    ANALYSIS OF GO JEK E-SERVICE QUALITY AND ITS EFFECT ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IN JAMBI CITY

    The development of technology is one of the supporting tools for companies capable of meeting the needs of consumers, by providing the best service. One technology-based business is GO Jek. GO jek is a company that leads the ojek transportation industry revolution that was pioneered since 2010. The technology-based Go Jek service or known as the quality of electronic services (E-service) provides convenience to customers through internet media. The research method is descriptive verification with multiple linear regression analysis tools. The number of samples used was 164 respondents. The results showed the simultaneous effect of variable e-service quality on consumer satisfaction of Go Jek in Jambi City. The dominant sub-variable influencing is an efficiency that is equal to 50.66%

    THE INFLUENCE OF RELATIONSHIP MARKETING TOWARDS CUSTOMER RETENTION EFFORTS ON CULINARY SEAFOOD CRAB'S NEST RESTAURANT IN THE CITY OF JAMBI

    The purpose of this study was to study the relationship of marketing to customer retention in seafood food companies in crabs in the city of Jambi, as well as identify things that need to be considered in improving customer retention. The data in this study used a survey method using a questionnaire given to 105 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results of statistical tests simultaneously, dimensions, commitment, communication, and handling were significantly positive and significant for customer retention, with an influence value (R2) of 54.5%. The results showed that partially, dimensions, commitment, and communication had a positive and significant effect on customer retention, while the handling dimension was not significant to customer retention. Thus, efforts are needed to improve the quality of handling speed in order to increase customer retention in the crab seafood restaurant culinary business in Jambi City

    MODEL OF CUSTOMER RE-INTENTION: A PERSPECTIVE OF EXPERIENTIAL MARKETING AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

    This study aims to examine customer re-invention that supported by experiential marketing through customer satisfaction. The unit of research analyse was the customer of Casa de Alicia Café & Resto. The technique sampling used was purposive sampling. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 105. Analysis of the data used in this study was path analysis using Smart PLS 3.2.7 software. The Goodness of Fit of this study indicated of the model match reliability and validity. The research finding shows that experiential marketing has a significant influence on customer re-intention both directly and indirectly through customer satisfaction

    ANALYSIS OF DETERMINANT FACTORS TOWARD MARGIN MURABAHAH OF INDONESIA ISLAMIC BANKS

    This research was conducted to find out the effect of the internal and external factors toward margin murabahah at syariah banks for period 2011-2016. The type of data used in this research is secondary data of Islamic Banks publish in quarterly financial statements by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Through purposive sampling, this research got 54 observations from three Islamic banks in five years which fulfill the criteria. This research used quantative approach, using multiple regression and has passed the classical assumption test. Based on the result, it is concluded that there are 4 independent variables which areThird Party Funds, Operational Efficiency Ratio, Non-Performing Financing, and Inflation which having significant effects toward margin murabahah. Simultaneously, the variation of four independent variables can explain 63.81% effects to dependent variable. The remaining of 36.19% is explained by other factors outside this research

As part of the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), this study supports that there is a significant role between communication and conflict handling, satisfaction, and customer loyalty. The model developed in this study to measure customer loyalty through the implementation of customer relationship management (CRM) strategy of the banking services industry in Riau Island Province.     The purpose of this study are: (1) Identify the influence between the promotional cost against sales volume products batik local craft. (2) Identify the variable costs of the dominant promotion affects the sales volumes of local handicraft products batik. Analytical tools used in this research is to test assumptions, multiple regression analysis, T test and F test. The location of the research on Selaras Pinang Masak on JL. KH. Jakfar RT. 01 Mudung Laut, Peelayangan in Jambi City. Based on the test results proved that partially variable cost of sales promotions and personnel costs selling that can provide significant effects against the volume of sales of products batik on Selaras Pinang Masak in Jambi City, while variable costs of advertising and the cost of publicity does not influence significantly to sales volumes of products batik on Selaras Pinang Masak in Jambi City. Based on the results of the calculations found that the variable cost of sales promotions and personnel costs selling that has significant influence against the volume of sales of products batik on Saanggar Selaras Pinang Masak in Jambi City, in the study the independent variables that influence the dependent variable was dominant against the cost of sales promotion

    This study aims to analyze the influence of hedonic lifestyle, hedonic motivation and product quality simultaneously and partially to the interest of buy back Tupperware product in Jambi City. The population is Tupperware consumers in PT. Nazila Jambi Nugraha which amounted to 28,106 members. After doing research data that can author though only 139 questionnaires. Data collection method in this study using survey method, followed by statistical methods to test the hypothesis is by multiple linear regressions (multiple regressions). The results showed that the hedonic lifestyle, hedonic motivation and product quality had a positive and significant influence on repurchase interest. Where product quality has a more dominant influence when compared to two other variables. Based on the results of the study for it is expected to the future management company can continue to maintain and improve product quality one of them is by diversifying the product.     DO REALLY EMOTIONAL QUOTIENT AND SPIRITUAL QUOTIENT AFFECT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE?

    The main purpose of this study is to examine the effect of emotional quotient on work performance, and the effect of spiritual quotient on work performance at BPMPPT of Jambi City. Using 68 employees as respondent, the data were collected by distributing questionnaire and analyzed by using partial least squares path modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the analysis show that overall emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence employee BPMPPT Jambi city is at a high level of quotient. While employee performance BPMPPT Jambi city is at a level of performance was enough. The statistical analysis shows that partially and simultantly emotional quotient and spiritual quotient has significant and positive effect on employee performance.     DOES PRICE COMMODITY PALM OIL, RUBBER AND NON PERFORMING LOAN (NPL) AFFECT ON FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE

    The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of commodity prices of rubber and palm oil, as well  as Non Performing  Loan  (NPL) on financial  performance (return on  assets (ROA)) PT. Bank BRI Agro Tbk, either partially or simultaneously. Data used is secondary data, where data commodity prices of rubber and palm oil obtained from the Directorate General of Plantation while data on financial performance (return on assets (ROA)) obtained from the Annual report 2015 AGRO Bank BRI. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. Results of statistical t test proves that partially price of rubber and palm oil does not significantly to influence of financial performance Bank BRI Agro Tbk, while NPL significant effect on financial performance Bank BRI Agro, Tbk. Results of statistical F test proves that simultaneously the price of rubber and palm oil as well as NPL has significant impact on financial performance. Bank BRI Agro, Tbk. The results of the study has implications for efforts to reduce the NPL ratio while maintaining the bank's function as intermediary (prudence) in extending credit, especially in the agricultural sector to reduce the high value of NPL (non-performing loans), considering the contribution of NPL sizeable influence on the financial performance of banks.
