The Effect of Work-Life Balance, Work Discipline, and Work Environment on Job Satisfaction with Teacher Performance as an Intervening Variable
Objectives: Based on the previous statement, this study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work-life balance, work discipline, and work environment on teacher job satisfaction and teacher performance. The population of this study were elementary school teachers in Tegowanu District. The number of samples in total is 69 respondents. Methodology: The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used is PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model) analysis. Research data processing using Smartpls 3.0 tools was conducted. Findings: In accordance with the results above, it shows the results of the direct influence test where the majority have a P-Values value of less than (0.05) meaning that it has the influence of endogenous variables on exogenous variables. However, some are not affected because they have a P-Values value greater than (0.05).Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, it was found that work-life balance had an effect on teacher performance with a P-Value of (0.03). Work discipline has no effect on teacher performance with a P-Value of (0.090). The work environment has an effect on teacher performance with a P-Values of (0.41). Teacher performance has an effect on job satisfaction with P-Values (0.000). Work-life balance has an effect on job satisfaction which is mediated by teacher performance with a P-Value of (0.014). Work discipline has no effect on job satisfaction which is mediated by teacher performance with a P-Value of (0.098

The Influence of Management Information System Transition on Individual Impact Mediated by Perceived Ease of Use and Usefulness
Objectives: The aim of the research is to reveal how perceived usefulness and ease of use can bridge the gap among the impacts on individuals of information quality, system quality, and service quality.Methodology: This study uses a quantitative method to assess the theoretical model by asking several questions linked to Google Forms. This study utilized a quantitative analysis instrument by SmartPLS software. Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling utilizes data analysis. The population of this study were employees at PT KIMI which moved to manufacture tire products in West Java with a total sample of 75 respondents. The data analysis used is the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) by SmartPLS 3.0 software. The initial phase in data analysis is to summarize figures on the respondents' descriptions. The subsequent phase is to gauge the validity and reliability through discriminant validity and reliability tests.Finding: The study results showed that employees' perceived usefulness and ease of use mediate the relationship between information quality, system quality, and individual impact. Conversely, the service quality could not directly influence individual impact through perceived usefulness. Perceived ease of use and usefulness serially mediate the relationship between system quality, service quality, and individual impact. Conclusion: The perceived ease of use and usefulness variables can serially mediate the relationship between system quality and service quality on individual impact. Users of information systems will feel a more significant personal impact if perceived usefulness and ease of use are implemented to achieve comfortable working
Store Layout and Purchase Intention: Unraveling a Complex Nexus on Indonesian Minimarket
Objectives: The store layout in a minimarket is a strategy to encourage repeat purchases from customers. This study attempts to assess the layout design of the minimarket in Indonesia and comprehend its contribution to purchase intention.Methodology: This research observed two well-known minimarkets in Indonesia, namely Alfamart and Indomaret. A literature review associated with field findings was conducted to find their relationship to consumer purchase intention.Finding: Consumers' shopping behavior in minimarket retail stores in Indonesia does not show much difference from the behavior of consumers in other countries. Consumers will not linger in a store that is generally not too large. They come to minimarket retail stores not for "window shopping" but have planned beforehand on the products that they will buy. Conclusion: A grid design in the minimarket is effective to shape consumer behavior by directing their movement, shopping effectiveness, and control. However, it needs a product display management that arouses interest in buying that invokes the feeling of completion and diversity, but also does not look too full and messy
Enterprise Resource Planning Implementation: User Satisfaction on Service Information System Quality

Examining The Effect of Theory of Planned Behavior on Individual Investment Intention in The Indonesia Stock Exchange, Moderated by Herding Behavior and Risk Propensity
There are several products or instruments traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, that is Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds, Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), and Derivatives, with stocks being the most popular instrument right now. The benefits of the existence of the capital market for investors are that it provides an opportunity for the public to have a healthy company that has good prospects in the future, and is an alternative investment beside gold and properties that provides potential profits with calculated risks (Kurniawan, 2019).Objectives: This study aims to determine the effect of the construct variable of the Theory of Planned Behavior on Investment Intention, and the role of Investment Intention as a mediating variable that connects these variables after being moderated by Risk Propensity and Herding Behavior on Investment Behavior of individual investors in IndonesiaMethodology: This study uses primary data which data was collected by distributing online questionnaires via google form. This research was conducted from January to March 2022, from a sample of individual investors from some big islands in Indonesia (Java, North Sumatra, South Sulawesi, Kalimantan). To determine the sample, this study uses the Slovin formula with probability sampling technique - simple random and a total of 525 respondents were collected, but those who met the predetermined sample criteria were 468 respondents. The data analysis that is used is the path analysis Structural Equation Model (SEM).Finding: Herding behavior and Risk Propensity do not strengthen Investment Intention among individual investors towards Investment Behavior and can be a subject for further study. Conclusion: The results of this study is only that Product Involvement of Theory of Planned Behavior variables can positively influence Investment Intention. Furthermore, Investment Intention can mediate this variable on Investment Behavior, although not strengthened by the influence of Risk Propensity and Herding Behavio

Decision of Queuing Models and Layout Design at a Gas Station
Objectives: This study aims to analyze the accuracy of the queuing models and the application of layout design at the gas station in Ngasinan Wonosobo, Indonesia. Fuel service providers are encouraged to optimize service space as the number of motorized vehicle customers grows. The focus of attention in gas station management is not only on the queuing model, but also on the layout design that is acceptable and adequate for customers, particularly motorcycle riders who use Pertalite. This study will look at how to simulate a realistic gas station queue and provide a user-friendly layout design for anyone interested in gas stations.Methodology: The object of this study was a motorcyclist who was doing Pertalite refueling. The types of data used are quantitative and qualitative data, so this study is classified as mixed methods. Purposive sampling was utilized as the sampling method in this study, which is a non-probability sampling strategy. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and analysis of the Multi-channel-Single phase (M/M/S) queuing model.Finding: The findings of this study indicate that long queues can interfere with the activities of other facility users for other customers at the gas station. This study identifies the need for a neat layout design for motorcycle queues by utilizing the service-scape gas station. Conclusion: Although the queue system performs well in the afternoon, the results of the queuing analysis show that the total length of vehicles in the system does not exceed the length of the line, ensuring that the queue does not obstruct other vehicle paths. Recommendations and study findings are explored as a queuing model and layout design in the future
