HACCP NELLA PRODUZIONE PRIMARIA: CONSIDERAZIONI TECNICHE E LEGISLATIVE IN APICOLTURA E NELLA PRODUZIONE DI MIELE CONFEZIONATO
The HACCP method developed by NACMCF and spread by the Codex Alimentarius Guidelines was developed and planned to be usefully implemented in all the food chain production steps starting right from the primary production. The Reg (EC) 852/2004 does not require the application of the HACCP method according to Codex Alimentarius in the primary production, nevertheless it requires however the FBO (Food Business Operator) to implement general requirements on hygiene for primary production and associated operations. The aims of this study are: A) Performing a critical analysis of some legislative elements about the "primary production" and "self-control" in the beekeeping and honey production field, with particular reference to Lombardia Region regulation aspects. B) To prove the possibility to develop a simple, effective self-control plan complies with the requirements of Reg (EC) 852/2004 Art.5 and easy to apply in a small, hobby classified beekeeping situated in a Lombardia Region hilly area.
TRACCIABILITA’ ALIMENTARE, PROFILO SANZIONATORIO E RIFLESSI DI SANITA’ PUBBLICA VETERINARIA
The application of a correct and detailed traceability provides knowledge of unsafe or harmful food and of food unfit for human consumption, in relation to the processes of re- call to be applied in case of withdrawal of the product, at any stage of the food chain. Penalties are proportionate to the gravity of the violations. The authors analyze the penalties imposed at national level on operators of food industry, in all stages of production. In particular they analyze violations of EC Regulation n. 178/2002 on traceability .

CONSIDERAZIONI IN MERITO ALLA PROTEZIONE DEI POLLI ALLEVATI PER LA PRODUZIONE DI CARNE (BROILERS)
The Legislative Decree. n. 181 of 27 September 2010, Implementation of Directive 2007/43/EC regarding minimum standards for the protection of broilers kept for meat production, sets out specific requirements for the welfare of chickens kept for meat production, in conjunction with the general dictates of Legislative Decree n. 146/2001 regarding the welfare of farmed animals. Within 60 days since its publication, the Ministry of Health should have issued a more specific implementing decree, in order to regulate in particular the breeding density. The implementing decree has not been published yet, but it would also be appropriate to provide consistent application guidelines even on other issues, such as staff education, surgery and animal welfare control.

In this article the Authors analyze the regulatory aspects concerning the responsibility for damage caused by accidents involving animals. The most recent provisions of the Highway Code on aid to the animals involved in accidents are discussed. A protocol to effectively manage individual situations is proposed

Gli Autori, prendendo in esame la normativa in materia di prevenzione del randagismo e la sua evoluzione,conseguente al mutato modo di intendere il rapporto con gli animali “d’affezione” nel passaggio dalla civiltà rurale aquella urbana, hanno messo in evidenza le principali caratteristiche della Legge 14 agosto 1991, n. 281, con particolareriferimento ai presupposti etico-filosofici e al processo di attuazione che ha portato all’emanazione delle LeggiRegionali attualmente in vigore. Sono stati anche evidenziati alcuni dei punti critici del dettato normativo di questalegge, causa non ultima del suo parziale insuccesso
