    ANTESEDEN DAN KONSEKWENSI DARI CORPORATE IMAGE PADA USAHA KECIL MENENGAH / UKM

    Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of an integrated Service quality, corporate image of the Purchase intentions. Respondents were used as samples in this study were 200 consumers SME bike shop. Purposive sampling technique using sampling and methods of data analysis using SEM technique. The results found that (1) the positive effect of the Corporate Service quality image, Purchase intentions, (2) thepositive effect of corporate image on Purchase Intention, and (3) Corporate imagemerupakan mediator in the relationship between the Service qualitydengan Purchase intentions.Penelitian further recommended to add the variable of Corporate social Responsibility / CSR as a factor affecting Purchase intention.Keyword: Service Quality, Corporate Image, Purchase Intentions, Small andMedium Enterprises / SME‘s

    Abstract: The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of product quality and service quality savings on interest savings back partially and simultaneously. The population in this study is that customers save at CIMB Niaga branch Bintaro, while the sample is 100 respondents. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Type of data used is primary data correlation and multiple regression analysis.The results showed that the quality of the product has a positive effect on savings interest savingsback. Dominant factor affecting the interest saving back customers is the quality of the product.Keywords: Savings Product Quality, Service Quality, Savings Interest.

    Abstract: This study aims to determine how the effect of CAMELS ratios consisting of Capital Adequacy Ratio, Return on Asset, Operating Expense to Operating Income, Earnings Per Share, and the Loan to Debt Ratio on stock returns banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchang. The research method used is a ratio measurement consisting of the Capital Adequacy Ratio, Return on Asset, Operating Expense to Operating Income, Earnings Per Share, and the Loan to Debt Ratio and themeasurement of stock returns. After that tested the model by using the Fixed Effect Model to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. Results of this study indicate that a significant difference between the ratios of CAMELS on stock returns. Partially, there is a significant relationship between the Loan to Debt Ratio and stock return in the previous year on stock returns. The conclusion that can be given is the Loan to Debt Ratio and stock return in the previousyear can be used by investors as an analytical tool that helps in predicting stock returns.Keywords: CAMELS Ratio, Stock Retur

    THE DETERMINANTS OF ROA (RETURN ON ASSETS) OF FULL-FLEDGED ISLAMIC BANKS IN INDONESIA

    Abstract.The main objectives of this research is to examine the determinants of ROA (Return on Assets) of Full-fledged Islamic banks in Indonesia in the period of January 2008 – December 2011 using monthly-published report data of Central Bank (Bank Indonesia) with 3 full-fledged Islamic banks in Indonesia as the samples of the research. Panel Least Square is applied as the research method where those data had been tested with the classical assumption test, such as: normality, autocorrelation, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests. However, the data could not fulfill the normality test, while the remaining assumption tests is fulfilled. The findings reveal that Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Debt to Total Assets Ratio, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Size and Operational Efficiency Ratio (OER) have significant effect simultaneously towards ROA. Partially, FDR, DTAR, and CAR have positive effect and significant towards ROA, while size and OER have negative effect and significant towards ROA.Size is the highest coefficient among the determinant variables, while FDR is the weakest coefficient that effect ROA in the full-fledged Islamic banks in Indonesia.Keywords: return on assets , Financing to Deposit Ratio, Debt to Total Assets Ratio, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Size, Operational Efficiency Rati
