DIAGNOSTIC STUDY: TRANSFORMING RESEARCH GOVERNANCE AT UNIVERSITAS JAMBI – A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS WITH LPPM OF SEVERAL INDONESIAN UNIVERSITIES
The Tridharma of Higher Education, encompassing Education, Research, and Community Service, serves as the cornerstone of higher education's tripartite mission. These integral functions are interdependent and mutually reinforcing, positioning universities as pivotal institutions for fulfilling societal needs in terms of quality human resources, the generation of new knowledge, and providing solutions to a myriad of societal challenges. This study aims to engage in a comparative analysis with other higher education institutions involved in Research and Community Service (LPPM) - specifically USK, UB, UNPAD, and UNHAS - to enhance the performance and governance of UNJA's LPPM. The methodology employed in this research is an interview survey. The findings indicate that USK excels in supporting researchers and offering substantial incentives. UNPAD is noted for its robust foundational data, which forms a critical basis for decision-making. Additionally, UNPAD ensures efficient facilitation of research activities and publication. The standout feature of UB is its user-friendly system, greatly simplifying processes for stakeholders. Finally, UNHAS is commended for its clear direction in research and service execution, alongside well-defined annual targets. This comparative study is instrumental in identifying best practices and potential areas for improvement in UNJA's LPPM, thereby contributing to the broader goal of enhancing the effectiveness of higher education institutions in fulfilling their Tri Dharma.

DETERMINANTS OF SHARIA RETIREMENT FINANCIAL PLANNING MILLENNIAL GENERATION IN INDONESIA
The research was motivated by a phenomenon where many retirees in Indonesia could not enjoy a prosperous retirement, and some even had to continue working to meet their living needs. Based on this phenomenon, financial planning is very important for well-being in old age and needs to be done early when someone is still in their productive period. However, the millennial generation, as the largest population of productive age, does not yet have financial planning for retirement. In line with Indonesian society, which is predominantly Muslim, the goal of finance is not only for peace in this world but also in the afterlife. For this reason, the research aims to analyze the factors determining the millennial generation's Islamic retirement financial planning. The research method used is SEM-PLS with the variables studied including financial literacy, clarity of retirement goals, and financial attitudes as mediating variables. The research results show that financial literacy and clarity of retirement goals directly influence financial attitudes, but do not influence sharia retirement financial planning. Apart from that, financial attitudes also show that the results do not affect sharia retirement financial planning. Financial attitudes do not mediate the influence of financial literacy and clarity of retirement goals on Sharia retirement financial planning. The results of this research can be used as consideration for the government and pension fund companies in determining strategies and policies to improve the welfare of the Indonesian population.Penelitian dilatarbelakangi adanya fenomena dimana para pensiunan di Indonesia banyak yang tidak bisa menikmati masa pensiun dengan sejahtera, bahkan diantaranya masih harus tetap bekerja untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, maka perencanaan keuangan sangat penting untuk kesejahteraan di masa tua dan perlu dilakukan sejak dini saat seseorang masih berada dalam masa produktif. Namun, generasi milenial sebagai penduduk terbesar usia produktif justru banyak yang belum memiliki perencanaan keuangan pensiun. Sejalan dengan masyarakat Indonesia yang mayoritas muslim, tujuan keuangan bukan hanya untuk ketenangan di dunia tetapi juga di akhirat. Untuk itu, penelitian bertujuan menganalisis faktor yang menentukan perencanaan keuangan pensiun syariah bagi generasi milenial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah SEM-PLS dengan variabel yang diteliti diantaranya literasi keuangan dan kejelasan tujuan pensiun serta sikap keuangan sebagai variabel mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara langsung literasi keuangan dan kejelasan tujuan pensiun berpengaruh terhadap sikap keuangan, namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap perencanaan keuangan pensiun syariah. Selain itu sikap keuangan juga menunjukkan hasil tidak berpengaruh terhadap perencanaan keuangan pensiun syariah. Sikap keuangan tidak memediasi pengaruh literasi keuangan dan kejelasan tujuan pensiun terhadap perencanaan keuangan pensiun syariah. Hasil penelitian diharapakan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi pemerintah maupun perusahaan dana pensiun dalam menentukan strategi dan kebijakan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan penduduk Indonesia
PERFORMANCE OF POLICE PERSONNEL AT JAMBI POLICE (TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP STYLE PERSPECTIVE AND WORK MOTIVATION)
The purpose of this study was to describe the transformational leadership style through work motivation on the performance of police officers, to determine and analyze the transformational leadership style that has a significant influence on the performance of police officers, to determine and analyze work motivation has a significant influence on the performance of police officers, To find out and analyze the transformational leadership style has a significant influence on the work motivation of Police Members and to find out and analyze the transformational leadership style through work motivation has an influence on the performance of Police Members. The analytical tool used is PLS analysis. The results of the research that transformational leadership style has no significant effect on the performance of police officers at the Jambi Police. This means that the transformational leadership style does not have a direct influence on the performance of members of the Police at the Jambi Police. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Police Members at the Jambi Police. This means that if work motivation increases, the performance of police officers will increase. The transformational leadership style has a significant effect on the work motivation of Police Members at the Jambi Police. This means that if the transformational leadership style increases, work motivation will increase. Transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Police Members at the Jambi Police through work motivation.
