of the people who are becoming aware of the importance of landscaping and wanting to spend more money on landscaping and orchard garden. DO REALLY COMPENSATION EFFECT ON PERFORMANCE COMMITMENTS: TAXI DRIVER ONLINE (G0-JEK) IN THE CITY OF JAMBI?
This research aims to analyze the commitment online taxi driver (Go-Jek) based on the components of a commitment that is continuous, affective, normative, and analyze the effect of compensation on performance motorcycle taxi driver online as well as influence commitment, compensation on performance the driver's taxi online (Go-Jek) in the town of Jambi. This research was conducted in the city of Jambi and surrounding areas. The population in this research is the entire taxi driver online (Go-Jek) operating in the city of Jambi and the surrounding area. Sampling using a purposive sampling method. The research on using primary data. The main data needed is (1) data on organizational commitment (affective, continuous, and normative) drivers Go-Jek, (2) the compensation data drivers Go-Jek, (3) performance data Drivers Go-Jek. The primary data were obtained directly from the respondent. Data collection using a structured questionnaire, asked respondents to use a questionnaire. This research uses descriptive quantitative and regression analysis.

Animal Husbandry is a sub-sector that is a very important role in maintaining food security, because food from animal origin is a source of animal protein, as a basic need in meeting community nutrition. Broiler eggs are one of the commodities that have been favored by many people, but the selling price of eggs is currently increasing.