 
PENGARUH LITERASI KEUANGAN DIGITAL TERHADAP KESEJAHTERAAN KEUANGAN MELALUI PERILAKU PENGELUARAN, MENABUNG DAN INVESTASI DI INDONESIA
This study aims to determine if spending, saving, and investment behavior, via the mediation of digital financial literacy (DFL), influences Indonesians' financial well-being (FWB). An online survey with a sample size of 403 participants received a 77% response rate. The Structural Equation Model using SmartPLS showed that DFL influences FWB by mediating spending, saving, and investment behavior. Based on this result, the government is suggested to improve the level of DFL in Indonesian people through an educational curriculum that can pay attention to spending, saving, and investment behavior to maximize FWB. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah perilaku belanja, menabung, dan berinvestasi melalui mediasi literasi keuangan digital (DFL) berpengaruh terhadap financial well-being (FWB) masyarakat Indonesia. Survei online dengan ukuran sampel 403 peserta menerima tingkat respons 77%. Model Persamaan Struktural menggunakan SmartPLS menunjukkan bahwa DFL mempengaruhi FWB dengan memediasi perilaku pengeluaran, tabungan, dan investasi. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, pemerintah disarankan untuk meningkatkan tingkat DFL masyarakat Indonesia melalui kurikulum pendidikan yang dapat memperhatikan perilaku belanja, menabung, dan investasi untuk memaksimalkan FWB
THE STUDY ON THE CRISIS MANAGEMENT PRACTICE OF TRAVEL AGENCIES DURING THE PERIOD OF COVID-19 PANDEMIC
The main purpose of this paper is to study the impact of travel agencies' crisis management practices on willingness of employee retention and business operations during the COVID-19 outbreak. The results of the study found that there are significant differences in the different statistical variables on crisis management practice and the effect of crisis management practice. Secondly, crisis management practices have a positive impact on employees' willingness to stay. Third, crisis management practices have a positive impact on business operations. Fourth, the talent management, labor force and cost control included in the crisis management practice have a positive impact on willingness of employee retention and business operation
BUSINESS MODEL INNOVATION TOWARDS CORPORATE ENTREPRENEURSHIP AT REGIONAL DRINKING WATER COMPANY TIRTA MAYANG JAMBI CITY
This study aims to find out how the Business Model Innovation with its 3 (three) value creation elements Value Proposition, Value Creation, and Value Capture Innovation is able to foster entrepreneurial activity in the Regional Drinking Water Company Tirta Mayang as a monopoly company for clean water management in Jambi City. Entrepreneurial activity is a characteristic of Corporate Entrepreneurship that influences company performance. Business Model Innovation uses 3 (three) dimensions, namely diversification, technology, and good corporate governance. This research was conducted using quantitative methods, primary and secondary data sources using questionnaire research instruments and Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis techniques with a total sample of 73 people. The results of this study provide knowledge on how a relevant Business Model Innovation can maintain the Sustainability of local companies that are transforming towards Corporate Entrepreneurship in an effort to increase profitability and decent quality of clean water services as a form of global commitment from the Sustainable Development Goal's (SDGs)
CROWDFUNDING: AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO ISLAMIC FUNDING
This study aimed to explore deeper conceptually about crowdfunding as alternative funding according to Islamic principles. There are still limitations to looking for similar research, so this research will be fundamental to study, especially for business actors or investors who want to take part in a halal business and have a high social value. Based on published studies and indexed by Scopus, this research is based on bibliometric research to see the conceptual development of Islamic crowdfunding. The bibliometric approach to reviews has gained popularity due to several factors, including the introduction of software, cross-disciplinary methods, and increased ability to handle large volumes of data. The results showed that the development of literature on Islam Crowdfunding as alternative Islamic funding had made rapid progress in recent years. The existence of public awareness of social values and welfare is one of the factors that support the success of Islamic crowdfunding. Crowdfunding is beneficial for funding companies. It dramatically facilitates investors in getting access to information related to the distribution of funds that must be done as well as from the side of the return of funds
Faktor-faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Learning Agility: A Systematic Literature Review
The current situation in the world is experiencing VUCA, where there are rapid and drastic changes in technology, economics, the environment, and other aspects. Every adult, especially employees and job seekers, needs to develop learning agility so that they can adapt and compete in today's era. This systematic literature review aims to identify the factors related to learning agility. Article searches were conducted from March to June 2022 using six databases, namely SpringerLink, Emerald Insight, ScienceDirect, SAGE, Scopus, and ProQuest, with keywords "Learning Agility" AND "Employee*" OR "Jobseeker*" OR "Student*". After the article screening process, a total of 10 studies were obtained and analyzed in this literature review. The results show that there are 11 factors related to learning agility, namely compensation, salary, internal marketability, digital competence, digital technologies, e-learning, career variety, work experience, outcome, learning engagement, dan turnover intention. The results of this study can be useful as a reference for future research to further examine the relationship of the above factors. The results of the study can also be practically useful for developing individual learning agility so that they have optimal potential to adapt agilely in the VUCA era.Situasi dunia saat ini sedang mengalami VUCA, dimana terdapat perubahan yang cepat dan drastis dalam hal teknologi, ekonomi, lingkungan, dan aspek lainnya. Setiap individu dewasa, khususnya karyawan dan calon karyawan, perlu untuk mengembangkan learning agility agar mereka dapat beradaptasi dan bersaing menghadapi era saat ini. Penelitian ini adalah systematic literature review yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor apa saja yang berhubungan dengan learning agility. Pencarian artikel dilakukan pada bulan Maret-Juni 2022 menggunakan enam database, yaitu SpringerLink, Emerald Insight, ScienceDirect, SAGE, Scopus, dan ProQuest dengan kata kunci “Learning Agility†AND “Employee*†OR “Jobseeker*†OR “Student*â€. Setelah proses penyaringan artikel, didapatkan total sepuluh penelitian yang akan dianalisis dalam literature review ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 11 faktor yang berhubungan dengan learning agility, yaitu compensation, salary, internal marketability, digital competence, digital technologies, e-learning, career variety, work experience, outcome, learning engagement, dan turnover intention. Hasil dalam penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat sebagai referensi untuk penelitian lanjutan, pengembangan asesmen untuk rekrutmen karyawan, dan sebagai landasan diadakannya program pengembangan kompetensi untuk karyawan untuk bersaing di era VUCA
SUSTAINABLE CONSUMPTION IN WEST JAVA: GREEN BUYING INTENTIONS FROM MILLENNIALS
This study will examine how sustainable consumption values, which consist of functional values, social values, and emotional values influence the purchase intention of green products. Based on the theory of consumption value, this study will examine the antecedents of green purchasing intentions among young adults (Millennials) in West Java Province, as the Province with the largest population in Indonesia. Structural equation modelling technique, Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) is applied to data collected from respondents through online surveys. Overall consumption value which consists of functional value, social value, and emotional value has an influence on the intention to buy green in generation Z and millennial generation in West Java with social value is the highest factor of consumption value which has an influence on consumption value, so that it can influence buying interest in green products in West Java. Therefore, there are several rooms for improvement in this research for further researchers. As the sample of the currents study was collected from a specific region, West Java and will have a broader results by taking larger region other than West Java
Usulan Strategi Pemanfaatan Brand Ambassador Untuk Meningkatkan Brand Awareness Rabbani
This study aims to look at the condition of the company's business environment by using SWOT analysis to formulate the right strategy to increase Rabbani's brand awareness. Qualitative research with the case study method is the type of research used. From the analysis results, it is known that the company is in quadrant one, which indicates that it needs a growth strategy. One way to be done is to increase brand awareness through brand ambassadors. Brand ambassadors aim to increase brand awareness and drive sales. The selection of brand ambassadors can be determined by considering the characteristics of brand ambassadors, namely transference, congruence, credibility, attractiveness, and strength.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kondisi lingkungan bisnis perusahaan dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT untuk merumuskan strategi yang tepat guna meningkatkan brand awareness Rabbani. Penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus merupakan jenis penelitian yang digunakan. Dari hasil analisis diketahui bahwa perusahaan berada pada kuadran satu yang mengindikasikan perlunya strategi pertumbuhan. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan meningkatkan brand awareness melalui brand ambassador. Brand ambassador bertujuan untuk meningkatkan brand awareness dan mendorong penjualan. Pemilihan brand ambassador dapat ditentukan dengan mempertimbangkan karakteristik brand ambassador yaitu transferensi, kongruensi, kredibilitas, daya tarik, dan kekuatan
